They didn't cover the transmission control module failure that the dealer found
They didn't cover the transmission control module failure that the dealer found. Powertrain only covers parts with internal lubrication. It's ridiculous. I'm canceling this garbage.
Century Automotive Service Corp won't fix my car door dent from someone who opened their door into mine
Century Automotive Service Corp won't fix my car door dent from someone who opened their door into mine. No paint missing, but they won't cover it with my $500 warranty. Total waste of money and a scam.
I submited a clam on July 10
I submited a clam on July 10. I got no response back. On July 27, I sent a follow up inquiry and got an email with a copy of a letter dated July 27 denying the clam. (It's funny that I got no response until I followed up and then got an email copy of a letter mailed on the same day as my follow up inquiry. This is a great example of bad customer service.) The same thing was covered before on my car through a bumper to bumper warranty. I went to my own mechanic since I live more than 50 miles from the dealership. This was not a problem before. Why spend $1,700 on a bumper to bumper warranty if you have to get something that was already approved once preapproved again. My guess is that they are looking for excuses not to cover real clams. When I buy my next car, I won't waste my money supporting this company!
I got an extended warranty for my car in May 2022
I got an extended warranty for my car in May 2022. I paid for it in May and June. My car broke down on 06/11/2022, while I was out of state for my daughter's birthday. I called the warranty people, but the rep wasn't helpful. They said I had to get the car towed to the nearest shop. I ended up paying for a rental out of pocket for three days, which cost me $473. Today is 06/24/2022, and I still haven't heard back about my claim. I called the past two days, and they said the contract is new, so it's under management review. They also needed some information from the seller of the vehicle. Yesterday, I called, and they said they got the documents and that they were in a meeting. They said they would call me back, but they didn't. Today, I called, and they said the claim is still under management review. I told them I'm out of state and need to make transportation arrangements. Century Automotive should have waited to take two payments out of my account until the contract was finalized. The peace of mind they advertised is a lie.

Worse Warranty Company
This company is the worse. I have a 2018 BMW 330i and they refused to help me with repairs for my vehicle. It’s disheartening because we as consumers pay out a good amount of money for warranties like these, but they don’t value their customers. It’s sad. They do not communicate, their website is not useful, they have extremely long wait times and they find every excuse to not assist with repairs. I am seeking legal actions against this company as soon as possible.

I bought a brand new car in October and also got the service agreement for $2,489.00 with contract number ***. But I never got the policy for the agreement. I called the company and even sent a fax of the contract, but still no response. I also tried using their mobile app, but it doesn't recognize my contract number.
I got a car from Century Automotive Service Corporation
I got a car from Century Automotive Service Corporation. They convinced me to get their extended warranty. The dealership told me to cancel it through the warranty, but the warranty place told me to cancel it through the dealership. It's frustrating and feels like bad business. I don't want the expensive warranty and I've been trying to cancel it for almost a year now.

I bought a Ram 2500 and got a warranty to cover any problems
I bought a Ram 2500 and got a warranty to cover any problems. I started a claim in April after buying the truck in February. They made me get all the paperwork from the dealership myself and I finally got it in June. I went to get an estimate on the repairs today in July and they said it wasn't covered by my warranty.
I got this warranty from Century Automotive Service Corp with my car in Colorado Springs CO on 4/25/
I got this warranty from Century Automotive Service Corp with my car in Colorado Springs CO on 4/25. Then, on 5/4, I found out the same warranty was offered for free. I tried to cancel it, but the dealership failed to submit the cancellation form, even though I was within the contract's cancellation period. I'm quite upset about it.
I tried to cancel my agreement with Century Automotive Service Corporation multiple times, but they never answered the phone or redirected me to
I tried to cancel my agreement with Century Automotive Service Corporation multiple times, but they never answered the phone or redirected me to a full voicemailbox. Their vehicle service agreement had a purchase price of $2,500.00, but I no longer own the insured vehicle covered and the policy was never used. They offer pro-rated cancelation rates, but I am having trouble arranging for a policy cancellation and refund.
I bought a Kia car from *** on 11/26
I bought a Kia car from *** on 11/26. I also got an extended warranty from the dealer for $2,500. Century Automotive Services Corporation is the one who takes care of the extended warranty. I've been trying to cancel the policy and get a refund since 4/14. But they won't help me and told me to contact the dealer. The dealer won't help me and told me to contact Century Automotive Services Corporation. I'm just getting the run-around from both of them. I need help to cancel the extended warranty and get a full refund for the lienholder as soon as possible.
I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester with a warranty from Century Automotive Service Corporation for my daughter who is pregnant
I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester with a warranty from Century Automotive Service Corporation for my daughter who is pregnant. The warranty is under her mom's name. We took the car to the service center on Monday, October 12th to get new tires, but they found out that the CV joints needed to be replaced. The service center was good, but the warranty company was not. They sent an adjuster who was not good at their job. They sent another one, but they didn't come. Now my daughter has no car and she's due in two days.
I bought a warranty from the dealership, but it's too far away to take my car there
I bought a warranty from the dealership, but it's too far away to take my car there. My car broke down, so I had it towed to the nearest dealership. We started the claim process, but it took them a week to send someone to inspect the car. Then they didn't want to listen to the dealership about what needed to be fixed. They only wanted to replace a small part, even though the dealership was clear about what was wrong. Why send an incompetent inspector when you can trust a certified repairman? I've been without a car for 8 days now, and the repairs will take at least 4 to 5 more days when they get the parts. This company likes to play games with people and keeps giving different stories to me and the dealership.
I bought a warranty from Century for my car
I bought a warranty from Century for my car. The check engine light came on and the code showed a bad thermostat. The car has 2 thermostats and the dealer I bought it from sent me to BMW to fix it. They also found a bad wheel bearing. All the parts are covered by the warranty and the car was inspected by the dealer and BMW before I bought it. BMW even fixed some things before I bought it. But Century won't let the dealer start the repair and the car has been sitting there all week. BMW has been calling them every day to try to get it fixed. Century didn't even give me a rental car like they said they would in the contract. I had to take a week off work and can't get there.
I had a problem with my truck's water pump while driving on the highway
I had a problem with my truck's water pump while driving on the highway. I called for a tow and the repair shop fixed the water pump, thermostat, and belt. But, when I drove the truck again, it was still getting close to overheating. The repair shop found that the water pump caused the head gasket to crack. The company sent an inspector who agreed with the repair shop, but they refused to cover the gasket. I couldn't talk to the same person and they didn't call me back. I need a solution to this problem.
We bought a 2017 GMC Terrain from a dealer in Monticello, Minnesota and got a bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranty from Century Automotive
We bought a 2017 GMC Terrain from a dealer in Monticello, Minnesota and got a bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranty from Century Automotive Services. When we got the car, it had over 20,000 miles and now it has 94,000 miles. We take it to a Chevrolet dealer in Rogers, Minnesota for regular maintenance. Recently, the car stopped running and we found out that there was an oil consumption issue that caused sludge buildup and timing chain problems. There were no signs of any problems before this happened and the regular maintenance didn't show any issues. Century denied our claim and won't cover it, even though they should. We took care of the car and drove it properly. Now, we have to spend $8,000 on a new engine and it could take up to 3 months to fix it, depending on supply chain issues. It doesn't make sense to buy an extended warranty if they won't honor it. Our mechanics didn't see any issues and we don't know how we could have. If they won't honor their service, they should give us our money back.
I got a warranty from Century Services Corporation when I bought my car
I got a warranty from Century Services Corporation when I bought my car. It's supposed to cover the engine and other parts until the car hits 100,000 miles or 84 months. My car needs a repair that should be covered, but Century Services keeps making excuses not to cover it. First, they said they couldn't find my agreement, but I had a copy. Then they said it expired, but it didn't. I talked to a supervisor named Michael who said he'd fix it and call me back, but he never did. I found out this happens a lot, and now I'm worried I'll have to pay for the repair myself.
I took my car to Century Automotive on August 21 for a bad transmission covered by my power train warranty
I took my car to Century Automotive on August 21 for a bad transmission covered by my power train warranty. I haven't seen my car since. Nobody tells me anything unless I call and ask, so the details are sketchy. Apparently, *** couldn't fix it and sent it to *** in Pueblo. Then we lost track of it. At one point, it was in Denver. Now, I think it's back at ***, who is supposed to be sending it somewhere else because the transmission someone installed is still not working. I called Century Automotive and they told me they paid the claim on 9/24 to *** for repairing the vehicle, and the case was closed. I never received the car back, and I asked why they don't have responsibility if they paid for a job that was not done. He told me the job was completed according to *** and now it was between me and them. I think 8 weeks is more than enough time to replace a transmission and get my vehicle back to me. I also think the warranty should still be in effect by Century Automotive, and if the job wasn't done, then they should be responsible for my car being repaired and returned to me, even if they have their own dispute with ***. I am asking the job be finished correctly and fully at their expense, of course. But, considering it has been 8 weeks, I would also like it back quickly, and Century should be handling the COMPLETED repair, no matter what they need to do.
This company is trying to deny my claim for "excessive use" on a 3017 Polaris Ranger Highlifter edition
This company is trying to deny my claim for "excessive use" on a 3017 Polaris Ranger Highlifter edition. I never abused, swamped, or wrecked the vehicle in any way. I bought this unit new and also purchased a 4-year riders advantage warranty. The claim is being denied because they don't want to cover the repairs, which are all wear items. Bearings, bushings, rack and pinion, etc. after 1 ride because it sat at the dealership for almost 2 months the first time and now it has been 45 days to find out it was denied for no other reason than "excessive use". These items should have been replaced the first time it sat there. How is that determined/diagnosed? Who can determine such a thing from looking at a unit that has never been abused, never wrecked, never flipped, never any damage to it in any way at all. Steer clear from folks that make up things to avoid handling their responsibilities like this. I have seen bearing last less than 70 miles. This unit was the last unit to sell. I bought it in 2018. It needed new parts when I first got it. The dealership added to the recommended parts because I asked them to have everything they could covered because I didn't want it to sit there again for months because these folks take forever to process one claim. It sat at the dealership now 2 different times for almost 4 months this year alone waiting for these people to makr a decision, only for them to deny the claim for absolutely no reason and with no explanation at all as to why they denied the claim other than "excessive use". How can a UTV that has never been wrecked or abused be deemed "excessive use" and with no explanation? Very very poor service. I now am 2 years into a 4 year warranty that I purchased. I have called Century and left a voicemail for Jason, a supervisor to call me back. I am waiting to hear back from someone in a timely manner as this has already been well over a reasonable time to have this fixed properly. I am going to contact my attorney as soon as I get someone to call me back, if this isn't handled properly. With absolutely no evidence of excessive use other than wear parts then I am left no choice. Either they can refund.me the $950 for the warranty they don't want to honor or we can let the lawyers fight it out. Mine is on retainer so it won't cost me a dime more and they have wasted enough of my time.
