CEX.IO was the first and largest Bitcoin cloud miner. They sell shares and also trade Bitcoin. They are going to rip more people off than MAT. Gox. They are run by Russian thugs and control 51% of the market which means they can manipulate the price at will or shut the whole thing down. I worked there for a month and they were constantly stealing from clients and also tweaking the Bitcoin price.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Really! lols, I posted a reply to a complaint few days ago and came across your complaint. Well I am with CEX.IO for past 2 years and a bit more even. Never got cheated.
I osted a couple of negative reviews about them but found out that issue was with my bank only. So I apologized. They are cool people, don't know from sorry buddy I could not stop myself from writing here.
About mining every clever person new how it goes . Even digging in your backyard looks easy and fun for the first hour and first couple of meters, then you fee the pain and stress. Same is with the mining difficulty and raised maintenance... It happens everywhere and I believe with every coin sooner or later.
Also, you have posted 4 reviews, all negative and all on 9th of march 2015! Coincidence? It seems that you got paid by some competitors to write this.
One more thing you have worked at CEX.IO and Bitpay, really? Why were you fired or why you left, may be stealing and frauds were against your principles? Nah!
I would believe your complaint and question Bitpay and CEX.IO but no, your complaints are like fairytales coming out of the blue.
