I had a chain mine account. I bought upgrades using my crypto.com account on October the 6th, 7th and 8th. After 2 days the upgrades were not appearing on my account. I emailed several times at [protected]@chainmine.org gave them the transactions data and have had no response whatsoever. I also wrote a letter (below)
To Whom it may concern,
I have purchased four upgrades. However, on the 09/10/23. All my upgrades were wiped from the system.
I have sent two emails to [protected]@chainmine.org and have not received any reply.
I have invested over £400. At this rate I'll see my investment back in 6 years! Not the 12% return of investment your company advertised.
I would like to know what the issue is with my upgrades. What you intend to do about this. Address the lack of service for your support team and refund my investment within 12 days of this letter.

Desired outcome: I would like my upgrades reinstated or my deposits returned to my crypto.com account.
