My reason for choosing Champagne was based on just the very first conversation I had with Marc. I was signed up with another company and was going to use them based on a slightly lower price. After hanging up with Marc I took a brief moment to consider my options and immediately called him back and scheduled my inspection with him. Mind you, my decision was solely based on a telephone conversation... following my gut! Marc did not disappoint. It was the most thorough and eye opening inspection report I ever received. On top of that he made me feel as if I was an old friend. Go with Champagne you will not have any regrets.

Marc was recommended to me. He replied to my request in a late evening I contacted him for home inspection in the next 2 days in the morning. We went over most important things that night and scheduled the inspection.He is very professional and organized. The day of inspection he arrived early and introduced himself in a friendly and respectful manner and made me feel comfortable to the point I can ask any question at any time during the inspection and even after then. He performed a very detailed and thorough inspection as he is very knowledgeable, observant, experienced and ASHI and CFSIC certified. He takes his time and communicates any findings to you and your agent immediately. He carries himself in a educated manner and explains anything to you in a simple language. I highly recommend Marc. He will make you feel more confident about your home purchase, especially when you are a first time home buyer like me and not quite familiar with the process. At the end of the inspection provided me with a source of home assistant info and I received a detailed report the same day as well. He also follows Covid 19 precautions . Last but not least he has vast experience in this field as he worked for a big company before he established his own business which is fairly new. So don't be fooled by the amount of reviews.
