Disappointing Product and Unreasonable Fees: My Experience with [Program Name]
I decides to sign up for this program, thinking that it would be a surefire way to amplify my outreach. The sign-up, which had to be through a SALES call, flew by in no time, not giving me enough space to get a true sense of what the program was about. I started exploring my account and to my chagrin, it was not what I envisaged. On further inspection, I discovered that the product was not as versatile as I thought, and the limitations were far too much for me to handle. Compare that to what I’m currently employing for email touch campaigns, which is way better, more flexible, and has more possibilities.
While I was there, I thought it wise to examine their website closely, but it didn't match up with my expectations. I wanted something that could help me eliminate multiple services such as website maintenance and email drip campaigns, but that was no longer on the cards. So much for what I thought.
What’s even crazier is the fact that the program doesn't give you ample time to make a solid decision before signing up. After spending some time with it, I was immediately in the market to cancel my account (which had not been activated at that point). To my bewilderment, I was informed that I had to pay an exorbitant fee (half the total cost for a year) to cancel the account. Unbelievable Customer service to say the least.
Questionable Tactics and Lackluster Customer Service at OutboundEngine
I had a strange feeling on my first interaction with OutboundEngine. A guy named David called me and asked if I remembered him calling me the day before. I did not, but I figured he might be one of the direct mail marketing companies I'd been checking out. However, David changed his story and said his team found my information via their marketing campaign, which contradicts his claim to have called me the previous day.
After speaking with David, I didn't feel confident in the company's service. I decided to do some research online and found quite a few negative reviews about the quality of customer service they provide. I've tried other marketing companies before that handle social media and email marketing, but my experience with their customer service was lackluster at best. I wasn't impressed with David, who pushed hard for the sale during our conversation.
Overall, I just didn't get the sense that OutboundEngine was a company I wanted to work with. I appreciate the effort David put in, but his approach didn't exactly win me over.
OutboundEngine Review: A Total Scam, Empty Promises, and Pushy Sales Tactics. Don't Waste Your Money!
When I first started using OutboundEngine, I was pretty excited. The guy on the phone made it seem like they were going to do all sorts of great things to help market my business. He said he'd take care of paid advertising for me, just like the kind that had gotten me interested in their company in the first place. But boy, did I feel like I got taken for a ride once they actually started working for me.
I paid them $500 dollars, but all they really did was set up a Facebook page for my business and post some really generic ads that no one ever saw. I mean, I know how it works - if you don't pay to promote your website or your social media pages, no one's going to see them. But I really thought I was going to get more for my money with OutboundEngine. Instead, all I got was a bunch of empty promises.
And then, to top it all off, they kept bugging me to pay more money every month. I told them at least three times that I wanted to cancel my subscription, but they just wouldn't listen. And it wasn't just phone calls and emails - they were sending me stuff all the time, even when I told them I wasn't interested.
I finally gave up and told one of their pushy salespeople that I had to go. But she just wouldn't stop calling! I had to get really firm with her and tell her that I wasn't interested anymore. And then, to my surprise, they charged my credit card $249 without my permission! That was definitely not okay.
Honestly, I think this company is a total scam. I wouldn't recommend using them for anything, not even to set up a Facebook page or any other kind of social media. There are plenty of other companies out there that will do the same thing for a lot less money. Save yourself some hassle and find a different service provider.
Unethical Sales Tactics: A Review of Outbound Engine's Call Practices
I received a call a few weeks ago from a fellow who identified himself as and he sounded like he was interested in selling his home. However, after talking to him for just about 30 seconds, I realized he was actually a salesman. I didn't have any time to waste since I had a client waiting for me. Thus, I immediately cut him off and asked him if he was trying to sell me something. He insisted on pitching to me and even after I told him I had no time, he still went ahead to try and sell his product like his life depended on it. I didn't appreciate this level of urgency seeing as what he was selling didn't seem that crucial.
After a few minutes, I hung up on him. Five minutes later, he called again, and I was surprised to hear him on the other end of the line. I asked him which company he worked for, and he said "Yodle." I knew this was a lie, so I asked him to add me to his "do not call" list and hung up. He called me again, and this time he was in a rush to end the call, and he said he worked for "Outbound Engine." I became furious because it was a case of misleading and false representation, which I could not tolerate.
I raised a complaint with his company and demanded an immediate cessation of such calls. It is unfair and unethical to lie and pretend you work for another company to sell your products. Outbound Engine may have a decent product, but their sales tactics are cheap and dishonest. They need to overhaul their strategies if they want to be taken seriously in the cut-throat world of sales. So, if you ever get a call from someone claiming to be "with Yodle" or any other company you suspect isn't right, watch out. It is likely a clever gimmick from Outbound Engine.
OutboundEngine Review: Boring Content, Unreliable Service, and Nightmarish Cancellation Process
So when I first heard about OutboundEngine, I was totally on board. I thought this website would be a great way to fill in the missing pieces of my own social media and email campaigns. And yeah, I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't really looking to spend a ton of time doing that myself. But let me tell you, after a few months of using OutboundEngine's service, I'm really not impressed.
To be honest, the articles they write for me are just plain boring. They aren't any better than the random stuff I could find on the internet. And don't even get me started on their social media posts. Not only are they painfully generic, but they're actually hurting my engagement with my audience. That's not what I signed up for.
And here's the kicker: my account managers keep changing every couple of months. I mean, seriously? How am I supposed to build any kind of relationship with these people if they keep leaving? And don't even get me started on the "strategy" calls we were supposed to have every month. They only happened once, and then they just stopped. What a joke.
And let's talk about the cancellation process, because that's a whole other nightmare. I've been trying to cancel this service for ages now, but every time I talk to someone, the cancellation fee keeps going up. And the worst part is, they can't even explain to me why it's so high! My last quote was over a thousand dollars, and that's just ridiculous.
So honestly, I would not recommend signing up for OutboundEngine if you're already doing your own marketing. Your own efforts will likely be way more effective at engaging your customer base than this website ever was for me. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from OutboundEngine.
OutboundEngine Review: Terrible Customer Service and Broken Promises
This company called OutboundEngine has really been giving me a hard time just like many others that have written reviews about them. To be honest, they are liars. I had asked them to cancel my subscription to their services. Why? Well, their information is simply not relevant to my industry, and I'm not getting what I was promised, which was full social media management on all platforms, including video editing, thumbnail creation and hashtags. Outbound engine is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
I had a chat with their solutions specialist about my subscription cancellation request but he didn't offer any real solution. Instead, he kept on insisting that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. Can you imagine? Honestly, OutboundEngine needs to be shut down and out of the real estate business for good. I’ve been charged multiple times and I simply do not want to work with this company any longer. If you're considering working with OutboundEngine, save yourself the stress and DON'T! Avoid them at all cost.
I can't help but notice that the reviews here all seem to be similar over and over again. I mean, there isn't even a single review that's positive about this company. It's clear that something is going on that shouldn't be. It's quite disheartening that these guys can treat people like this and get away with it. In fact, I'm so frustrated that I might just take legal action against them. They really deserve it for misleading me and not delivering what they promised.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable company to work with, OutboundEngine is not the place to go. They have terrible customer service, and their team does not seem to care about their clients or their needs. Don't waste your time and money on these guys. Look elsewhere for a company that truly values its customers.
Avoid at all costs: Terrible customer service and false promises
After checking out the reviews, I gotta say I’m glad I didn’t go with these guys. First of all, the customer service is just terrible! I mean, do they specialize in being rude and condescending? I tried to cancel before even starting the onboarding process, but what a hassle that was. I was put on hold for like 20 minutes, which is just ridiculous. And for what? I hadn’t even started anything yet! But apparently my account was already set up… without a domain. I mean, I’m not a genius or anything, but don’t you need a domain to access a website? Anyway, after being lied to and given the runaround, I finally got them to cancel. And surprise, surprise – they said there was no agreement on file. Well, why didn’t they just say that in the first place? Save me the trouble!
Anyway, my advice is don’t bother with these guys. They’re not worth the headache. You can market your business without them just fine. There are plenty of other options out there that won’t give you all this trouble.
Outbound Engine Review: Disappointing Services, Poor Customer Service, and False Promises
I was so excited about signing up with Outbound Engine and couldn't wait to start using their platform. However, I was very disappointed with the services they provided. I should have read the negative reviews before signing up with them.
During my sales call with one of their account executives, I was promised great content for my business partners which I thought would help me engage them, but that was not the case. I was also told that they would register my business on 72 different directories, and ensure my existing information was correct, but on my onboarding call, they said I had to complete the directory information on my own for directories I had already signed up for. It was not clear to me why the salesperson promised to register me on these directories if I had to do it myself.
I tried reaching out to their customer success team but didn't get a response until I called back later in the week. The representative who called me back tried to retain my business by stating that I had signed a contract and offering me lower prices. I was very disappointed with the way my issue was handled, and I wanted to cancel my services with them.
I never used their platform, and I didn't even get through my onboarding call due to the many discrepancies. I feel let down by their poor customer service, especially after the great customer service I received during my sales call. I highly doubt Outbound Engine is the company they claim to be, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are just a scam.
OutboundEngine Review: Overpriced for Mediocre Social Media Management and Non-Existent Client Database
If you're a real estate agent like me, you know how important it is to have a solid client list. That's why I signed up for OutboundEngine - to get a client database and social media management. Unfortunately, what they sold me was not what I got. The social media part was decent, but honestly, I bet a local person could do just as well. Their content was good, but the price is just too steep for the small amount of posts you get each week. And the emails? They didn't lead to any new clients or meaningful engagement. As for the supposed client database? I might as well have been sold air. It was non-existent.
If you're new to real estate, you might be tempted to sign up for something like this. But if you know your way around the industry, you'll realize that your client list is your most valuable tool, and this just isn't worth it. They kept losing my LinkedIn login, and they don't even have anything for Twitter. All in all, I was paying over $150/month for a few Facebook posts and an email that went nowhere.
When I finally decided to cancel, it took me over two weeks to even get in touch with someone. And even though I was clear that I wanted to cancel, they somehow "forgot" and kept charging me for another month. Don't make the same mistake I did. Companies like this are all the same - find someone local that you can talk to and cancel at any time. Why lock yourself into a year-long contract for service that maybe isn't even as good as someone else's?
I tried leaving a review on their website, but of course couldn't. Hopefully someone will read this and not make the same mistake that I did. Overall, I highly do not recommend OutboundEngine.
Outbound Engine Review: Shady and Fraudulent, Stay Away!
Imma bout to tell ya, Outbound Engine ain't no good. I reckon them positive reviews are just from their own dang employees tryna make some quick cash. As for the one-star reviews, they're the real deal, partner. This here company is downright shady and fraudulent. They'll promise ya the moon and stars, but they sure ain't gonna deliver.
First off, they ain't got no good content creation skills or marketing technique know-how. All they do is get in the way and make themselves an unnecessary middleman. They won't even bother gettin' to know ya or your business. They'll just send you some generic emails that won't make you stand out from the crowd. That ain't right, folks!
Now, get this, their "manager" thinks that just sending out two emails a month is enough to get you customers. Y'all know that ain't the case. Marketing ain't no one-size-fits-all business. Each customer and business is different. They need to understand that if they wanna do right by folks.
And, Lord have mercy, if ya call 'em out on their lies and fraud, they'll just ignore ya and keep chargin' your card. They won't even give ya written proof of their agreement. That's just plain dirty. Plus, they'll fight ya tooth and nail to keep yer business. Ain't that just the pot callin' the kettle black?
I tell ya what, Outbound Engine is like buying a crappy car from a shady dealer. They'll straight up lie to ya, and when ya wanna return it, they'll try to make ya feel crazy. Then they'll offer ya a discount but won't give ya all yer money back. They're just plain bad for business.
My advice: stay away from these snake-oil salesmen. They need to be investigated for fraud. My team and I are filin' complaints against 'em, so they can't scam any more good folks outta their hard-earned money.

Beware of OutboundEngine: Terrible Service, Impossible to Cancel, and Scammers!
Run away from OutboundEngine! DO NOT do business with them! These folks are a bunch of scammers. Their service is terrible and they won't let you cancel once they've gotten hold of your credit card. I've been calling and emailing them every single day for weeks now, and every time I call, even when I had my credit card company call them, they tell me that I have to speak to a solutions specialist. But these specialists are never available! And even when they promise to call me back that same day, they never do.
If you're not convinced, just read the reviews! This is what they do to everyone who tries to cancel with them. It's a terrible company with zero ethics.
I mean, seriously, how hard could it be to cancel a subscription? Shouldn't that be a simple and straightforward process? But nooo...these folks make it virtually impossible. They clearly don't care about their customers or their reputation. All they care about is squeezing as much money out of you as they possibly can.
So do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from OutboundEngine! There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. Don't waste your time with these scam artists!
Disappointing Service and Lack of Response from Outbound Engine: Unethical Business Practices Exposed
I sent a message to Outbound Engine through one of their messaging channels, but they have not responded to me yet. I wanted to let others know that I am very disappointed with this company because the services they promised were not provided and now they are trying to charge me for it. It makes me upset to think that this company is not honest because they have been constantly bothering me and not delivering on their promises. I can't believe they are still in business because their behavior is not ethical.
Terrible Experience with OutboundEngine Marketing Services: A Warning to Potential Customers #THEWORST
OBE, or OutboundEngine, is a company that provides marketing services to businesses. Personally, I have had a terrible experience with them and have been attempting to terminate my services for over a month now. Reading the last three reviews on this company only confirms that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.
I had initially signed up with OBE because they promised to help me grow my business with their marketing services. Unfortunately, they did not live up to their promises. They lied about their services, failed to deliver on what they had promised, and then tried to keep me locked into a verbal contract. This is not the kind of business that any customer should have to deal with.
To make matters worse, the company seems uninterested in improving their services or dealing with customer complaints. With over 30 years of experience in the working world, I can confidently say that I have never dealt with a company as bad as OBE. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
If there is any silver lining, it's that I am not the only one who feels this way. The company has received numerous one-star reviews from other customers, including their own associates. I have even taken it upon myself to warn others by posting a negative review on my EXP intranet. I hope other potential customers will see this and stay away from OBE.
All in all, I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been with this company. I would give them negative five stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and do not ever do business with OBE. In fact, I am even considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. #THEWORST.

Don't Fall for OutboundEngine's Social Media Hype: My Disappointing Experience
I fell for the hype about OutboundEngine's promise to boost my social media presence to the moon and back, but after 8 long months of waiting, I can say it was a total flop. I barely received any likes or comments on my posts, despite the company's assurances. And don't even get me started on those so-called quarterly prizes they offer. They refused to disclose the winners due to "privacy concerns", which is a total cop-out in my book.
And let's talk about those gift card drawings they advertise. I later found out that they're only for the contacts that I provide to them. Plus, they're pooled together with all the other suckers like myself who fell for their scam. What a useless waste of money! I highly recommend that you steer clear of OutboundEngine. You'll regret it if you don't.
Warning: Difficulties with Cancelling OutboundEngine Subscription
I've been using OutboundEngine for a while, but I'm thinking about switching to a different service now. I'm having a hard time cancelling, and they're making me call to do it. But it seems like there's no one available to talk to! I've been trying to reach them for two whole days now, and it's been very frustrating. I think they're making it hard on purpose, so people just give up and keep using their service. I might have to tell my bank to stop letting them charge me, since I can't remove my card information from their website. So be careful if you're considering this company - they might make it hard to leave!
Not Impressed with OutboundEngine: My Experience and Warning for Others
Honestly, I'm not impressed with OutboundEngine. I gave them a shot for a few months, but I'm still trying to figure out why I did. I really should have done more research before signing up with them.
Every time I've tried to cancel, they just keep trying to push me to continue the service. They pass me off to some "solutions manager" who basically just tries to convince me to stick with it. I'm sorry, but if I want to cancel, let me cancel! Stop trying to make it so difficult.
To be honest, I'm not getting much out of OutboundEngine's service anyway. I get more engagement and results from the content I create and emails I send out on my own. The promises they made when I signed up just haven't panned out.
If anything, this company has hurt my business more than helped. They've sent countless spammy emails to my clients, which has actually turned some of them off. That's not what I signed up for.
So, to anyone considering OutboundEngine, please do your research. Don't make the same mistake I did. And if you do end up signing up with them, good luck cancelling.
Outbound Engine Review: Poor email system and customer service, unauthorized charges
I've been using this website called Outbound Engine for more than two years already. I was charged $249 every month, until I saw on the internet that it was reduced to $179 per month, so I called and asked for the price adjustment. However, I've been experiencing some problems with their email system. When they send mass emails, most of them get bounced by ISPs and they don't even notify you when it happens. This results in them marking the email as "invalid" and you not receiving the weekly email update that you're actually paying for.
After a while, I decided to cancel the service because of their poor service performance. But when I reached out to them, they didn't want to cancel my subscription even after I clearly stated on both email and telephone that I want to stop the service. They kept arguing with me and refusing to cancel my subscription. It is already causing me so much trouble because they even charged my credit card without authorization!
Do not, I repeat, do not give them your credit card details! Trust me, you'll regret it. I've been struggling to get my money back for some time now because of those unauthorized charges. Overall, I think the website has potential but they need to fix their email system and customer service. Until then, I don't recommend their service.
Avoid OutboundEngine - Waste of Money & Poor Customer Service
Paid them like 10k but got nothing good. When I wanted to end it they were like "ok we'll note it down" but I had to talk to a Solution Specialist. Did it by writing but same thing. Specialist dude tried to make me stay and waste more money even though they told me I wouldn't get charged anymore. But then they charged my credit card anyways! When I asked for a refund, they just kept saying b.s. to me.
Honestly, don't even mess with OutboundEngine. Their stuff is not worth it and they don't care about their customers.
OutboundEngine Review: They Don't Care About Customers, Only Money!
I signed up with OutboundEngine two weeks ago, thinking it would be a great way to boost my business. Unfortunately, life hit me hard and I ended up in a financially strapped situation. I reached out to the company via email to let them know that I could no longer afford their services. A so-called "solution specialist" called me back and seemed sympathetic at first, saying that they could waive one month's fee. But, when I mentioned that my situation was going to last much longer than just one month, he told me that if I cancelled, they would charge me a whopping $2,000.00.
I was shocked and upset that they would treat a customer this way. The specialist didn't seem to care at all about my situation and was only concerned about the company's bottom line. To make matters worse, the posts they had made on my behalf garnered zero engagement. So not only was I stuck with a hefty bill for services I couldn't use, but it didn't even seem like their efforts were helping me in any way.
I've learned my lesson and advise others to steer clear of OutboundEngine and any other company that requires you to sign a contract. They clearly don't care about their customers and are only focused on making money.
Beware of OutboundEngine's Pushy Sales Tactics: A Review
I gotta say, I was really interested in what OutboundEngine had to offer. The website looked pretty slick, and the presentation meeting I went to was all well-groomed and polished. But things took a turn for the worse towards the end.
You see, I went into the meeting with pretty open eyes. I wanted to see what they had to offer and compare it to other options I had in mind. But then, it started to feel like they were getting pushy, almost like they were ignoring my questions and trying to force me into onboarding before I was ready.
And then, when I pushed back and reiterated that I needed to do my own research and compare their services with others, it all went sour. The tone changed, and I felt like I was getting hung up on by the presenter. I mean, come on guys, I'm trying to make an informed decision here.
It was like the presenter was getting frustrated with me for not just throwing my money at them, and that attitude is just not something I want to deal with. It's my money, and I want to make sure I'm getting the best deal. I was almost ready to commit to their services in a few months, but now? I won't be considering it at all.
So, if you're thinking about signing up with OutboundEngine, be aware that they might try to strong-arm you into making a decision before you're ready. And that's just not cool.
