Schwab sinkorswim website was up and running as I could tell the site had a flaw would not let my trade go through. It happens to soar to 12.00 per share i try to sell and my seller window would not pull up everything seems to work but i could not sell my position. I finely open up another platform after 6 min and sold at 6.00 approx. I complaint to Schwab they push me off its was just something on the browser. This happens on May 14,2024 around 9:00 pm this causes my attention to lose even more with other stocks. What is so weird is this happen again with TSLA I purchase a buy extended hours order. With news coming out in the morning market opens that Telsa inc. was the stock to purchase. Here i was going to purchase and sell with a small profit as it rises. I was going to sell again with a 150.00 profit and cancel the pre order to buy at a lower rate. I called immediately trying to sell there again the seller platform would not show up again. Schwab representative said again it must be my computer Browers. I turn my computer off and rebooted. This work after 10 minutes on the phone with the representative. The stock fail in the market and the loses were 1500.00 with GE raised I did sell at a gain but before I could get my computer to communicate with the Web Browers the loss was 300.00
Here are some complaints please look them up for yourself. I know the system was on and working correctly I make two trades with the same morning and did not turn off due to the platform. Call in and talk to the rep and he said his was working. It is hard to prove that their software or someone did not make a mistake. The software the day before showing my GE stock profit showed 72,000.00 profit so it does make mistake at the customer cost. Please refund my account for the losses of 2500.00 https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/schwab.com.html
Claimed loss: 2500.00 Loss due to the platform was malfunction due to delays in the platform.
Desired outcome: I know the system was on and working correctly, the software the day before showing my GE stock profit showed 72,000.00 profit so it does make mistake at the customer cost. Please refund my account for the losses of 2500.00
