We were fortunate to have an outstanding representative. He was not only courteous but also professional and knowledgeable. He managed to book our overseas flight at a lower cost than I could find online, and he accommodated all of my wife's special needs while arranging our departure from our hometown, saving us a 3-hour trip to the airport. I will definitely seek his services again!

Service at its finest! The representative was very responsive and helpful. I received a call within minutes of submitting my request and he worked with me to find the best and lowest priced options for our trip that involved arriving in one city and leaving from another. He followed up quickly with corrections that needed to be made and even found additional ways to get a partial refund for points. During a time where customer service has seemed to have diminished everywhere, this company has proven that some companies still care and deliver. Thank you for the great experience.

I booked 3 flights from SFO to Europe with Brian & CheapBIZClass Flights, and he did a great job. He found me tickets on major airlines for half the price. I could also change my schedule with small fees. He's very responsive and I recommend his services. I never thought I'd fly business class with anyone else, but flying with Scandinavian Airlines is great. Thanks to Brian, I found the best routes.

We bookd a flight in February . 2 weeks later Covid hit and we had to cancel our plans. I was told I had til February 2022 to use the credit. In June I contacted the original agent we booked with and he ghosted us, no return calls, or emails. I called the main number for CheapBizClass and *** answered the phone. I explained to him the problem I was having with the other agent and he picked up the ball and was able to rebook our trip. They even paid a little extra to get us taken care of because the new flights were more expensive than the original fares. I, too, thought we were gonna get screwed out of our money but I am extremely happy that *** was able to salvage our air fare and rebook our trip. If you're having a problem with your booking get a hold of *** and see if he can help you, he did us right in the end.

I was lucky to get an amazing rep who responded to my online request for more info. I'm moving to *** for work and he managed to get me a killer rate on a direct KLM flight, about 60% off of the cost online. I referred my coworker who's also going the next day. She never got the prompt call back that I did. They were extremely busy that day. I mentioned this to him and within about 10 minutes of my email, my coworker had been contacted and assisted. What made this servers even more above and beyond, he offered to try and move my flight to the day before so the two of us could travel together. After about 24 hours we heard back that while the Saturday flight wasn't available, he would be able to get us on a nicer plane on Monday for a tiny extra fee. Considering that we were unable to make changes once our paperwork was signed, this was just outstanding customer service and also a very human connection in a time when flying and dealing with travel is grueling for both the travelers and the people working for travel companies. I believe it was his suggestion. I just want to say as someone in the field of customer service and support as well as a former call center and sales professional... I was really really floored by his level of service and consideration. Thank you so much for making what was going to be a very stressful ordeal of moving to a new country a really enjoyable experience. Shame he can't coordinate my movers, too.

I previously left a poor review on 4/24. My issues have been resolved and Anthony Cherkas has solved my issues. Travel during the Covid-19 era has been difficult for the airlines, travels, and intermediaries. Somethings are in our control and others are not. My issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. I commend CheapBIZ Class for their efforts to resolve my problem.

High commission tiers for bottom feeding, convicted felons who have the gift to gab. Personal gain is their top priority, do not be fooled or suckered into saving a few dollars. Did a google search for CheapBizClass and in addition to finding CheapBizClass, I found another travel agency by the name of Alliance Travel a.k.a. GetawayASAP with the same owner (Joe Dugan), the same phone number and, the same address. Interesting to say the least. When calling the toll free number advertised on cheapbizclass.com (during normal business hours) an answering service fielded the call/screened the call. Clearly a buffer between you the customer and a deceitful, cowardly salesman hiding behind the phone. At one point, I asked the sales rep and the answering service who Joe Dugan was and, even though Joe Dugan is listed as the owner of both CheapBizClass and Alliance Travel (a.k.a. GetawayASAP), neither of them knew who he was. It’s my belief, if not all, most of the owners and employees in all three companies are using fictitious names. My reps name is Joseph Howard. A young boy, middle to lower IQ, GED to high school diploma at best, short temper, who constantly contradicts himself. A class action law suit is exactly what these fraudsters need and deserve. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. I will stop at nothing to recoup my money. I know there’s strength in numbers and I’m certain there are many more hard working, blue collar individuals who were lied to, mistreated, taken advantage of, defrauded and duped by these low level scum fraudsters. These are dirty/crooked travel agents who like to lie and deceive people. If you’re incompetent enough to move forward with Joseph Howard, Joe Dugan and CheapBizClass after reading this, then you were not meant to win at the game of life. On November 1, I bought 3 tickets from ***. We had to cancel the flights, and they said we could reschedule within a year. I've been trying to reschedule ever since, but the agent won't finish the request. We need help getting the company to actually book it. We've been trying for 10 months now. Please help us. It's a $6k transaction we can't afford to lose.

I bought a round trip BUSINESS ticket to Australia in February . Unfortunately, as I was about to leave, Australia put a mandatory two week quarantine in place. I didn't have the time or money to pay for the extra weeks. I told the folks at CheapBizClass about the situation. They said it wasn't a problem and I could use the ticket when I was ready. I've been waiting for almost TWO YEARS and still no ticket. I've contacted them multiple times. The latest offer was for me to give up my Business class seat and take a Coach ticket in Premium Economy. What a joke! I want a full refund of my over $3000.00. I've been patient and paid hundreds of dollars in interest on my credit card for this purchase, but I haven't received anything.

In March all airlines stopped travel because of the ***19 pandemic, so *** canceled our flight. April 10 BIZClass told us: Your tickets have been canceled and your credit will be held. On August 23, BizClass offered an itinerary for a March 14, 2022 departure. I replied August 27th: Because there is still too much viral activity, too few vaccinations and so much uncertainty, we think it smart to wait and watch. If you and your agency are willing to do the same, we will revisit possible Spring 2022 travel late this year; if you can't accommodate this delay please return $4644.00 of the $7722.00 we paid you. On September 22 I wrote: You haven't replied to my correspondence of August 27 nor returned my three subsequent phone calls. Therefore, immediately return funds paid for service not delivered.
