This company is so sketchy!
This company is so sketchy! They called me and offered a package. I agreed and had to put $600 on my credit. I was doing research on them and wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it. About 3 weeks later, I decided I wasn't going to use it. I called to try and get a refund, but they refused since it was past 10 days. So, since I had already paid for it, I figured I would go ahead and try to use it. I asked for a trip to ***. They only offered me really bad hotels! Hotels that are $30/night like ***. Anyone who has been to *** knows this is the worst place to stay! So now I'm stuck with this terrible package that I have to pay $600 for, and the options they provide are awful! I don't want this crap! I really wish they would cancel it! They are so deceptive and told me I could even do my presentations online. But when I called to schedule, they insisted that I must attend the presentation in person. Don't buy from these people!

I jus bought a timeshare from ez travel trips on July 13th
I jus bought a timeshare from ez travel trips on July 13th. At first, I had a feeling it might be a scam, but after talkin' to one of their customer service reps named *** (that's the only full name she gave me), I was convinced it ain't no scam. Today, I tried callin' 'em to plan the dates for the three vacations they offered me, but they didn't pick up the phone. I reckon I've been scammed by 'em, and I wanna report 'em to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Hopefully, I can get my money back or take legal action against 'em.
I was promised a vacation package for only $498
I was promised a vacation package for only $498. It included a 4-day/3-night stay at a destination of my choice, after completing a 120-minute presentation. They also offered a Bonus VacationAll Inclusive, and a *** Vacation- Certificate for (***, ***, or ***) roundtrip airfare for two, along with 4 days and 3 nights of hotel accommodations at an all-inclusive resort. Additionally, they promised $300 in *** Cards. I followed all the necessary steps to book my vacation not once, but twice. I even spoke to someone on two occasions to confirm my booking. Both times, they assured me that I had done everything required and that someone would contact me. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding my reservations.
I bought a vacation package from EZ Traveltrips.com that promised me a free 3 night 4 day stay
I bought a vacation package from EZ Traveltrips.com that promised me a free 3 night 4 day stay. I got my flight tickets and rental car, thinking I was getting a good deal. I told them about my travel dates 4 months ahead. But 30 days before my trip, EZ travel trips told me they couldn't find any regular rooms. They said I had to pay $439 if I wanted to stay at ***. I had no choice because I already paid for the car and flight. I kept calling them for 2 weeks before my trip to find out when my presentation was scheduled. They never responded, except on the second day of my vacation. Really? After I had already made plans for my days? If I knew the "free accommodations" would cost me $439, I would never have bought the flight or rental car. This is a very dishonest business.

I got a call on 5/4 to buy a travel package
I got a call on 5/4 to buy a travel package. I bought it that day. The package had 3 trips I could book, but I had to sit through a 120 minute presentation. The person who sold me the package said I had 7 days from the purchase date to get a full refund without any questions. I had to call to book my trip. I called and they said I had to book the trip that needed the 120 minute presentation before the trip to Hawaii that I wanted to take first. I didn't know about this when I bought the package and they didn't mention it. After finding out, I didn't want to keep the purchase. I followed the instructions to ask for a refund. I had to send a written notice to their office. I sent it 2 days after buying, but USPS confirmed delivery 1 day after the 7 day deadline. I tried calling their office and left messages to ask about my refund, but no reply.

Less than a week ago, EZTravelTrips.com called me out of the blue (using a fake local number) to tell me that I had some trips left over from a sweepstakes I entered a few years back (which I kinda remember). They talked to me about the different trip options and convinced me to sign up for a virtual card with Affirm, assuring me that I could cancel anytime. So, I called them back. I told them I didn't want the trip, but they managed to change my mind. I called again, and this time they agreed to cancel it. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation, and they said yes. But guess what? I never got any confirmation email. Instead, I got an email from Affirm saying that EZTravelTrips.com had approved and processed the loan. Seriously, how is this not a scam? It feels like they straight-up stole my money without providing any services. I've been trying to call them back, but I can't get through. I reached out to Affirm to see if they can help me cancel it. Honestly, I think the ComplaintsBoard.com should label EZTravelTrips.com as a scam. And I really hope that people in the future can be warned about them before making any purchases.
I bought a plan in December
I bought a plan in December. I made it clear I had to book the trip by January 24, when I went back to work. I called and tried to schedule, but no one returned my call. I kept trying again for March, during spring break. I also sent several emails (proof of email and phone calls are available). Three of us purchased. The first package we tried to book was no longer available, so they booked us for something different. Now this one doesn't match our work schedule. I want my $700 back or I want an appropriate package with booking. Alternatively, I can no longer do the Vegas part due to medical reasons (heat restrictions). So I need to see what's going to happen. It seems like this place is good at taking money, but not canceling contracts. I have a copy of the letter I sent within 7 days of purchasing, canceling as I couldn't book as promised. I can also produce a copy of the letters to cancel that were sent. Thanks. I'm waiting to know what the next steps are.
I don't usually write reviews or comments, but I had to make an account for this
I don't usually write reviews or comments, but I had to make an account for this. I think it's important to share my experience with eztraveltrips.com and hopefully find a solution. I bought a trip for the first time a few years ago, around 2017 I think. I don't remember the exact price, but it was about $300. I never managed to schedule the trip. I tried calling, but didn't get a response and I just gave up. After all, it was only $300. It was my fault for not persisting, so I let it go. Once the trip expired, I got a call from one of the representatives offering me an upgrade. It sounded nice because it included a cruise and a trip to a resort in ***, or two other destinations. I paid $499 for the upgrade, but when I tried to schedule the trip multiple times, I received no response. Now that it has expired, I've received so many calls offering me another upgrade. I honestly feel like I got scammed. I didn't receive any service for the money I paid. I just want the trip I was promised, at least one of them... P.S. Please don't offer me an upgrade again.
I bought a vacation package where I was supposed to have received three trips
I bought a vacation package where I was supposed to have received three trips. Two of the trips were contingent on me taking the first trip. It took me two weeks to receive a call back to book, so I did a dispute with my bank. Within a day, I received a call back. After booking, I cancelled the dispute with my bank. I went on my trip and after declining to purchase the timeshare, I was told to email the company. When I emailed, I was told that they had to wait to give me my vouchers for 90 days due to the dispute. I confirmed with my bank that the dispute was cancelled. Over the months, I was in contact with a person named Coco. When I would reach out to Coco, she never called back. There was usually a delay in response via email or no response altogether. Since June, I provided her documentation confirming there was no longer a dispute. In October, which is after the 90 days when her and I spoke, I was told there was still a dispute. I talked to my bank today and was told that they have been paid and now it's after 120 days, the company no longer has to work with the bank to settle this dispute. Now I'm out of $250. At this point, I feel like I've been scammed by this company. Do not work with this company, they are horrible.
I bought a vacation package on May 10, 2022 for $1,201.79
I bought a vacation package on May 10, 2022 for $1,201.79. They said I'd get an exclusive getaway with 5-Days at a fancy hotel. They promised a Bonus Vacation in Hawaii, airfare for two, and a $300 dining card. Plus, a resort stay in a tropical location, airfare for two, and shopping credits. They gave me a week-long Cruise Vacation Certificate for two and shopping credits. I attended a presentation with my husband but didn't buy. They didn't send the promised certificates. I want my $1200 back for the unfulfilled promises.
I bought a travel package from EZ Traveltrips.com for $698 on 4/15/22
I bought a travel package from EZ Traveltrips.com for $698 on 4/15/22. The package was supposed to have two "bonus" vacations - a trip for 2 to *** with airfare and a 7-night cruise. (I haven't tried to schedule the cruise yet.) I have two complaints that haven't been resolved. #1: They didn't tell me that the airfare was only from ***, so I had to pay extra to get to CA - about $600 more. I actually paid for flights from my nearest major city, ***, . This almost doubled the cost of the trip. #2: The package was supposed to come with a $300 dining card for ***. *** gave me a certificate for the *** trip from a different company (gocrv.com). I made all the arrangements for *** through them. gocrv.com says they don't know anything about the $300 dining certificate and that it wasn't part of my package. They told me to contact ***. EZ Travel says the dining card was supposed to come from gocrv.com and hasn't returned my phone calls for a solution. *** from EZ Travel has emailed me a few times saying she's working with management but never gives a solution. I've reached out at least 4 times over the past 6 weeks. My trip is on 12/3 - 12/10, so time is running out. I feel like I was misled and deserve a refund for the extra cost of the airline tickets and the missing dining card.
I bought a package from EZ Travels for $598 on 7/28
I bought a package from EZ Travels for $598 on 7/28. They said I could have a 5D/4N trip for four people at any of their 9 destinations within 18 months. They assured me that I wouldn't have to pay anything except for taxes during my 4-night stay. After completing the vacation and attending a 90-minute presentation, I would also receive a 5D/4N trip for 2 with airfare to ***, an 8D/7N cruise for 2, and a $100 restaurant card.
I went on a 5D/4N trip to Tennessee at the end of July and early August 2022. EZ Travels charged me $236, and *** added additional charges. When I called Ramada to ask about the charges, they said it was for taxes that I had to pay. While staying at Ramada Inn, I asked about the room rates, which were $89 per night. I assumed EZ Travels had gotten a discounted rate, so I paid for my stay.
On 8/19/22 at 5:24pm, *** called me about my *** voucher. When I complained about being overcharged for my stay in Tennessee and asked for a detailed breakdown of the $236 charge, she said a supervisor would call me back in 72 hours. She couldn't discuss the *** voucher until the matter was resolved. This conversation happened on 8/19/22, and today is 10/21/22. I haven't had any conversations, and I also emailed them for updates, but they haven't replied.
At this point, I want a refund of my $236 and a refund of the $598 package price. I can't trust EZ Travels to fulfill their promises, and I don't want to incur any more charges.
I booked 3 trips with EZ travel trips
I booked 3 trips with EZ travel trips. I upgraded my 1st trip with the number of people and nights. I called 3 days before to confirm the number of people and to make sure there were enough spaces for everyone to sleep. I was assured I would have a place that sleeps 8 people. Upon checking in I received a spot for 6 people. I called Ez travel trips and they promised to call me back and work out something. Well they never called back and wouldn't answer my phone call the remainder of the day. So once I called back the next day I was told they were still figuring something out and they would call back once again and never did. I called back on the 4th day I was told my money was refunded for the *** since they could not accommodate me but I never received any money. Unfortunately I had to pay out of my pocket on vacation to provide a place for the extra guests to stay. I filed A complaint with the company and received an email from an employee to call them. I called and she was constantly explaining how she called me several times and I didn't answer, whereas I did not receive any calls nor did she leave any messages. She listened to my story and promised to call after she investigated. She calls back a day later explaining she had a family emergency and will call back in 4 days. It is 3 weeks later and I have been calling leaving her messages and no one will help me or return my call. I have paid for two additional trips that I cannot book because they will not return my call and I also was promised gift cards. I am starting to think this company is a scam.
I had a guy from Eztravels call me on June 1st and I told him I couldn't talk
I had a guy from Eztravels call me on June 1st and I told him I couldn't talk. He said he was calling because I had a trip that I hadn't taken before the pandemic. Then I told him to call me back around 12p because I was working. He called me back later, but before we could finalize the transaction, he had already sent a confirmation at 10:45 am and I hadn't even said I wanted the package. I talked to him around 12:30 and asked about the cancellation policy. He said 7 days, but I asked if I could get it in writing. He said I would get 2 *** gift cards for $200 each. The link he sent doesn't work and it was sent with the package confirmation at 10:45. I called back around 3p on June 1st to *** and talked to *** and told her I didn't want the trip because *** had called me from ***. Then I talked to JAIDEN @ *** who said someone would call me *** hrs later. No call. On June 2nd, I talked to *** who told me about the benefits of the package. Again, I asked about the cancellation policy and was told it was a good package. I also asked about the 2 gift cards and was told they would be coming. I still didn't get any other call back. I called back today because when I tried to book a trip, the date I wanted wouldn't come up and *** asked me about my annual income. Once I told her, she said I couldn't go to *** because I didn't make enough. Then she said she would have to email one of the providers *** to see if they had the dates I wanted, Aug 1-4, available. To me, the run around is not acceptable and I just want to get out of the contract before I have to pay. This is too much of a run around.
The 14 locations they offer don't actually exist
The 14 locations they offer don't actually exist. The website only lets you select from 5 locations. I put in my request, for ***, waited 2weeks to be told it was full. I pushed my dates out two months to then be told the location was no longer affiliated.
I paid $698 for the "package" then paid another $205+ for *** I received my confirmation email for a location in *** Beach, . En route to hotel, I called them just to be told they did not have a reservation for me. I verified the address and gave the "tour id" number which didn't match anything in their system. Immediately called *** (got ***) who kept telling me the hotel was wrong. She told me I must've called the wrong number. I told her I verified the number and address from my confirmation email with the hotel, she put me on hold then came back and said she resent my confirmation. I checked my email to find a NEW confirmation with a different hotel address the opposite direction in Indian Rock, ! Confused, I asked why the switch. She denied the switch and said I must've misunderstood. I asked her to switch me back and was told her corporate partner can't make last minute changes without an additional $200. I told her that Ez Travel did the last minute change. She responded that "It was a typo but if I cancel it would be an additional $330, sorry. Again I don't know how you misunderstood:. Later a lady named *** claiming to be from Arcadia called me. She was pleasant but told me she couldn't edit my reservation because they dont have a contract with the hotel on my original email confirmation. She added if she were to cancel on her end, Ez Travel would charge me a cancel fee. She recommended I go to other hotel. 45mins later, *** called me back to ask me to% forward the email with my original confirmation because apparently *** were denying they ever gave me the wrong address. Went to the hotel they listed and I do not feel safe.
