Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Best Airfares' Flight Insurance
I bought some tickets and also got some flight insurance from Best Airfares. The insurance cost me an extra $95, but I thought it was worth it. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my flight and I didn't get any of my money back. I tried emailing them a few times, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating because I feel like they don't care about their customers once they've got their money. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. It's a shame because I was hoping for better customer service from Best Airfares.
Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares: Cautionary Tale for Booking Flights
I recently tried to book a flight with Best Airfares for a sweet deal of $237. I was excited to get my trip planned and ready to go. After submitting my booking, I received an email saying that my booking was being processed. I patiently waited for confirmation of my booking, but after thirty minutes, I received another email. This time, it was bad news. The email stated that my original flight was not available, but they had an alternate flight available for me. I was a bit disappointed, but I was still hopeful that the alternate flight would be a good deal.
However, when I checked the price of the alternate flight, I was shocked to see that it was now priced at $488! That's almost double the price of my original booking! I was frustrated and confused. How could the exact same flight cost so much more? I tried to contact customer service to get some answers, but I was put on hold for a long time and eventually gave up.
Overall, my experience with Best Airfares was disappointing. I was excited to find a great deal, but ended up feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I would caution others to be careful when booking with this company and to double-check the prices before submitting their booking.
Unbeatable Prices and Top-Notch Customer Service: My Experience with Best Airfares
So, I decided to look for a better option and stumbled upon Best Airfares (bestairfares.com). Let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were unbeatable. I was able to find a flight to my destination at a fraction of the cost compared to other websites.
The booking process was a breeze. I simply entered my travel dates and destination, and within seconds, I was presented with a list of flights to choose from. The website even allowed me to filter my search results by airline, price, and departure time.
Once I found the perfect flight, I was able to complete my purchase in just a few clicks. The website accepted all major credit cards and even offered the option to pay with PayPal.
But what really impressed me was the customer service. I had a question about my booking and was able to reach a representative within minutes. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions.
Overall, I highly recommend Best Airfares for anyone looking to book a flight. The website is easy to use, the prices are unbeatable, and the customer service is top-notch. Don't waste your time with other websites, give Best Airfares a try and you won't be disappointed.
Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares: Bait and Switch Tactics and Unfulfilled Promises
I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Best Airfares. I mean, I heard all these great things about them, but when I tried to book a flight, it was a total mess. They quoted me this super low price, and I was like, "Wow, this is too good to be true!" And guess what? It was! When I called to check on my reservation, they told me they couldn't honor the rate they quoted me. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they wanted me to pay an extra $400 just to get the flight I wanted. Talk about a bait and switch! I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of money to throw around. It's just not right. I mean, where's the integrity? Where's the ethics? I was really disappointed with my experience, and I don't think I'll be using Best Airfares again anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares: False Advertising and Limited Options
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Best Airfares. My buddy and I decided to give it a shot and book some flights through their website. We found some pretty cheap seats and were feeling pretty good about it. But then, not even half an hour later, we get a call from them saying that those seats were already sold out by the airline. What the heck, man? They offered us some other options, but they were way more expensive or we'd have to change airports or add stops. Like, seriously? That's not what we signed up for.
And get this - we checked their website again the next day, and those same seats were still available. What's up with that? They know they're not actually available, but they're still advertising them? That's just messed up. We wasted our time trying to book through them, and it ended up being a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend using Best Airfares if you're looking for a hassle-free booking experience.
Deceptive Advertising and Poor Customer Service at Best Airfares
So, I was looking to book a round trip flight from MKE to SEA and stumbled upon Best Airfares (bestairfares.com). The website had a special price of $175.00 for booking online and $166.25 if you call to book, plus a free upgrade. I decided to call and spoke to Anna. She double-checked my booking and gave me a total price of $368. I was confused and asked her how that happened. Anna told me that the special wasn't available anymore, and they hadn't updated the site. I was disappointed and frustrated with the situation.
I asked for corporate, but they said there was no corporate. Then, I asked for a manager named Alex, and he told me that the special had sold out. I was even more frustrated because if it's sold out, it should say just that or remove the special from the site. It's total deception, and I felt like I wasted my time.
I'm planning to reach out to BBB because I don't want anyone else to experience the same thing. It's not fair to advertise a special and not update the site or inform customers that it's no longer available. I hope Best Airfares takes responsibility for their actions and improves their customer service.
Best Airfares Review: A Warning to Avoid This Company at All Costs
I really should have read these reviews before I went ahead and contacted Best Airfares. I was really excited to find tickets to Maui for a great price that was $500 cheaper than what I found online. I spoke with a guy named "Jeff" who promised me that I would receive a confirmation from Delta and Best Airfares within 72 hours. I waited for four days, but I didn't hear anything back, so I decided to give them a call. Jeff told me that Delta had canceled my seats because there were no seats available, and he promised to send me a cancellation email to confirm. He did send me the email, but that's when the bait and switch started.
Jeff told me that he could bump me up to better seating for an extra $350, and I agreed to pay it. He promised that I would receive my confirmation in just a few hours, but that turned out to be a load of bull. I waited for two days, but I still didn't receive any confirmation. I called them back to cancel my reservation again, and that's when I found out that they had charged me $111,00 for my first canceled reservation.
I really regret doing business with this company, and I would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs. They're nothing but con artists who will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it.
Beware of Best Airfares: Bait-and-Switch Scammers with Fake Reviews
I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with Best Airfares. I mean, I read all these great reviews online, but when I went to book my flight to Orlando, things went south real fast. I thought I had a great deal with JetBlue for $554 round trip for two people. But then, a few hours later, I got a call and an email from Best Airfares saying that those flights weren't available anymore. What the heck?! They tried to push me into a Delta flight for $893 instead. That's almost double the price! And they only offered me a $25 voucher for my trouble. I mean, come on. That's not even enough to cover a meal at the airport.
I wasted so much time dealing with these guys. And they kept telling me that the original deal was because of a "static web-page." I don't even know what that means, but it sounds like a bunch of baloney to me. And get this - they're still offering the same flights on their website! What a bunch of ripoff artists and scammers. I'm gonna do everything I can to make sure no one else falls for their tricks.
So, if you're looking for a good deal on airfare, I'd suggest looking somewhere else. Don't fall for the fake reviews like I did. These guys are just trying to pull a bait-and-switch to get you to pay more. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable company.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with Bestairfares.com
I recently had an experience with Bestairfares.com and I have to say, it was not a good one. At first, I was excited to find such great prices on their website for a non-stop flight from RDU to Cancun via American Airlines. The price was only $507 per person, which seemed like a steal. So, I went ahead and entered all of my information, including my credit card details, and completed the purchase. However, shortly after, I received a call from Bestairfares.com telling me that they could not honor the price I had paid because American Airlines only had one ticket left at that price. They then proceeded to offer me other flights that were much more expensive, and kept making excuses about how it was not their fault that the price had gone up.
I was extremely frustrated with this situation, as I had already gone through the entire purchase process and had not been informed that the tickets were not available. I spoke to both a representative and a supervisor, and they both gave me the same excuses and tried to force me to buy the higher-priced tickets. I eventually asked them to cancel my transaction, which took them a while to do. In the meantime, they continued to try to sell me the higher-priced tickets, which only made me more irritated.
Overall, I would not recommend using Bestairfares.com. While their prices may seem attractive at first, they are not trustworthy and will try to sell you more expensive tickets once you have already made a purchase. It was a waste of my time and I ended up having to book my tickets elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and book your flights with a more reputable company.
Beware of Hidden Fees: My Experience with Best Airfares
I had a chat with Damien from Best Airfares and he was pretty cool. He told me that they couldn't book the flight I wanted through American Airlines because it was full. But he did offer me a ticket through Frontier that was a little more expensive, but not by much. So I went with it since it was the only option available.
Damien spoke really fast and I had a bit of trouble keeping up with what he was saying. He told me that the charges would be split into two payments, but I said okay anyway. He also mentioned that I might have to approve the second payment because sometimes banks decline those charges.
I thought it was all related to the cost of the ticket, so I agreed to it. Later on, I got the itinerary and went to Frontier's website. I noticed that the cost of the ticket was significantly less than what Damien had quoted me.
I contacted Frontier and they told me that I had been charged everything they were going to charge me. That means the extra $114.00 was coming from Hot Flight Deals.
I've used other services to book flights, rental cars, and motel rooms before and I've never been charged an extra fee like this.
I found their reference to it in their terms and conditions, but it was worded kind of weird. It said something about being charged extra to offset fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. None of that applies to my situation since I was just buying a domestic flight online.
I'm going to pay the extra fee because I said I would, but you shouldn't have to. Take my experience as a warning.
AKA Hot Flight Deals: steer clear
This company also operates under the name Hot Flight Deals (and is overseen by a company that's licensed in the UK as CHEAP FLYING FARES UK LIMITED). At least one of their many US addresses appear to go to a private residence. My experience was much like the other two customers here. I attempted to purchase a ticket with a major airline and was called while waiting for it to confirm to be told that the ticket was no longer available. They then offered me a ticket that was only about a 113.00 more. I wasn't happy about it, but because expediency was important to me, I agreed to it.
This company hijacks the process by having the confirmation sent to them first so the customer doesn't necessarily realize that the extra money they're paying is a large service fee (not common to travel agencies at all) until after the ticket has been confirmed. Other customers have reported that when they told the company that they weren't interested and to cancel the charge, the charge went through anyway and they had difficulty getting the money back — some didn't at all — because the travel agent or someone was able to pocket the money. Some reported that their tickets were canceled at the last minute by someone — not them — and that they couldn't get the money back.
I suspect that the agents in these situations are even more crooked than the company is. The one I dealt with had a heavy Indian accent and was speaking in a room with a lot of background noise so he was hard to understand. He seemed to be extremely anxious so perhaps he was new at the job. So I got the shaft, but perhaps not as badly as many. Because I'm me, I hit the books and learned quite a bit about this company. Among other things, they have an F rating with BBB. And at least one airline has indicated that they will no longer allow this company access to their information.
Look elsewhere for your discount tickets.
Big scam at Bestairfares.com!
I made a reservation on 4/26/2023 with Bestairfares.com and true to form THEY BAITED AND SWITCHED! Claiming they sent me an email saying my booking was not accepted by JetBlue and my new reservation is on AA with a stopover! I promptly cancelled the reservation! A gentlemen from India answered the call claiming that they would accommodate but only on AA. Needless to say the STATUS of Bestairfares.com BEING SCAMMERS STILL HOLDS TRUE!
Recommendation: STEER CLEAR BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!!
Purchased tickets for a trip to ***
Purchased tickets for a trip to ***. Four days prior my trip I checked with them when to expect my e-tickets and was told that my booking was cancelled. I never received a phone call or any email from them in that regard. After over twenty minutes, they finally admitted sending a cancellation notice to some stranger's email. Now that everything is booked and it is too late for me to cancel my entire stay, they rushed me into they offered me to sell me that same initial booking at a "discounted" price, which happened to be twice as much. I ended up finding these same "discounted" tickets for a few hundred dollars cheaper on most travel fares websites. Stay away from this company. They are a total scam!

This business do not post their actual fares on their website. I have bought tickets from them twice and when you call them the story is the same. Those prices are already sold out . I will encourage them to be sincere by posting actual prices so it does not look like a scam. The two star is for not posting the actual airfares on their website. When you call a different higher prices are quoted. All the same sometimes their quotes are slightly lower than the other websites. The other thing is you have to wait for some days before you receive your ticket.
To ***, my experience with her was satisfying she was nice to talk to and she explained the process very good.
There was a little mixup, because the prices fluctuate so quickly in the airline industry, and "Bestairfares.com" has to update their site manually. I called them, as they said to do in their email. The agent, who was very professional and courteous, quickly straightened out the pricing issue, as the price, which had ballooned before they submitted my request, had inexplicably returned to the former value. Lucky break for me, but it's a reminder that using a site that does not update prices dynamically could have a less fortunate outcome, due to current volatility in pricing.
I believe ther. Dein is doing an excellent job on his business thanks for helping me
This is disgusting Company that just fools people with their prices
This is disgusting Company that just fools people with their prices. They advertise one price, when you trying to buy it is going to be twice or triple more. If you calling them, they are keeping you on line , trying to sell the same for double price or more.Today they advertise flight from *** to LIMA For $296 p/person. When I booked it , the price change to $900 p/person, after calling them back they offer me price $455. They keep me on line, transferring from one person to another for 60 min refusing to cancel this fraud and offering different options like free bag, etc, but keeping price as minimum as $455. The fraud price is still on their web site Do not recommend to anyone ever work with this Company

was excellent in helping me booking my tickets to ***. She was very nice and soft spoken. It was a pleasant experience to do the business with her.
I have tried booking two different plane tickets get the confirmation but never get a ticket. I would say do not buy ticket through these people.
is very good. Great response. Very happy with the quality of the service.
really helped me have good experience with buying air ticket at the best price. Her customer skills made me comfortable to trust her that the ticket will be sent to my email. She followed up to be sure that I got the ticket. Thank you.
0 Stars.I originally purchased an advertised flight for $452
0 Stars.I originally purchased an advertised flight for $452. Within a few hours I received a notice that the flight I selected was no longer available at that rate and an alternate flight was available for $852. I accepted the alternate flight just to be contacted via email again the next day notifying me that the alternate flight was also not available and now they have an alternate for the alternate flight at the same increased rate of $852. I was then notified that I would receive e-tickets within 24hr. I never received the e-tickets. After reviewing the reviews of Bestairfare.com I quickly learned that this is a known scam site that "baits and switches". To avoid charges from the company I had to lock my credit card.

was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with this purchase. He is my new travel agent.
Advertised $421 for an airline and booked it as such. 4 days lapsed and no official ticketing documents provided. When I went to check status, was told no longer available and was told it was over $1,000...but they could offer it for ~$635. To me, this is a bit of bait and switch and is wrong. Opted to try and book elsewhere.
The airfare was not disclosed. It was not confirmed by American Airlines. The representative, whose name was not provided, mentioned that I could file a complaint. American Airlines did not have the booking. They are advertising rates that are not accurate.
This company is a Fraud
This company is a Fraud. I booked a flight and received a confirmation number but did not receive a ticket. I decided to call and find out why I haven't receive a ticket as of yet. Was told ticket was cancelled on their end due to there being no more seats on the plane. Then the representative said he would see what he could do and tried to get me to purchase a ticket for triple the price. I am upset because they cancelled my ticket and did not contact me to let me know, all the while I am sitting here as days go by and get closer to my departure date. When I could have been trying to find me another flight for Christmas. The company has the Complaintsboard.com logo on there page, so I thought that they were legit. Please be aware of Bestairfares.com it is a scam.

has great service 5 stars need more people like him
I had a fantastic experience with this company and specifically with my reservations agent. I made international flight reservations for my family of four only to realize that I made a mistake with our dates. My agent was able to problem-solve to minimize my out-of-pocket penalties. My ticket prices were much more competitive than the retail prices posted on any of the travel sites with a quality airline and no hidden fees. This company is the real deal.
is everything you want a customer service representative to be. She is patient, attentive and have a clearly customer oriented state of mind. I wish there were more representatives that took their jobs as seriously as ***.
Also known as Hot Flight Deals( same address but different number. SCAM. Bought 2 airline tickets through them in Dec 2021 for a trip in April. Spoke to Hennry multiple times who charged me more money once and told me that they had my tickets and they would be emailed to me 2 days before departure. 2 days before leaving, I was not listed as a passenger on any flight with the airline and no one at Hot flight Deals would speak to me or return my calls. I never received tickets and have since filed a claim with my credit card. By the way I also had to pay 3 times as much to buy tickets.
The http://bestairfares.com website is bait & switch in the sense that it pretends to update to the latest ticket prices and shows prices $200
The http://bestairfares.com website is bait & switch in the sense that it pretends to update to the latest ticket prices and shows prices $200 less per ticket than what they actually have available when you call. However, their actual agent-arranged airfare prices beat the competition by $100-$500 per ticket for me. They advertised $341, but their actual ticket price was $541 with them vs $650 for the cheapest (non-Frontier red-eye) ticket I could find on expedia, *** flights, orbitz, kayak, priceline, hotwire, travelocity, etc. When I looked for the same flight directly on delta.com it was $1000 plus per ticket. I did have to wait for 30 hours between giving them payment information before receiving a confirmed airline ticket by email. All in all, I would use their ticket agent again in a heartbeat.

This is a deceptive scam
This is a deceptive scam. People working by westernizing their names. I booked the ticket and I haven't received an email of confirmation. I called and spoke with customer service who provided terrible customer service. I booked an online ticket for $196/person, when I called he told me that flight is booked. He offered me $560/person with another airline. The issue is, that price is not valid, they check it and then call you and tell you it is not available and then try to sell you the same flights you could get on your own from a legitimate company. Luckily I called them after seeing the deal online and they told me the rate was not available. They then tried to sell me a different rate which I could get on my own from a trusted site. Very deceiving and a waste of time. Please STAY AWAY from this company

I was very worried about purchasing tickets through this site
I was very worried about purchasing tickets through this site. Whenever a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is. While I was not able to purchase the exact ticket on offer, *** the agent I worked with, was able to get me a similar booking, on a different carrier, but at the same price. It is a major full service airline as well, not a low-cost airline. I was concerned that this would be a scam, especially as it took about a day to get the final confirmation from the airline. However, *** was there every step of the way, following up and contacting me to assure that everything would be fine. I got the confirmations from the airline, and *** did a great job making sure everything was ok. I will definitely use *** again when I need to make reservations! Best Airfares: A Total Scam - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!
I was so excited to find Best Airfares (bestairfares.com) because they advertised a ticket for only $489. I thought I had hit the jackpot! But, just like everyone else, I got an email saying that the price had gone up to $798 for the same flight. What a total scam! I am so disappointed and frustrated with this company. I would not recommend using them at all. It's just a waste of time and money.
Bait and Switch: My Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares
So, I was looking for some cheap airfares and stumbled upon Best Airfares (bestairfares.com). They advertised a sweet deal of $506 per ticket, which sounded too good to be true. But, I decided to give it a shot and signed up, entering all of my info.
However, my excitement was short-lived as about an hour later, I received an email from them saying that the pricing had changed. And guess what? Now they wanted $875 per ticket! What a total bait and switch! I was so disappointed and felt like I had wasted my time.
I mean, come on, Best Airfares, you can't just advertise one price and then change it later. That's not cool at all. I was really looking forward to booking my tickets with them, but now I don't think I will ever use their services again.
Overall, I would not recommend Best Airfares to anyone. They may advertise cheap prices, but who knows if they will actually honor them. Save yourself the trouble and look for other options.
Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares: Tickets Not Available and Delayed Delivery
I bought some tickets from Best Airfares on Monday. They called me up 30 minutes later and said that the tickets I wanted weren't available. They said I could get some more expensive tickets instead. I said okay, but then those tickets never came when they were supposed to. I'm pretty upset about it, so I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Scam Alert: My Disappointing Experience with Best Airfares and Their Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with Best Airfares was not the best. I mean, they claim to have tickets for sale, but do they really? I don't think so. They keep showing the same prices for a whole week, and then suddenly change them after you've already booked. What a scam! And don't even get me started on their customer service. Dean was a real piece of work, let me tell you. I've never had such poor service in my life. These guys are nothing but scammers and $#*!s.
Beware of Best Airfares: A Scamming Company That Will Trick You Out of Your Money
experience. They will then call you and tell you that the price has gone up and you need to pay more. This is a scam and they are just trying to get more money out of you. Do not trust this website and do not give them your money.
I had a terrible experience with Best Airfares. I was looking for a cheap flight and came across their website. They advertised a really low price for a flight that I wanted to take. I was so excited and quickly booked my ticket. However, after I paid and received my reservation, I noticed that it was still pending. I thought this was strange, but I didn't think too much of it.
A few hours later, I received a call from someone at Best Airfares. They told me that the price had gone up and I needed to pay more if I wanted to keep my reservation. I was shocked and angry. I had already paid for my ticket and now they were trying to scam me out of more money.
I refused to pay the extra amount and asked for a refund. They told me that I couldn't get a refund and that I had to pay the extra amount if I wanted to keep my reservation. I was so frustrated and upset. I felt like I had been tricked and scammed.
In the end, I had to cancel my reservation and book a flight with another company. It was a huge hassle and I ended up paying more than I had originally planned. I would never use Best Airfares again and I would warn anyone else to stay away from them. They are a dishonest and unethical company that preys on unsuspecting customers.

I booked a flight thru Best Airfares - $789.98 Best Airfares - https://www.bestairfares.com They did not inform me that my initial itinerary was not being honored after waiting 3 weeks. I had to call them back myself. They offered to create a new itinerary and I felt pressured to book, because I was out of options, so I caved and booked a new booking with them for almost double the original price. I felt forced into this scenario and felt that they were dishonest by not informing me my original itinerary had been cancelled, so I got back in touch and canceled the secondary booking I received a cancellation email to confirm. They next day, I was billed by Delta airlines for the itinerary I cancelled. I reached back out and they assured me I would be seeing a refund. I have this in writing as well. After almost 1 month, I had yet to receive a refund. I called their customer service number and they informed me that they didn't see the charge. They have been giving me the run around.

I purchased 4 tickets to Honolulu, HI on 9/12 for 12/21-1/3/22. My uncle ended up passing away and I canceled my flight so I can attend his funeral and received a credit for $2,372.60 that could be used up until 9/12/22 on any Delta Airlines flight. Now when trying to book a flight I am told I only have $1,586.60 to be used and the balance on another transaction. This was never previously disclosed.
We booked a flight online and this person still has not given us our flight confirmation to print out our tickets . I googled them and saw a lot of issues people left in reviews saying they are scammers and will take our money with no flight . So far this is what they have done they charged $415.92 and have not provided our flight
I purchase a round trip flight from Indianapolis to new Orleans on 7/20 I was told before the confirmation screen that id receive an email with all my flight info. I never received it then my card was charged but not for the full amount. When I called receive a refund they said they didn't charge me and that my flight had been cancelled and so I thought the money would return today 7/21 but when it didn't I called and they wanted me to send a screenshot of my bank transaction which the banking app does not allow they refuse to give me the refund and they are rude. The booking number is B86I32. I've included a screenshot of the confirmation screen.
Booking an airline reservation online for roughly $700 for two tickets
Booking an airline reservation online for roughly $700 for two tickets. I then received an email the following day stating that price could not be honored and the new price is $1448. So I check their website again and the original price for the tickets is still posted. Upon calling, they state that I cannot pay attention to the price on the website and that if I check around the new price is what it costs other places which it does. Other websites are able to update their prices in real time but I am certain this company is using bait and switch tactics to entice people to use them. I feel this is deceptive and misleading as well as not good business practice. Even 48 hours later the same price is listed on their site. I strongly feel they will never update the price and that it extends to any ticket price listed for any flight that you would book. I feel they lowball the price online then force a higher price later. I was able to cancel the reservation and will keep checking my...
I visited the websites bestairfares.com and skytravelhub.com to book a round trip ticket from PDX to LAX on April 26, 2022, for a Delta flight. The confirmation email arrived within minutes. However, today I was informed that I would not be receiving my ticket. I have the company's Booking Reference number, but there is no legal warning about the customer paying for and then not receiving the ticket. The only disclaimer is at the bottom of the email, stating 'Prices are subject to change until ticketed', without any indication on the price area that this might be the case. I can provide the email for reference. The company claims to be located in Tucson, AZ, but I have my doubts. After some research, I found the address listed on Zillow. Additionally, their website suggests an affiliation with Complaintsboard.com, which I find questionable.
On Tuesday, may 17th 2022 booked two flight tickets, paid for them with a credit card entered all info. And got the confirmation numbers.2 days later started getting phone calls (at 9:30 p.m.) and emails stating that the tickets were on the works and that I needed to call them back. Today (4/21/22) I spoke to 4 people and they stated that the tickets were canceled as they are not available for that price, but the same flight same airline was still available for a higher price. I am requesting that the company gives me the tickets at the advertised price.
On 6/6 I booked a flight online and paid via credit card a flight to Phoenix, Arizona RT from 6/15/6 on Alaska Airlines: flight AS 930 1:55pm departure 4:47pm arrival. And flight AS 947 11:30 AM departure 2:34 pm arrival. I was told after booking that I'd receive a booking confirmation email along with flight itinerary. No email has been received. In the FAQ section of the site at hotflights.com it reads 'We respond to all booking requests. It's possible our emails may be filtered out as spam, so please check your Junk folders as well.' No emails were received in either the spam or junk folders, I was never sent the required emails. The price point for the flight was booked at $178 RT. I am lead to believe that my booking is validated and my flight itinerary is complete. Not the case. Because the price was listed at $178 for RT and the booking was completed then paid for via credit card... (You should receive a confirmation) I instead am told that the ...
`On Tuesday evening I was online to purchase my daughter a ticket to AZ. I was looking at a lot of sites for cheaper tickets. I came across BestAirFares and was excited I purchased a Ticket with them with AA for July 27-aug 2. I rec'd a confirmation number and at the end of the transaction it said congrats, here is your confirmation # and you willl receive an email with your flight information shortly. The next day I asked my daughter if she rec'd and email from them and she hadn't , my husband said that they hadn't charged our account yet either. She I called them and the man said that after many attempts AA denied the 208.00 for the around trip ticket sorry. I said I didn't understand since I got a confirmation # , I have ordered tickets online before with different companies and that meant you have a ticket for that flight. I asked him why no one had called or emailed about the canceled ticket , all he said was sorry. If I would not have called I just would have assume...
I went on the website to purchase some tickets for me and my children to go on a vacation
I went on the website to purchase some tickets for me and my children to go on a vacation. I purchased the tickets for $206 per person for a total of $1,034. The flight was on American Airlines. When I went to get my tickets they were not there. I contacted bestairfares.com and spoke with George and was told that I would have to pay a higher price because the tickets are not available. I asked to get my money back because I no longer wanted to make the purchase with them anymore. I said it more than 5 times. He said to contact American Airlines to see what the prices are. All I wanted to do want get my money back and purchase the tickets elsewhere. I do not like to be given a hard time when you are not providing a service. I now have to pay additional money because of false advertising. I now have to pay $484 for tickets for total $3,733.50. This is not fair to me as a customer who thought the price on their website was valid and it is NOT! I WILL NOT EVER use this site as they are a...
This website is posting incorrect airline fare charges. They are trying to attract customers to buy airfare from their site by purposely keeping it lower than the market price and not confirming the tickets until last minute. Then either they cancel the ticket last minute or try to sell you an expensive ticket and charge you for cancellation. Also after I booked the ticket they didn't even confirm my ticket. I called them several times to cancel with in 24 hours and kept getting same message that it is cancelled and you will get confirmation but no email about cancellation and cancelling with in 24 hours is free. Also there are lot of other complains which are exactly same from other customers. Also when you call them the customer service rep tells you that the price is incorrect on the website and that price you paid for 3 tickets is actually for 1 ticket. A big scam which needs to be looked at immediately.
I was registering for a conference to meet my CE professional requirements. Unfortunately the prices were going up so i made the unfortunate mistake of booking a flight with this company. I repeatedly asked whether my seat was booked and whether there was a risk of my ticket getting cancelled and they stated that there was no possibility. Gave assurances that they would personally follow through. I had also told them that my deadline for conference registration was passing and the need to know whether i have a ticket, they said to go ahead. Days before the conference, they cancelled my ticket and left me scrambling and now i have missed my conference. I spent hours on end on the phone with them and wasted a lot of time, energy.
I was given a full credit from the business and now I am trying to redeem and they are requesting I pay more money although my new flight is less than my credit. The business is giving false information about fees from delta airline which the airline denies. The floor manage by the name of Jame states I am required by delta to pay an amount which would result in me paying the difference for the flight instead of using my credit. And leaving me a credit with them instead of applying it to my flight. I have email confirmation that I am able to use my full credit amount for flight and this business is not being honest.
I purchased airline tickets April
I purchased airline tickets April . I had to cancel as American Airline changed the itinerary that did not work for us. Per American Airline i was able to be refunded but had to request through Best Airfare. Best Airfar tried to tell me I was not entitled to the refund. After much back and forth, they agreed to refund the full amount but it would take 4 billing cycles on my credit card which would have been January . I have this in writing in my email account. When I did not get my refund, i called and emailed Best Airfare. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a returned call. I spoke with *** who stated he could not find my booking. I had to prove my purchase by credit card statement and my original booking. *** said I would get a partial refund within 14 days which would have been February 15. after I got that refund, I would have to call to have the remaining taxes and fees refunded. It is way past the 14 days and I have yet to get a returned phone call or...
I purchased airline tickets from this site on 10/18 from Boston to San Diego for the dates 12/26-1/2/2022 and I agreed on the price of about $385. I hadnt heard from the company in about a week to confirm the flight. When I did reach out, they let me know that the flight I originally picked was sold out and I could get another one for $585. I agreed, however they changed the return date from 1/2/2022 to 12/26 which was not what I wanted. When I tried getting in touch with them again to ask for a refund, I kept getting the run around and now no one will return my call. This is a classic bait and switch by this company and I would just like to get my refund of $585 back. I will never deal with this company as its been a horrible experience.
Booked flights to Atlanta and never got proper confirmation, then 3 wks later got email stating that booking was cancelled due to lack of confirmation. They then tried to give me different flights as mine were no longer available at twice the price. They run a complete scam in my opinion and should be banned from doing business

I purchased a ticket 11/16 from bestairfares.com and was refunded my money back from American Airlines on 12/19, unfortunately because I bought the ticket from this website I needed to go directly through them in order to get my refund back. It has been over a year and this agency promised me that I would get my money back;I kept getting told it would take 2-3 billing cycles which started on 12/21. On 1/20 I called to get an update and *** told me to call within 48 hrs because they were checking the refund status from American Airlines. I decided to give them even more time and on 2/19 spoke with Marcus and was told it would be 1 more billing cycle to receive payment. I finally got a call from *** who handles all complaints and was given a credit of 526.18 to be used until March 2022 and I was also sent an email confirming this. I called November to use my credit and bestairfares kept trying to charge me more for the ticket than what the ticket cost w...

On March 8, 2022, I booked a reservation with Southwest Airlines to Dallas Texas from Tampa Florida for 2 adults. The advertised rate for this reservation was 316.00. I supplied my credit card information, the charge was run on my card and was informed the reservation could not be completed because there was an increase in the rate. I stated I was looking at the website, and that was the rate quoted. The agent told me the webpage had not been update to reflect the increased rate. I needed to pay an additional $100 to book the reservation. And I agreed to pay the additional information. The Agent told me there would be 2 charges on my credit card, Capitol One. One to Southwest Airlines for $316.00, and one to UGULE LLC for $100.00. Both charges are on my credit card. I called back on March 16 to ask why I was charged the extra $100, because the fair had not increased as the agent said. I request a refund of $100, and was told no. I demanded, and received a return phone call from a perso...

The website bestairfares.com runs a scam where they offer flights at very good prices, take your information and credit card info, send you a confirmation email, but do not actually issue you a ticket. This happened to me and reading reviews online it appears they do it to many people. After I received my confirmation, I realized my credit card was not charged. I called the company to ask why my card was not charged and they told me that my order didn't go through and they could get me a new ticket at a much more expensive rate. This issue appears to be common, they'll attract you with a cheaper than normal ticket, but not actually issue it but instead send you a confirmation email (which says your ticket is pending). As the date of your flight approaches you'll realize you didn't get a boarding pass and then when you call to inquire they'll offer you a more expensive ticket saying that your first order didn't go through. This happened to me and has happened to many others judging by reviews online.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I will I was scammed by this company and will have to keep checking my account to make sure that didn't charge my account for a ticket I didn't receive.
On 6/19/22 I placed an order with Best Airfares for plane tickets from Seattle to Boston for $331, as advertised on their website
On 6/19/22 I placed an order with Best Airfares for plane tickets from Seattle to Boston for $331, as advertised on their website. After not hearing any update and not receiving my tickets, I emailed them on 6/23. I was told to call them back, at which point I was told that my tickets had not been purchased, and that they would then cost me $586.75 (also for less convenient times of day). They would not agree to the price I had found on their website, and that my order confirmation email listed. Prices for the flight elsewhere had risen in the time between when I placed my order and when I was told that they hadn't actually bought my tickets after I asked about them. I'm not sure if this was just them missing my order for a while, or if they would have intentionally waited longer before telling me to call in order to place a greater time pressure on me that would help get me to buy more expensive tickets. While talking to a Best Airfares representative, I searched their website for the same flight on 6/23 and found listings again showing the $331 price, but was told that those were not actually available, and that I would have to pay the $586.75 price. I eventually agreed to pay the higher price as I didn't want to wait for ticket prices to possibly rise even more. I'd like to be able to get my tickets at the price advertised on their website when I bought them, and also still on their site when I was told that price was no longer available.

I kept refusing and requested to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to Tom Westley and was told they were bought out by another company and they were unable to fulfill my credit the best he could do was purchase a one was ticket way under the value of the refund, $210.90. I never received my full credit back even though I was told I would.
