I booked a round trip ticket from Indiana to Phoenix on Sunday, September 19
I booked a round trip ticket from Indiana to Phoenix on Sunday, September 19. My original price was $285, but that ticket could not be confirmed with American Airlines. I spoke with a representative who I believe *** have been ***, on Tuesday, September 21 about the next priced flight which should have been $485 also with American Airlines but it also could not be confirmed. By this time it was Wednesday, September 22. When I spoke with *** Wednesday afternoon he was able to book a flight for me with Delta for $548. I was concerned when the first flight was not confirmed and also with the second and let down when I realized I would be paying $548 instead of $285 but I know *** was truly trying to get a good price for me so close to my departure. When I spoke to *** today, Sunday, September 26 he was helpful and made sure I understood my E-Ticket and patient in answering all of my questions.

With so many websites in the online travel industry, I was not surprised I had not heard fom BestAirfares.com Last night we purchased tickets
With so many websites in the online travel industry, I was not surprised I had not heard fom BestAirfares.com Last night we purchased tickets using our credit card. When I booked the flight I was told to expect a confirmation email. Shortly after a guy with a heavy indian accent who claimed to be "Bob" called to say the flight I had selected was not available and he was offering a better fare at much higher price. Meanwhile my wife was looking for online reviews and we realized we had fallen in the hands of a scammer. Trying to get them to cancel the reservation was no easy task, as they initiated a high pressure sales technique, transferred me to another indian guy who insisted I get the tickets he was offering. In short, they cancelled the reservation or at least they claimed to do so. The fact is that they obtained all my credit card information and that made me very nervous. I am monitoring my card activity to see what happens. Beware of this website.

Best Airfares is a bait and switch
Best Airfares is a bait and switch. This was the worst experience booking a flight. I purchased two flights to Orlando for a total just over $600, and booked the rest of my trip around these two flights. I received a confirmation email from them as well. Later that day I received a call from them saying they changed my flights to a Delta flight and the cost was now over $900. He told me that they couldn't control the fact that I wasn't now able to fly on Jetblue , and that the couldn't keep the price they had quoted/charged me, and that now I had to move me to these flights instead. He then sent me another email, while I was on the phone with him, giving me the new flight info. This email still had me flying on JetBlue, gave me no information about the new Delta flight, and way at the bottom was a new price. This is such a scam, do not book thru them. When looking up this company thru the complaintsboard.com there are tons of complaints with people having the same experience. Do your research before booking thru them.

It seems too good to be true because it's a scam
It seems too good to be true because it's a scam. I booked flights on hotflightdeals website (looks like the same company as bestairfares) and my credit card was charged with a confirmation email from one of their representatives *** and a confirmed charge to my credit card. The tickets were never issued so I called repeatedly and was told a different story each time. Flights canceled, tickets will be issued next week, next month, no record of your booking, please send your confirmation emails, you never paid, etc. I finally got a manager, I think, who promised to call me back when she figured it out. No call back 2 times. She finally agreed to refund my money in 5 days. No refund 3 weeks later. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called one last time today and was told the rep who booked my flight was scamming the company and he took my money. I don't believe them. I was told to file a dispute with my credit card company by the person I spoke with today. If this a legit business they do not stand behind their product and support their customers. Use at your own risk.

I was skeptical about the service offering low-cost flights, but it delivered.
I have to admit when this service appeared during my search for budget-friendly flights, I was very suspicious. Their phone call to finalize the transaction did nothing to alleviate my doubts. Despite saving a substantial sum of money, I remain unconvinced. I have the electronic tickets for my family, and my excitement would be greater if the initial quote matched the final price. Unfortunately, it didn't, and it seems to be their practice to offer an enticingly low price only to increase it later. In our case, the difference was about $600, yet it was still much cheaper compared to other services we considered. If not for this, I would have rated them 5 stars. They split the charges into two payments, one for the airline and one for their service fee. The representative was very helpful during our communication. Waiting for the electronic tickets was anxiety-inducing, but they arrived the next day. After verifying our reservation numbers with Delta, we found our bookings confirmed and were even able to select our seats at no extra cost. Overall, they did a good job, and we might use them again for future travel, with the caveat that the initial quote must be the final price, or we won't proceed with the booking.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I booked a flight through them online for $216.00 within 30 minutes of booking my flight they called and said that discounted rate was no longer available. They found me on a different flight for $366.00 while on the phone with them I asked them to call the airlines to guarantee me the flight was available. They put me on hold and supposedly confirmed the new flight was available. I receive a call 4 days later from them with the same [censored] that the flight was longer available. Since that flight was not available to me anymore, they said they found me another flight for almost $400.00 but flying out of another airport. Yes, I'm pissed because they guaranteed me the previous flight was available. Well, a little no a lot mad I told them that since they guaranteed me the flight for $366.00, that was the amount I was going to pay. Well after fussing with them I had them send me the third alternate flight (which was guaranteed and checked that price was still available) before agreeing to it in email, I asked them to send me an email guaranteeing me I would have my ticket in the morning. Well, guess what I didn't have the ticket when I woke this morning. I found another ticket with cheap air booked it and while on the phone she sent me the ticket. BOUGHT FOR LESS. Thank Cheap Air.

5/12/22 a company is advertising lower airline ticket fares without airline approval
On 5/12/22, a company advertised lower airline ticket fares without the approval of the airlines first. I searched for an affordable ticket on Cheap flights, which led me to other companies. I booked a flight, provided my credit card details on 5/9/22, and received an email from the sales team with the booking number and flight details. They said I'd get a confirmation from American Airlines, which never came. By 5/12/22, there was no confirmation, so I contacted the company via chat and was told the reservation wasn't confirmed. I called at 11:26 am and was promised a callback from the agent handling my booking. The callback never happened, and I requested cancellation and a charge-free guarantee. The representative agreed to cancel without charge and send a cancellation email within 15 minutes, which I never received. False advertisement is unacceptable.

This business is absolutely a scam
This business is absolutely a scam. They list themselves on Kayak. I tried to book a ticket and they had a price way much lower than other reputable websites, such as Expedia and Orbitz. I then clicked their link and proceeded to buy the ticket. Oddly they notified me the ticket was processing. Moments later they called and told me that the ticket was no longer available. I was offered with a ticket from another airline, yet, at a relatively higher price. I agreed and they said it would take up to 72 hours to book the ticket with the airline. I felt uneasy with things going on and started googling others reviews about this agency. Many of them also said this agency would keep on telling you the ticket was not available until the last minute. You would then be forced to buy the ticket from them with a way much higher price. I called my credit card company to try to cancel their charge and the agent told me the airline company had already charged some on my account. I think this travel agency is playing a trick. They actually booked the ticket already with a normal price but just keep on telling you the ticket is not ready yet till you really run out of time. You will then have to pay them a higher price at the end and they actually earn also the difference between what they pay the airline company and the price you pay them eventually. This is gross and absolutely a scam. Be careful. There is also another one called Hot Flight Deals on Kayak and I believe these two belong to the same company.

On 5/8/22 I booked a round trip to a destination for a flight on 5/19/22 with all details ready.
On 5/8/22 I booked a round trip to a destination for a flight on 5/19/22 with all details ready. I had used my credit card for payment. On the departure day, I found an early morning email stating my reservation was canceled, but my card wasn't charged. I feared a scam and urgent travel needs for a funeral made it worse. The customer service was unhelpful, claiming they informed me earlier, which was untrue. They downplayed the issue since I wasn't charged. At the airport, I learned there was no booking in my name. My card records showed no transaction with the company. I had to buy an expensive last-minute ticket. This experience is a warning against booking flights through third-party vendors. I advocate for action against such companies and public awareness of these risks.

My husband booked our family's round trip airfare on JetBlue, through a website
My husband booked our family's round trip airfare on JetBlue, through a website. When the prices were cheaper than found on other sites, I was excited and then nervous. A couple hours after he booked the tickets (actually he hadn't booked the tickets, but one might mistake the emails we got about 'tickets in process' for real tickets) we received a couple of urgent voicemails from someone calling to confirm the reservation. This seemed weird, and a few minutes later I received a phone call from the same number, which I picked up. They asked if I wanted to change the ticket from JetBlue to Delta. I was baffled and said we'd call them back. It seemed like a scam but I couldn't figure it out. They had also sent an incorrect email about some of the flight information originally booked - three of the family were planning to travel on certain dates and one family member on a different date. To the family member flying on the different date, they sent an email with the dates of the other 3 family members, with the flight total being $1184 for that one ticket (the same as the total for the other 3 family members' flights combined)- whereas when we booked online, the tickets were all the same price. When we called and asked about this, they said it was because there were only 3 tickets available at the cheap price - despite there being no indication of this on the original booking. Then they offered us 5 cheap flight on Delta. At this point were so skeeved out we just asked them to cancel everything. Fortunately they had not billed our credit card yet. We hung up the phone, and a few minutes later they called AGAIN, asking if we were sure we didn't want to 5 cheap seats on Delta. Nope. I have been trying to figure out what their business model is. I don't think they are 100% scam artists. They might be old-school travel agents who don't have any business anymore because of the digital age, and so they use a bait and switch technique to try and get people to engage with them by advertising falsely low prices online. Maybe sometimes they can meet these low prices, and sometimes they can't. I don't know.I am pretty sure all the positive reviews mentioning specific peoples' names are bogus. It doesn't make sense why there would be so many people talking to a representative when it's an online booking agency. You would only have to speak to a representative or whoever if something went wrong with the online booking.

OK Little long but want to give credit
OK Little long but want to give credit. Was looking for flights to Dominican Christmas time. I waited till 30 days before I was going I know bad idea. Everything I could find on all the website and I checked a million ( and there was a ton including every airline that flew there kayak Priceline etc. ) The cheapest we could find was *** for 3 people and the times and the amount of time to get there was insane some 3 stops and almost 2 days. So told a family member we are not paying those prices sorry we won't be there this year. So she sent us us this website and number to call she saw them for *** for 3 of us. I immediately said no way its a scam. So after some pressure I called. The person said he had a Delta flight get to Dominican same day at 2 and leave Dominican at 3 and home at 11 for ***. The operator asked for my credit card info again being taught if it sounds to good to be true is can't be true. I just didn't believe they could get a flight for under half of what I could find with all my looking. So i hung up and said no way. So the next day I looked at a few reviews from this site some bad but most good and they answered everyone which impressed me. So I went on line and I booked a flight. This time it was direct flights using Jet Blue for even cheaper. So then I really felt no way this is true. I then looked said pending a hour after I booked it. So I message them on computer to ask why. They said the air fare was sold out from Jet blue and we wasn't going to get that flight. So immediately I thought just what I thought too good to be true. The operator told me he had a Delta flight for *** still less than half what I could find. So what the h*** I have nothing to lose at this point they didn't take off my credit card the guy could not of been nicer or helpful. So I went against my gut and booked it. He sent over all the info for the flight I looked it over emailed him back saying great book it. He booked it it took a day to get the confirmation back but I did. The person I talked to again to see if it went thru could not be nicer or more helpful. He told me to go to Delta Website and put the conf. number in and their they were with seat assignment and free carryon's. I saved over *** dollars using this site and will never use another site. Yes was stressful at first the customer service is second to none. Believe me I am the most guarded person and I can't be more happy with the price or the *** try it

I booked travel through their website Hotflightdeals.com from ONT to DFW for a family trip 23-26th of December
I booked travel through their website Hotflightdeals.com from ONT to DFW for a family trip 23-26th of December. Yup, an Xmas trip. I had no problem booking and paying the $400+ price tag, but got an email saying it was "Pending." Half a day later, I get a phone call saying they can't book my flight, saying it was cancelled by American Airlines. At that point, I understand things change beyond their control. They tried to get me to move my flight over to Frontier, which I didn't really want to, so I informed them to cancel it. I eventually get American Airlines on the phone and it turns out the flight was still there and Hotflightdeals.com or bestfairs.com, didn't want to pay the change in prices and they didn't want to honor the deal. It had NOTHING to do with a cancelled flight. So, I called back the previous number of the agent who helped me with at hotflightdeals.com and proceeded to tell them how AA hadn't cancelled the flight and in fact I could book with them. I informed him I did not appreciate being lied to. He then tells me that I can book with them then, in a pretty aggressive tone. I tell him, I want them to honor their prices and book my flight correctly. He then HUNG UP on me! I'd like to add another caveat to this. My sister had also booked this same flight and she too was called and told it was cancelled. She already knew the flight was there and told them she knows it wasn't actually cancelled. Her hotfligthdeals rep then CONFIRMS to her that she is correct and he apologies for the deception. I understand costs change, but not honoring a price and then LYING about it are unacceptable.

I went online looking for airfare for my daughter and son in law for Christmas trip from Austin Texas to Cancun, round trip
I went online looking for airfare for my daughter and son in law for Christmas trip from Austin Texas to Cancun, round trip. They advertised $304 per person round trip. I booked the trip. Two days later I received an email that the trip is no longer available AT THAT PRICE but increased to total of $1,063. I went to their site TODAY and they are still advertising NON STOP AT THE SAME PRICE OF $304 PER PERSON. I called them and asked them to honor the price they were advertising and they said all of the tickets were sold out at that price but they could get it for the increased price. I told him that you are still advertising at the price of $304 and that is false advertising. If the trip is no longer available at $304 then their website should be updated. He said that takes a long time due to the number of prices they have to MANUALLY update. I told him that was absurd in this day and age that the prices are not automatically updated to the current going price. I again told him if they wanted to honor the price they ADVERTISED AND ARE STILL ADVERTISING I would be happy to keep the booking. He said that is impossible but he could get me an updated price. I refused and told him I was going to report them. This should not be allowed. While I ASSUMED I had the tickets for my daughter and son in law I stopped looking at other sites where I might have gotten a good price. This company should be shut down or they should be made to honor what they are advertising at the price they are advertising it for. I am now looking elsewhere for airfare because I will NEVER be the person that puts money in this companies pockets.

On March 8, 2022, I booked a reservation with Southwest Airlines to Dallas Texas from Tampa Florida for 2 adults
On March 8, 2022, I booked a reservation with Southwest Airlines to Dallas Texas from Tampa Florida for 2 adults. The advertised rate for this reservation was 316.00. I supplied my credit card information, the charge was run on my card and was informed the reservation could not be completed because there was an increase in the rate. I stated I was looking at the website, and that was the rate quoted. The agent told me the webpage had not been update to reflect the increased rate. I needed to pay an additional $100 to book the reservation. And I agreed to pay the additional information. The Agent told me there would be 2 charges on my credit card, Capitol One. One to Southwest Airlines for $316.00, and one to UGULE LLC for $100.00. Both charges are on my credit card. I called back on March 16 to ask why I was charged the extra $100, because the fair had not increased as the agent said. I request a refund of $100, and was told no. I demanded, and received a return phone call from a person that was able to make any refunds. This person told me no refund would be made, I agreed to the extra charge. I called Southwest Airlines on March 21, spoke with 'Kim'. Kim told me that this is a separate company, not part of Southwest, but was aware of them and also aware of their extra billing activities. Because they are not a part of Southwest Airlines, Southwest could not provide a refund. They received the proper charge, $316.00. She advised me to contact my credit card company, Capitol One and file a fraudulent Charge claim and also to file a complaint with the complaintsboard.com. On March 21, 2022, I did contact Capital One, spoke with 'Von', in their fraud section. She filed the complaint on my behalf. She also stated that I should also file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com.
On 6/6 I booked a flight online and paid via credit card a flight to Phoenix, Arizona RT from 6/15/6 on Alaska Airlines: flight AS 930 1:55pm
On 6/6 I booked a flight online and paid via credit card a flight to Phoenix, Arizona RT from 6/15/6 on Alaska Airlines: flight AS 930 1:55pm departure 4:47pm arrival. And flight AS 947 11:30 AM departure 2:34 pm arrival. I was told after booking that I'd receive a booking confirmation email along with flight itinerary. No email has been received. In the FAQ section of the site at hotflights.com it reads 'We respond to all booking requests. It's possible our emails may be filtered out as spam, so please check your Junk folders as well.' No emails were received in either the spam or junk folders, I was never sent the required emails. The price point for the flight was booked at $178 RT. I am lead to believe that my booking is validated and my flight itinerary is complete. Not the case. Because the price was listed at $178 for RT and the booking was completed then paid for via credit card... (You should receive a confirmation) I instead am told that the booking was not completed and the price point is not as indicated $178 RT but for a price much higher say $388 RT. This is not what I paid for -or agreed to. The only vindication you receive is that 'your credit card won't be charged'. It is falsely misrepresented -the flight rates on the site. Its false advertising to list the flight cost at $178 when in actuality it is $388+. It is misrepresented and wrong and should never be listed as such. The site is deceiving its customers into thinking they are booking a flight. My booking was never made nor completed and I was never sent the required email. This is wrong. I should receive the confirmation email for booking on hotflights.com and an itinerary along with flight status should be indicated within the email. None was sent... my booking was simply left unfulfilled and no reason was ever indicated. Hot flights needs to fulfill the intitial booking request made for $178 RT.

I was looking for a airline ticket to visit my daughter for Christmas, I found this company and they quoted me a trip for 200.00dollars round-trip airline ticket. I put in my info gave my credit card info, the next day I received a email stating they couldn't give me that ticket foe that price and it went ro 487.oo. email said if you agree email us back " I agree to the flight " I emailed them back saying NO do not charge my card idk how many times I said I do not give permission I do not agree. I found a number and called and it just put me on hold. I tried again and the same situation. This was all on Monday the 29th. Today is the 2nd of Dec. I hadn't heard anything so I figured they got my message found another flight and paid for it. Today I get a text message from them saying they emailed me my tickets. Again it said if u agree say that. I said no I do not agree. I check my email and these people have done the same say yes to accept and responded with no no I do not agree! I check my account and they did take 331.00 dollars on the 30 and 176 today. I call and a supervisor answers, he can hardly speak English he is overtaking me, there is so much talking in the background I can barely hear him. He says you said yes and we can give you a 311 dollar credit to delta airline. I said no, I don't fly, I haven't flown in 30 years. I want my money back, then he said I can refund the 176.00 cause that is taxes. He never asked me for a routing number to my account or anything. Then he said after I started crying, telling him how hard o work for my money that he could talk to his team and maybe they would give me the rest back, 311.00. The point is he said 311 is a delta credit now he may be able to refund back. It sounds fishy. I called my bank and disputing the charges. Please o know they have done this to other people. Look into them, o don't know what they are doing but they stole from me and ruined my Christmas.
I booked a flight through them in January for a wedding I was attending in June
I booked a flight through them in January for a wedding I was attending in June. From the start, they were not fully transparent, and the flight I tried to book was no longer available, requiring me to book a more expensive option. This was still cheaper than other online offers. When paying, they had issues processing my credit card multiple times. The initial charge was processed, but separate, unexpected fees had to be paid with a debit card, which seemed dubious. After the wedding was canceled in March, I canceled the flight. I was told by Sky Travel Hub that I would be refunded the flight cost of $898.98 minus fees of $274.60. I expected a refund or credit for the remaining amount. However, after suffering a concussion, I forgot about the situation. On June 23rd, I was reminded by a check-in notification for my San Diego flight. I urgently contacted Sky Travel Hub, as the flight was the next morning. They assured a full refund after speaking with Billing the next day. Despite multiple calls and promises for callbacks, I received none. Their failure to cancel the flight and process my refund, along with their poor communication, is unacceptable.
