After multiple calls from this company, and them offering a $*** gift card, we decided to go check it out
After multiple calls from this company, and them offering a $*** gift card, we decided to go check it out. My boyfriend and I went to their office at 401 Church Street in Nashville, , on December 16. We were told we could use this membership to go on all these amazing vacations. They provided pictures of all these hotels and places, but come to find out the pictures were fake! We gave them a cc number for our monthly payments, but 3 months later we are getting a bill from a financial company! We received a flash card which was supposed to have our contract, but it was blank! We didn't even get to review any pages before signing! Also, the gift card was falsely advertised. We were lied to about the vacations, the financing involved, and how to use the website. Come to find out, the website where all the (fake) pictures were for booking trips is a scam according to ***!

We spent over 3 hours discussing each and every line of the offered membership and contract
We spent over 3 hours discussing each and every line of the offered membership and contract. Although their contract states we were not pressured, misled, misrepresented, coerced, and we had opportunities to ask questions, we were still lied to. In no area of the signed contract does it state an annual membership renewal fee for $***. During our questioning, we specifically asked if what we were paying for was the complete total price for the membership and use, we were told yes. Another lie. We even RECORDED OUR INTERACTION. There is a section that stated renewal, in which we asked about it and we're never told it's an annual renewal DURING YOU PAID 10 year membership. We request the annual renewal fee, that is no where listed or discussed on our signed contract, either be waived for the entirety of the membership or we be refunded a prorated amount based on 10 years less signed date until resolution.

on July 3rd 01 went to a presentation at Vacations4you in Nashville
On July 3rd 01, attended a presentation at Vacations4you in Nashville. We were told we had a few hours to cancel. At signing, no cancellation clause was visible, and since Troy's office assured us, we didn't question it, thinking the no-cancellation period started after the stated hours. We were informed the business had many years of operation but discovered it was only a few, and despite claims of an A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating, it wasn't ComplaintsBoard.com accredited. Troy denied saying we could cancel within the given time. On July 24th, we attempted to cancel within the stated timeframe, only to find out cancellations weren't allowed. Troy refused to disclose the CEO's name, which we had to research ourselves. I wrote to him but received no response. Troy wouldn't allow us to speak to the Vice President, claiming it wasn't his decision. Today, Troy offered a lifetime membership for the initial price, but we declined, insisting on contract termination.

I received a call from this company for several days
I received a call from this company for several days. I finally decided to go see what it was all about. Turned out to be a scam. I went to the office at *** Church Street in downtown Nashville, *** in November . I was told about all these fabulous vacations that I could take. I gave them a $200 down payment. I did not receive any paperwork only a flash drive which was supposed to have my contract on it. I could not download any of my paperwork that I had signed which was done on their computer. Also, I was given a $*** gift card. Just like other victims who have used the gift card only a few dollars was applied toward meals. In other words, I had to pay almost what the meal cost. I did not know that there was going to be a third party in this transaction, which turns out to be***, until I saw on my bank statement they would be the one who would be deducting the money out of my account. I feel that I have been scammed. My contract was for $*** with payments of $*** monthly for 36 months. I am *** years old and on a fixed income. I only receive Social Security. It is very disturbing to be this age and worked hard for my retirement to be scammed by what I thought was a reputable company.

This company used my credit to try there web page and services
This company used my credit to try there web page and services. I decided to cancel but the sold my info to another company. Now they none responses. The problem started November 1st, when I noticed the reviews and negative remarks. However, my sister was active in the military so I didnt want to cancel the account because it was set up for her. I thought. Come to find out jan 1st 2021 when my sister arrived for the holiday break, I informed her this place is fraudulent. I tried several attempts to reach this office nobody has responded. I contacted *** to cancel my payments and said I dont need there services. Thats when *** S. OCEAN SIDE *** informed me they bought a contract from vacation 4 u and i was shocked. Like what contract , whats going on. To my knowledge the sells representative who called my phone said you can cancel if you dont want to use it. All the information was falsely presented. Zero cancel rates but they charge fees, no availability on property etc was uncovered. The new company doesn't have my email to contact me either. I believe the representative was Marissa but can't recall. But Jason was the person who met me in the lobby. Reservations number *** proves hidden fees. They only provide room information the week before its travel time. Not enclosed either. The payment amount is 170.42 until I was to pay up to 7000.00 if I decided to keep it. The payment is via credit card payment only. They provided a contact that routes you to ***. There are no names to keep record of anyone working in these offices. All the emails are populated and highlighted areas say vacation for you. Upon contacting *** financial they informed me it was a 3 day grace period to cancel. But I got the log in information 9 days later so how could you look and see what was on the page is strange. There saying one thing and printing papers of a different concept as well.

My husband and I were induced into signing up for a vacation discount club
My husband and I were induced into signing up for a vacation discount club. We have tried to cancel but they said we could not cancel. On Sept. 26, 2020, my husband and I were invited to attend a presentation in downtown Nashville. We were promised 2 round trip airfare tickets w/ 3 days and 2 nights hotel stay just to attend and stay for the entire presentation. We were also promised a $100 Restaurant Gift card. Having lock-down syndrome (***), we signed a contract to join the Vacations 4 You discount club thinking we could use a trip after pandemic is over. We paid $499.00 down by *** credit card and agreed to pay $132.00 per month to be deducted from our *** card on the 1st of every month beginning Nov.11th, 2020. They gave us a thumb drive with the documents we signed but we could not assess the info. They also gave us a flyer with information on how to redeem our "free" gifts. When we went online to redeem the items, we were asked to pay $450 for redemption and advised we had 2 weeks to book the trip. The Restaurant Gift card was a discount card that gave $2-3 dollars off a meal at different restaurants. We realized we had been scammed. On Oct. 5th, we contacted the office where we attended the presentation and told them we wanted to cancel this club membership. They told us we could not cancel it. They financed $4050 for 30 months with a 3rd party financial institution. We contacted the institution, Monterey Financial and canceled the automatic deduction set-up from our *** Card and advised them we canceled the membership. We told them we were falsely induced to sign for this membership. We told them that we did even have a copy of the contract because we could not access the thumb drive so they emailed us a copy of the contract and said there was a no cancellation clause. I am 68 yrs old and my husband is 77 yrs. We have also disputed the the charge with our credit card company. We are now looking for legal advice to see what our options are.

Was misrepresented about the validity of the business and was deceived about the product
Was misrepresented about the validity of the business and was deceived about the product. Business refuses to let me out of contract after only 2 days I was contacted by an out of state number telling me I was guaranteed one of three prizes if I simply attended a presentation. The Prizes were a ford explorer, Free 7 Day Vacation or a 44" TV. I figured a new TV would be nice so I attended the presentation on 26 Sept at 0930. It was all about how great vacations were and why we need their membership. Colby told us in the presentation that their member ship was any where from $12-15K. The first membership my saleslady showed me was 24K but after much fast talk (she said because I was active military) she cut me a deal of $5500. What a deal, right? She showed me their website quickly, but honestly I thought I could do more research later on the validity of the company. She told me I had to take the deal today or it was not going to be available later. I agreed and financed as much as I could but she gave me no paperwork when I left, said it was all on a *** drive. Later when looking for my contract I realized the drive only had their membership guide on it and none of the paperwork she had me sign while I was there. Then I logged on to claim my free vaca and realized it was $348 before taxes and fees. Then as I done more research (as I knew I would) I realized I needed to get out to of this scam. I called them on the second business day after my presentation and she brushed me off saying she had to talk to her supervisor and that TN had a no cancellation clause (a lie). On the third day I called again and spoke to Amber who was apologetic but simply gave me the number to their attorney and told me I was stuck but would make sure I finally got the paperwork I signed. On the paper work the only page I signed that mentioned no cancellation I thought was referring to cancelling a booked vaca with the company. The entire business is a fraud and misrepresentation from the beginning. I'm asking for a cancellation and all monies I had to finance to be either returned to me or cancel the loan. This is not becoming of a Nashville business. I'm asking for a cancellation and all monies I had to finance to be either returned to me or cancel the loan. I financed $5181.00 and paid $368. that day.
