HappyEasyGo Warning: Avoid HappyEasyGo for Ticket Bookings - My Disappointing Experience

I would like to share my experience with HappyEasyGo (happyeasygo.com) and warn others to be cautious when booking tickets through this portal. In my opinion, this company should be avoided at all costs.

I had to cancel my flight due to the Covid-19 pandemic and requested a refund from HappyEasyGo. However, I was shocked to find out that they did not refund me the full amount that I had paid. I had to follow up with them for almost 6 months and sent almost 14 reminders to the airline DGCA and also to HappyEasyGo. Each time I contacted them, they gave me some excuse or the other and never refunded the full amount.

It is very disappointing to see that HappyEasyGo does not fear even the regulator or airline. They seem to be more interested in looting customers than providing a good service. I strongly believe that this company should be banned from doing any service and it is my request to all users to stop using this portal to book tickets.

I understand that some people may be attracted to HappyEasyGo because of the discounts they offer. However, I urge you to think twice before booking through this portal. You may end up losing more money than you save.

In conclusion, I would like to warn everyone to be careful when booking tickets through HappyEasyGo. Please spread the message to others so that no one else is fooled by this company.

HappyEasyGo Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Negative Experience with HappyEasyGo Travel Site

This travel site, HappyEasyGo, is not the best option for booking your travel needs. I have had two negative experiences with this company, and I am not alone in my frustration. The first time I booked a flight and had to cancel, I was promised a partial refund, but I never received it. I blamed myself for not reading the terms and conditions more carefully, but I was still disappointed with the lack of customer service.

The second time I booked with HappyEasyGo, I had to cancel due to COVID-19. It has been over 90 days since I requested a refund, and I am still waiting for my money back. The entire cancellation cost was borne by me, which is not fair or reasonable. It seems like nothing has changed with this travel site, and they still do not offer proper refunds to their customers.

I strongly advise against booking any tickets on HappyEasyGo. They may offer cheap fares, but they do not follow through on their promises. If you have to cancel for any reason, you will not receive a refund, and they will keep your money. It is not worth the risk to book with this company, and there are better options available.

HappyEasyGo Unsatisfactory Refund Experience with HappyEasyGo - A Warning to All

I recently used HappyEasyGo to book a flight for my Aunt, Mrs. Mukesh Kumari, to Australia. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the booking. We informed both the airline and HappyEasyGo of the cancellation, and Air India initiated the refund process in February. However, HappyEasyGo has been sending me automated messages asking me to wait for 7 to 10 working days since February. Whenever I call them, their agents seem clueless and only repeat the same statement that they are working on it. This has been a terrible experience, and it feels like they are cheating their clients by keeping their money to fulfill their own needs. Their name does not suit the work they are doing, and I am very disappointed. I am taking this matter to the consumer court and will also visit their office. This is a hard-earned money of an old lady who was going to meet her sick son, and I will try my best to get her money back. My suggestion to everyone is to check the reviews and feedback of OTA companies before making any bookings. I made a big mistake by choosing HappyEasyGo, and I regret it.

HappyEasyGo Avoid HappyEasyGo.com - They are Cheaters Who Won't Refund Your Money

(happyeasygo.com) is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. I had booked a flight for February, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my flight got cancelled by the airlines. The airlines refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo on the same day and provided me with a transaction ID. However, HappyEasyGo did not refund my amount. I wrote several emails and made many calls, but I kept getting the same answer - "You have to wait 5-7 working days." It has been a long time, and I still haven't received my refund.

Today, I called HappyEasyGo, and one of their customer care executives was very honest with me. He told me in very clear words that I would not get my money back and that I was wasting my time. I appreciated his honesty, but it was frustrating to hear that I would not get my money back.

I would advise everyone to stay away from HappyEasyGo. They are cheaters who send you an email just one day before your flight is cancelled by the airlines. If you want to cancel your flight, they will refund you, but not the full amount. They charge a convenience fee, which is just a way of saying that they will not refund you any amount. This website is fake, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My order numbers are ***012 and ***128. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have experienced with HappyEasyGo.

HappyEasyGo Beware of Hidden Charges: My Unpleasant Experience with HappyEasyGo

I recently made a booking on HappyEasyGo for Four Points by Sheraton Delhi on 23 July. I carefully selected the number of guests as 3 and opted for accommodation with breakfast. However, during the payment process, I received a notification that the price had changed. To my surprise, the new amount was 100rs less than the previous amount, making it seem like a discount.

I went ahead and made the payment, but later received a voucher stating that the price was only for 2 guests and that I would have to pay an additional 1180/- for the third person at the hotel. Moreover, the voucher only included accommodation without breakfast.

When I contacted their customer service, they were unhelpful and simply told me that if I wanted to cancel, I could do so. They also mentioned that the extra price for the third person was excluded, which was not clearly stated during the booking process. I have made several bookings before and have never faced such an issue.

To make matters worse, they suggested that I go to the hotel and ask for breakfast, as if it would be provided for an additional 300rs for 3 guests. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent. I urge others not to fall into this trap.

HappyEasyGo Unethical Service Fee Charged by HappyEasyGo - My Disappointing Experience

Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with HappyEasyGo. I recently booked a flight from Delhi to Bagdogra and back with them, and unfortunately the airline cancelled the flights due to travel restrictions. While the airline provided a full refund, HappyEasyGo charged a service fee from the refund amount, which I believe is unethical. My Order ID was ***558.

I was really disappointed with their services and I don't think I'll be booking with them again. I also won't be recommending them to my friends and family. It's a shame that they don't value customer loyalty and their policies seem to be focused on extracting as much money as possible from customers. I urge everyone to be careful when booking with them and not fall for the trap of cheap tickets.

I'm considering filing a case against them for customer harassment. It's really frustrating when companies don't prioritize customer satisfaction and instead prioritize their own policies. So, be careful when booking with HappyEasyGo and make sure you read all the fine print before making any purchases.

HappyEasyGo Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with HappyEasyGo Flight Booking App

This app, HappyEasyGo, is the worst app to book flights tickets. It's better to go with MakeMyTrip, Flipkart, or Paytm for flights booking. They are professional and do what they say on the given time frame. However, with HappyEasyGo, I booked a flight ticket and my journey was cancelled by the airline, Spicejet. I initiated a refund from the airline on June 15, 2020, and was told to wait 45 days. After 45 days, I was told to wait another 45 days, which means I had to wait for 90 days. These cheaters and fraudsters kept telling me to wait for validation, and after 10 days, they said to wait for another 15 days.

I'm not understanding what to do and I feel cheated and sucked. I have already called customer care more than 50 times in 105 days and emailed more than 20 times. I have all the recordings and email chains, and if anyone can suggest where I should go for justice, I have every proof. My order ID is ***986, and my name is Piyush Kumar. My mobile number is ***318, and the booking date was May 20, 2020. The journey was supposed to be on June 2, 2020, from Chennai to Patna.

I would not recommend using HappyEasyGo for booking flights tickets. They are not professional and do not keep their promises. It's better to use other apps that are more reliable and trustworthy.

HappyEasyGo Terrible Experience with HappyEasyGo: Fraudulent Company Keeping Customers' Money

I recently had a terrible experience with HappyEasyGo when I used their flight booking service. I booked a flight on 08.02.2020 for a trip in May 2020, but unfortunately, due to the Covid pandemic, the flight was cancelled.

Since then, I have been trying to get a refund from HappyEasyGo's customer care. However, their email support center and call center have been very rude and unhelpful, telling me to contact the airline directly. But if I have to contact the airline myself, then what is the point of using HappyEasyGo? Why are they charging a convenience fee if they are not providing any convenience?

I believe that it is my money, and I should be entitled to a refund. So, I contacted the airline myself and got confirmation of the refund on 15October2020. The money was credited to HappyEasyGo, but they have not returned it to me. This fraudulent company is keeping our money and not returning it to the customers. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, they have told me that it will take another month to process the refund, and they will deduct their convenience fee.

I find it ridiculous that I have to pay two convenience fees - one to the airline and one to HappyEasyGo. It has been a hectic and awful experience dealing with such a bad company, poor service, and unprofessionalism. They are not even following the Supreme Court's rules and are cheating and luring customers. We should stop using them and report them to the concerned government agency to investigate this matter.

In conclusion, I would not recommend using HappyEasyGo for any travel bookings. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not provide any convenience to their customers. It is better to book directly with the airline or use a more reputable travel booking website.

HappyEasyGo Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with HappyEasyGo

I had a really bad experience with HappyEasyGo. I booked a flight ticket for March 4 and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I did not receive a PNR or any confirmation of my ticket. I was really worried and tried to contact their customer care multiple times. But, I did not receive any response from them for more than 14-15 hours after the payment was processed.

Finally, when I got in touch with them, they informed me that the airlines had increased the price and my booking could not be done. I was really disappointed with their service. Other booking websites and apps provide the PNR for the booked tickets immediately, but HappyEasyGo took a lot of time.

They insisted that I cancel the ticket from my end, but I was not willing to do so. I let them cancel the ticket and process my refund. However, the refund processing took another 5-7 business days. I was lucky to get my money back, but I read comments where customers did not get their money even after 3 months.

It seems like they hold your money for a long time, earn interest and pay their customer care officers who greet you nicely but do not provide any useful information. They keep saying that the booking will be confirmed in the next 1-2 hours, even after 5-6 calls.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise people not to fall prey to HappyEasyGo and their name sake discounts. Even if it costs 100-200 bucks more, it is better to book on Goibibo or MMT or any other trusted partners to get your confirmed booking once your payment is confirmed.

HappyEasyGo Unresponsive Customer Service: Our Nightmare Experience with HappyEasyGo Travel Portal

HappyEasyGo is a travel portal that claims to offer great discounts to travellers. However, our experience with this website has been nothing short of a nightmare. We booked a flight with Indigo, which was later cancelled by the airline. The full refund was given to HappyEasyGo on 18th March 2020, but we have not received the refund amount despite repeated requests.

We have sent six emails to HappyEasyGo, but have only received two interim responses from Sh. Ranjeet Kumar and Sh. Vasu Singhal. After that, there has been total silence from their end. The airline has already confirmed that our booking was cancelled on 17th March 2020 and the full refund of Rs 9616 was given to HappyEasyGo on 18th March 2020, without any deduction and not in a Credit Shell. We have forwarded two emails from Indigo to HappyEasyGo, but they have not responded to them either.

Sh. Ranjeet Kumar had assured us that if the airline gave the full refund, HappyEasyGo would initiate the same and the refund amount would be initiated in the same mode of payment. However, they have not paid back the refund amount of Rs. 9200/- paid by us at the time of booking, despite having received it from Indigo on 18th March 2020.

We have not received any reply or acknowledgement from HappyEasyGo after our last two emails of 30th March and 7th April 2020. On reading Google reviews about HappyEasyGo, we found that many travellers have faced similar issues with them.

We would advise all future travellers to stay away from HappyEasyGo. Their petty discounts are not worth the hassle and frustration that comes with dealing with their unprofessional and unresponsive customer service.

HappyEasyGo HappyEasyGo Review: Great Savings on Hotel Bookings with Smooth Experience

I recently stumbled upon HappyEasyGo (happyeasygo.com) when I was searching for a good deal on hotel bookings. I was pleasantly surprised to find the best deal for a hotel that I was already familiar with. In fact, I was able to book 10 rooms for three nights at a substantial discount. This was a great saving for me and my group.

HappyEasyGo Unsatisfactory refund experience with Happyeasygo

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Happyeasygo. I booked a flight back in March of 2020, but due to Covid-19, all flights were cancelled. I requested a full refund from Spicejet on August 31st, and they promptly refunded the amount. However, when I reached out to Happyeasygo for my refund, they asked for confirmation from Spicejet, which I had already provided. They told me it would take 45-90 days to process my refund, which is quite a long time to wait.

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. It's not fair that I have to wait so long for my money back, especially when I provided all the necessary information. It's disappointing to see companies like Happyeasygo taking advantage of their customers like this. I don't think they deserve to stay in business if they're going to treat people this way.

HappyEasyGo Disappointing Experience with HappyEasyGo: Delayed Refund and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with HappyEasyGo (happyeasygo.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had booked five tickets for a trip scheduled in April 2020, but due to the lockdown, the trip was cancelled. I immediately reached out to HappyEasyGo via email on April 2nd to request a refund for my tickets.

Unfortunately, it took them a long time to respond to my email. I didn't hear back from them until April 24th, which was over three weeks later. When they finally did respond, they told me that the airline wasn't issuing cash refunds for cancelled flights. However, I had already confirmed with AirAsia that they had refunded the full amount on April 8th.

To make matters worse, I've had trouble getting in touch with HappyEasyGo since then. My phone number has been blocked, and when I try to use other numbers to contact them, they put me on hold and don't respond to my emails. HappyEasyGo Terrible Customer Service and Fraudulent Practices: My Experience with HappyEasyGo

I had a few flight bookings with HappyEasyGo from April to May 2020, but unfortunately, they got cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. I was hoping to reschedule my flights, but it was a real struggle to get any assistance. I've been trying to get in touch with them since November 7th, 2020, but it seems like they don't care about their customers.

Every time I call them, they tell me that I will receive an email within 3-4 hours, but I never do. It's frustrating because I need to reschedule my flights as soon as possible, but they don't seem to care. To make matters worse, they send me payment links at 1:30 am and expect me to complete the payment, or else the prices will double by morning.

Their customer service is terrible, and they don't respond to emails. I've sent them nearly 45-50 emails, but all I've received is disappointment. It's clear that they are a fraudulent company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a shame that they don't care about their customers, especially during these difficult times.

HappyEasyGo Terrible Experience with HappyEasyGo: Refund Delayed for 60 Days and Counting

I had a terrible experience with HappyEasyGo. I wouldn't even give them a single star. I booked a flight ticket on January 1st, 2020 from HYD to PTN of GoAir Airlines for January 27th. However, on January 24th, I received a message from the airlines that the flight was cancelled. I followed the Executive's instructions and cancelled my ticket. He assured me that my money would be refunded within 30-45 working days. However, as per their website, the refund policy is 10-15 days. Today, after 60 working days, I still haven't received my money back. Whenever I call the executive, they tell me that they will update me within 72 hours. But after 72 hours, they give me the same reply and ask me to use the airline's website to avoid this fraud company.

I am extremely disappointed with HappyEasyGo's service. It's been a long time since I cancelled my ticket, and I still haven't received my refund. The Executive's assurances were false, and the company's refund policy is not being followed. I would advise everyone to avoid booking tickets on HappyEasyGo. It's not worth the risk of losing your money.

Finally, when I sent multiple emails on a single day, they responded asking me to apply for cancellation on their website. They also informed me that they would deduct a convenience fee, even though they had already received the refund from the airlines. However, the navigation on their website was incorrect and the OTP did not come to my registered mobile number.

I am extremely frustrated with HappyEasyGo's shady and unethical practices. They have zero after-sales service and I would strongly advise against using their services just to save a few hundred rupees. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. In fact, I would avoid them like the plague, especially during these times when we are all trying to avoid catching COVID. I am now considering approaching the consumer forum to get my money back.

I am extremely disappointed with HappyEasyGo's services. It seems like they have no respect for their customers and are extremely unprofessional. I have been waiting for my refund for what feels like an eternity. Despite providing them with all the necessary proof that I have received refunds from other apps like MakemyTrip and EasemyTrip, they still haven't refunded my money. It's been over 1.5 years and they still haven't resolved the issue.

I had booked a ticket under flight cancellation protection, but when I cancelled my flight, I didn't receive the refund. I have called their customer care more than 150 times, but all they say is that they are looking into it and need more time. It's been 1.5 years already and I still haven't received my refund. I strongly advise against booking anything with HappyEasyGo. They cheat their customers and have no idea what it means to be patient. My experience with them has been extremely bad and I consider them to be the most untrusted organization.

HappyEasyGo Unsatisfactory Experience with HappyEasyGo: Dishonest Policies and Refusal to Provide Refund

I recently had an experience with HappyEasyGo (happyeasygo.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had booked a flight ticket for four passengers with the option of free cancellation, but due to the Covid lockdown at our destination, I had to cancel the ticket. However, when I contacted HappyEasyGo for a refund, they refused to provide one and directed me to contact Reliance General Insurance for any claims.

This was confusing and frustrating, as I had not been informed of this policy when I booked the ticket. To make matters worse, when I checked the Indigo website, I saw that they had issued a refund of 15300 Rs to HappyEasyGo, but I had not received a single rupee back from them.

I tried to resolve the issue by contacting HappyEasyGo's customer care representatives, but I had to speak to five or six different people before I got a clear answer. They told me that I had not paid for the free cancellation option, but instead had relied on Reliance General Insurance for any claims. This was news to me, and I was frustrated that this information had not been made clear to me when I booked the ticket or when I called to cancel it.

Overall, I feel that HappyEasyGo's handling of this situation was dishonest and fraudulent. They did not provide clear information about their policies, and they did not honor their commitment to provide a refund for a cancelled ticket. I would not recommend using this service, as they do not seem to have their customers' best interests in mind.
