I am not complaining since I did get a $50 gift card, but I do wonder why there are times when I submit my receipt and 10 days go by before I get a notification that they were not able to find a purchase that matched my receipt...conveniently this happens when I spent over $100 on groceries and would have received the max back of $20. I have also had several receipts say Processing for over 10 days without an explanation. Again, it is free money so my only complaint is there is no way to contact them to find out if I am doing something wrong. I wouldn't think so since 95% of my receipts are accepted just fine. Why have a business if you provide ZERO customer service?

Not gonna lie, thought it was goofy at first. I earn money almost daily now with my referrals. I drive about 45 min 1 way to work and get 22 gallons a fill up. I average $2-4 back per fill up. Not alot, but its better than nothing and when you see that this is happening often with fill ups it adds up. Plus the bonuses they offer and the shopping cash back too...it adds up quick. I get notifications daily that I get about .13-.16 back PER referral that gets gas. Next thing I know I'm cashing in 5-$10 every few days. I've tried to get everyone in the family on board and they laugh thinking it's just a scam app. Then they're not laughing after I show them all my transactions. I wish I had used this months ago.

I just started using upside to save money in gas. The app has misleading information. First off as a new user I ended up getting gas twice at the specified gas stations and checking in before I got gas. Cash back took a long time (which is understandable) but upon receiving it they only gave me 10cents per gallon as both locations. It specifically said 40cents at one and 50cents at the other one. The gas was much higher priced and I could have easily gone to Costco or sams. I thought I was saving on this app but it is not fully honoring the promised amounts. Contacting them is not easy. The only resolution I want is just to please give me the promised full discloses amounts on your app as you should for your customers.
Love the surprises! The app is great. As I was typing this I got a notice of another $.99 in my account. Love it.

I never got any Discount and their disclaimer says after 10 days you may not receive one. It is my opinion that Upside is receiving discounts for listing Businesses that are paying them and they are pocketing users discounts. I've notice other users are saying the exact same thing, so i recommend deleting this App and not using them or referring them to your friends for further promise of a penny a gallon on all their purchases. How would you know if your gettting those when you dont even get your own. Totally Scam and Complaintsboard.com should Class action them in my opinion.

I finally gave in when my husband put it on my phone for my and got me started, I'm not an app kind of person either. It's very easy to use and I've already earned over $100 in just over a month. I don't feel right saying earned, I just use it before getting gas and before grocery shopping at schnucks. There's many more places to use it, that's just where I've used it. I always forget to check before eating out anywhere, like I said, I'm not an app person or even much of a phone person at all. This would be great for a young person! I also love that you don't have to give out any real banking info. I cash out through paypal using just my email. Hopefully it continues to be safe.
It's a total waste of time
It's a total waste of time. I'm a OTR trucker and it appears to be such a wonderful thing to achieve some extra kick backs on fuel purchases but hardly the case. Many of my purchases are at stations that are on the app and even though they are they and even though I can show recipes to show proof. They still don't want to honor the purchases. When you purchase diesel three or four times a week at the tune of $1,200 to $1,600 you look forward to getting something out of using this app. I filled my car up and out of all the purchases I racked up on this app. All I got was the one fuel up for my car and all I got was $2.60 back for the premium gas I got for my Challenger. Thanks but no thanks. I emailed them and told them they can keep their $2.60 I'd rather keep my dignity thank you very much for absolutely nothing.

I tried out this app about a year or so ago. At first it seemed good. It was easy to use and it was accepting my receipts and everything was good. As I recall, the earnings were anywhere between $.10 to $.25 per gallon. After a couple of months earnings dropped to $.01 per gallon and stayed that way which is not worth the effort for me as I have a small car. Also, after I had accrued about $7.00, I thought I would try to cash it out to see how well the app worked when it came time to cash out. However, the next time I went into the app, my balance was $0. I tried logging out and logging back in but that didn't change anything. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but that didn't work either. I did not contact customer service. I simply deleted the app and will not use it again. The reason I'm writing this now (after having deleted it so long ago), is because I just heard it advertised on the radio. Can't understand why it works so well for some and not for others.

Once I became familiar with using the app, I accepted an offer for an advertised bonus payment from GetUpside pertaining to restaurants, "Get a bonus 30% at restaurants When you claim a restaurant offer and spend at least $10." I had no problem with them calculating my savings on previous transactions except they can take a while on processing even when you've done everything correctly. The app encourages you to try more restaurants before that particular offer expires. My 1st restaurant discount and bonus was applied to my account accurately, along with my gas purchases that did not qualify for the bonus. The 2nd restaurant transaction received a message, "Issue Found: Maximum Cashback Reached - 16% cash back up to $10." There was no mention of maximum amount for this offer; only that a minimum of $10 is to be spent during transactions. How is it possible that they were expecting to payout a maximum of $10 on a restaurant that offered 16%, plus their bonus of 30%? They can't possibly know the prices of the restaurants they represent. I've contacted customer service and they've repeated the same as the message I received and stated that my complaint was forwarded to upper management. It's been over a month now yet no one has bothered to contact me since. Live up to your offers and make them very clear. Don't wait for your users to expect payment then state some bogus nonsense to avoid paying the anticipated savings in full. Then you have the audacity to encourage me to send referrals. You must get your product together before I give my friends and family any type of referral for this app. I'd like my money please and thank you.

Upside Services may be known to most people as a cash back app where you get money back for gas purchases, but there's a downside to them as well. Once people take photos of their gas station receipts, Upside uses the Amazon.com Mechanical Turk crowdsource platform to get workers to enter the discounts per gallon and total amounts saved from those receipts. They pay workers 1 penny per receipt, so you get 7 cents for one HIT (Human Intelligence Task) that has 7 receipts in it. Why would anyone work for pennies, you might be asking? People are poor. They might be disabled. They might be retired. Upside Services does pay you for your work, but far below minimum wage. The worst part is, you can do almost perfect work in which you don't get any "rejections," which means they pay you for everything you did, never telling you that you made an error. And then they ban you from working on their HITs, saying that you did "poor work." When you get banned by a requester like Upside Services on Amazon's Mechanical Turk platform, it can result in amazon suspending your entire account--cutting people off from a source of income they need, and without Upside Services ever having to explain why they blocked you. It's outrageous. I've worked on MTurk for 6 years and have done almost 400K HITs, with an accuracy rating of 99.87%. Upside Services paid me for all of my work, but yet told me I did poor work. They will not give me an example of any mistake I made. It's just like, "You're banned, sucks to be you." They are unethical and need to be held accountable. Amazon will not intervene, because of course, Upside pays them to use the platform, and Amazon will always be on the side that make them the most money. So--beware of these guys.

I have attempted to use the Upside app to search for the lowest gas prices in my area. On the main page, it shows gas stations near me with the price after the discount. After using the app a few times, I noticed that my rebate was nowhere near the discount per gallon they showed on the app. When I should have gotten $7 to $10 credit, I only received $1 to $2 credit. I would also have to reach out to them to get thee credit. I would have to fill out a form and attached a copy of my receipt as proof of purchase. I would write the amount of rebate due based on what the initial deal was. When I finally received my rebate, it was for much less than the deal said. That happened 2 times. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me some kind of unintelligible explanation. I feel this is a scam and will not use it again. I give them 0 stars!

Refusal of Cashback
I purchase gas from my local 711 which is the closest gas station to where I live in rural New Hampshire. I noticed on my receipt that I uploaded to Upside was that 711's timestamp on their receipt was the wrong AM/PM. I usually buy gas around 12pm and the receipt reflected 12am and my receipt was denied. I've tried several times to contact them via phone & their online form. I have reached out to my local 711 management but haven't heard back from them. I NEED a call back ASAP. All my receipts have been uploaded.

I received a response from an agent ( Aaron) and he stated that there was a gift card issued for *** on May 22nd and to check my spam or junk file for the email. I processed to check the file and found the email. I reply to Aaron and explained that I did not do a recent cash out and that had I done one I wouldn't have done it to a movie theater since we are in the middle of a Pandemic and my wife and I , even in normal conditions, do not go to the movies. I received a reply to that email stating that there was nothing he could do since the merchant was paid and it was done from my device. I replied to that email and once again stated I didn't do the cash out! I also told him that in the past the only cash out I did would be sent to either to my *** account or I would request to have the cash put on a *** Gift card. I went on to make him aware that in my past cash outs that I would receive an email showing the cash out amount along with details as to how to collect my gift card. I never received such an email, I check both my deleted and junk email files. I went on to request a copy of the cash out request or instructions as to how to find the transaction on their app. Finally I requested the contact information of a supervisor so I could explain my situation to them. That email was sent on Friday May 29th and as of today June 1st I have yet to get a response from him. I'm a firm believer in good customer service but it is obliviously that GetUpSide is not. From the replies they have a sorry for your luck attitude.

I purchased gasoline at the *** gas station at the corner of *** and *** in Southwest Fort Myers on August the 2nd and August the 5th. I was drawn to that gas station because of the significant offer on the get upside app where on August the 2nd they were offering 42 cents back on the gallon making the gas price decrease from 3.99 a gallon to 3.57 A gallon, With cashback of $7.27. And again on August the 5th gas price was $3.85 a gallon with a 37 cents per gallon cashback on the get upside app Making the gasoline price $3 48 cents a gallon. which would have resulted in a $5.85 payout pay out on that date. I have yet to receive any money back for the August 2nd transaction and only received $1.20 back on the August 5th transaction. I contacted get upside and was asked if I had taken a screenshot of the offer. I did not because I did not expect to get scammed out of the cash back , however my 2 grown adult children were with me in the car on both occasions and they also have the get upside app and saw that that offer was indeed what the gas station had implied it was. I'm thinking that the gas station did not want to pay out the the cash back and was using it to lure people into their business. Any help resolving this would be appreciated
Had two transaction within a week apart of each other. Did everything I was supposed to do. Checked in, assigned my card# to it and submit. One for a restaurant and one for a gas station. Both came back as rejected because they couldn't find the transaction. Fine, I get it, glitches can happen so I reached out to support and provided the proof as requested. Both replied back and apologized for the issue and said it would be 24-48 hours but later correcte to 7-10 days. 10 days goes by and nothing. Reached out again and they again, asked for the proof so I just forwarded the email chain including the proof. They again apologized and got one of them (the restaurant transaction) but nothing on the gas-station one. I'm not sure how the business operates but I shouldn't have to contact support multiple times just to get an issue resolved.
I download the Upside App and began using it. It says that if I give a referral I'll get a bonus of $15. I referred my sister *** in July. She downloaded it and made a purchase on July 1st 2022. I still have not received my referral bonus. My invite code that I sent her was "***". Can you look into this?
I, downloaded the app and was driving from New York to Florida and bought gas about 4 or 5 times (about 15 gal 4 or 5 times) with each time I searched for fuel locations the discount rates ranging from $.25 to $.30 and after uploading receipts was told 2 to 3 days it should be in account and after 4 days only received almost $7. which is about half what I should have received. Upon checking upside account it showed $.03 and $.07 which is not what the app showed when I searched to make purchases or I would never driven the extra miles for $.07.

Recently I've spent hundreds through the getupside app purchasing gas and have at least 6 un processed claims. I did not do anything to violate the terms of service and go out of my way to visit locations that partner with the getupside app. I travel daily and even today will attempt to use the app while filling up. Noone has reached out to me regarding the issue even though I've made a claim with their support team, I believe my account has been locked however I do not know why not when this occured. Reading the other reviews on Complaintsboard.com it seems as though once you start using the app and getting a decent amount of cash back they lock you out and find an excuse as to why. I've made over 50 bucks through the app and it says I'm among the top 15% of users, you would think this would make them want to retain me as a customer but it doesn't feel that way. Previously I had an issue with them where the gas station had their pumps set up so they ran every purchase as premium even though I got regular. The rewards on regular where 13 cents while the rewards for premium where only 1 cent. The gas station ONLY has regular and it took 6 emails where I finally had to provide the number for the station and request the support team do their job and call the station asking if they sold premium. I think because I had to tell them how to do their job they locked my account, even after recieving 4 or 5 responses where they essentially called me a lier because their "merchant data didn't reflect that I purchase regular". Also I had made 2 large purchases at that location and even after they admitted I was correct they only corrected 1 of the purchases cash back. Hoping that with Complaintsboard.com's help I can get my account unlocked and receive what I am due.

Get upside app promises cash back for gas , restaurants and groceries. Well as long as I have been using the Get Upside App, I have not received any cash back at Holiday station stores. Never. Everytime I go to fill up, it lets me claim my offer but never gives me cash back. This only happens at holiday gas station. No where else has a problem. I would like to see at least somewhat compensation for at least one or two of these gas transactions, as the app promises cash back up to a certain amount on gas purchase. Thank you.
On August 8th i bought $46.03 worth of gas. According to upside I had gotten 79 off of my fill up however I never received the money I was owed. This makes me feel like the app does not work at all.
Upside offers discounts if you eat at one of the restaurants they tell you has a discount from them. I ate at *** which they offered a discount for eating there. Well instead of just giving me a discount upside charged me for the entire meal I ate at *** even though *** charged me for the meal already. I contacted Upside and showed them the proof from my bank account that they charged me and the proof from the upside app that showed they charged my debit card for the meal even though I already paid for the meal with my debit card. They keep telling me they cant find my account even though I am giving them the exact email address they have for me on my profile in the app. Upside charged my debit card for a meal that I already paid to *** so I got charged twice for the same meal because upside somehow used my debit card to pay for a meal that I already paid for. I would like a refund of $41.90 that I should not have been charged because I never gave upside permission to use my debit card to pay for a meal that I already paid for.

The reason of my contact was because I redeemed my credits on the app for a gift card, I also recently made a gas purchase of ~100$ to upload the receipt to them for more rewards. The original contact in support said they couldnt be of assistance and escalated me to the advanced support, once in contact with Aaron there on 05/31 @ 11:07pm He said and I quote "Aaron (GetUpside) May 31, 11:07:41 PM ADT Hi, I understand, however this is a system imposed ban on your account. We regret to tell you there's not much we can do at this point. Regards, Aaron GetUpside Support " Now I understand some systems are faulty and there have been many times in the past with other businesses that faulty bans are imposed without cause... So I asked Aaron if he could either direct me to an appeal process or towards a higher level of support that could be of assistance. 2 days no response. I have read up and down the terms of service for the complaintee (Upside services Inc, aka GetUpside) and see no such violation that my account has made to sufficient a ban I have been a member for a good amount of time and have referred over 127 individuals to this service. The loss of my ~80$ which I redeemed as a ***.com gift card and my no reward for my last upload @ ~4.05$/gal at a volume of 50 gals the receipt which I still have which is valued at 202.50$ in rewards. For a total of almost 300$ in rewards is lost due to this circumstance. Its in my hope that The complaintee see this and realizes mistakes happen and to justify my account back to active and rewards that it should have if this mistake didn't occur. I have found that when I use the Get Upside app for larger money back days, those seem to expire and I never get paid. I used the *** near my home on July 28th due to the about back that day and never received my cash back. It says expired which makes no sense because I submitted my complete receipt that day like I always do but since it was a higher cash back day those seem to never go through. I have the receipt still that I submitted that exact day and there is no no at to resubmit. I want the cash back that the app advertised and said I would get.

The app is supposed to give you cash back whenever you use the app. I currently have another promotion offered at *** stations where I receive 5 cent off my gas because I am *** member. I frequently use the shell app at *** stations and apply the get upside app as well. I have received cash back on 20 different occasions at *** stations since September 1st. As of October 12th get upside stopped giving me cash back claiming that I'm receiving a promotion elsewhere and reduced my cash back amount to $0.02. It is not fair that they have suddenly stopped issuing me cash back, although I used my shell app I would still receive cash back from get upside but only a partial amount when the other app was applied. They've stopped issuing me cash back whenever I use my shell app but prior I was paid cash back from getupside approximately 20 times. I decided to cash in the offer that I earned which was $7.61 and attempted to apply it to my *** account. Unfortunately get upside would not allow me to put in my *** account email address. They had my other email address linked to my *** because it is the email address that I have set up through my getup side app however this particular email is not linked to my *** account so when I submitted my cash back offer all of the money was instantly deleted that I earned. Get upside has been very selfish and dishonest in its practices I do not appreciate this and it is not living up to it's expectations and what it claims it offers customers. They have swindled me out of earnings that I claimed and have stopped paying me cash back although I have continued using the app and still have not received anything at all since October 7th besides two cents. This is misleading and bad service.

The company claimed that a receipt was not upload for me to receive rewards. These seems really odd. I didn't do anything different than any of the other times. This was a transaction where I was to receive multiple bonuses. I believe that I was supposed to earn about $0.80 off per gallon at this location. That is why I made it a point to fill up as much as I possibly could at that time. I filled up 31 gallons of gas which would have granted me a reward of around $24. This transaction was on March 25, 2022. On April 6, 2022 I received the questionable email from the company where they stated they did not receive a record of the purchase. It seems rather odd and might convenient for this company not to have to pay out the biggest reward that I have ever gotten from this app. It really makes it look like this company falsely promises rewards to scam customers into using certain gas stations and then not pay out those rewards. Is this some sort of scam? I wrote to them on April 7, 2022 and showed them a screenshot from my credit card company proving that I had a transaction. On April 8, 2022 I provided the company with a receipt of the transaction that matches the credit card transaction and shows the 31.007 gallons. They claimed the provided me with a credit of $3.72 but did not provide any transaction detail to prove this. This is a cashback of $0.12 per gall. Where is the other $20 for this bonus that I should have received. This really seems wrong and it seems like this company is doing some sort of bait and switch to scam people into using gas stations that they partner with my offering them bonuses rewards (i.e. referral bonuses) and then magically not have a record of those transaction when they happen. My complaint with this company is that they falsely claim to offer cash back on your purchases but fail to follow through. When I get gas I never have any issues at all with cashback. My issue comes when I decided to use the restaraunt cash back option within a couple days. They claim that these restaraunts are in their network but they fail to provide sufficient proof to the customer needed in order to claim your offers. Twice I have used the cash back (within a short enough period of time that they didn't finalize). Once was at taylor street pizza in geneva IL I paid in store and with my credit card that is on file with Getupside. They printed me a paper receipt that I requested. It had all of my info my name, date and time, cc purchase confirmation and order total. The one thing they do not include on your receipt is the last 4 digits of your credit card. I did everything right on my end and there is no other receipt that the restaraunt can provide me. So my question is if the restaraunt is a partner with Getupside then why do they not provide enough proof to suffice. This happened to me again when I tried to use a ***'s cashback. I have tried to contact the business and I have not been able to receive any sort of communication from them. I don't think its fair especially during these rough times to lie to your customers to spend money and do everything right on their end just for you to not uphold yours. I know its not a lot of money but right now 10 dollars to me means everything and I only spent the amount of money I did because I carefully planned every dollar riding on the cashback promise. I do appreciate the app and the gas offers are great but very unsatisfied with the level of customer support and not very happy being rejected for doing everything I could right. Will not be using the restaraunt cash back in the future.

When you submit the receipt they say there is no issues with which makes you think you can get rid of it and then days later they ask for it again in hopes that you dont still have it. On top of that the customer service is terrible as Ive had two different agents accuse me of tampering with the receipt and threatening to suspend my account because they thought I had cut the receipt even though when it comes out of the machine you pull it out and it is cut at the top by the machine. How they deal with receipts for a living and dont even k now this i have no idea. You have no customers trying out your app and instead of trying to fix their issues you make false accusations against them and threaten them by saying you will suspend their account it makes no sense at all. Take some responsabilty for the apps mistakes and stop blaming your customers. The one agent eventually appoligized when she finaly realized the station address they had was incorrect and thats what caused it get rejected all along and not me tampering with the receipt, I had tried to tell her this the whole time but these service agents cant seem to answer any questions and read from a script and can barely speak english sometimes. The one agent eventually did appoligize for falsely accusing me when she finally realized it was their fault for having wrong address listed. The other agent named Ada was extremely rude and also made false allegations against me for cutting or folding a receipt and threatened to suspend my account. I then asked her to please stop contacting me and she continued to email me and harass me after I repeatedly to stop contacting me. That offer never got fixed and I have lost at least 15 to 20 dollars on offers that have never gotten processed due to the app.

December 13th I used GetUpside at a gas station in Altamonte Springs, FL
On December 13th, I used the GetUpside app at a gas station in Altamonte Springs, FL. After refueling, the app asked me to upload a receipt, but the pump was out of paper, and I couldn't get one from the store due to time constraints. Normally, GetUpside doesn't require a receipt if it can verify your location and you claim the offer in the app. Once your card is charged at the pump, GetUpside should confirm the purchase and award cash back points. Despite this, the app insisted on a receipt, so I contacted GetUpside immediately to ensure I'd receive my points. I sent them a snapshot from the app showing my claimed offer and my bank statement indicating a charge at the gas station. However, GetUpside has not responded to my emails since December 13th, nor to my follow-up on December 16th. Attempts to contact them through the app resulted in an error, leaving me to wonder if I've been blocked. It's disappointing that GetUpside hasn't honored the cash back deal from their app, showing unprofessionalism and poor customer service. I'm requesting the cash offer I earned and hope GetUpside will address this issue.

Initiated three Cash Out transactions via Get Upside app to a closed account
Using the Get Upside app, I initiated three Cash Out transactions that were to be sent to a payment processor. Each transaction on Get Upside's side said complete. Upon calling the payment processor, to check on the funds that were supposedly sent, they informed me that the account associated with my email address had been closed for some time. Since I hadn't used the payment processor for a long time, I was unaware that my account had been closed. According to the payment processor, because my account was closed, the funds were never received nor credited to any account associated with my email or my name, and thus, were returned to Get Upside. The payment processor also informed me, and was affirmed by Get Upside, that I should have received an email confirming said transactions. I never received any such email(s). Not seeing the funds in my Get Upside account, I informed Get Upside of the issue/problem, and provided them with the letter from the payment processor stating no funds were ever received nor credited to any account associated with my email or name, and that my account was closed during these transactions. Get Upside informed me that they are unable to locate my funds, and are unwilling to credit the total amount of missing funds sent through the Cash Out function, back to my account, despite the fact that neither I nor the payment processor ever received them, as stated in the payment processor's letter. Get Upside has subsequently sent another email stating that they will now, only credit back one lost Cash Out transaction for $58.37, and that I should again, contact the payment processor for the balance, which I have done on multiple occasions with the same result. There is still $124.84 unaccounted for, which Get Upside has, according to the payment processor, that is seemingly lost in the Get Upside system. Get Upside has now created a new false narrative, stating that one Cash Out transfer was by check, which I never initiated, however, they are unable to provide any proof that a check was issued, sent, cashed/deposited, or even a check number... And never mentioned this in any prior communication.

I attached receipts to this email as proof when sent: I am seeing some issues with your program. I have several instances where you guys have short changed my transactions. For example, On 12/14 I spent $10.97 before tax and you guys totaled it to $10.26, there were no items that were deemed unadmissable. Same thing on 12/18 where I spent $7.87 before tax but you guys show $7.21. There are also several purchases that now are starting to not show proof of purchase conveniently now that I am using the app more often now. I also notice your rewards diminish down to a penny per gallon if I start using your program more at one preferred location. GetUpside is about to get many many bad reviews from me and my freinds and family that use it if this isnt reconciled. Attached are the two receipts for the examples I explained above. This looks fraudulent based on what is promised. Nothing would explain why you are arbitrarily lowering my purchase value in order to lower my rewards but I would like to give you an opportunity to correct those mistakes and reward me correctly for my purchases per your program. The rewards from this Phillips 66 gas station were being given without any issues for months before I started using your app more proficiently, now I keep getting denied. I started keeping all receipts now but given the lowering of the rewards issued solely because now I am a more loyal customer makes no sense and it is barely worth the effort to argue over a 14 cents reward for a whole tank of gas. Please advise. Thank you. They did not respond and susequentially dismissed the next week this Phillips 66 from showing up in the app anymore for me to access it. When asked about the gas station not showing anymore in the app I received a generic response about how they change avaialable vendors at times.

I got this app to earn money as I am traveling more now with this new role. I was receiving points and completely was on board with upside- i was telling all my family and friends to use it to help me earn money and so forth. Well then it wasnt until maybe a month later that i had issues logging into the app. I could still get my emails saying i was earning money so i just brushed it off. I tried then a week or so later to reset password and get back in the app to see how much i earned and what other places i could sign up for. This was the start of my problems. I emailed and emailed and Facebook posted, and messaged the UPSIDE team and i got a few delayed responses to reset my password. I tried to even set up a diff account to make sure i was earning off my miles etc. Nope. Cant do that either. I am not still receiving emails about points and money earned but i cannot log in at all. My husband still uses this app but I am so mad right now that it is now August and still not one person has taken the time to help me or guide me on getting this resolved. At this point i jsut want my money earned and move on. Id rather go use another app with better customer service. This is quite ridiculous that still no one has contacted me. They say they are too small to have a phone number but how about an email back and forth for some help? I got nothing over here. I have threads of just me contacting them over and over again. Weeks after weeks. I think I am being pretty cool considering the time line here. Can someone please just call me and lets figure this out? . Please! Here is the latest message to them: I cannot login your app. I keep getting emails and says i have money earned. I just want to simply get my money and leave. I have been battling this for some time now. I am considering getting a lawyer at this point. This cannot be legal. I have been using the get upside app since November
I have been using the get upside app since November. I'm drive taxi for a living so I got alot of use out of the savings and the because I get fuel everyday, the money added up really fast. I went on vacation from FL to NH and from FL to TX both trips driving and it was very convenient being able to use the app in every state I passed thru and at restraunts too. But now due to covid-19 and business being slow I'm struggling to pay my bills, so I had to cash in on my earnings to put the money towards rent for July . I cashed out $111.00 to my *** account on Saturday morning 6/27 at like 3a.m. The money NEVER went to my *** account. I contacted support and was told my account had been hacked and someone had depleted my funds to thier *** account. Well that *** account is MINE and no funds were depleted onto it. I changed my password just like I was told to do in the email and now no response. I've sent emails with screenshots of my *** bal and account transaction history showing no deposits were made and still no response. I needed that money for my rent. I'm a single mom with a 14 month old baby. I think it's absolutely atrocious that a company of any kind would take advantage of anyone at a time like this with covid-19 and do many people out of work struggling and suffering. I will now lose my apartment thanks to these people bc that was the only money I had to put towards my July rent as I've depleted all my savings being out of work. I have to now warn my referrals that they need to stop using this app bc they won't b able to cash out and the person who referred me has 3 times more money than I did. I will warn these people because this needs to stop. Clearly I'm not the only one this has happened to. I was going to save my earnings to $500.00 and then cash out Jeez I'm so glad I need that money now. To lose $111 is sickening but $500? Ugh. All I wanted was my balance restored like I was told would happen once I changed my email but now I'm just getting ignored and nothing else. I've written support thru the app and thru email and NOTHING. Please just give me my money back. Please either put the money in my *** account like I tried to do to begin with or add it back to my get upside account . I don't know how there is no transaction history. No record of anything. I couldn’t log into my upside account and I had nearly $350 in my bank. I also had to open a new account to claim an offer. I’m not very happy and pissed off right now. Plus it’s virtually impossible to contact them when you have trouble. They suck in my estimation
