I have issues with the app. The back end was grayed out from me seeing any activity. Everything disappeared ever since I was put in the upgraded referral program. I was in contact every week with customer support, and I did everything they asked me to do (clear cache, check the timezone, phone info, screenshots, and uninstalled and reinstalled (several times). They kept telling me engineers are working on it, but the issue was, I was put in the upgrade referral program, and I had to wait a whole month before program was removed before my active users was restored in the Month of June. I requested at that time to not be put back in an upgraded referral program, but however!
Again, in the Month of August, last month, I was put back in another upgrade program, and immediately All my Active users disappeared. So I had to go back through the same process of contacting customer support, and do all the steps all over again, with the same responses from customer support. I have had the same phone as when I started using the app in June of 2022, so I know my phone is compatible. Now the program ended this 1st week of September, but my active users are not visible as of 5 minutes ago 9/8/23. I have been emailing for several days, but no customer support email response other than the automated standard ones. I reached out to research guy earlier this week and he emailed customer support for me, and he said they will contact me in 24/hrs. Well, I've been waiting for several days and no personal contact yet. Please help me resolve this issue upside.
Desired outcome: My Active users restored so I can visible see that they are still using the app, in case I need to encourage any. Also, please not put me back in the upgrade referral program especially when it interferes with my back end network visibly.
