Made several attempts to retreive our monies for a trip to the Bahamas from Travelocity/Expedia when our hotel cancelled on us. We were given a voucher but our account won't even let us use it. We have repeatedly called to retrieve our 2,518.45 to no avail. We would appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you

They call me, sometimes up to 10 times a day, and they wont stop. When I attempt to ask them to stop they immediately hang up in my face. The calls keep coming. They are harassing me. I called their customer service number *** and they said they have no dnc(do not call) list and the phone calls would continue. Please make them stop harassing me. I never asked for this.

Continuous harassment through non stop phone calls. At least 2/3 calls a day if not more and upwards of 7-8 phone calls a day.
This company calls me several times a day EVERY day about some travel credits that I have
This company calls me several times a day EVERY day about some travel credits that I have. I have politely asked them to stop calling or if I can speak to someone about stopping the calls and most of the time they laugh and hang up. I do not believe I should have to keep getting called for something I have said no to. If I called them everyday I would be in trouble for harassment.

This company calls me 3-4 times per day and I have asked at least *** they hang up on me. I asked to speak to the last caller's supervisor and he said he was too comfortable in his chair to do that mocking me. A company should not be allowed to do this. Please do something about it!

Business constantly calls me from different phone numbers andtells me false information about expired accounts and i tell them i am on the fedreal do not call regestry and they just call over and over
Travel Now appears to be part of a network of travel companies that share contact information. I get the same call on an almost daily basis from companies with different names--most recently Travel Now. They always inform me I have travel credit available and want to sell me a vacation package. I have never done business with Travel Now or any of these other travel companies. Every time I receive a call, I ask to be put on their Do Not Call list and for them to not trade, share, or sell my contact information with any other company. Travel Now and other companies are spoofing phone numbers to appear to be calling from an area where I used to live.

Hello,I keep getting calls from this "TravelNow" company, sometimes daily and even several times on one day. I keep telling them to stop calling me and that I am not interested and I block the numbers they call from but the calls keep coming from new numbers.I don't know this company and I have never had anything to do with them and I want this harassment to stop. My number is on the do not call list as well.

Travel Now keeps calling me about an expired travel plan and told me that I had travel insurance and they wanted to offer me more benefits for an additional fee.I told them that I don't remember purchasing the package and that I own several timeshares and don't need additional travel. They have been calling me for years even after requesting that my name be removed from their list. Very annoying and a NUISANCE.

I purchased a travel package and was told that there were no expiration dates and now they are calling me because they said that it expired and I can renew with some added benefits and NO EXPIRATION DATES again. They are a RIP OFF because the bookings that they offered have additional fees in addition to what was already paid These travel plan companies are scammer and needs to be regulated to protect the consumers

I had a missed call, when I called the number back they said Hello, ***?
I had a missed call, when I called the number back they said Hello, ***?, so they already knew my name. The guy went on saying I had recently bought a travel package and never took the vacation (which I did not ever buy a package). I asked to be taken off of the call list then he replies NO we are not going to take you off the list. Asked for his name, he said it was ***. So sick of these calls. Travel Now needs to get shut down.

I have been told by Expedia customer service that Air Canada should refund my canceled flights to and from Canada
I have been told by Expedia customer service that Air Canada should refund my canceled flights to and from Canada. However, Air Canada states I should receive a refund from Expedia. I have called both Expedia and Air Canada receiving different answers to what I should do. I have asked for a refund of flights due to COVID-19 and not being able to go to and from Canada. I do not need vouchers due to I am not willing to risk my health on air travel.
I had multiple flights canceled in March from British Airways from New York to Spain secondary to the coronavirus
I had multiple flights canceled in March from British Airways from New York to Spain secondary to the coronavirus. I booked these flights through Expedia. I have called about 40 times since then only to be put on hold disconnected and never received a return phone call. Expedia claims that it follows the policies of the airline. However they will not refund me the cost of my flights despite British Airways policy currently is to refund in full the cost of canceled flights. I do not want a voucher I can no longer travel I want to be refunded for all my flights in total Which is about $2000.

Seeking a full refund for my troubled trip (Expedia Itinerary), as patience wanes.
After multiple attempts to find a solution to my troubled trip (Expedia Itinerary), my patience has run out and I'm seeking a full refund of $547.62. It seems Expedia is evasive; the ComplaintsBoard.com informed me Aero Mexico isn't at fault and directed me back to Expedia. Despite explaining this to Expedia reps and a supervisor, they only now requested a refund from Aero Mexico, which will likely delay further. I've sought clarity from them well before this recent action. At this juncture, I'm indifferent to who's at fault; I just want my funds returned to my credit card immediately.

May I made hotel reservations for November 27th to December 2, at a hotel in Munich, Germany
In May , I booked a stay for November 27th to December 2, at a hotel in Munich. I received a reservation number. On September 30, I contacted customer service to cancel and was promised a full refund. That day, I got an email wrongly stating a 90% cancellation fee of $620 from the $690 paid. After calling again, I was assured of a full refund within a day. Since then, I've had updates on the refund process. My booking history shows I usually get full refunds. At 73, I might have made an error, like when I record videos instead of taking photos. My receipt mentions a 90% fee for cancellations within 24 hours, but I canceled nearly two months prior. Moreover, the hotel is now fully booked at the rate I had secured.

All calls are recorded - pull them and see how many times I was transferred and not a single person can help
All calls are recorded - pull them and see how many times I was transferred and not a single person can help. Just transferred me back and forth. I received a call from a horrible stay at the Hilton. This is where it all started. Was actually told I would get a full refund and that never happened either. Anyway, received a $300 travel credit. I have tried to use twice with no success. I had not completed my airline travel and wanted to use the $300 credit. I was told and it is also published on who to redeem. There is no coupon/promo code field to enter. The website takes you in a loop. I have an email stating I can use my travel credit for any travel. Now that I want to use it, there is no option for me to use it. I have asked for a supervisor with NO success. I have called the corporate office - phone rings busy and you can't talk to anyone or leave a message. Anyway you want to put it at the end of the day I have been lied to repeatedly. I want my credit. About to take legal action.

Several years ago, I bought a "vacation package" from TravelNow that included several short trips to various timeshare resorts. I took one of the trips, loathed the timeshare presentation, and opted out of staying at any more of their aggressively marketed resorts. I told them to delete my information and never to call me again.I've been telling them this for at least FIVE YEARS now. They call my mobile phone -- which has been on the do-not-call list for at least a decade -- half a dozen times every week. They call the home phone at least that often every week. They are relentless. Every time, I tell them that this is harassment and they must by law STOP CALLING. I've just been through a major surgical procedure and I'm trying to recover from that, but the calls continue at all hours of the morning and night. They interrupt my sleep. They raise my blood pressure. Their calls interrupt phone calls with my nurses and doctors. This relentless harassment MUST STOP. I'm at my wit's end. I have told them that I will pursue legal action against them, but I'm ignorant as to what I can do. Any advice would be most welcome.

I have asked this company to take me off their calling list repeatedly for the last 2 years. Though I still receive calls most every week of my life. I'd like to file a lawsuit and ban this company from ever calling me again. My phone is
I was contacted by this company. They scammed me out of $300 and I never received any of the documents I was told were being mailed to my address. I did get an email but it was irrelevant to the transaction. They are robbing anyone trusting enough to allow them to.
