They're absolutely disgusting! DO NOT USE
It is absolutely disgusting of their service. While the travel agent, Edward, followed through on the ticket booking, I repeatedly emphasized that there's been an error shown on my ticket when I checked at the airline website (with screenshots!). Edward also repeatedly reassured me that my ticket was fine. Then came the day of travel when I tried to check in online but unable to proceed/complete. Finally after speaking with the airline, they advised that it was my son's ticket that's never been issued! So I had to go back to Edward AGAIN asking what happened. With many back and forth, he eventually realized that they made an error and it's true that my son's ticket NEVER been issued. He then advised me to go to the airport and get an infant ticket at the counter, which the airline has already explained it would not be doable because the adult ticket was issued through travel agency. Of course Edward or his company didn't want to issue my son's ticket from their end because it would have cost them a double (which they needed to absorb) so instead, had the guts to ask me to do it at the airport and hoped to pass the responsibility to us and that the airline would issue us a ticket.
Traveling with an infant is no joy and to top it off, bearing all these stress just a few hour before traveling was absolutely disgusting. I went ahead to dispute the ticket and they refused to accept their responsibility even though I have the written proof that it's their fault!
Recommendation: MUST NOT USE THEM!
