Warning: Click2book.ca is a Scam Business - Stay Away!
I recently had an experience with Click2book.ca and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like they are trying to scam people by charging more than what they have listed on their website. They offer cheap tickets, but then call you with other options that are almost 50% or 70% more expensive. It's like they are trying to trick you into paying more.
If you decide to cancel your tickets, they charge a fee of $175.00 per ticket. And even after that, they try to lower the fee to take more of your money. It's really frustrating and I had to call my bank to lock my credit card to prevent them from charging me more.
Overall, I would say that Click2book.ca is a fraud business. They are not trustworthy and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. It's really disappointing to see companies like this trying to take advantage of people.
Disappointing Experience with Click2book.ca: Misleading Prices and False Advertising
My husband and I recently used Click2book.ca to book flights for ourselves and our daughter. We were excited to have found what we thought was a great deal on tickets. However, the following day we noticed that the money had not been taken from our card. We decided to call the company to inquire about the delay in payment processing.
To our surprise, we were informed that the tickets we had purchased were sold out and that they could only offer us tickets for $800 more per ticket. We were shocked and disappointed by this news. We felt like we had been misled and that the company was trying to take advantage of us.
When we pointed out that the original price was still reflected on their website, the representative we spoke to denied that this was false advertising. He even went so far as to ask if I had ever gotten a ticket to Mexico City for the amount we had paid. I was taken aback by his response and felt like he was trying to make me feel foolish.
Overall, our experience with Click2book.ca was very disappointing. We felt like the company was not honest with us and that they were trying to take our money in any way possible. We hope that they will learn from their mistakes and treat their customers with more respect and honesty in the future.
Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Click2book.ca
I recently had an experience with Click2book.ca and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. At first, I was attracted to their website because they offered a cheaper price than other travel booking websites. However, my excitement was short-lived as they called me and for some reason, raised the price. This left me feeling frustrated and confused.
But that's not all. My sister also had a bad experience with Click2book.ca. They set the price, sent the itinerary, and charged her credit card. However, they couldn't issue the ticket and after a week of delay, they came up with other suggestions that were not appropriate. When my sister denied to accept their suggestions, they told her that she would get her money back in 4 days. It has been 20 days now and the money is still not refunded. Whenever we talk to them, they say that only Chris has the answer and will call us back, but that never happens.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Click2book.ca. Their service is unreliable and their customer service is terrible. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from Click2book.ca Employee Franck Rolston
My experience with Click2book.ca was not a pleasant one. I had the misfortune of dealing with an employee named Franck Rolston, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. My wife and I were first-time customers on the site, and we had made a reservation for a ticket. However, Franck tried to charge us a higher price than what was originally quoted, claiming that there was an error in the system.
When we questioned him about this, Franck became very aggressive and started shouting at us to hurry up because he was about to finish his shift. It was clear that he was more interested in making a bigger commission than providing good customer service. We were very upset by his behavior and decided to speak to a supervisor.
To our surprise, as soon as Franck realized that we were going to escalate the issue, he suddenly changed his tune and offered us the original price that we had been quoted. It was obvious that he had been trying to take advantage of us, and we were very disappointed by his unprofessionalism.
Overall, I would not recommend Click2book.ca based on my experience with Franck Rolston. It's a shame that one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire company, but in this case, Franck's behavior was completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel booking site, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Click2book.ca Review: Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Prices
ca. Click2book.ca is a complete waste of time and money. Their customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers at all. If you have any problems with your booking, they will not help you and will just tell you to call the airline company. This is not acceptable and I would not recommend using this website to book your flights.
In addition to the terrible customer service, the prices on Click2book.ca are not accurate. They advertise lower prices than what you will actually end up paying. This is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves for misleading their customers. Other websites like Flighthub, Gate1, and cheaptickets.ca do not do this and are much more reliable.
Overall, I would not recommend using Click2book.ca to book your flights. Their customer service is terrible and they are not honest about their prices. Save yourself the hassle and use a more reputable website to book your flights.
Terrible Experience with Click2book.ca: Hidden Fees and Unprofessional Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with Click2book.ca. I decided to book 5 tickets online at night, but in the morning, I received a phone call from the company. They informed me that the tickets I had booked did not include seats and baggage, and I would have to pay an additional $2000 for them. I was shocked and confused because I had checked the Air Canada website, which clearly stated that a ticket included a seat and one piece of baggage.
When I tried to explain this to the person on the phone, they denied ever saying that the ticket included a seat and baggage. Instead, they told me that the tickets with the original price were no longer available, and I would have to pay the increased price. I was extremely frustrated and asked them to cancel the tickets. However, they informed me that I would have to pay an administration fee of $150 per person.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Click2book.ca. They were not transparent about the additional fees, and their customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs.
Please see the attached photos for proof of my experience.
Negative Experience with Click2book.ca: Overcharged, Wrong Ticket, Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Click2book.ca and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was charged three times on my credit card for a flight ticket that I had booked. When I contacted their customer service, they informed me that the price had changed and they needed to withdraw an additional $400 from my account. This was added to the original price of $1700 for the ticket.
To make matters worse, when I received the ticket, it was not the one I had booked. Instead, I was given a much cheaper ticket with a long layover of 12 hours. The ticket they sent me was not even worth half of what I had paid for the original ticket.
When I called their customer service to rectify the situation, they informed me that they could not give me the original ticket I had booked and they could not reimburse my money. To add insult to injury, their agents called me to sell me my original ticket for an additional $1600 on top of what they had already charged me.
To make matters worse, I noticed an additional charge of $60 on my credit card statement. When I called to inquire about this charge, they informed me that they could not find my booking.
Overall, my experience with Click2book.ca was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to stay away from this company as they are not trustworthy and do not provide good customer service. The booking number they gave me was Xp***.
Beware of Click2book.ca: Scammers Luring You in with Low Prices and Tricking You into Paying More
I recently had a terrible experience with Click2book.ca. I wish I could give them zero stars because they are nothing but scammers. They lure you in with low prices and then try to trick you into paying more. They are quick to take your money, but when you want to cancel (after realizing their scam), they charge you cancellation fees. And of course, they make sure you exceed the free cancellation period they promised by playing with time.
It took me almost three months to get my refund, and I had to take action by writing this review. I also had to call and shout at them to get their attention. I kept calling and demanding answers, overwhelming "Jose" on speed dial while waiting on hold with another agent. All they kept saying was, "We assure you that you will be refunded in 5-7 business days."
Finally, I was contacted by a customer service representative named "Grace," who also promised to refund me. I demanded a refund credit notice by email while on the phone because I always want everything in writing so my bank can deal with them. "Grace" even had the nerve to ask me to take down this review.
I strongly advise everyone to write reviews and report them to your country's fraud/scam department for investigation. And be warned, the credit card charge will show up as TravelJunction. Don't fall for their scam like I did.
Nightmare Experience with Click2book.ca: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Dishonest
them with anyone who wants to know more about my experience with Click2book.ca.
I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with Click2book.ca. My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. From the moment I made my purchase, I encountered problem after problem. First, they charged me more than they initially said they would. Then, when I tried to cancel my ticket, they told me I would lose my money if I did so. I ended up paying even more money just to avoid losing what I had already paid.
To make matters worse, my husband was unable to travel and I had to cancel the ticket. I spoke with Dave, who confirmed my refund and even sent me an email with a confirmation number. He told me it would take 60 days for the refund to be processed. However, after 60 days had passed, I still hadn't received my money back. I called the company multiple times, but no one seemed to have any answers for me. I was constantly told that they would call me back, but they never did.
I spoke with several different people at Click2book.ca, including Grace, Chris, and finally Robbin. Robbin was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for my money back, he told me to "do what I want" and even threatened me with their legal department. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was.
I continued to call the company, but I was always put on hold or told that someone would call me back. It was incredibly frustrating. I even contacted Air Canada, who told me that Click2book.ca had never cancelled my ticket. This was in direct contradiction to what Click2book.ca had told me. I was at my wit's end.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using Click2book.ca to think twice. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and downright dishonest. They will take your money and then make it nearly impossible for you to get it back. I have all the proof I need to show just how bad this company is, and I am more than happy to share it with anyone who wants to know more.
Beware of Click2Book: Bait and Switch Tactics and Deceptive Customer Service
I recently booked a round trip flight from Kelowna to Portugal with click2book for July 2022. However, my experience with this company was far from pleasant. The day after I made the booking, I received an email from them stating that I had to call them back due to online fraud and protect the card holder. This immediately made me skeptical and I thought it might be a scam.
When I called them back, there was no mention of the company or website on the recordings, just random music. Finally, I got someone named "Ben" who told me that one of my flights was no longer available at the economy price and I would have to upgrade and pay an additional $468.91. He kept assuring me that it was the best deal around and that they had communicated with the airline directly. However, when I checked their website, it was still showing me the same price I had booked for. He kept putting me on hold and telling me to refresh the website, but the price remained the same. I checked other travel agencies and found that the prices had gone up by $50 to $100, but not the amount he was telling me.
Ben kept trying to deceive me with constant lies, so I asked him to cancel my flight and refund my money. However, he said that they were unable to do this as the airlines had already red marked the different routes that I was to fly through and so it was "impossible" to do so. He even sent me an email asking me to agree to voluntarily pay a $150 fee for cancelling the flight, which included a fake airline confirmation number and spelling mistakes.
After going back and forth for some time, Ben disconnected the call. I immediately called my credit card company and locked my card. I also filed complaints with the Canadian Anti-Fraud division, BBB, and numerous blogs and agencies. I even checked the registry of the website and found that everything was redacted from who registered it, where, etc. This is not something legitimate websites/companies do.
In conclusion, I would not recommend booking with click2book. They use bait and switch tactics to lure customers in with amazing prices, but it's all a front. Most of the positive feedback on their website is fake, and even the responses from their "Customer Service Department" are all the same 2-3 paragraphs used over and over again. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. I ended up booking with FlightHub, paying an additional $100, and receiving my tickets within minutes.

Disappointing Experience with Click2book.ca: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service
I recently used Click2book.ca to book a flight and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. At first, everything seemed fine - I found a great price for my flight and went ahead and booked it. But then, things started to go downhill.
When I realized that I needed to cancel my flight, I was shocked to find out that Click2book.ca was going to charge me even more money to do so. I couldn't believe it - I had already paid a pretty hefty price for the flight, and now they were asking for even more money just to cancel it? It seemed like a total rip-off.
To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund for the flight, Click2book.ca was extremely unhelpful. They refused to give me my money back, even though I had canceled the flight well in advance. It was incredibly frustrating and I felt like I had been taken advantage of.
Overall, I would not recommend using Click2book.ca for your travel needs. While their prices may seem attractive at first, the hidden fees and lack of customer service make it a pretty terrible choice. Save yourself the hassle and book your flights elsewhere.
Avoid Click2book.ca: A Nightmare Booking Experience
I recently used Click2book.ca to book a flight and it was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this booking agency to anyone. They use some sneaky tactics to try and get you to pay extra expenses that are very questionable. If you're looking to waste your time and money, then go ahead and use Click2book.ca. But if you're looking for a hassle-free experience, then stay far away.
First of all, the website is very confusing and difficult to navigate. It took me forever to find the flight I wanted, and when I finally did, the price was much higher than what I had seen on other websites. I should have taken that as a red flag and gone elsewhere, but I foolishly decided to book with Click2book.ca anyway.
Once I had booked my flight, I started receiving emails from Click2book.ca asking me to pay for all sorts of extra things like seat selection, baggage fees, and travel insurance. I had already paid for these things when I booked my flight, so I was very confused. When I tried to contact customer service to ask about these charges, I was put on hold for over an hour and then eventually disconnected.
When I finally did get through to someone, they were very unhelpful and rude. They told me that the charges were legitimate and that I had to pay them if I wanted to travel. I was so frustrated and angry that I ended up canceling my flight altogether and booking with a different agency.
Overall, my experience with Click2book.ca was a complete nightmare. I would never use them again and I would advise anyone else to stay far away. There are plenty of other booking agencies out there that are much more reliable and trustworthy. Don't waste your time and money with Click2book.ca.
Click2book.ca Review: Overcharging and Unfriendly Cancellation Policy - Not Recommended
I recently had an experience with Click2book.ca and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to book a trip. They have a tendency to overcharge their customers and their cancellation policy is not very customer-friendly.
When I booked my trip through their website, I noticed that the price was higher than what was listed on their website. I contacted their customer service team and they were not very helpful. They told me that the price I saw on their website was not the final price and that there were additional fees that were not included in the initial price. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website and I felt cheated.
I decided to cancel my booking with them and that's when things got even worse. They refused to refund my money and I had to lock my credit card to prevent them from charging me again. This was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Overall, I would say that Click2book.ca is a fraud business that cheats their customers. If you're looking to book a trip, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that will provide you with a better experience.

Untrustworthy and Deceitful: My Experience with Click2book.ca
So, I recently tried using Click2book.ca to book a flight and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. At first, the price seemed reasonable but as soon as I hit the book button, the price magically increased! I was so frustrated and confused.
I decided to call their customer service to see if they could help me out. They told me that the price changes all the time and that it was just bad timing on my part. I didn't believe them for a second.
After expressing my frustration and desire to cancel my booking, they completely ghosted me! I couldn't believe it. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times but never received a response.

Overall, I would not recommend using Click2book.ca. They are not trustworthy and will only cause you frustration and disappointment.
Untrustworthy and Overpriced: My Experience with Click2book.ca and Travel Junction
I recently had an experience with Click2book.ca and Travel Junction that left me feeling quite disappointed. I must say, they are not the best company to buy airplane tickets from. I found that they charged me at least 50% more than the asking price, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, they lied to me throughout the process, which made me feel like I couldn't trust them.
One thing that really bothered me was that they increased their cancellation fees without any warning. This made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, which is not a good feeling. I would definitely caution anyone against buying anything from them.
Overall, I would say that Click2book.ca and Travel Junction are not trustworthy companies. They seem to be more interested in making money than in providing good customer service. If you're looking for a reliable company to buy airplane tickets from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Warning: Avoid This Travel Website - Scam Alert!
This website is not a good place to book your travel. I had a really bad experience with them. They charged me way too much money and then added on a bunch of extra fees that I didn't know about. It was really frustrating and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.
I eventually did get my ticket, but it was a lot of trouble and I had to deal with a lot of extortion. I don't think this is a legitimate business and I would recommend that you stay away from it.
If you do decide to use this website, be prepared to pay a lot of money and to deal with a lot of hassle. You might not even get your ticket in the end, which is really frustrating.
Overall, I think this website is a scam and I'm surprised that they are able to get away with it. I would recommend that you find a different website to book your travel on.
Click2book.ca Review: Deceptive Pricing and Upselling Tactics
So, I was looking for a cheap flight and stumbled upon Click2book.ca. At first, I was excited because the prices were really low. I decided to give them a call to book my flight. However, when I called, they told me that the price I saw online wasn't available anymore and that I had to upgrade to a more expensive option. I was really disappointed because I thought I had found a great deal.
I told them that I wasn't interested in paying more than what was listed online. They kept trying to lower the price, but I stood my ground. Eventually, they told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee per person if I wanted to cancel. I was really frustrated at this point and decided to end the conversation.
I ended up canceling my credit card because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I would not recommend booking with Click2book.ca. They use low prices to lure you in and then try to upsell you. It's not worth the hassle.
Unfair Pricing Policies: My Disappointing Experience with Click2book.ca
I recently used Click2book.ca to purchase two tickets for a trip I was planning. At first, I was excited to find tickets for only 750 C$ each, which seemed like a great deal. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received a call from the company two hours later. They informed me that they could not maintain the price and had to raise it to 1000 C$ per ticket. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this sudden change.
When I asked why the price had increased, the representative told me that there were no more tickets available at the original price of 700 C$ in the market. I argued with them for over an hour, trying to explain that they could not just change the price like that. However, they kept insisting that it was written in the terms and conditions that the amount was subject to change.
I was very unhappy with this experience and felt like I had been misled. I decided to dispute the increase with my credit card company, as I felt like I had been treated unfairly. Overall, I would not recommend using Click2book.ca for your travel needs, as their pricing policies seem to be unclear and unfair.
