CheapOair plane ticket purchased from cheapoair

I purchased a ticket from you all and you never paid the airlines. When I got to Istanbul I was stranded and had to pay extra to get on a flight. Although I should have been reimbursed all of my money (I think because I am young black female customer I have been treated horribly). I had a nervous breakdown in a Turkish airport for seven hours not knowing how I was to get home. After all this Escalations team leader Tracy Dillard Hennix offered me a $200 flight credit and $218 to go toward my food and hotel accommodations I had to pay for that night. It took months and months for this to happen. I was issued a travel credit but after several emails going back and forth between Tracy and I were I tell her specifically I wanted my funs to be put on my card which was the original card I purchased the original reservation with. I signed a contract with Tracy and Cheapoair to this effect. Despite all the emails stating which account to put the money in, the money was released to the wrong person, and Tracy Dillard Hennix has refused to help me any further citing I should contact Fareportal legal team. Is this normal practice for you to take money and not actually pay for flights and this leave passengers stranded with no other recourse than to pay additional money to the company? This seems like fraud and extortion. @cheapoair. Please help. This needs to be resolved. Fareportal and Cheapoair are supposed to be reputable companies, and I have been taken advantage of, and cheapoair breached and our agreement. Booking #[protected]

CheapOair absolutely unacceptable service!

I booked a flight via CheapOair and when I received my booking confirmation I saw that dates were incorrect. I immediately contacted CheapOair and demanded to fix everything, but they asked me to pay extra money for that kind of service. I of course refused because that wasn't my fault.
I then tried to cancel my booking and they asked for even more money. That was the final straw! I threatened them with Police and higher authorities and they simply replied that I can do whatever I want. Absolutely unacceptable service!

CheapOair unauthorized flight changed

They changed my wife's flight without my authorization.

I'm very disappointed with this modification. My wife has leg disorders, she has 3 big luggage. Now she has to change on more flight and pickup and drop 3 big luggage after the trip from south korea (14 hours flight time).

A complaint and demand for compensation for a lost flight

On April 16, 2017 at 6:45 AM I came to Quito airport in Ecuador to fly to San Cristobal, Galapagos Islands with Tame flight 195, that was programed to leave Quito at 9:30 AM. The flight reservation was made through CheapOair (Booking: [protected] on Fri, Mar 3, 2017). At the Tame desk I was told that because of a strike at the airport the flight had to leave earlier and already left the airport at 6:35 AM. I asked why I have not been notified about the change in advance and was told that all passengers were notified. I checked my mobile phone mail record and my calling record and the only notification that I could find was from CheapOair on April 16, informing me that the flight Tame 195 from Quito to San Cristobal is leaving on time at 9:30 AM.
I asked at the Tame desk if they can transfer me to another flight and got the answer that there are no other Tame flights to Galapagos on the 16 or 17 of April.
I asked at the Avianca desk if they have flights to Galapagos, but all flights were overbooked. Fortunately, Latam still had available seats at flight XL1417 leaving Quito to Baltra, Galapagos at 15:40 on the same day, April 16, 2017. Because I had to get to Galapagos by April 17 to join a pre-paid cruise, I had no other choice but to buy a new ticket from Latam, for $333.16. I also had to reserve a new hotel accommodation in Puerto Aroya, Santa Cruz on April 16, because it was to late to cancel my pre-paid hotel in San Cristobal. I also had to take a boat from Santa Cruz to San Cristobal on April 17 at 7:00 AM in order to join my cruise that started from San Cristobal.
Because CheaOair failed to notify me about the change in flight time from Quito and sent me a misleading notification that the flight is leaving Quito in time, at 9:30 AM, I hold you responsible for loosing my flight and having to buy a new flight ticket, for loosing my hotel reservation in San Cristobal and for having to pay for a connecting boat.
I demand that you compensate me by paying me a sum of $411.04, caused by loosing the flight Tame 195 on April 16, 2017, as detailed below:

Air ticket Latam XL 1417 $333.16
Hotel reservation at Mar Azul Galapagos $47.88
Boat ticket from Santa Crus to San Cristobal $30.00

CheapOair cancellation of flight

My name is Tomasita Garcia and I need to cancel a flight I booked on February 9 th 2017 to travel on May 21 to Denver Colorado because my husband is going to have a surgery at the end of May I need to stay with him.and i need the the company can reinburs the money please of the travel ticket I booked with cheap Oair the flight number 1635 with United Airlines on May 21 2017 from Ontario California to Denver Colorado return flight with American Airlines flight number 1982on May 27 2017 and I also bought Travel protection I hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible.Thank you for your understanding.

CheapOair return date

I booked a round trip with CheapOair and later due to some personal reasons I had to change my plans and return date.
I contacted CheapOair right away and explained everything in details and they refused to help. I was shocked and didn't know what to say.
I wasted a lot of time dealing with CheapOair representatives and later they finally agreed to change the date, but they asked me to pay extra for that kind of service!
The amount they asked for was almost as expensive as my ticket!
They left me no other choice so I paid. This was the worst booking experience ever and I will not use CheapOair ever again.

CheapOair extra charge for seat arrangement

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to request a cancellation of seat selection for a flight that I recently booked (ref. # [protected]) on CheapOair.

When I clicked on a seat, the system automatically charged me a pending fee of US$89. I do not wish to be charged this fee, and I do not want to select any seats. But there is no way to un-clock this myself and email replies from CheapOair have not been helpful.

I would like to request for your help to cancel my seat selection and cancel the corresponding pending charge. If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund on my flight.

I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your time looking into this matter.

CheapOair cancelled flight

I booked a flight via CheapoAir and cancelled it two days later. I had my own reasons why I had to cancel my entire trip and I explained that to CheapoAir support. They cancelled my flight and I even received a cancellation confirmation and was promised a refund. According to their rep it could take up to 5 business day to transfer money from one bank to another. But even after one week of waiting there was no money!
I contacted CheapoAir and they promised to find out what was going on but that was just an empty promise. I'm very disappointed!

CheapOair scam and overbilling

I am really frustrated and disappointed with cheapoair. They have the worst customer services. Recently, I booked two round trip tickets from them and they billed me $600 extra saying paid seat which I did not requested. After I booked a flight, at first they send me email with the billing detail along with booking confirmation . Following that email, they send me another email with seat conformation with $600 extra bill On the top of my previous bill saying seat are confirmed. I called in to cancelled the seat service and ask for refund since; I did not make any such service request . You won't believe what happen after then. They ran me from person to person and blamed me for the whole situation. They said me it was fully my fault which is don't agree even 1%. They blame me that I chose the seats on my own and those seat price I paid are not refundable and they will not return it .
CheapOair is totally a scam. It makes a whole lot of money by ripping and cheating passanger like me. They overbill me $600 for the service which I never request and have no intention to refund my money back . Everyone be careful out there, you might me the next person that CheapOair will cheat. Stay away from CheapOair and save you self . I will never use CheapOair again. I am so done with them.

CheapOair flight

I booked a flight through CheapOair and my ticket was cancelled for no reason. I still have no idea what really happened because no one ever bothered to explain anything. They simply cancelled my flight and didn't find time to tell me about that.
After I found out about what happened I asked for a refund and they assured me I'll get the money as soon as possible but I'm still waiting. It's been two months already and still no sign of my money. Recently I got in contacted with CheapOair representative and he said that they are still working on that and need more time. Are you kidding me? Not only their ruined my plans by cancelling my ticket but they also are super slow with the return process! Horrible!

CheapOair cheapoair changes the your ticket schedule and force you to accept the changes

I have bought more than 6 tickets from cheapo-air so far and there was not a single time they do not change my schedule. This time they have changed my second flight date to a day before my first flight! Can you believe this?
I sent them 4 emails and left 1 message for them and mentioned this silly thing to them, but they do not reply me and keep sending me voice messages that you should accept it! They say you are not forced to accept it, but when I want to reject it, a message comes up and warn me that I may lose the whole nonrefundable ticket and when I leave it as it is, they keep calling me and order me by recorded message to go and accept it. I have attached the photo of their schedule.

CheapOair cheapoair robbed me!

The reason I'm writing this is quite simple - I got scammed and need help. I tried to resolve this peacefully with CheapOair, but it seems like they are not interested in helping me.
I booked a flight via their service and cancelled it the same day. Customer service rep said I'll get my money back any time soon but that never happened. Then they simply ignored me for over month! I called many times, sent emails, but everything was useless - they did not reply. In my last message I warned them that I was planning to hire a lawyer and only after that they finally contacted me. That was just an automated message stating they were very sorry for all the trouble and asked me to contact them as soon as possible. Tried and nothing happened! I'm tired of this, going to sue them.

CheapOair flight

I bought a ticket on cheapoair and paid with paypal funds. They did a pre-authorizaion for the amount (Approx 1000 usd - with over 5000 usd funds int he account). More than enough. Then they cannot fetch/claim the payment saying "credit card declined". They wanted my creditcard details too. No way. If I pay with paypal funds there is no creditcard involved. The biggests bull#### they gave me ever and I called in total for 3-4 hours with paypal and cheapoair. Paypal clearly told me (And also cheapoair in a conference call) that the problem is with cheapoair and they simply need to complete the transaction. Nothing was declined from my end nor paypal.

So if you need an airline ticket; don't use cheapoair as you'll get into trouble and spend lots of time.

Cheapoair tries to blame all on me and not admitting their mistake.In the meantime booked the tickets (Also through paypal) through another ota and got e-tickets after 8! Minutes.

CheapOair airline tickets for the philippines

I booked several airline tickets to the Philippines but the CheapO Air representative misspelled my name. Initially, I was informed that there was nothing I could do but cancel the bookings and repurchase more tickets at a substantial loss of income. I called Philippine Airlines and was told I could pay $25 per ticket to have my name corrected and save my tickets but since I booked the flights through a travel agency they would have to call the airline to facilitate the corrections. I requested that the travel agency do just that but they are not complying. Now, I have to cancel my flights and repurchase the tickets at a significant financial loss. This seems very unfair to me and I'm left despondent, frustrated and much poorer. There must be something I can do other just complain but I'm not sure what to do.

CheapOair charged for seat assignment and preferred seats without any notice!

I made Flight ticket reservations on CheapOair for two without making a seat assignment. I got the confirmation email with itinerary and "select seats" option. I followed a link in the email, selected seats, for one of my flight(short flight) I saw I have an option to choose in main cabin seat, I selected it but right away I noticed it cost money, it was paid seats. So I didn't continued to next level, I didn't confirm the seats selection and left the page. I thought If I leave the page it will be canceled automatically. BUT I WAS WRONG! I found out CheapOair charged me 29.90$ for "Enhanced Seat Assignment" that I didn't get any notification that I need to pay it for seat assignment. Seat assignment service suppose to be provided FREE of charge! I never seen travel agency or airlines charge for seat assignment.
PLUS, They assigned seats by themselves, or I don't know what went wrong, I was charged for preferred seats as well, 115$.
as I mentioned before, I never confirmed the preferred seats, as soon as I realized it cost money I left the page.

I call CheapOair few times to solve this issue, asked for refund... but nothing helped.
I don't know why I have to pay almost 150$ for nothing!

if I would want to purchase preferred seats, I would purchase for long flight. NOT FOR AMERICAN DOMESTIC FLIGHT(I booked 6 flight with CheapOair, from Korea to Sandie go, Sandie go- Texas(Charged for preferred seats), Texas- Dalls, Dalls-Korea).

People, watch out!

maybe CheapOair offers you cheap flights BUT it's not cheap! they will charge you extra money for everything without notice, and the tickets are not refundable...not proper customer service

If you want purchase flight tickets with CheapOair, THINK AGAIN and AGAIN!

CheapOair extra charges and price change on last page when booked it!

I sent this first email on november 7, 2016, and still no help, I have gone back and forth, sent them the video of all this happening and they said they couldn't open it, so I sent pdfs of it and still they said they are not sure if they can refund me the 11.65. All of the fees should have been included on that last page as it says in their agreement! I am never going to purchase a ticket from them and I recommend you record as your purchasing or just don't buy from them! This entire ordeal has been ridiculous, no help, no refund, no voucher for all this extra work to get my well deserved money back, this company is incredibly unprofessional! It has been about a month now going back and forth and emailing twice the same emails because they don't respond in a timely manner!

I am very disappointed in cheapoair. I have called twice now, I have been redirected and still no concrete help.
I purchased a ticked online through cheapoair. Uk, and on the very last page when I have input all my information (Including card, country.. Etc) the final price quoted was 228.99 pounds, but as soon as I click to confirm and book the purchase the price automatically jumps to 240.64 pounds and that is the amount I am billed. I recorded the incident because I have had issues with third party suppliers in the past.
In the first video I am filling out information and I see that it is 240.64 pounds and you can hear in the video where I ask myself why do I have a card payment fee and I see that the visa credit option has been selected, and I go change it to visa debit which has no extra charge! In the video you can see the price goes back down to 228.99 pounds. I go through my information and triple check everything is correct with the 228.99 pounds price, and I also read the agreement on the bottom of the page that all taxes and fees are included in that price (Which is also outlined below by your policy). At the end of the first video I curse because I see the price jump to 240.64 pounds, and I have attached the second video showing the final price I am charged (240.64 pounds). According to the video you are in violation with your own policy and against the policy of the usa department of transportation aviation rules concerning fares and fees. Any fee I would need to pay should have been explicitly stated on the last page, but it was not.
The price stated when I booked the ticket (228.99 pounds) when I purchased the ticket should be honored, and I believe this ordeal was an incredible inconvenience and I would hope you would do everything in your power to restore my faith in your company. I hope to receive the difference of 11.65 pounds back on my card, as well as any promotional code or voucher that may make up for my inconvenience.

* an update*! I recently went back to my bank statements because cheapoair wanted the pdf's for evidence. I found that I had also been charges two separate times by cheapoair one for $0.11 and the other for $3.77. So, then add on top of that the $14.66 (The 11.65 pounds) that was added when I clicked to book the ticket on the final page, for a total of $18.54. I was overcharged $18.54, there seems to be fraudulent activities going on here! Especially since my bank had already charged me the transaction fee. I am still fighting with these people and there horrible customer service for that $18.54 back!

CheapOair booking name change

To whom it may concern

I made reservation via cheapoair company but during my booking for flight ticket, your system take my facebook name which was richard, even though I create my account with my name that show in passport which is resat bozkurt but cheapoair insisting not process my name change to klm,

Klm inform me that, they waiting cheapoair to send them request of name change
My book made on name of richard bozkurt but it should be resat bozkurt

CheapOair booking 3661297

Booked a trip during August 2016. The trip was cancelled within 3 days of booking. They assured us that it would be refunded right away. It is now going into October 2016. Hours on the phone..No way to reach a supervisor/manager! Still have not rec a refund! Now dealing with finance charges for three months! Do not due business with these folks--EVER. They have not set a date to refund me, nor have they agreed to reimburse me for the needless finance charges against this trip.

CheapOair cheated 500 dollars on cancellation

I have booked a return ticket to India on June 9th 2016 on Cheapoair. My travelling date is Nov 11th 2016 when I checked the site, it said no service charges if I cancel before 4 hrs of the journey. Due to personal reasons, I wanted to cancel the ticket. I used the live chat to cancel it. They executive asked for my name and billing phone number, which I provided. Then he said there will be a mail from cheapoair which has OTP. I quickly searched OTP in the mail which is send by him and shared the OTP with him. He summarized at the last after cancelling the ticket that 200USD for cancellation and 300 USD company charges and the remaining amount will be credited to me in 30-60 business days. When I asked him why didn't you mention of the cancellation charges when we started. He have mentioned it in the top of the chat. But there were only stuff like ' Company policies applies'. This is cheating.

CheapOair customer service and cancellation

i had booked ticket with cheap o air now because of my medical conditions i can no longer travel at the selected dates i have been calling and chatting with the customer service staff for over a week now but i am getting no results at all its difficult to reach the manager if you want to complain about the services and the supervisor Kanchan and customer service Rep Paulin are Rude and Misleading customers and worse customer service Really disappointed ! if there was a negative i would give to them. they serve customers with " I DONT CARE" attitude. its been 5 days from Friday 7th October my query is still passed from dept to dept. I was given a quote by zackery for cancellation which i was happy to pay the cancellation fees of $100usd and get the refund but the greedy staff now changed the statement and claim there is no refund? HOW MISLEADING !. they give me a wait time of 12hours the first time for the manager to call back and i got this rude supervisor who does not even care to hear out the customer !. than another wait period for 6 hours was given before a call back than another this is a total of 1 week and my issue is still not resolved...REALLY DISAPPOINTED I would never recommend this company to anyone ...
