unauthorized credit card charges
I went to cheapoair.com on July 31st 2022 to look for airline fares from Fort Lauderdale FL to Lima Peru, departing October 2nd 2022 coming back on November 5th and I found an airline ticket for $298.99. I though it was a good deal so I went ahead and started to do the booking. I was doing all this on my phone. After I started to do the order process, then I saw different pages diceiving pages like choose your seat that page didn't show there was a charge for certain seats so I picked my seat. Then I picked the cancel for any reason option $35.88. I thought I purchase an airline ticket for $298.99 + the cancel for any reason $35.88 = 333.88. Then, I look an email that said my flight was returning on November 2nd! When I choose November 5th!
I immediately called customer service to cancel and they gave me the round around putting me on hold and then hanging up the call. I called several times until finally someone spoke to me and said I was charged $142 to choose a seat plus they charged an extra $13.95 for seat assignment service fee! Again deceiving, then I asked why the returning flight has been modified? They said that's how it showed and I was going to be charged $50 to change it back to how I originally chose "Nov 5th". The $51.83 was for cancel for any reason $35.88 + insurance$15.95, insurance I didn't choose!
I went to see my online bank checking account and they have taken out of my account: $298.99 Airplane ticket + $142 hidden fee to choose a seat +$13.95 hidden fee + $50 + $51.83 total $556.77!
This people are deceiving and rude fraudulent organization! Be Aware of them!
Desired outcome: I want a refund of the Hidden fee $142 plus the $13,95. Also I want a refund of the $50 I was charged for a returning flight from November 2nd to November 5th when I clearly chose returning on November the 5th 2022.
After filing a prior complaint to this one I received an email from the billing department requesting I call them back indicating the phone number I should call.. Well, I did call back and the person who answered my call asked how can I help you, I proceeded to explain that I received an email from cheapoair billing department asking for me to call back, then this representative transferred me to the billing department which that person who answered asked again how can I help you! I explain again everything from the beginning and that person put me on hold for several minutes then when he came back told me that he needed to transfer me to another department. After a few minutes the representative from that department asked me how can I help you? For the third time I had to explain from the beginning and the call was ended!

Change of Flight Service with an abusive hidden fee of $653.8
I was abusively overcharged by CheapOair on my recent purchase.
I originally made the booking [protected] for what I was charged a total of $829.2 in three transactions (334.7+439.3+55.20).
For personal reasons, I realized that I needed to change my flight date, and CheapOair offered to change my Itinerary for $26.80, including fare difference, airline penalty, taxes and fees (see attachment: screenshot of confirmation email). I accepted and was charged $26.80 immediately, in addition to the $829.2 that I already paid for my original booking. Everything was fine so far because I was charged the prices that I agreed on the website.
Then, the next day I noticed that CheapOair charged again my bank account, this time they charged $653.80. I tried to contact them multiple times by the Customer Service Chat:
a few agents told me that the $653.80 charge does not exist, that I was not overcharged, that I was only charged the original $829.20 and $26.80 fee that I agreed; they denied that they charged me extra $653.80 even when I was seeing the charge on my bank account.
Other agent acknowledged the charges but said that this is the price of my new ticket. I told him that I never agreed to pay a whole new ticket, I agreed to pay a $26.80 fee to change my original booking.
I also contacted the billing department via email but they have not addressed my problem at all. The only response that I got was an e-mail saying that someone tried to call me but I missed the call. Well, I it would be good if they told me at what time they plan to call me and I will make sure I will answer.
CheapOair abusively scammed me and I demand that they refund me the $653.80 charge that I never agreed to pay. I also believe they should compensate me for the time that I have spent trying to get back the money that they took from me without my consent/authorization.

Missing reservation
I had a reservation for my parents from Chicago to Chennai via New Delhi on 8/2/2022 - Confirmation number (GTY6SW). I booked this reservation through Cheapoair.com. I called Cheapoair customer service on Aug 1 and told the representative that I don't see the reservation from New Delhi to Chennai for the 3rd. He told me that he didn't see 1 either. He told me that he can see the reservation on the United website and forwarded me the itinerary. My parents flew from Chicago to New Delhi. They stayed overnight per the itinerary. When they went to check in for their flight to Chennai, the Vistara representative said she didn't see the reservation active for that confirmation number. She said it didn't exist. My parents woke me up at 2 AM (US time). I tried calling Cheapoair, but they were closed. I called United and they said they could see the reservation. I told them Vistara is telling us that it doesn't exist. Vistara asked my parents to buy a new ticket and pay for the excess baggage for a total of Rs. 96,000. I called Cheapoair this morning and I was told that everything was fine on their end and that I should bring it up with Vistara. I booked my tickets through Cheapoair, not Vistara. I believe Cheapoair should be the one who should find out what happened and get abck to me. Someone needs to refund this ticket. I had also booked wheelchairs for my parents and Vistara wouldn't acknowledge that either. I would like someone from Cheapoair to reach out to me and fix this. This is unacceptable. Airline Ticket
I made a reservation with CheapOair with confirmation number [protected] for a two tickets from London to Cairo on Saturday July 23, 2022 and the trip was supposed to be on Sunday July 24, 2022 at 4:15 pm on British Airways. When they sent me on Saturday July 23 at 10 pm, the two tickets were pending. This means I cannot travel and I cannot stay standby not sure, if I will travel or not. Accordingly, I sent to CheapOair email immediately asking them to cancel the reservation. Then on Sunday July 24 at 2:00 pm, which is, just two hours before the trip, they sent me the E-ticket numbers. I also asked about the tickets if they are valid through my travel agent and he informed me that there are no places on this trip. Accordingly, I travelled through my travel agent and could not and did not use their tickets, which they send me the E-ticket numbers just two hours before the trip and I could not use them, as I must arrange my trip at least one day in advance. They withdraw the cash from my debt card although I have not received any notification or was asked for OTP.
I contacted them for several times on daily basis but they do not respect customers and dealing with them in very disrespectable way. I really do not recommend doing business with them.

On June 28, 2022 purchased a round trip ticket from SFO Melbourne, Australia. The agent/representative speeded my last name wrong. The email was not sent to me but to my traveling companion who is in her 80's. When making the booking I asked that my ticket information be sent to me, he told me he would send it to me. I had to call my friend to see if she had gotten the info when it did not show up in my email account the next day. At this time more than 24 hours had passed. I have called, chatted and emailed many, many times with nothing being done.
Today's date is July 27, 2022 and I am still trying to get the name changed. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges since I can't get the name changed. I don't trust CheapO Air at this point to get my reservations right and I can't travel out of the country with ticket info that does not match my passport.

I would like to bring the worst travel experience of my life involving CheapOair reservation and management, as well as SAS air.
I booked two round trip direct flight tickets from San Francisco to Copenhagen for my elderly and disabled aunt and uncle. Their scheduled and confirmed departure date was on July 13, 2022 at 4:25 pm. In fact I called CheapOair on July 12, 2022 at around 7:00 pm and a CheapOair agent confirmed the flight departure time and assured me that everything is OK and on schedule.
On July 13, 2022 at around 11:20 am or so I received a call from CHeapOair and the agent informed that flight had been changed to 1:00 pm. We live almost one hour away from SFO airport and I told the agent that we will try but I was not sure that we make it. I left my office and rushed home and pickup my aunt and uncle and drove to SFO airport. We got there at around 12:15 pm. Unfortunately, as I was entering the SFO airport, I fell down and hurt my leg and my arm. I couldn't get up due to the severity of the fall and finally many people rushed to help me and helped me to stand up and slowly walked towards the SAS counter. There were no one at the counter. I run around but couldn't find anyone from SAS airline. While I was looking for SAS ground crew, I was on the phone calling CheapOair. I called more than ten times and was put on hold and call got disconnected. I went to United Airline counter and the manager on duty was so kind and walked with me trying to find SAS ground crew. I called CheapOair again and finally the agent told me that "your flight has been changed to a different airline "Turkish"". I rushed to Turkish airline counter and they were closed and it was close to 2:00 pm.
The United Airline manager and I finally found a gentleman who associates with SAS airline. She asked them to call SAS airline and find out about the status of our flight. He called Denmark and after about 1/2 hour or so the United Airline asked the gentleman to ask SAS to transfer the ticket to United Airline. The ticket was transferred to United Airline but with connections and extensive delays in SFO and Germany. She checked my aunt and uncle in and asked us to wait unit 7:00 pm.
My old and disabled aunt and uncle were so upset, frustrated and tired particularly seeing me going through the fall, injury and pain and decided to cancel their flight but I clam them down and made sure they reach to their destination and attend the pre-scheduled family event.
During the past two plus weeks I received a couple of calls from CheapOair regarding the verbal compliant I filed with CheapOair agents/supervisors. Unfortunately, every time a CheapOair agent or supervisor called me, I had to repeat my self over and over. In fact, I noticed that the previous CheapOair agents/supervisors that I conversed via telephone did not bother to record or note my complains in your system or the new person did not brother to read before calling. In addition, CheapOair agents/supervisors approach was very unprofessional and insulting particularly when they were offering $50.00 in some type of credit, which I find it an insult, inhumane and totally unprofessional. My old and disabled aunt and uncle and I went though hell including but not limited to physical and emotional injury and suffering, flight delays and change from direct flight changed to connected flights with long delays, CheapOair agents misrepresentation and not informing of our flight change to a different airline, unrealistic and improper notice, etc.
I hereby request you to take this matter in your hand and compensate us for the physical and emotional injury and suffering, flight delays and changes from direct flight to connected flights with long delays, CheapOair agents misrepresentation and not informing us of our flight change to a different airline, unrealistic and improper notice, etc. by issuing at least 50% credit towards the total fair that we paid for a round trip flight from SFO to Denmark and Denmark to San Francisco for my aunt and uncle .

Booking/changes
I made a booking through you guys on November 22, 2021. I just a received an email today saying that my flight itinerary has been changed and I need to confirm the changes, otherwise my flight itinerary that I have now, does not exist. I spoke to a representative and they said they would send me, via email my new itinerary. I was on hold for about an hour, agreed to the changes, was on hold again, and then I was sent the wrong itinerary. This is very frustrating. I tried calling again, and I was on hold for an hour. Airline flight
July 19th I booked a flight for dental and hair restoration with cheapoair. They charged me an extra 77.99 on top of the flight cost of 1638 which I thought was their fee but then I was thinking it cost this cost way too much extra once it came up to 1801. I desperately needed to get a cheap enough ticket to save as much for three treatment and hotel as possible. Well while I was on the flight they claimed they found a price drop, thought the smart thing to do was charge me again and then refund the ticket from the airline and inconvenience me for 2 days. I only knew because I went to transfer 5500 for surgery and didn't have enough! I was livid. They sent me a breakdown of the charges after the refund and it all was the same price! I called and complained they refunded the 22$ booking fee. Then I seen the surcharges of 80$ and another for 70 on the same ticket! And I'm like yeah right, on now this is theft. This all caused me to miss out on dental surgery starting Friday and I don't start till Tuesday. So I lost four days! I am waiting for an agent to get back with me about the surcharges and them being pointless and refunding thr money and changing my flight due to their lack of professionalism. If not I'm reporting this charge as fraud!

I am Tamanna Chatterjee. I booked a ticket from cheapOair for my mother Krishnapriya Chatterjee for CCU to ATL. The day of her flight initially was 25th of July. On 20th I got a email from cheapOair that one of the flight got cancelled. I called the customer service and they said they cannot give any flight before 28th, which is very inconvenient. If the flight gets cancelled then atleast they should be able to give me a flight the next day, which is what the airlines does if we buy the ticket from them. As a well reputed travel agency at least you should be able to give your customer the next day flight. I am getting married on 29th, that is why I wanted her here with me and I booked the ticket way before hand for 25th July. Now either she cannot attend my wedding or I would need to reschedule everything. This the mlost horrible contribution you can make to your customer's life.

About the misleading information from your representatives
I plan a trip last year for my wife and 2 of my kids to travel to Mexico and we had to move the days due to covid-19 vaccinations for one of my kids, once I called your customer service they cancel my hotel accommodations and they told me they will hold the flights for credit for my next booking. A couple of months went by and I call to check on the packages and they told me that they could not give me the package only flight credit to the airlines. I have called over 30 + times and spend over 80 hours trying to get this resolved I have asked to be transfer to a manager in the united states as the call center that is in India has a language barrier starting with their names they give you a fake name with a heavy accent. Every time I call I spend time with at least 4-6 representatives and the calls get drooped you could check based on the survey that I summit with a 2 after every call. The only thing that I'm asking for now is to get the email or phone number of you r legal department so that I can pass it it to my lawyer so that he can take care of it as this could be solved by sticking to the original conversation where they told me that I could just call and get the Flight credit to be applied to another package. i spent hours on the phone while transferring me from one representative to the other. i tried modifying my flight few hours after i booked it.
at first they requested 200 USD as an agency fee, but after arguments and loss of my voice, i was able to get it with no charge, they even sent me an email confirming the changes with 0$ fee.
when i called again,another representative answer the phone and here we go again he wants to charge me in order to complete the change, according to him,THE EMAIL SENT TO ME WAS A MISTAKE.

Our flight got canceled by the airline. Since the day we received the email we have been calling them to help us fix the issue. Not only they keep giving us different answers everytime we call they also like to put you on hold and don't come back. You'll be on hold for hours until the call gets disconnected. I am so stress with this company. Up to today I still have not gotten the help I need to fix my flight. If anyone knows where to complain this company aside from here please let me know. They provide wrong informations even after telling them that I called the airline myself and told me that cheapoair just needs to re-issue our tickets because they confirmed the new flight we picked. First few agents I talked to even said we have to pay the rebooking fee when the airline confirmed that rebooking should be free. I have enough with this company. This company triggers my anxiety!

Flight credit
I have a flight credit of AUD$2981 (bookings for 3 passengers) for a cancelled Qantas flight from June 2020 due the onset of the COVID pandemic. Because I booked through Cheapoair, I had to rebook through them. On March 11 2022, I contacted them by phone and was told that I have until December 31, 2023 to use the credit. (This was standard for Qantas as I also have flight credit with another travel agency.) When I called Cheapoair on July 9, 2022, they told me that Qantas credit has expired and that I would need to pay additional money for them to submit the claim. They asked me to pay an additional AUD$652 per person in order for them to submit request to the airline for the rebooking. I had to call them back and my second call the cost went up to AUD$731.66. Due to their payment platform being unable to transact with my credit card, I was not able to complete the transaction (they charged me AUD$300 which they still have not returned). We ran out of time as their office was closing. The agent promised to call me back the next day, but he did not. When I called back on July 10, the cost grew to AUD$907/person. At that point, I stopped. I called Qantas today July 12 and was told that Qantas still honours my credit and the travel agency should be able to rebook by my flights. I also checked cheapoair website and the cost of my flights should be AUD$1274 per person - a difference of AUD$280.33 per person in addition to the credit I had previously. Qantas tells me that cheapoair has my credit. The way I see it, they are trying to pocket that money and trying to make me pay more. In addition, it took me 2-3 attempts to get through to a person who then found the issue too complicated and just hung up on me. So I've called 10 times (from Australia). I will never use this organisation again but I don't want to let them get away with abusing their customers like this. Please help.

Cheapoair refuses to shed any light on my refund. I have waited over 60 days (two business cycles) for my refund. They don't know where my money is. They are unprofessional. I have worked with them. I have given them all of my information (including my bank statements. Yet, they refuse to meet me halfway. This is about [protected]. In addition, they emailed me at 1 in the morning about a flight change for [protected]. By the time I could respond, they canceled the flight. Then they told me I have to pay a fine and that I won't be able to get a full refund because of their incompetence. I have lost a lot of money and time because of their poor service.

My Fiancé was stuck in Istanbul airport for several hours and your customer service person CHED the only thing he did was putting me on hold for 56 minutes .
