Avoid CheapTickets.com - A Customer's Nightmare
If you're considering booking with CheapTickets.com, think twice. Numerous customers have reported terrible experiences with this company. From misleading pricing to unhelpful customer service, the reviews paint a clear picture of a company to avoid. One customer mentioned being charged for a flight that was never available at the advertised price, while another faced difficulties in canceling a ticket due to a mistake made by the company. The lack of transparency and poor handling of issues have left many feeling frustrated and cheated. Save yourself the trouble and book your travel elsewhere.
When you want to find really affordable fare, you have
When you want to find really affordable fare, you have to go to CheapTickets.com, I find the site absolutely incredible. My mom and I kept on purchasing tickets on this site whenever we have travel on-shore and on international destinations.
I've used this site for 3 trips to Australia now and
I've used this site for 3 trips to Australia now and have had very good results. They have fairly good rates and everything has always ran very smoothly with my etickets and their customer service was good when I had to make changes to my flight except for one little snag.
Here's a little tip for you. If you have to change your flight, try going through your actual airline to make the changes because you'll find it's a bit cheaper than if you change it through cheaptickets. You'll likely still be hit with some financial punishment but cheaptickets was more expensive to make the necessary adjustments. Usually it'll cost around $250 plus any increase in airfare if there is any. But CT wanted to charge me $450 so I took a chance and called the airline and they took care of it all for me. Just make sure you have your booking number on hand.
Other than that, I've been very happy with this site and their service and I'm going to be booking with them again soon for Australia.

I've used this site on a number of occasions and have
I've used this site on a number of occasions and have never had any issues. It is very user friendly, there are no additional fees to book flights, and they provide you with your bottom line price to include tax and fees upfront. You can choose from multiple airlines, and can easily see the difference in price between non-stop flights and those with stops to see if the savings are really worth the extra time. I like that you can also sort the flights by departure time or shortest flight so that you can chose the flight that best suits your needs.
Upon placing an order you can select which seats you want on the plane and then notate any special needs/requests you may have. Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. I've used them for booking flights, car rentals as well as hotels and I've never had any issues with my reservations, etc.
You will find their pricing to be better than most sites specifically on flights, so I would highly recommend checking out their site anytime you are looking to book an airline ticket. Though I had a great recent experience with www.lastminutetravel.com (feel free to read my review), ultimately when booking my ticket to Florida, www.cheaptickets.com was about $50 cheaper for the same exact flight, so obviously I booked my flight with them. :)
Used it when I came to the States to do my internship
Used it when I came to the States to do my internship. Good service and cheap prices for Dutch conditions. Flights from Schipol to JFK were good at price and availability.
I have read of bad reviews about cheap ticket
I have read of bad reviews about cheap ticket... I don't know why. But for me. I love cheap ticket. I traveled internationally. I always used this website and I got the delta airlines. And its awesome..
What a stressful experience with an agent named Meru in *****
What a stressful experience with an agent named Meru in ***. 12/6/21 *** 2 2 0 0 9 6 0 5 5 0 8 8 9. I wanted to change an international segment of my flight to a *** domestic but was told it can't be done per United's policy based on an error she's seeing. Apart from being very slow in assisting, I got disconnected right after asking her for a computation of charges. I called back hoping to get another agent but heard her voice again. She's even pretending it wasn't her who was trying to help me. In addition, she explained that the airline won't allow any credit for future travel which was $400+! It made me very upset & exhausted since it was past *** hearing ridiculous statements. We got disconnected again. Luckily the next agent ***, was competent and fast in resolving my request. Meru sounded nervous, not confident and definitely lacked training! I hope her supervisor reads this review and put her back to training or future customers will be lost.
This is by far the worse company to book your travel. I booked a package and paid extra money for ALL INCLUSIVE plus MASSAGE which cost me extra 122 dollars per day. When I arrived at the resort I was told I dont have all inclusive because certain food and drinks doesnt come with my ALL INCLUSIVE and I dont get massage daily. I only get one time for my whole stay. When. Called cheap tickets they tell me that I would have to to book my stay with resort directly for me to get these services. So why would you advertise the service and charge me extra daily when you cant provide me the service Im being charged for extra. This company need to shut down and stop stealing from people but falsely advertise and charge for a service they not sure about what actually comes with the charge.
This company is horrible had the same experience as *** spoke to 4 different reps told me that I have to contact the airlines I could not fly due to pandemic and now trying to use my credits. One rep had me on hold for 45 minutes saying he was booking and never got back on the phone will never use cheap tickets again I just want my money now I had to provide a star rating. I gave a one for would not let me post does not deserve a 1 should be a negative -10
I wish I could give them zero star! I was promised a refund, the Airline gave them refund but they wont give it to me! They keep saying that the Airline has it but the ***line gave me a proof that they refunded them! They owe me $1407 but they insisted that EVA *** has it still. I showed them my bank statements but they still wont give me my refund. Now nobodys talking to me on the phone , am I blocked? Not even an automated answering machine. Not sure what to do now.
Booked a room through them the rooms was beyond disgusting files a complaint asking for a refund to be moved to another hotel and they issued me a credit that I cant even use been calling for answers since April 2021 and they are rude and keep filing a report for the back office to fix

complaint against British Airways and an agency named Cheaptickets
I am writing to file a
complaint against British Airways and an agency named Cheaptickets.
Our booking reference for British Airways for flight BA0461 from Madrid to London on June 25, 2023, departing at 17:20, with a transit to flight BA27 at 20:55 from London to Hong Kong. However, when we arrived at the check-in counter on June 25, 2023, at 3 pm, the ground crew informed us that they could not find our tickets. However, prior to our arrival at the airport, we were able to see our names when logging in to the British Airways online check-in system. The ground crew attempted to assist us in contacting customer service or the office support team to re-issue our tickets, but we were unable to reach anyone as it was a Sunday and even the so-called 7-day hotline was not operational. We spent over an hour attempting to contact customer service to no avail. Ultimately, the ground crew informed us that they could not do anything except offer us a free hotel stay on June 25, 2023, with meals provided, and advised us to call the BA office at +34 [protected] on June 26, 2023, at 9 am to rearrange our flight back to Hong Kong.
When we finally connected with British Airways customer service on the phone, we were informed that they could not rearrange our flight. We attempted to contact the agency, but there was no reply that day. As a result, we had to purchase new tickets ourselves, which cost us more than double the original price.
After returning to Hong Kong, we sent emails to Skyscanner and Cheaptickets to complain about not being able to check in for the inbound flight. However, they simply replied that British Airways had confirmed that we were no-shows for our flight, which is not true. Although it was the airline’s responsibility for not allowing us to check-in, it was unacceptable for Cheaptickets, not to provide customer service on weekends. If they had helped us declare that our tickets were in good order, we could have boarded the plane.
We followed the instructions provided by British Airways customer service to obtain proof for insurance or a claim, but the airline only sent us proof that the tickets were booked but we had not traveled with them. We were provided with ticket numbers and booking numbers, yet we were still unable to board the flight. Even after a month, we have received no response to explain this issue.
In addition to the cost of re-booking our flight back to Hong Kong, we had to take additional time off work and missed important meetings, in addition to putting in extra time and effort to gather supporting evidence for our complaint.
We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from British Airways and cheapticket and we demand a full refund for the additional costs incurred as well as an explanation as to why we were unable to board our flight despite having valid tickets. We expect a prompt response to this complaint and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Desired outcome: a full refund for the additional costs incurred as well as an explanation as to why we were unable to board our flight despite having valid tickets.
Please provide a direct number and name of someone superior to resolve this issue
I was issued flight credits by CheapTickets in December 2021. I have been unable to utilize these flight credits and they will expire in December of 2023. I was told in the past by. CheapTickets that since CheapTickets did not offer flights using Virgin Atlantic, I can have an agent book using Expedia. When I tried to use the credits, again I was told CheapTickets can’t book flights using Expedia event though both companies are owned by the same organization. Please provide a full name and phone number in top management that I can contact directly to resolve this matter.
Desired outcome: Please provide a direct number and name of someone superior to resolve this issues and assist with using these flight credits using Expedia since CheapTickets doesn’t offer flights from Virgin Atlantic
Wants me to pay again for flights that I have credit for
In Nov 2019, my husband and I booked a round-trip flight from BWI to London on British Airways with CheapTickets. Flight dates were 9/2/20 - 9/9/20 with Itinerary #[protected]. The flight was cancelled due to the pandemic, and we were to be issued vouchers that could be used on BA through Sept 2023. I have been trying for 3 weeks to book new flights. but I never received a voucher number. BA said I need to contact CT since they booked the flight for me, but CT said that since it is from 2020 they sent all my info back to BA and I needed to contact them. After spending hours upon hours on the phone with CT for the past 3 weeks, I received a call from a CT rep in India who said there are really no vouchers per se, but he had all my info and knew exactly how much my credit should be for. But he said I needed to book a new flight through CheapTickets and PAY for it now, and THEN he would go back to British Airways to get me a refund of the original flight, which could take months. This sounds very shady to me. I have a credit - I should not have to pay AGAIN for the flight. I am at my wit's end of what to do. I need to get this flight booked.
Desired outcome: I want to use my credit to book new flights on British Airways.

Flight Cancellation
Recently, I had booked tickets to Dubai for my parents from Bengaluru, I had made a mistake while booking so I had cancelled within 24hrs of booking. Even though the booking was cancelled within 24hrs they have charged a whopping amount of $468.92 SGD.
When checked with them they say this is the standard fee cancellation amount that will be charged if cancelled.
I want my refund that was promised over the phone.
I booked a rental car through #cheaptickets.com for a trip in Las Vegas. The car was actually booked for a car from #Payless car rental, but of course when we arrived, there was not a single person at their counter. So the sign said go over to AVIS for Payless bookings. Once there, the employee sticks my license in some white box with "365" on it. Supposedly this box will return a smiley face light for "good" or red frowny face for "bad". Like, wtf? Anyway, it kept returning the red frown face, so Avis would not let me rent my car, that I already paid for. They could not give a reason for the red frown either. Side note, I got through Tampa Int'l TSA Pre-check with the same exact license (and also through Las Vegas's TSA Pre-check) and they take that same exact license and run it through their own machine that checks it. I have to assume that TSA tech is a little more sophisticated than smiley/frowny 365 box tech. Anyway, the manager at Avis said she can't do anything to help me, that I have to call Cheaptickets, which I do. well they tell me it's Avis who can fix the problem. So after much back and forth, Cheaptickets finally tells me to get another car, and they will issue a refund. Except, when I get back home, I get an EMAIL telling me:
"We have attempted to contact Payless to request a refund for your itinerary 724XXXXXXXXX.
After reviewing your case details and information provided, we are unable to provide you with a refund on this occasion.
As shown on the car rental rules and restrictions during your booking and send with your confirmation, It is required to present a valid driver’s license in the driver’s name.
At time of pick up, the driver must present a valid, U.S.-issued driver's license and credit card or debit card at participating locations in the driver's name. If the driver's license is not U.S.-issued, the driver must present his or her driver's license and passport from the same country as the driver's license or Canadian residents may present a Canadian enhanced license in the driver's name."
But, I DID provide a valid U.S. driver's license. They saw it with their own 2 eyes. I have no tickets or anything on my DL. I got denied my car, AND screwed out of $400.00 because they relied on some piece of crap smiley/frowny box to determine the validity of my DL. And now neither Avis, Payless, nor Cheaptickets will do anything to fix this. I honestly feel like Avis is scamming me, so i'd rent another rental, and then they could keep the extra payment. This is where Cheaptickets should be stepping up and fixing this whole problem, but instead, they choose to hide behind outsourced call centers.
I would like to use my credit
Cheap ticket case number: S#[protected]
Air Canada case number: CAS-5150043-Y4C0L6
Porter case number: 333342
Cheap ticket needs to take ownership to provide better service and be transparent with customers.
The cheap ticket is a big rip-off, and the company needs to be accountable for its gimmicks and fraudulent activities.
I wanted to use my credit by booking my flight as directed. After giving my itinerary number along with personal information such as email, and the first 6 digits of my credit card, they kept running in circles with stories blaming Air Canada and Porter for not delivering on their promises. First, they claimed the ticket was closed and they were no credit. Then, the operator kept me on hold for 1 hour, checking back with me every 15 minutes, making it appear that he was trying very hard to get my money back. Finally, I received two emails from Air Canada and Porter with a case confirmation number. The agent then asked me to call them back the following week for a follow-up.
I am very disappointed and concerned about the way Cheap ticket handles credit
The FAA should really have a portal for customers to file these claims against airlines and third-party providers. As consumers, we’re getting ripped off by these sharks every day without any recourse.
Thank you
Desired outcome: I just want to use my credit to book a flight.
Non-paid refund after flight cancellation
Booking Ref: NBF9JF
Fights: BA0393 and BA0392 were cancelled by British Airways. Therefore I and my wife could not made our fights from Brussels to Chicago.
I made several contact with BA and my travel agency CheapTıckets.de for refunds. The travel agency say the airliners has not dispatch the refund to them. British airways Belgium office says I need to ask my travel agency instead of them them.
First cancellatiom e-mail came into my e-mail box on 5 July 2022 but no refund has been made yet. I have been waiting for 3 moths to get my thicket fare be paid back.

Desired outcome: Refund payment as soon as possible
Flight tickets cancelled
Dear all,
I bought return tickets for myself and my daughter for Geneve-Frankfurt-Geneve from cheaptickets. com.
I paid also for the change ( to change the flight time) for our return flight in Apr 2022.
On our flight back to Geneva on 24/8/22, at the Frankfurt airport when I was about to get the boarding passes, I was told that our tickets were cancelled.
My ticket status on Swissair web was as confirmed until the flight hour.
I had to wait for three hours at the Lufthansa desk as the staff there contacted SWISSAIR. I was told the refund was made. However, I never received any notification on the ticket cancellation and any refund.
We had to buy new tickets for us for EUR 1200 and wait for another 5 hours.
Since 25/8, I had written to Swissair and Cheaptickets. Swissair wrote me back they will reimburse the tickets only if they were bought directly from them.
Cheaptickets.com wrote me the air company should reimburse me. I paid for the original tickets and EUR 1200 for new tickets.
Neither Swiss Air nor Cheaptickets.com is accepting the mistakes made and had failed to reimburse me EUR 1200. Thus I ended up with payments made for the original tickets and new ones. If the tickets were not cancelled or refunded/ informed me on time, I would not buy the new tickets upon arrival at the airport.
I would not even agree if they reimburse me the original ticket price. If they informed me on flight/ ticket cancellation ( they had almost 1 month), I could rebook and find cheaper tickets.
Is there some authorities and regulations to help me in getting the refund?
Please kindly review and advise.

Falsely advertising airline prices
On Sunday, I went online to book 2 roundtrip tickets and the price was $318 roundtrip per traveler. I added two tickets to my cart, but did not pay.
I went back to the site on Tuesday to pay, but when I went back to the page to pay, my session had timed out. I understand airline prices fluctuate so I went through the process of finding my flight and was surprised to see the prices were still $318. Except, when you click on ANY of the advertised $318 flights, the prices ranges from $500 - $800 I called to speak to a representative and they are insisting that the price listed is one way. If that were true, wouldn't the prices be the same on whatever day selected.
I have attached images of my cart on Sunday and selecting a date today
Desired outcome: I would like cheaptickets to honor their listed price of $318 round trip per traveler.
Assistance
I wanted to use my credit by booking my flight by 31 Mar 2022 as directed. I attempted two days in a row for Itinerary# [protected]. I was given two different stories. One was they were contacting the airline and the other was I didn't have a credit. I am sure I had credit as I took a picture of the screen each time it indicated I had credit as well as all my friends who are in the same (exact) situation had made the changes using their credit. I was left waiting for an answer by agent Aditya. I was waiting for a response and then the :"take a survey prompt displayed."
I am concern as to why my friends who use CheapTickets and were going to the same conference as I to San Diego and was able to change their flights to the same conference and flight to Atlanta as well as the agent total disregard to respect and poor customer services skills.
Also, the reason I use chat as I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone but it never accepts the prompts. I tried multiple phones with the same results.
I am inquiring about my flight that I will loose by 31 Mar 2022.
Desired outcome: Use of flight credit.
'Glitch in system' selected wrong flight
When creating search for flights their system captured the wrong flight which I could not take as it was 10+ hours with layover and I have had hip replacement surgery could not be on long flights/layovers, switching planes. I had requested direct flight and had selected that. I did not re-check it until later that it was wrong and called airlines directly to confirm the direct flight was available and had plenty of seats. I then asked if they could move my reservation and they stated for me to do the 'change' on cheaptickets since it is 3rd party.
I went cheaptickets website online, did the 'change' as instructed and purchased the proper direct flight. I then called cheaptickets to ensure I would be receiving refund to use towards the proper direct flight and provided itinerary.
I was then advised by cheaptickets to call the airline to get any refund.
The airlines said it is cheaptickets 'glitch error' and they should provide refund.
I have been on phone over 7 hours, back and forth.
The itinerary number: CheapTickets itinerary: [protected] - LNXBXS (3/25: HA Flight 11 @ 9:30 AM (SFO) 12:15 PM (HNL). Amount: $208.83.
Desired outcome: Refund $208.83 for their error.
Ticket
I tried to cancel my flight prior to it departing but was in hold for hours and now my ticket was cancelled and I would like a refund at least. It says that I have a credit with United on CheapTickets but United says no there isn’t and that CheapTickets was supposed to help me and they won’t. My ticket was for March 10, 2022
Desired outcome: A refund for the ticket or a voucher
Plane travel and room
The room waz way smller then describe in the itinerary. The flights was not scheduled right at all. The first one was cancelled so we was put way behind. The second plane at the lax stop left us because the first plane was late. The hotel was in a bad spot. And nothing was as described. I was way over charged. I found it online eay cheaper
Desired outcome: Partial reimbursement
hotel price guarantee not honored
Bad customer service. Book a hotel on cheaptickets.com and a few days later the price dropped significantly, on the same website. Requested price match through their Price Guarantee for refund and all customer service representatives said was that the booking does not qualify under price guarantee terms and conditions. When asked about the terms since the webpage link to tnc did not seem to work, they avoided and kept saying the review is final and implied that i should stop pursuing this. Cheaptickets has gown downhill so rapidly, i will not be using their service anymore!

air tickets purchased which can be cancellable within 24 hours but unable to cancel due to technical glitch
CheapTickets.com did not honor the 24 hours cancellation rights as there was a technical glitch on their end after I did an online cancellation 3 times to cancel my flight. There were times to contact by phone but I didn't get through either even I called the Singapore Airlines to call to CheapTickets. I was forced to proceed with the flight which I didn't intend to. After the trip, I was trying to seek compensation, they seemed to ignore it. Do not go to CheapTickets.com which is not a reliable website.
bad customer service
Bad experience. By system error I got the wrong tickets So I tried to contact Cheap Tickets customer service to cancel within 24hrs but I received the worst, very rude. Instead, They were saying I should wait for the tickets to expire then they will be able to cancel so when they did II was not able to get any refund anymore.

AGENT: NT BOOKING REF: P5OZ53
being stranded in barcelona spain
To whom this may concern;
I purchased tickets through CheapTickets from LAX to Barcelona Spain in December 2017 for October 2018.
On 10/15/2018, my fiancee and I experienced what can easily be termed a horrendous travel event. It began upon our arrival at the Barcelona Airport on October 15, 2018. We arrived a short time before 7 am for our 9:15 am flight to check our bags. We learned that we were not in the system which was unbelievable since our reservation were made December 4th, 2017. Our confirmation number, M2YY8T and our ticket numbers, 016-[protected] and 016-[protected]. We went to the Lufthansa counter and were told that there was no scheduled flight for 9:15 am. Despite showing the agent my confirmed flight on my mobile device, he insisted that the flight did not exist. We were told to call the original booking agency to resolve the issue. We called Cheap Tickets and spoke to Christine and then Wem ( both very helpful) and confirmed our flight information and submitted this to my mobile device. After a 25 minute wait, a supervisor for Lufthansa was summoned and directed us to the United Airlines counter. We were told that the alternate flight had no available seats. We returned to the Lufthansa counter and demanded a flight to the United States and demanded an explanation as to why we had a confirmed flight that was not scheduled. We were then told that the flight had been canceled due to safety concerns. At this point it is near the original boarding time so we request to be seated with the other passengers who were scheduled to board flight LH1809 to Munich. After a lengthy wait, we were given a second booking number and directed back to the United counter. Again we were told there were no available seats. We returned to Lufthansa to be directed to American Airlines for yet another declination due to a dull flight...not once but thrice. This entire ordeal transpired with a continuous 3 hours international mobile connection with a Cheap Ticket agent (Wem) trying to resolve this issue. Not to mention our 3 hour international phone bill. You can imagine our cost for this international call. We finally got a flight to Chicago O'Hare at 7 hours after our initial departure time on American Airlines. During this ordeal we had no form of sustenance and very little water. To make matters worse, after paying for premium economy seating we were seated rows apart in middle seats. Seat number 16B and 18E, behind the wing seats in the very back of the plane. We were not notified of a flight cancellation by email or text by Cheap Tickets. We weren't given compensatory seating that was paid for 10 months in advance. We were subjected to the inconvenience of being stranded in a foreign country with no means of communicating in local dialect, we both had to take compensatory employment penalties, and we were displaced from returning to our home through no fault of actions we did or did not take. I want to reiterate, plane tickets were purchased December 2017. There is also the inconvenience of a travel plan that was supposed to be 13 hours that actually totaled a little over 27 hours. In addition, we're in a long distance relationship. I purchased a $500 ticket to fly from Atlanta to Los Angeles (Southwest Flight 982, Confirmation # WICR9N) to accommodate my fiancé on this 12 hour trip. We paid extra money to choose seats of our choice. When I purchased our flights, only 2 other customers purchased airline tickets prior to us. How can this happen? This is totally unacceptable! We both travel enough to know that there are rights we have as passengers when we're inconvenienced through no fault of our own. We are highly disappointed in your customer service and the willingness to satisfy your customers on International grounds. This correspondence is to bring awareness to our frustration and allow agents and carriers involved to contact us so that a satisfactory resolution can brokered. We were told by Wem we would receive $150. This is an insult for what we've been through and the money we paid out for Byron's Southwest ticket, 3 hour international phone bill, and our additional cost to upgrade our seats. Timely attention to this matter is expected and will be most appreciated.
You can reach Byron at [protected] or Marlene at [protected]. We looking forward to a resolution asap.
So not share our phone numbers.
hotel stay price match
I use your services all the time and I'm going over to customer however your prices are not always the best and I found a lower rate price for my trip for three nights at the Motel 6 in Scottsdale I called operators the gentleman told me that he would just need to verify the right so I gave him the coupon code fireworks for sale that Orbitz had was going on explain to him this is a code I used to get the rate event said that's fine sir we just need to verify it comedian holds about 15 minutes as I continue to hold them. Emmaline and stated that he sorry that he cannot honor it because I mean promo code I don't see how this is fair and I will only remain a loyal customer if this issue is resolved talking about $23 difference not a big deal but enough to make a customer satisfied
cheaptickets. sg under bcd holdings
i think your online bookings will only go well IF (big IF) you have no contingency plans on cancelling due to unforeseen circumstances.
I made a minor mistake in keying in the name of my friend, and quickly send in a change notification within 12 hours (less than that, probably within 4 hours). Unlike other websites where they will put in their terms and conditions before the user confirms, this bloody site doesn't state there is a high administrative fee if you want to change any details after it goes through.
Okay, painful lesson but what to do, sent it in. You would think a simple name change can be done without much hassle but NOOO... they said it cannot be done and I have to pay for a new ticket. I called Emirates directly and the staff promptly told me a name correction can be done for a $50 fee but I had to go through cheaptickets.sg to request for the change.
Incredulous BS; I asked the latter to cancel the ticket and the staff said that would cost me $375. He then told me that they would refund me the previous payment if I went ahead to buy a new ticket. He then sent me a payment bill, which overall looks like the price difference is cheaper than cancelling, so I went ahead, thinking all will be good.
I even called again to ensure that everything will be fine, and the next lady staff said yes, refund will happen in 45-60 days (which I thought was stupid anyway but no choice).
Today, I realised that NOT ONLY did cheaptickets.sg charged me for 2 (TWO) flight tickets (I only need ONE for my friend), Emirates also charged me on their end! I thought cheaptickets.sg would be the only one charging me and was a done deal, but no, they actually double charged me and it went through to my credit card!
It took 4 times to get through to their helpline and request that they refund me all my money that they wrongfully deducted off me. And the final lady staff still said it's not under her jurisdiction - she had to refer to her booking department, which is probably that same rotten guy whom I spoke with earlier.
I'm so pissed off that I have filed a dispute with my bank and re-booked via Expedia instead. Jeez man, what a load of publicized scammers. Seriously, people, don't be like me, read through all reviews before making your purchases.
NEVER use cheaptickets.sg EVER.
buying tickets and getting fees
Cheaptickets is gimmic to charge fees to your card and not actually booking your flight online. Then when you call in to customer service they give you a higher price for the what should be a discount online. They up the price to get you to pay more han what is advertised online. It's false advertising at best! This company should be closed down immediately!
