my guitar was severely damaged during the vietnam airlines flight flqlhr 2/32 han
My guitar is a wood built instrument which requires propper humidity control in order to maintain the integrity of the instruments performance, When I arrived on 03/10/2019 in Hanoi I noticed my Guitar case had been damaged to the extent the humidity was compromised causing the guitar to swell and bow on its back side this effects the performance and sound quality of this intrument severly, and i will have to replace the case and more than likely the guitar will be cheaper to replace than try and fix something as irreversable as this

I bought 3 air tickets from Vietnam Airlines, flight from Kuala Lumpur to Frankfurt on 24 Jan 2015. Before I bought the ticket, I emailed Vietnam Airlines ([protected]@vietnamairlines.com) asking about the bicycle bag charges if there is any. Vietnam Airlines replied saying that 'No extra charges for bicycle".
But on 21 Jan 2015, I saw NEW bicycle charges at Vietnam Airlines website. Such information was not there in January 2015. I emailed to [protected]@vietnamairlines.com again to clarify and they now insist us to pay extra for bicycle bag. My flight will on 8th July 2015, ticket reference DRWEPG
Wrongfully denied boarding
On July 13th, 2014 my colleague, Zephon Howard and myself, both students in China returning home, were denied boarding onto a Vietnam Airlines’ flight VN513/VN37 from Beijing to Frankfurt. From Frankfurt we were to transit on to Condor Airlines DE1258 to Tobago.
The agent at Beijing explained to us in both Chinese and English that we were not allowed to fly because we required a visa to transit Germany's Frankfurt International Airport. This however proved to be false when I contacted our local German Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago. They informed me that we were allowed to transit Germany if we were to transit in less than 24 hours. Our connection time in Germany would have been from July 14th, 2014 06:00 to July 14th, 2014 13:35, well within a 24-hour time period.
Due to being denied boarding onto VN513/VN37 we missed our connecting flight DE1258 to Tobago. We provided both our Vietnam Airlines and Condor Airlines tickets to the Beijing agent. We then had to sleep in Beijing International Airport and await the next morning to purchase new tickets on July 14th, 2014 on Asiana Airlines and American Airlines to Trinidad. US$1413 extra was spent in addition to the initial US$1136 due to the Vietnam Airlines' agent’s error bringing a total of US$2549 in the entire ordeal.
This has been very costly and it was due to an error from Vietnam Airlines. We have been in contact with the manager of Vietnam Airlines at Beijing and requested that Vietnam Airlines compensate us the cost paid on our travels. The manager at Beijing Airport has been very unhelpful, initially when we were denied he hid from us when we sort him out for proper explanation, he has even called me "immature" in his email replies. He is very unprofessional and has since changed the reason that we were denied after we provided the German Embassy information starting we were allowed to transit, claiming that we never provided an onward ticket from Frankfurt to the agent.
This flight from Condor and Vietnam Airlines were in the same area and I would not have cause to leave the intern transit area. as confirmed by the German Embassy
Sorry I should have added that depends on the nationality of course.
The Airport in China was correct to change terminals in Frankfurt a visa is required.
They caused me to have an asthma attack.
Vietnamhairs told me that they would weave hair into my hair. They told me that I would need to use their products. I told them that I had allergies to fragrances and several chemicals. But then they caused me to have an asthma attack. I had to cover my nose and mouth with a towel to keep the smell down.
Bad service

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
