I talked to Anmol to reschedule my ticket, and he said there is a price difference of $257 per passenger. Then I talked to the airline directly, and they did it for free. That means all that $257 for all four passengers were going in their pocket!

I booked my tickets in past with these guys and they were good. Last month I talked to ruhit for some tickets. Later they told me that the fare has increased and trasffered the call to one of their manager rajasava majan I guess. He sound polite firstly and listened to everything. Later he called me on my Indian number from some mobile and asked to send cash to his account. It was Hdfc .He told me that doing this ways I shall save tax. I talked to his with my friends and all ofthem warned me and asked to not do it. I had heard about such scams in past.
Guys trust me, don't go to them. Their people are screwing the company . I hope the owner reads it and does something about it.

This is the worst agency to book your tickets from! I got my December tickets in the month of September and during the day of Journey at the Airport in Omaha, the airport officials couldn't issue me a boarding pass because they never send the confirmation email to the authorities. And also I tried to prepone my date of journey by 2 days but they refused to do that and also was asking me for cancellation money! Never book tickets from this agency!

I worked with Sidhant and Priya Darshani on my booking concern. Booked a ticket with them in september 2017 for my india travel in december. One day prior to travel i noticed a schedule change in my flight and tripbeam DIDN't inform me about it at all. I had to let them know and get the new itinerary. They couldnt get new itinerary for the same price I paid for and they simply offered me reimbursement ONE day before my travel to India from USA. I strictly told them to give me a new flight. They requested a change to related airline and didn't confirm the ticket until midnight before my travel. I directly called airline and got new itinerary (as it was requested by tripbeam). I forwarded it to tripbeam for their consideration and to keep them in a loop. They didnt validate the ticket and assumed its valid one since I got it directly from airline. I reached airport and agents couldn't print the boarding passes as something was really messed up badly between airline and tripbeam. Now tripbeam is not taking responsibility of giving me a new flight nor reimbursement too also on top of that they are asking for penalty. I am highly dissapointed with tripbeam and suggest you not to book a flight with them ever.
Worst travel agency ever
Ok, guys, this is ridiculous, but they are the worst among similar businesses.Please try not to deal with them, because you'll be highly disappointed.
They make promises but never keep them. How is it possible to treat customers that way? I don't know.
Their customer service doesn't exist, they don't reply to emails and never pick up the phone. In short, they are unreachable.
Be very careful. Don't let them take your money.

I had the worst experience with these guys and their terrible customer service! TripBeam are the worst and they should be out of business.
I booked a flight and wanted to cancel it, but they didn't let me do that. No mater how many times I contacted them they said "no" over and over again. I wasn't able to go on a trip due to some family circumstances so literally I lost my money. I explained everything but they said that no matter what the reason is cancellation was against their policies. I don't think that was true.
I will not use this service again and I'll try to do at least something to get my money back. Very bad site!

I have been told
- 2 person + 1 infant. I have been told $xxx (Per person) + $x (Infant).
- when I checked my credit card transactions, there were $370 + $68 of agent fee which I have never been disclosed.
- after a week of this incident, when I tried to check my ticket details on emirates and found same flight cost me $500 less than what tripbeam offered me a week before. And interesting part, emirates was not charging for infant but tripbeam was..

I will never use TripBeam!
I booked two tickets via TripBeam and was charged for two. But received only one ticket. I contacted customer service and they said that only one seat was available so they were not able to sell me two tickets.
I asked them to cancel both my tickets and after they agreed I paid a cancellation fee. They cancelled my booking and refunded the cost of only one ticket, so I contacted them again and reminded that I was charged twice. They said they remember and promised I'll get another half of my refund later but that never happened. These guys gave me nothing but headache and I will never use TripBeam!

My flight tickets
Worst service ever.do not book with these guys .I have made a booking through trip been, we had some family emergency and had to cancel my ticket. The agent where never clear what was the cancelation fees which we asked so many times every time they said it is $400 then the time of cacalation it become $800. I have talk to many people and they all confuse you with their answers . Most of them does not know how to deal with the customer . I will never recommend anyone .please use your local agent at least you know who to go to .

Hi, I have booked flight from tripbeam and due to some reason they changed my flight schedule. I want to change that and chasing the [protected]@tripbeam.com to have my flight changed since the updated layover provided to me is not sufficient to catch the international flight. Tripbeam is not at all responding my email or chat. pathetic service by tripbeam
Tour package
We purchased European tour package for a family of 4 for $2250 each, we were promised Air, hotel, transfers and tour packages for 4 cities, they have us Air and Hotel but they kept saying the tour packages will be given the day before we leave, when we called them a day before, they said someone will meet us in London and give us the entire package tickets, we got to London and no one show up, we had to take a taxi to the Hotel. They kept saying today, next hour next min etc and we never got the tour packages, we finally ended up buying ourself and at the last minute.

Air Ticket
I wanted to book ticket for one itinerary, online i got it for 705 USD after some research, then when i contacted Tripbeam, they offered me in 615 USD. So, i booked through him (Pawan Kumar was my contact agent), I instantly provided all info. he needed including payment details so that we dont loose deals. He did not tell me that deal will expire, he told me that process will take 24 to 48 hours but it will be done.
Then, on next day he called me and emailed me (I have email i can attach if requested by anyone), that deal is expired from Airline side.
This is really not done, he should have clarified that he is taking chance.
If really deal is expiring, then he should bare the cost, he can't give me surprise on next day that the price can't be honored esp. when he has taken all payment details.
Last, Tripbeam is doing business, if they have committed something, they have to honor it, if there is loss, customer MUST NOT be at loss. They should be ready to bear it. If they want to enjoy the profit and earning, they have to be good enough to bare the loss ESP. WHEN CUSTOMER IS NOT AT FAULT.
Ticket to india from Toronto
I had booked my air tickets for my husband via Tripbeam from Toronto to India on 11th march 2016 and it costs me $1679. This ticket was issued by Mr. Gaurav who as per another associate happens to be the Operations Manager of TripBeam As per the ticket my husband had to travel by Saudi Airlines. There was a stop at Saudi and the waiting time out there was more than 8 hours.
So my husband left for Pearson airport and when he approached the Saudi Airlines counter, he was told that he cannot travel as he needs a transit Visa for halting at Saudi. He had to come back. He had to go to India just for a single day's visit as it was something pertaining to his family.
I called up their customer service and they tell me that they were not aware of the Visa requirement. They told me they would call me back regarding the cash refund. But as expected after the said time limit I had to call them back. And another associate responded to my call and when I asked him to transfer the call to Gaurav, he tells me that Gaurav had to suddenly take a sick leave and go home. How much more weird can it get. My husband missed his flight due to their carelessness, missed his obligation in India, and also lost $1679. And the operations manager goes home as he suddenly fell sick.
Then I was told my another associate that, their consolidator got in touch with the airlines and the airlines would refund the cash in 1 and a half month. How is that even fair? They took cash from us in a few hours time and we have to wait for almost 2 months to receive our cash back.
I am attaching the ticket and all the possible communications received from them.

Tripbeam really cheats and horrible travel agents - I request all India travelers to never ever book through Tripbeam travel agency since they are really cheats and horrible agents. Our recent India trip became a horrible experience due to the irresponsibility of their customer service. We got stranded at the Dubai airport for a night, since the connection Air India segment flights were not confirmed by these agents. When we contacted them from Dubai (u can imagine the international call from Dubai) they kept on saying that they are working on it and finally they left us unattended and non-responsive. Finally we had to take another flight at our own expenses to reach the destination. Since Air India segment was our origination for the return trip and that also became in jeopardy. The bottom line is that we had to pay extra expenses for Dubai- Kochi segment for both ways and also Delta changed extra money for change of itinerary which is also a tripbeam fault to book an extra leg of trip in the itinerary. The most important thing to note here is that, we had a confirmed itinerary from TripBeam for the entire trip and this was booked (by agent - Gurjot Kaur) at least 4 months before our travel date. After 2 days of booking the itinerary, we had noticed that the AIR India connection always said "cancelled", while doing seat allocation. When we asked the TripBeam agents (Mr. Puneet) - then, they said that it was an AIR India website issue and that our itinerary was confirmed, and we should have absolutely no issues at all. We have chat excerpts with these trip beam agents confirming the same and repeatedly saying that no issues and we will get boarding pass from Dubai for the AI segment. We had even contacted these agents, the day before our vacation, to ensure that the AIR India segment was indeed confirmed. And after all this, we faced this situation in Dubai. As I had mentioned, these agents are totally irresponsible and should never be used for these international tickets. We incurred additional expense of minimum 600$ per person (imagine there were 7 passengers) for this vacation, and mental stress and physical strain to add to this, especially while travelling with small kids. I don’t want anybody else go through this kind of horrible situation and mental stress and request never ever book your travel plans through these cheats

Open Tickets Change of Date
Honorable Director: This is Prof. Ernest William contacting you for being deceived by one of the travel agency “Tripbeam”. I made my elderly parents (70 years) tickets with the help of Tripbeam and they over charged us by stating it is a open tickets from Phoenix, USA to Kolkata, India, so that you can change the date of your travel as per your convenience. But now when I contact them then neither they communicate with me professionally nor they are willing to change the date of travel. Simply they are misguiding us by stating we do not have any control on the change of date once the ticket is made. Now my question is why they charged us huge fund at the cost of making open tickets for having the freedom of date change. It has been more than 3 months and we feel very much cheated by Tripbeam as they charged us huge amount of money at the cost of open ticket to be able to change the travel date, but now denying the date change. We feel very helpless at this time, as they have given 5 stops (approx. 4 hours each) that takes 3 days fly from USA to India for my 70 years old parents who are very sick and weak. Kindly help us in getting the date change with only 2/3 stops from Tripbeam. We appreciate your great help and look forward to hearing from you soon. With deep regards, Ernest
They didn't return my money
Bad website and better don’t buy from them. I ordered tickets through the website www.tripbeam.com. The rep provided confirmation info, but after that he informed me that someone else bought ticket before me. The rep told me that they would return money within couple of days. I got nothing and they only promised to provide money back. Total scam, so be aware. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

No info about tickets and no reply from these ###
I booked two tickets through the website www.tripbeam.com. I paid for my order and waited for confirmation email, but this company only charged me and provided nothing. I called to their customer services and heard only promises. Blah-blah, and they still haven’t provided any info about tickets. I have no idea what measures to take now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

This is the worst travel agency I have seen till now. I strongly recommend never ever book any flight with this agency. If they are getting better commission, they will suggest and book any kind of inconsistent and worst flights and never bother about passengers. Finally passengers need to face cancelled flights and delay trips. Finally passengers lose their purpose of trip. Try to avoid this travel agency for your important trips.

I booked a ticket from the agent Sukhdev Kashyap. He put my first name as mr. and my real name as my last name. Its sept15 nd i have a ticket for sept 25. I am a regular customer of trip beam and havent faced any problem yet. I have talked to their customer support team many times for booking flight ticket. We just need to tell them the source and the destination place and once you have got the confirmation regarding the booking of tickets you can pay the amount.
