Checkers & Rally's review: Rally's management 5

On Monday my husband Jodi Ford and I ( Christial Poole ) had an interview at 3:00 p.m. and another one at 4:00 p.m. at Rally's at 4949 natural bridge avenue St Louis Missouri 63115. We arrived on time matter of fact we were off 30 minutes early to proceed with our in-person interview at this specific location. We go up and let them know that we was here for in-person interview, the black woman who was a manager was very belligerent and rude and told us that they are not doing interviews that we had to come back today which is Wednesday March 8th 2023. So that's what we did and the other black female that was there who I'm assuming is a manager was very rude and nasty both with her vocabulary and very blurred and said that they was closed they're not serving nobody but yet the drive-thru had a long line of people in it. Now I have co-owned and rent a restaurant and bar together by myself and I can honestly say this is by far the worst leadership I've came across and it's very unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. This should not be a problem at all within the industry of employment and the fact that I have over 13 years of experience in customer service and the fact that I have 4 years of management and my belt I can honestly say that you all need way better supervisors general managers and management within your establishment at this specific location.
