Cheesecake Factory review: Service

On May 13, 2023 @12:40pm at the Cheesecake Factory in Alpharetta, GA.

We were seated (party of 2) at 12:40pm, order taken at 12:49pm, we were still waiting for our food at 1:30pm. We asked several times where our order was, and we were told it would be out in 5 mins. In the meantime, the party of 3 next to us, who ordered at the same time as us, had received their meal, paid and left. Another party of 3 were seated and we still did not have our meal. We asked to speak to the manager, who came to our table and asked what the problem was. Explained the issue, her response was, I'll check on it. We mentioned that it had been checked on several times. She offered nothing to us, no apology, nothing. We just said to cancel the order and she said fine, and charged us $8.62 for our ice tea and bread. I'm sorry, but this is not good customer service. I work in the food industry and you make the moment right for your patrons.
