I went to dinner with a friend had one glass of wine and we each had an entree. The bill came to 48.69. I added a 8.00 tip or around 20%. When I checked my credit card 2 days later it said our bill was 123.69..I almost had a heart attack. Apparently 80.00 was added for the tip. I called the manager disputing this amount and thankfully had the receipt but not the tip portion for my receipt. The manager sounded surprised that I didn't want to leave 80.00 for a tip or 200%. He actually argued with me about it. I think that is such bad customer service and so completely ridiculous. I told him to clear it up or I was going to dispute it with American Express. I really think that these people need to use some common sense.
Just my two cents.
Sounds like the one at northstar mall, in sa tx.
I always pay with cash to avoid these problems.
We drove 2 hours to celebrate a birthday at the Cheesecake factory at the Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, When we tried to make a reservation for 15 they told us it wasnt possible...OK, so we waited to be seated in 3 separated tables. When I received my cocktail (Crown and Coke ) it tastes like it was made with diet coke, I complained but they assured me it was regular coke. Then my daughter ordred a coke with her meal...which tasted bad, she told the waitress and she said she was sorry but all of their coke was flat?!?!?!?!? Since when does a restaurant continue to serve drinks that they know are bad? Did they say serve them anyway the guest wont notice? Not to mention we had to wait 3 hours (we got there at 6:15 served our meal at 9:20) to be served. I wouldnt have mind if we lived in the city, but I thought the wait was ridiculous. Totally disappointed.
Tried to use a coupon code ( didn't work) called the location on hold fir 15 minutes, only to be hung up on by the Manager there .
When i called back to speak with the G.M was treated very rudely and disrespected.
WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS MALL OF GEORGIA LOCATION!
