I had bought a light grey at Cielo in February 2023, and they then said they dont have that light grey and that they will bring me a dark grey and I agreed to that, they then brought me a black or charcoal headboard that they are claiming its dark grey. I wrote an email and called them explaining that I dont want the colour they had delivered to me can they please come and fetch it, they sent me other colours to choose from after calling over and over again ever since I laid that complain with them they probaly called me once. I am the one that is constantly calling them the only form of communication that they use is emails they never bother to call and follow up.
They then let me deal with some weird company that never bothered to call me after they have sent me some communication on my emails, and I find it starnge that am the one now that should run after them and letting me deal with some people that I never signed up for, and now that company claims that I haven't been constant enough with my communication and for that my call or issue is closed they will never help me. Please help team I need you.
Desired outcome: I just need the caroline headboard that I have chosen the second time.
