I prepaid for gas on 1/24/2024 around 1/1:30PM on two separate pumps, $80 on each pump as I wasn't sure how much gas my son or daughter-in-laws vehicles would take. There was a power outage due to wind. The pumps shut off, I am not sure of the exact amount of gas pumped but both were under $40 each. I went back into the store to get a refund of my money not spent and the computer systems were down, the cashier took my name, phone number and address and told me that she would mail me a gas card in the amount they owed me. We could not wait around because we had to have my daughter-in-law back in Ohio by 4:30PM so she could go to work. I have not received anything. I have contacted the store manager, Kista, on 2/1/2024 and on 2/23/24 both time she has promised to mail them to me, It is 4/18/2024 and I have still received nothing. I thought Circle K was a trust worthy business but your employees are proving me wrong!
Claimed loss: roughly $80, I was told they would be able to check the amount when the power came back on.
Desired outcome: A gas card with my refund amount on that card.
