Circus Auto Sales, Inc. is a total rip off! I forked over cash for a warranty, but they never delivered on their promise to order and install a part for the 4-wheel drive. It's been 7 months and still no part. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they just make empty promises to call back and schedule a fix. I had to spend my own dough to fix the front bearings because the vehicle was stuck in 4-wheel drive. They're a bunch of liars who don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.

I bought a car from Circus Auto Sales, Inc. to fix my credit after filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2017. They said they'd report my payments to the credit bureau, but they haven't. It's been 2 and a half years and my credit still looks bad. I've paid on time, but they blame the system being down for not reporting.

I bought a car from Circus Auto on 8/5 and paid 3100 bucks cash. But as soon as I left the parking lot, the check engine light came on and stayed on for my whole 35-mile trip home. When I got to Nelson County, I noticed a loud grinding and crunching noise coming from the front end of my car. It sounded like my wheels were about to fall off. I parked the car and called a mechanic. Two days later, I was told that the repair estimate for the front end would be over 3000 dollars, and I was advised not to drive the car. The car sat for about a week, and then I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion. The mechanic told me that the check engine light had to be addressed before assessing the front end, and the estimate for that would be another 1100 bucks, for a total of around 4100 dollars in repairs. I contacted Circus after the first repair estimate, but they said they wouldn't do anything to solve the issue, and that was the last time we spoke. It's been three weeks, and the car hasn't left my driveway because it's not safe to drive. During this time, I did some research on the car and found out that the title was branded in 2016 in Indiana for mileage rollback fraud. They never told me about this. I assumed that buying a used car for cash would need some repairs, but I never imagined repairs costing 4000 dollars. And I definitely wouldn't have bought the car if I had known about the branded title, which makes the car almost worthless. They withheld this information from me, and I haven't even seen the title yet because they said it could take up to 60 days for them to receive it, and then I would have to go back to Circus Auto to pick it up. These people are complete frauds and used me as an opportunity.
