CityBus Kuwait review: Reckless bus driver

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a concerning incident involving one of your double-decker city buses, plate number 92/9342 (not sure) that occurred on the evening of September 26, 2023, at approximately 8:30 pm. The details of the incident are as follows:

On the aforementioned date and time, I was a closing on one of your double-decker city buses, specifically, Bus Number [92/9342], which was traveling along road #30, bus stop near hawally block 6,near qadsiya stadium The incident transpired during this journey, which has left me deeply disturbed and worried for the safety of passengers and pther drivers on the road.

The reckless behavior of the bus driver was evident. They displayed the following dangerous actions:

Excessive Speed: The driver consistently exceeded the speed limit, making abrupt stops and sharp turns that jeopardized the safety of people.

Lack of Signal Usage: The driver failed to use turn signals when changing lanes or making turns, putting other motorists and pedestrians at risk.

Aggressive Overtaking: The driver engaged in aggressive overtaking maneuvers, endangering the lives of both passengers and other road users by enjoining the track from bus stop at high speed without looking out for approaching cars. I was in one of the vehicles approaching from behind where the driver suddenly enjoined the main track without watching out ending in my car coming very close to hitting the bus from its side.

The driver frequently disregarded other traffic regulations, leading to a dangerous and chaotic journey.

This incident not only left me feeling unsafe but also raised concerns about the overall safety standards maintained by your company. Passengers should be able to trust that they will reach their destination in a secure and reliable manner.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of all passengers using your services. It is crucial that you address the behavior of the driver in question and provide the necessary training or disciplinary measures to prevent such incidents in the future to all drivers.
