I just want to complain regarding the Tickets that i bought from Citybus application.I have 15 rides to use this, but the driver not allowing me to use, instead i pay cash. So what is the use of paying online if i cannot use?He said this is for 15 roads, since im taking A1 from avenues going to avenues. This driver is rude, he raising his voice.
Please do action. And what i wil do for this tickets i bought.Because only 1 bus im taking everyday.

My name is Sanjay everyday I'm travelling salmiya to avenue and avenue to salmiya while coming back from office I took AI bus (city bus)
My concern is about the bus driver he was driving very rough I'm about to fall down and my friends also maybe some day someone will die pls brief him he'll not take care about his passenger. he was not stopping on city bus station and he very rude.
Pls take some action against him.🙏

We are experiencing issue with bus route from Fahael to Kuwait City through Mangaf, block-1, street no. 101, near KNPC petrol pump. We have available buses from Mangaf block-1 to fahael. Good afternoon, today near 1:40 pm I was driving in the 30th ring road near Khalijiyw Tower (Bneid al Qar). I was stopping my car in the red light traffic and a bus driver (plate n 926943) , who was in my right side, was driving very badly and suddenly start turning the tires in my way (left side) I immediately pushed the horn to give him an allert and he pushed the brakes letting the tires scratching the road with a very noisy sound, in my car there was my wife, newborn daughter and my old mother, all of them were very scared. I have the driver picture and the bus plate number. Furthermore, when I told the driver to pay attention, he started laughing instead of saying sorry, I couldn’t expect such a behavior from bus dtiver.
Driver did not let me ride going to ABU HASANIA.
At 6:35AM, Mahboula bus stop, the Driver of this City Bus Plate Number 1643 did not let me take his bus going to ABU HASANIA.
It’s been months that I am taking that bus number going to my work place. He gives me reasons in arabic that I do not understand.
You need to do something about this, I am not just a regular passenger - I am pregnant and has limited capacities to stand in a hot weather for a long time. It is very inconsiderate of this driver!
Desired outcome: Driver needs to be sanctioned for this behavior.
Service
The worst kind of service ever, especially by the drivers plying on route 77. In the evening hours some of your drivers go fast through the straight line instead of going from the stop at Friday market stop. And to my surprise i have seen them running empty when there are dozens of the stranded passengers. Many a times i tried to take the picture of the bus, but i couldn't. Same thing is repeated at the omariya stop, while coming from city to khaitan, they do the same thing, taking second right to directly reach omariya signal, instead of taking the first right to go through the bus stop. To your surprise i am wrighting this complaint on omariya bus stop, when i felt that i will have to go by foot, even after waiting for last 1 hour...no 77 to be found...i hope the matter will be treated urgent and will be looked upon earnestly.
Desired outcome: Action has to be taken, otherwise will discontinue using city bus any ways.
Driver, service, almost causing injury
Hello... I'm very upset with citybus, if not all of them except kptc... drivers don't pick me up (I'm a 14 year old) even though I wish to pay. I know many people my age cause ruckus and stuff but I don't do that
And last time It was 3 pm when it was peak heat 43 degrees outside.. I was in salmiya French school depot for buses... I wanted to board just any bus no problem 77 77x a1 anything as long as I reach my destination... then I find a1 bus, I went to him and asked if I can come in he started shouting and everything and he told me to get the bus infront... I went there and that bus went I came back and he literally went away.. I showed him money I told him I will pay I didn't do anything but still like I'm some kind of criminal to him. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل. I hope he gets back what he did to me last time. I was burning in the sun and no one wants to rake me. Every bus that went they don't look at me when I'm waving for them to stop and they go. Another instance was when I was with my mother. We paid our fare and we were going to kuwait city... when we requested the stop the driver stopped very abruptly almost causing my mother to fall and didn't even stop the bus when he opened the doors at the stop. Very very bad. Wallahi I don't know how to express my feelings of anger. This is straight up discrimination.. I'm very sure this message will reach no body but I did what I can. Last time I was in bus stop waiting for 15.. I had my 350 fils to pay and wanted to board then the inspector told the bus to go go go quickly and he didn't let any bus to stop until I made it clear to him I want to pay... But I will say one thing Filipino drivers are at least having some mercy.. last time no bus wanted to stop at Amman St for 1 whole hour until a very nice 999 Filipino driver let me inside for free... I pray to God to make him a happy man. And I pray to God to make those who have blamed and discriminated me to get into the worst of the worst ya rab. Adults don't know what all of this means but just imagine when you are trying to go somewhere when LITERALLY NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE YOU. We are living in kuwait, not north Korea. Please have some respect and dignity you disrespectful undisciplined drivers. I don't want to say these words but wallah I have done nothing but good when I'm in or with bus drivers. I have always paid the buses that have to be paid like 15 999 and a1 EVEN THOUGH kuwait law says no and I have been trying my best not to be a problem to the drivers. I know everyone has bad days in work but DONT INFLICT IT TO OTHERS PLEASE. I will contact Kuwait Commute and get this resolved. Next time I swear to god I will take the video if something like this happend again because this is not okay. This is children, this is people. We are not pigs in the road side, not useless bags. We are human beings.

Bus going to sharq and farwaniya problem
I used to renew my buspass in city bus for me to have an easier way of coming and going to my work but this 2 days of waking up early and waiting for the 21A bus to come, I end up being late in my work. No one informed and there is really no public information that they stop this bus number. Its a big problem and hassle to us . The next day, obviously today, same thing happened , I waited for even 21 bus but it took me 25 to 30 mins just to wait for the bus from farwaniya to maliya . Again , I end up being late . Upon going home, very limited bus also, 15 mins of waiting and the bus is full, literally full that even all the women are standing in the aisle. We want to be comfortable also but what you are doing is the opposite way.! I am so disappointed to this!

And if we're trying to say something they're getting angry with us.

Bus doesn't stop
102x bus number 7809 , 7842 at 7.48 and 8.02 didint stop in Bneid Al Gar. Bith the busses went without taking thr passenger inside. It's great that we have not taken the 3 month 40 kd offer,as rebus service is horrible with city bus. Through there are many busses, it's of no use as there are used fir the drivers competition rather than for passengers.

From Farwaniya to Saban normal riding. After entering Saban, the driver changed the route without any information. Driver moved around in Saban not normal bus route. Finally Driver told to get down from the bus in Saban area because he wanted to return. According to his compelling I left the bus. From there by taxi I reached company.
