Cityliner worst experience from city liner express unethical behaviour by drivers

I took bus from larkin 18/05/2019, 7.30am
First of all, the bus freaking dirry discomfort seats, smelly, apart from that bus boarding at 7.30am from larkin, stopped at Tun aminah 7.47am and board again 8.35 almost 45 minits the bus driver takes break .
1 hours + not even move out from JB, rude driver arguing with pasengers.

Hopefully the management has to take some action to improve the services. People are paid to travel.

Cityliner worst cityliner driver

Im taking Bus T54 from Termina1 to Seremban 2 everyday..Today25/09/2018 early morning at 6am...Im waiting here since 530am..
Before that just want to know that is the City Liner Mybus is for public for Personal use of the DRIVERs?
As nor normal i was standing infront of the bus at Terminal1, bus the driver get in the bus and just move from here without notice the people standing in front.. the best part is the bus door is not opened at all since it was parked here around... I think this is his for the drivers personal use...i have approched the the incharge staffs who sitting with list of papers, refuse to provide the bus information and one more short and fat guy no time to look at me...
So..their simple answer is take another bus at 6.30am...
Just a simple advise for those very hard work! let them to stay at home...
i need proper explanation, in case if anyone willing read and do some extra work...

Please advise if i need to escalste it to goverment or any other departments...

Cityliner bus fare and smoking issue

This is not the first time I face this issue. Driver collect money more than the fare stated on the receipt. Please solve this issue ASAP and employ a better quality of drivers.

The ‘no smoking' sign is placed on the bus notice board. But why the drivers is smoking in the bus with the aircond is on ?

Also happen to me bro. Being shout when I'm asking for change. Why give him 4 ringgit instead of 3.60 ringgit. Rude driver driver id: 1094 (terminal serembant to Terminal Port Dickson)

Cityliner lazy and no punctual drivers

Why even this company employing such a lazy [censored] drivers who don't even have the discipline. Literally making people to wait so long and when I questioned he answered so stupidly. No petrol to start the bus. What a reason. Nonsense. Apart from that, most of your drivers don't even know the sign of No Smoking sticked on top of their head. Should have stick on to their face. Idiotic. I saw many has reported yet still the same.. don't know whether these complains do take in consideration or not. Please change drivers.

Kenapa bus linggi selalu lambat? 3 bus dah naik ke linggi tapi satu bus pun x pusing balik.. kita kena nak pergi kerja tau.. bukan kita orang nak gi jalan2. Kalau kita tanya ape2 bagi alasan macam budah sekolah... tolong lah.. bukan satu saje nak gi kerja...

Cityliner late arrival

Today I came to the Bus Stop at 8.56 am waiting for the bus that will always arrive at approximately 9 am to go from Lukut to Port Dickson. I waited for an agonizing half an hour for the bus to come and some of the potential passengers got frustrated and went away. Plus, sometimes, the bus comes ahead of its scheduled time which makes some of us who even come early, wonder if we were late. I hope City liner will at least come on standard scheduled time and not earlier or later.

Cityliner driver / cheated on bus fare

Driver ID: 8041 (NDC 596)

Told the driver my destination is MRSM Klawang and paid RM5, driver issued the destination at Terminal Klawang which costs RM4.30, and passed back the change of 10cents. I was repeated 2 times that my destination is different from the ticket, he yelling at me said "pergi duduk kat belakang!"

And while arriving at Terminal Klawang, all passengers went down only left me in the bus. One of the passenger (driver's friend) pointed at me sarcastically. And driver went down the bus and stared at me fiercely. I know it is not secure for me to continue riding the bus, so I went off and called my parent to pick me up.

Please take this case seriously, was heard about the issues so often and no one voiced out.

Cityliner cheat my money, bad attitude

Driver ID : 9062 (NDC2315)
I pay him RM4, waiting for him to give me back the changes and ticket. After I get the ticket and get to a seat, I double confirm to check the ticket, he dint give me back the small changes as the ticket shown me the route fare is only rm3. 10.
I think he has no small changes, so I give him 10sen and ask him give me back the RM1.
He don't want give me back and shout in the bus saying that I just give him RM3. If I really give him rm3, he will ask me pay more 10sen and won't acting like finding the small changes for me just now.
What kind of attitude is this? I willing to donate him RM 1 but with his attitude I so dissapointed with that.
Not only that, every times I take this cityliner bus, the bus driver driving skill is so dangerous. Sometimes smoking when driving, sometimes playing with his phone while driving.
I hope the management pay attention and take action on these non-responsible drivers.

Cityliner bus

The bus number is BMK7846 and the driver's duty time is almost 640, from klang to banting. I don't even know the driver's name but he made two serious mistakes today!
1.smoke in the bus. Isn't the bus had announced that no cigarette in the bus? Then how come the driver can smoke but passenger no?
2.He had overloaded. He fetched lot of people in a time until the door can't close too well need the people inside to closer and closer. Visual inspection, almost 50++ people were standing and twice of sudden break cause people lean forward

Cityliner smoking in the bus!

DriverID 9090 NDC 1239. 01:24 p.m. 8/7/17 from terminal 1 seremban heading to port Dickson. This driver is smoking in the car even though there are people in the bus as well.please consider others body health if the driver doesn't care his own. And some more there's elderly in the bus as well. Imagine if they have some health problem issues especially those who has lungs problem. Would you be responsible for this issue?

Cityliner Bus driver

I was waiting for the bus to go to Wakaf Bharu. Guess what? I've been at the ugly bus stand since 9.15a.m and the bus arrived at 11.00a.m. I saw a bus schedule at the bus stand. It says that there'll be a bus at 10.00a.m. I've been such a fool waiting for the bus. It even worse that I was late to attend my class. My teacher was really angry because its not only 10 minutes but an hour! Then, when the bus arrived, the bus driver scolded me for no reason! I'm hoping that I could yelled at him at that time. But I believe that I should behave well because he's only an old man who works for his family. I'm not that rude too. Well, I'm having a tough day because of staff like him. I'm really hoping that the company will train the driver to be more punctual and please respect the passenger too. Passenger wait for ages just for the bus. Please be punctual! If they can't be, why must they have that stupid schedule? Thank you for your consideration and time.

Cityliner Driver

Today I took bus from Banting to Klang..The person who took bus is name of Selvarajoo A/L Nallathambi, his id number 128810 and card number 6979.Today at outside so hot.I carry food on my hand n take bus.The driver scold me in front of everyone that i have food on my hand..That he ask why you cannot eat at outside..The reason was so hot at outside so i think wanna eat at inside of bus..There no rights to scold anyone without of reason and no rights to insult anyone..I want report this kind of bus driver..I eat for my health..No one can quest to me regarding my daily needs..Please ask the drivers behave his self...Some more I'm college student...So ask the drivers mind it his words...

Cityliner Leave without reason, bad attitude

I am taking the CITYLINER bus from seremban to port dickson.1pm, the bus driver just drove away while he already saw me standing in front of the door.
1.30pm, after a few passengers go up, the bus driver just close the door, leave without any reason and explain.
now, another bus is arrived, but the driver just sit inside the bus, chit chat using his phone and ignore the people waiting outside the door.
an uncle lost his patience and knock the window, after that the driver come out and SHOUT TO US!WHY CAN THE BUS DRIVER JUST SIT INSIDE THE BUS AND YELLING TO US?!
I reach seremban at 1pm, I wait until 2.30pm to take bus from seremban to port dickson
I am very angry and dissapointed to cityliner.especially the attitude of the drivers!

Cityliner Late arriving

On Friday the 14th of March 2015 my fiance made use of Cityliner service to travel from Midrand to Kimberley. We choice their service due too their time schedule. We only spend tome time together one weekend a month and to have and extra little bit of time together is so valuable to us. Since the bus was an hour late I had to make arrangements with my employer to ACCOMMODATE her situation. Her journey to Kimberley was not very pleasant as the movie they had on was totally unprofessional (all about SA black african people suffering in this country) Since I also travel on other bus services to Midrand every second month, my trip is always a very nice experience with nice comedy entertainment making your trip a really good experience.
On Sunday the 15th she was suppose to leave with the same company at 10:55 pm travelling through the night and to continue with her work today. The bus arrived about 12:50am am on the 16th. Telling the driver they are late he repeated, "yes we are late" Trying to arrange her seat where to sit was a total joke. He just totally ignored her. They left just after 1am. She has to start at work at 8am. At 8:05 they were at Park station. She doesn't know how to convey being late to her employer. I find these kind of service shocking. I trust me the bus company I use are cheaper, but I am always on time. PS: My children travel the same service 2 years ago from Cape Town and I swore never again. This time I mean it, never again. Cityliner is a disgrace for public transportation. And after these companies have been so many times headlines on our news. Get your act together.

Cityliner Dangerous Driving

Yesterday while I was driving to PJ via the Federal Highway, there was a slight slowing down in traffic near the Kota Darul Ehsan (EPF). Suddenly when I looked in the rear view mirror, I saw this Cityliner bus heading towards my car at a very fast speed, and overtook my car narrowly avoiding an accident. I was driving on the slow lane, and there are no reason whatsoever for the bus driver to be driving that fast in such traffic condition. My family was in the car, and I am badly shaken from this incident.

I wish that the government to do something about these reckless bus drivers.

On our departure out of Uitenhage Eastern Cape this morning [protected] we came upon cattle on the road and slowed down. One of your cityliner busses also departing from Uitenhage to Port Elizabeth came speeding by and we had nowhere to go except slam brakes and try to avoid the cattle. The bus had aa trailer on as well. Can you please sort your driver out and give me some feedback. This happened just after 7:00 between Uitenhage and Despatch. En route to PE. Trailer had GP registration and doing 120 in 80 zone.

I'm here complain about bas timing. The uncle always too slowly and scold at customer however when the bus stop he always take money and dunno go where smoke or what doing for almost 20minit. Everyone waiting him in or outside the bus . It's didn't take serious on his job . I'm waiting for almost a hour to siting the bus . Normally the bus just take 30 minutes round the Klang but it's too slow. I just can said you guys company need take action . Jusco bukit raja bus

I was waiting the bus from 5:30pm to 06:30pm but it still not arrive!Before that i also waiting 2:30pm to 5:00pm also not arrive.

Hi I am facing a lot of issue and I will like this to be taken attention by your company.
-I will never get my change if my destination cost is 1.50 and if I give 2.00 I will never get my 0.50.The money will be need to give to the driver hand.The Driver are so rude.When we ask for our balance they will always say IF YOU HAVE THE EXACTLY CHANG YOU GIVE OTHERWISE THERE IS NO BALANCE EVEN FOR rm10.00.
-There is no on time bus and its depend on the driver always if there is a driver available he will come and we have to wait in front of the RHB for more than 3 hours sometimes for the bus to arrive.There is no confatable placed for ladies or old mans to sit and wait for the driver who just park the bus at RHB and closed the bus door and go for DRINK and EAT and the nearby restaurant. It.It will take up to how long they want to chit chat with their friends over there and even in rain we have non choice we have to be patients.

I want to go to banting from dengkil.
I was waiting the bus from 9:40 to11:10 but it still not arrive!
I am very angry and disappoint to cityliner.

Same for the cityliner from banting to putra central.
My friends and I was waiting for the bus driver to depart.
But he said he want to eat first. He take 30 minute to have his lunch.After this, he was chatting with other bus drivers!
The bus should be almost 1:30 departed, but they delayed to 2:45!

I wish they can mind their behavior and be responsible so the passengers will not suffer.

There was a bus driver. His driving routine is from Banting to KL town every morning between 5, 30 to 5.45am. I noticed him for quite sometime eversince I took bus to work. From what I can gather, besides driving fast for no reason, he did not stop exactly at the bus stop to pick up passengers, sometimes not even stop though the passengers given the sign. Which means he select the passenger and bus stop whenever he likes. There was once that he shouted at me for giving him some cents. He scolded me because he said that he do not want syilings. My bus fare is RM 5.80 and definitely I will be giving him 80 cents. If I gave RM6 I doubt that he shall gave me back the remaining 20 cents. I heard some passengers complaint about him but not in front of him. At the beginning, I thought that it is a small matter and maybe he will change. But it seems like he is actually becomimg worst. I think the bus company should take proper action against his working attitude before things getting worst later. We would like to be treated equally as
passengers and not the driver can do whatever he wants to us just because he is driving the bus. Please mend this situation before things become ugly.
