I ordered a Rollator from Citypb on 4/13/2022, but I still haven't got it. They said they would give me my $105 back in 4-8 days, but it's been almost a month now. I think Citypb is a scam. I wouldn't give them any stars at all. 00000

I ordered a Rollator from citypb.com on March 3 for $105. They said it would ship in *** days, but it still hasn't come. I've tried emailing them, but they haven't responded. The phone number they gave doesn't work either. Be careful if you're thinking of buying from them.

Citypb is terrible! I ordered a bean bag chair on March 14th, 2022. After 2 weeks, they told me I would get a refund because they couldn't track my shipment. But I never got my refund, and they won't answer my emails. Don't buy anything from this company. They're a rip-off!

I got a bean bag chair from CityPB on March 4th. I waited for weeks but didn't get it. So, I asked to cancel my order. That was like a month ago and I still didn't get it, so I asked for my money back. But I never got the refund. City PB is a big scam.

I ordered from citypb on 3/15/2022 and still haven't heard anything about my order. The email and phone number don't work, which makes me wonder why this website is still running and taking people's money. I wish I had known about this before I placed my order.

SCAM! DONT BUY FROM THEM! Like everyone else, I orderd a bean bag chair and 2 months later, still nothing. I did get a order confirmation when I placed my order but havent heard anything since. They have a fake phone number on their website. I feel so stupid for thinking they were a real company. Dont waste your money like me, buy somewhere else. If the price looks too good, it is!

I got a Rollator upright walker from Citypb like everyone else. They sent me an email to confirm the order, but then I didn't hear anything. I emailed them and a representative said there was a problem with shipping from overseas. He said I could get a refund or they would send one from the warehouse. That seemed weird because why not just send it from the warehouse in the first place? Anyway, I haven't heard back from them and I've tried emailing them but no luck.

This site is a total disaster! I tried to buy something, but it got lost twice. They said they'd give me my money back, but then they disappeared. I never got my refund and they won't answer my emails. I got an email saying my order was confirmed, but now I think it was all a scam. They need to be stopped and punished for stealing people's money. Don't use this site!

I wish I checked here before I did biz with Citypb. I ordered an item on [protected] for $110 and got a confirmation email. Never got shipping notice or any further communication from them despite sending several emails. As of today their website ain't active no more and the phone seems disconnected. Obviously, they was a scam and this is an expensive reminder to always check here first. I'm gonna leave my review and agree to the Customer submission policy but I'm concerned that per that policy I can't then file a complaint. Does that mean the ComplaintsBoard.com won't investigate Citypb? They're exactly the type of biz that should be investigated and prevented from endeavors to defraud consumers in the future.

No stars for Citypb! They should be closed and punished for stealing! Lots of customers have the same story! They're a total scam! They say they send the stuff you paid for, give you a fake tracking number, and then keep lying about it. When they offer a refund, it's just another scam. I've read so many stories from other victims! They should be reported to the authorities who can shut them down and charge them with a crime! They have other websites too! Their whole scam group needs to be shut down right away so they can't cheat anyone else! As of 4/4/2022, the stuff I ordered and others are still on their website! So they can still cheat people out of their money! They also put fake charges on customers' payment methods! Be careful!

Scam! Fake order, fake email responses, fake tracking numbers. Fake. Cancel your credit/debit cards if you used it on their site.. I got 12 charges for *** pay I did not authorize shortly after I purchased from what I thought was a legit store.

They are not a legitimate website. Ordered 2 products and neither came. Called alternate phone line and gentleman answered "hello" Then changed his response to city pb, then hung up on me when i asked about my ordered. emailed them requesting refund, and they have not refunded my money although it is past the refund period. Definitely a scam!

I ordered a giant fluffy fur bean bag from this company. they stated it was lost twice in shipping due to their overseas company however i found that the tracking number was out of *** and stated the item was in transit. they stated they would refund my money. and when i emailed them stating it had not been refunded in my bank, they stated i was wrong and if i had an issue i was to dispute. Not a surprise that their phone number is not working. I am a single mother with a tbi and broken neck with autistic children and this would have been a nice surprise for them. Instead i am scammed. if i could leave zero stars i would. it is sad that companies like this are not held accountable for their actions.

Made a purchase on 3/27/22 of a bean bag chair, they said *** days before it arrives. It has never been shipped, they dont answer any emails and others have said they experienced the same. It is a scam. I want to cancel my order and a refund to be issued.

Ordered Standing upright on [protected] for a total of $105.00. Order number not provided. They deducted $105.00. My bank is offline at the moment so I am unable to get the date of the transaction. The email stated I would receive it within a certain number of days. That hasn't happened. The customer service number has been disconnected. The office is busy all the time. I sent an email to customer service but received no response.

Ordered this 7ft bean bag on citypb.com and haven't got it. Haven't got a response from email or customer service. The number they have is out of service. This company needs to be shut down before anybody else gets ripped off because the website is still up and you can still purchase products and get ripped off from this website. It is a total scam. I placed an order for a bean bag and have repeatedly reached out to customer support with no resolution. Initially, I was told there was a problem with their shipping provider and assured it would ship out in two days and that they would provide me with shipping confirmation. I confirmed that was ok and have not received a shipping number or any response to my multiple attempts via email to reach someone. The company website lists a phone number but after repeated attempts its disconnected as well.

I purchased a bean bag chair from them on April 4 2022 and the order says it was placed yet they took the money from the bank they said they would send tracking number and when it is shipped nothing I have written them 3 times no response. All I want is my money back. I noticed alot of people complaining about this site. People are being scammed and this is totally unfair. I just want my money back any help would be appreciated and get these people off the web. People work hard for there money and this isn't fair to any of us who ordered from them. Thank you

I purchased a foldable bathtub (order #***) from Citypb.com, on Feb. 25, 2022, for $129.99. After waiting the recommended 15 days with no shipping information, I contacted Citypb's customer service via online contact form. I received a reply stating that the company's international seller had never shipped my item, and was asked if I would prefer a refund. I agreed to the refund, and was told it would be sent in 4-8 days. I waited the suggested 8 days, and received no refund. Today is March 30, 2022, and as it stands I have no item that I purchased and no refund.

On 3/21/22 an order was replaced on citypb.com for a bean bag chair for $68.00. I was given an order # of ***. I have been trying to contact the business and the phone numbers are not in service. I attempted to email the email address and have received no response. I have not received a tracking # that the item has been shipped. Everything I have read since has warned of this site being a scam. I did not know or realize this until I was trying to follow up on why I did not receive confirmation of my item being shipped and have not been able to reach the business.

I ordered two bean bag recliners from City PB on Feb 24th for $179.98. They never sent us the product. When we inquired about it they said they couldnt track it and would try again. They then stated they would refund our money and never did. When we inquired about that they said its not their fault and to dispute it with the bank. We did do this. They are still selling the same product. After further research, they seem to give everyone this same response. We are still trying to get our refund from the bank. I dont understand why they are still allowed to keep doing this and scamming people.

I ordered a bean bag on line from them and paid $85.00. I received an email with my order confirmation but had no shipping information. I have emailed them twice asking for updates and asking where my order is and when to expect it. Their phone number is busy and does not accept calls. I simply want to either get a refund or find out when the delivery will be. It was a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone. I have tried every other option to communicate with them but they have 1 star reviews and seems my only option now is to report them they will not respond and phone is always busy.

I ordered a bag recliner on 2-27-22 order # Ctypb1581 for $99.99. As of March 23 2022 still hadn't received it. I emailed the support center received an reply same day sayin they had a problem with shipping company an they would have another sent out or refund money. I replied to have it refunded (same day March 23) said they would process an may take 5 to 10 business days. It is now April 7th an no refund, no reply to any emails. I looked at the website an called the number none of the numbers are working numbers an no way to contact them. I'll attach screen shots of everything I have pre order an email wise.

I alerted the on April 2nd and said they would take care of it. April 5th I asked for a tracking number and have not received anything.Also, website https://citypb.com/pages/contact-us has a defunct phone number that is invalid

Purchased a large bean bag couch on March 8th 2022. Due to the order not being received I reached out to the company via email and they said that I would be able to get refunded it was delayed due to shipping issues and as of today April 18th I still have not received my refund I emailed three times did not get any reply I tried the telephone number listed on the website it is out of order. The order number indicated on the email that I received the confirmation email is 2023. Although $85 may not seem much to some people when you live paycheck to paycheck it's a lot is there any way you can help me get my funds returned?

CityPB *** CityPB.com Website Online Purchase Lost $80.00 Checked website and did research beforehand and everything checked out. Then, placed an order for a bean bag chair. Received a confirmation email and waited. Never received tracking number. Emailed support and got an email back stating they were unable to locate my order and if I didn't receive a tracking number by that Monday to email back requesting a refund. Never got a tracking number. Emailed back to request a refund and then they stopped replying. Never got an email back after that. So I have now hired a lawyer and they are going to launch an investigation into the "company" and website to find out who it traces back to.

I ordered an upright bicycle with basket and a seat, for myself on Feb 19 2022. The price is $105.00. I have emails to and from citypb from when I placed the order to when I asked for a refund. I never received the bicycle or the refund. The bicycle would have been good for me to get around outside with no help. I waited the 4-8 days for a refund which didn't happen. I ordered an item from this online store around the end of February, early March, and never received the item. After a while of waiting, I emailed the support team, asking where the item was, and was told the item was lost. I was then asked if I wanted a refund. I responded saying that Id rather have the item; I was told by online support that another item would be sent. After almost another 2 weeks go by, I emailed again asking where the item was. I was told that I couldnt have the item shipped due to issues on their end and that I would be refunded. I asked for a confirmation number for this refund and was told Id get it on that Monday. On that Monday, I emailed asking for the confirmation number. I was sent the old tracking information, so I emailed again and explained I needed information on my refund. It has now been almost 2 days with no response. I never received the item or a refund.
