Classic Collision I had to pay from my own pocket to fix my car, while they waited for the insurance money

I had to pay from my own pocket to fix my car, while they waited for the insurance money. It's been more than a month since they cashed the money, but I still haven't been paid back.

Classic Collision I had a big issue with Classic Collision's service

I had a big issue with Classic Collision's service. They damaged the driver's leather interior panel on my door. An employee documented it and informed the estimator. They mentioned the manager was out of town and would contact me the following day. However, a week passed without any word from the manager. I advise all customers to be wary. A managerial response to such issues should be the minimum expectation.

Classic Collision Worst experience with a body shop I ever had to deal with

Worst experience with a body shop I ever had to deal with. My car was at this shop for almost 4 months just to fix rock chips. Every time they told me my car was ready for pick up, it was always an issue with something. If it wasn't paint not matching, it was overspray on the car, and the Manager *** was terrible at customer service. He wanted me to take my car even though there were problems with their work, and I know he had to have seen them. He even threatened to leave my car in the parking lot with the keys in it if I didn't take it, all because I was not satisfied with overspray on the car and surface scratches on an area they had just painted. I just want customers to be aware of this company pushing cars off on customers who don't look over the vehicle on pick up. Especially when they know a problem is there and they act as if they don't know until you point it out to them.

Classic Collision pdf attatched - paint repair color does not match

pdf attatched - paint repair color does not match. i took my car to classic collision, llc to fix a scratch on the side. they did a decent job with the repair, but the color they used for the paint does not match the rest of the car. it's a bit off and stands out. i'm not too happy about it because now i have a noticeable spot on my car that looks different from the rest. i expected them to do a better job with the color matching. overall, the service was alright, but the paint issue is a big disappointment.

Classic Collision Business offers a key drop box service

Business offers a key drop box service. On November 21 at around 1PM I drop off my car and put the key fob in the Dropbox. Call back on my return home on Friday and they said they did not know where my key was. No inspection or work had been done. They refuse to reimburse me for my lost key fob. I had my car towed to the dealership to get a new fob. The cost of the fob was $1489.

Business got this drop box thing where you can leave your car keys. So, on November 21, around 1PM, I dropped off my car and put the key fob in the Dropbox. When I called them back on Friday after I got home, they said they didn't know where my key was. They didn't even bother to check my car or do any work on it. And guess what? They won't give me any money back for my lost key fob. I had to get my car towed to the dealership to get a new fob, which cost me a whopping $1489. Can you believe it?

Classic Collision State Farm sent me a reimbursement check from an accident that was NOT my fault, dash cam proof

State Farm sent me a reimbursement check from an accident that was NOT my fault, dash cam proof. The check was meant for Classic Collision. They keep calling and bothering me for money, even though STATE FARM owes them the money, not me. They even threatened to send it to collections. Not my problem. I called State Farm and they said they would NEVER allow them to call me and collect money without talking to me first. Classic Collision needs to take a break and sort this out.

Classic Collision Classic Collision has had my car for over 6 months, "trying to" repair damage due to an accident

Classic Collision has had my car for over 6 months, "trying to" repair damage due to an accident. The owner/manager keeps saying next week, ext week, next week for the past several months. I am ready to file a legal lawsuit seeking all financial damages for his negligence and unethical, dishonest business practices. I am currently renting a car from Enterprise Rent A Car. The owner offers to reimburse for all charges by Enterprise, but so far, Enterprise claims that nobody at Classic Collision has contacted them at all.

Classic Collision This company fixed my car after my accident

This company fixed my car after my accident. Two weeks later, my radio was declared uncapped and caused my head gasket to start smoking. My car was purchased through US Auto Sales. I had to send the car back because the company messed up the repairs. They replaced my radiator because it was damaged during the accident, but two weeks later, the car suddenly shut off and started smoking. They refused to cover the cost and I had to send my car back, which resulted in a repossession on my credit because they didn't want to fix their mistake.

Classic Collision I went to Classic Collision, LLC to get my car fixed after a car crash

I went to Classic Collision, LLC to get my car fixed after a car crash. It was an insurance claim, and they are a Geico supercenter for repairs. It took them 3 weeks to "fix" my car. When I picked it up, the sliding door wasn't working. They asked me to bring it back, but after 5 more days, they still couldn't fix the door. They then referred me to a *** dealer and told me to pay and submit the claim to insurance. It's ridiculous! I hired them, and they charged my insurance for repairs that they didn't even do. And now they expect me to pay and submit the claim myself. There's no accountability for their time and incompetence.

Classic Collision I took my car to Classic Collision, LLC on Buford highway after a car accident

I took my car to Classic Collision, LLC on Buford highway after a car accident. The person who hit me recommended them as one of their repair shops. When I dropped off my car, I made it clear to three different people that I only wanted an estimate and not any repairs. They gave me a form to authorize the work, but I didn't sign it and reiterated that I was only there for an estimate. Three days later, they called me to say that the work on my car was done. I told them I didn't authorize it. The manager, ***, tried to explain that it was marked for repairs because of a sticker their staff puts on it, but I told them that wasn't my problem. It seems like this body shop is operating fraudulently because they knew they would get paid by the insurance company. They didn't care that I didn't sign an authorization and just assumed I wouldn't make a fuss. I don't think it's legal to expect payment when you weren't authorized to do the work. This business is really shady and doing things that are against the law. I'm sure if I were expected to pay, no work would have been done until I paid and signed the authorization.

Classic Collision First, when I went inside, the person in the office only greeted me once another person arrived, who happened to be white

First, when I went inside, the person in the office only greeted me once another person arrived, who happened to be white. I was told that *** was in a meeting and I had to wait until he was done to receive help. So, I waited for 35 minutes while the white associates walked around and ignored me. Eventually, a Black associate came to help me. I informed this associate that I had met with *** before and he had given me an estimate of $458, stating that fixing my tail light would only take 24 hours. I dropped off my car on Thursday and was told that I would receive a response, but no one texted or emailed me for four days. I rely on this car for my Uber job and lost $600 in revenue. When I returned on Monday, the white associates there ignored me again, while the lone Black associate asked if I had been called to see if my car was ready. I replied no, and expressed my desire to have my car back because it wasn't ready as promised. He then had someone bring the car around, but it had paint on the window from one of the workers. I asked to have the paint removed, and the young lady I spoke with was very rude. She said that since I abruptly asked for my car back, they didn't have time to remove the paint. Then she sighed and reluctantly said she would try to remove it. This entire experience has been racist and uncalled for. Your customer service was terrible. I will never return.

Classic Collision I want to first mention that this repair was started by Classic Collision.

I want to first mention that this repair was started by Classic Collision. My tailgate had a small dent but it was working fine. They said it needed to be replaced. The services were done on time and it looked good on the outside. Now my tailgate won't open at all with the handle control. Sometimes it opens with the key fob and indoor control. It's been a year and it's still not working. At first, I waited 6 months to get it checked because CC said their machine to test mechanical issues wasn't working. They never called me to update, I had to keep calling them. Later, I took it back twice and they showed me that it worked when they pressed the remote, but then it only opened sometimes. The handle control hasn't opened the tailgate since the initial repair. They said the handle needed to be replaced and it could take a while to arrive. I've been waiting and waiting. I called to check if the handle arrived and they said my tailgate was fixed. I reminded them it wasn't fixed and we were waiting for the new part. They said they would call me back to update on the handle order. No one called me back. I called and they didn't return my calls. I've been dealing with the same person the whole time. I think his name is John. I just want my tailgate to open like it did before they replaced it. If they can't fix it, then send it to another repair shop. They won't return my calls for an update.

Classic Collision After waiting 4 months for repairs, I was told it would only take 14 days to drop off my truck

After waiting 4 months for repairs, I was told it would only take 14 days to drop off my truck. But when I finally got my truck back, the work hadn't been finished or checked properly. I keep finding repairs that were mentioned to ***, but they haven't done anything about it. Here are some examples: 1. The undercarriage engine cover skid plate is still broken and hasn't been replaced. 2. The front bumper wasn't installed correctly. 3. The wheel cap cover is still broken and hasn't been replaced. 4. The passenger side wheel well cover is loose and the support bracket is missing screws, which makes a banging noise when I drive. 5. The battery electrical cover hasn't been reinstalled. 6. The rear of the bed on the passenger side still has damage that was missed during the repair. *** said it was caused by rocks on the road, but my truck has rock guards and it's clear that it was from the accident. They missed this repair and it's obvious they weren't going to fix it. I have been very patient with this company, but they haven't returned my calls. This has been a really unpleasant experience trying to get my vehicle repaired. They still haven't finished the job! This level of neglect when returning unfinished vehicles to customers should be looked into. I'm sure other customers have had the same experience as me, but they either give up or don't have the time to deal with it. So I'm reaching out to you for help and a solution. I'm asking for a rental car paid for by Classic Collision when the truck goes back for repairs. It's inconvenient for me since I live in *** and I've given them plenty of time to finish the job! Thank you.

Classic Collision On Dec 1, I got a text from ***, saying they painted the vehicle and are gonna start putting it back together

On Dec 1, I got a text from ***, saying they painted the vehicle and are gonna start putting it back together. Then on Dec 6, I got another text saying it's almost all back together, but there's one part for the front bumper that won't come for a few weeks. Can you believe it? They told me my car was being fixed, and now they're saying it's still missing a part?!?! So I texted back asking for an explanation, but didn't get a response until the next day. Finally, *** texted me back and answered my questions, but then said it was the lower bumper cover grill that was missing, not the fog lamp they mentioned before. I was so tired of the texts, I just wanted someone to call me and explain properly. Eventually, *** called. We talked for about 4 minutes about everything that was still missing from my car. Then I mentioned that I wanted to talk to the manager. Surprisingly, the manager started talking without even introducing himself or letting me know he was listening. Classic Collision didn't care about my privacy, it seems. And after he "talked down to me like he was my boss," he just disappeared from the conversation without saying goodbye. The next day, a *** called me and I explained everything again. Eventually, *** mentioned that I only had to pay $1000 for the deductible, not $1500. But when I went to pick up my car, they told me it was $1250. I was so mad and frustrated, I didn't want to argue anymore, so I just paid. Long story short, because of the missing parts and lack of updates, I had to cancel my Christmas plans. It's been 6 weeks since I dropped off my car, and I paid the full amount, but my car still doesn't have all the parts. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR MY COMPLAINT.

Classic Collision On Thursday, July 21, 2022, around 3:00 P

On Thursday, July 21, 2022, around 3:00 P.M., my wife was driving northbound on I-95 in ***-Dade County with our three (3) children when they got rear-ended by ***. The *** Trooper *** [ID/Badge #: 4723] cited them for Careless Driving [Citation: AFQ8TXE]. We filed a claim with State Farm Mutual [CLAIM #: 5937C916K].

On Monday, August 15, 2022, we took our 2008 *** Armada to Classic Collision of Hollywood for a 2:00 P.M. appointment. We left the vehicle there for [73 days] as referred by State Farm. *** didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. The accident made the 2008 *** Armada technically unsafe, with the Antilock Braking System (ABS), Slip Light, and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) OFF fault indicator lights all illuminated.

They called me multiple times to pick up the vehicle, but the repairs weren't complete. On October 27, 2022, they called again and said the vehicle was ready. I went to Classic Collision on October 28, 2022, but the vehicle still wasn't repaired. I called State Farm to ask for a different repair shop. *** falsely claimed to State Farm that the damaged sensors could have been from a previous accident, but there's no evidence to support that. *** should provide verifiable facts to back up their claim. *** is responsible for the ***.

I stopped paying for the rental on October 29, 2022, which led to me incurring rental charges from October 30, 2022, to November 11, 2022 [$807.40]. I also didn't pay the additional charge for the unfinished repairs [$2,442.68] and the Diagnostic [$582.28] that was supposed to be done by AutoNation *** of ***. Classic Collision of Hollywood failed to fulfill their obligation to restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. They engaged in unethical behavior, leaving me with a cost of $3, *** due to Sals false statement. I request to be fully compensated.

Classic Collision We took our custom parts to Classic Collision

We took our custom parts to Classic Collision. They messed up a big, expensive bumper, did things twice, and charged us an extra $2,000 plus $50 per day for storage. On June 23rd, we brought our car to Classic Collision. Jason, their worker and boss, said they could do the fancy upgrades to our car and quoted us $12,227 after a long talk about what needed to be done. My fiancé Bob signed the quote (after it went up by $2000 three times from $8-$12), which covered EVERYTHING. Then he said he had to leave for a family emergency and David and Jesse would take over. My fiancé went to the shop every other day to check on the work, texting and calling because things were getting done out of order, causing more time and work. But also, our bumper was glued on wrong. The glue came apart, making the application bad and damaging the custom bumper piece we brought. We didn't find out until the end of the job when Jesse called us on Aug. 4th and said Jason was no longer with the company, only after we insisted on talking to him. My fiancé had been texting Jason as early as Jul 9, telling him he was worried about the quality of the work and that things were being done wrong over and over. Jason wrote back saying David and Jesse were capable and he was still on leave. Even though we were there almost every day, the car couldn't be finished. We asked them to fix a list of things that were supposed to be fixed already. Classic Collision charged us more money for the bad work and damage to our bumper, totaling $14,085.58. After we complained, they admitted to the damage and are not arguing about the bad work anymore (after we reminded them what was in the quote and original talk), nor are they arguing about ruining our bumper. We think we should only pay the original quote of $12,227 (a number David gave us in an email), minus the cost of fixing the bumper work that was done wrong and the cost of buying a new custom bumper, which is $10,227. We think this is fair because there is other bad painting and body work that needs to be fixed somewhere else, costing us time and money. Now they say they'll charge us $50 per day for storage until we pick up the car, even though we are arguing about the bill. They won't take any more responsibility for the bill except for a $1,085.58 discount from the high $14k bill.
