Cleartrip has the worst customer service, i had book my flight with them, they them self changed the ticket without my confirmation and when i was not happy with the changes, i cancelled and asked for the refund, its being more then 6 months now, until now they havent refunded and everytime i call they have the same answer, we dint got the money form airline, once airline pays us we will pay you back. its better to pay double to the airline then to book with cleartirp.

I book my ticket in in last week of April as my flight was on 12th of May but because of govt restriction I couldn't fly and have to cancel on 11th of May and they Cleartrip Guy told me that Trip ID [protected]. Refund will take 25 to 30 days for refund processing now its been over a month and they are not reply my email and not give any response regarding that matter so kindly look into it and help me in this matter

I bought a round trip ticket (Dubai-Manila-Manila Dubai) via Cleartrip. The flight was supposedly last July but I had it cancelled because of the pandemic. I've been waiting for the refund but none was credited.
Refund of flight cancellation amount
I have booked return flight from Doha-Mumbai on Feb-03 2020 for the dates in the May 2020. While finalizing my tickets I have paid extra charges to secure my flight in case of cancellation or any other circumstances.
Meanwhile, In the month of April due to personal issues i have cancelled my flight through the portal and submitted request for the refund of balance money. Since last 6 months i am taking follow-ups with the cleartrip team. They are just giving unnecessary excuses since long time about their ongoing discussions with the airlines.
I am filing complaint to get my refund amount with effect immediately.

1. ClearTrip has been giving me the run around for my airfare refund. After multiple calls from my end from sept to oct - have made about 10 calls. They keep saying airline has not approved ... no reason given, no follow up. They escalate after i ask them and keep following up
2. After promising me a call back no one calls back or gives a status.
3. Today/ 19th Oct I got was told (no official communication) that the airline will be giving me a credit voucher to be used and this will take time . I was shocked as my friend who was on the same flight and booked thru clear trip got a refund on his card - trip id 200217621746 of AED 8048.
So I am asking how incompetent is the clear trip department that they process for one and not the other. They also do not care about customer service - have standard responses - sorry for the inconvinence. We will get back to you.
Please help me get my refund back. Never will i use ClearTrip again
Refund of cancelled air ticket
I have booked an air ticket from AUH to COK on March with trip ID-200128418948, for AED 917 and had to cancel due to the pandemic. So I have called the customer service and asked for the options available at the time and they informed me as complete refund is available for me because of the current situation and I cancelled the ticket instead of rescheduling. They informed me like within one month the refund will reflect in my account.
After a month I checked and nothing happened and I again tried to contact Cleartrip but they said over the phone, all functions are temporarily changed to online. so I continuously follow up the status over the application and they replied with the mail which they are working on the problem upto July and not a single time they didn't even contacted me regarding my issue.
After all these follow up made by myself, one day an amount of AED 42 have been credited to my account saying the amount refunded from Cleartrip. Then also I'm trying to contact them and the numbers were busy all the time or not available.
I'm fed up with the services of Cleartrip knowing that they didn't even value their customers or their feedbacks. I will not recommend you to anyone whom I know.

I cancelled the ticket on 1st May 2020 and was told that the refund will take 7 days and thereafter i was told that it will take upto 60 days from the date of cancellation. It is beyond 60 days now. Please help me to obtain my refund. I really need the money in these distressful times. I am hoping for your help for me to receive the money. I have more than 20 emails from cleartrip only apologizing without any action. Please help me
Full payment not received
I had booked a flight ticket from Cleartrip on June 5th, 2020. Ticket has confirmed for 11th June and that was for an Indigo flight. After 2 days i received an email from Indigo stated that the booked flight had been cancelled due to COVID-19 situation. After received this cancellation confirmation from Indigo, i have cancelled my booked tickets. During the cancellation of ticket, Cleartrip has mentioned that full refund will be provided as this is cancelled from Airline end. After few days i received an email from Cleartrip regarding the refund amount. I paid an amount of RS 10594 but they refunded only RS 2414. I don't understand the reason for the deduction of remaining amount. Flight had cancelled from Airline end and we did not travel. How they can justify the deduction of RS 8180. I need a full refund amount as this is not a mistake from our end. Kindly intervene and do the needful asap.

Air ticket refund

I had made an airticket booking with CLEARTRIP on 23Feb
Dubai to Manipal
AED 1034.
due to the fear on COVID19 situation, I cancelled the ticket on March/07
I got an automated response, that you will recieve refund in 7 working days.
Its been 3 months now, there is no refund now.
I emailed them on csff.[protected]@cleartrip.com
recieved a auto-response that it will be returned within 60days, from the date of cancellation.
Im following up constantly, I get the same auto-response

Refund amount request
I don't receive my refund amount for my cancelled air ticket. I cancelled my air ticket almost 80 day before.

Promised refund still not receive
I booked my ticket on cleartrip for my flight back home on march 22, 2020. Unfortunately because of covid the airline (oman air) cancelled all the flights as per the email that they sent my trip was cancelled they even ask me to redirect to the airline. So I called the airline, ask for assistance about this cancelled flight. Oman air assured me that all flights that has been affected will get a full refund. But since in my case I booked it on cleartrip. I need to contact them first so they will be the one who will cancel it and process the full refund. I even called oman air multiple times to confirm that. So I go online march 18th, since cleartrip said that they are getting huge number of calls which I understand. I know I am not the only one who's flight was cancelled. And since they have an option to cancel the ticket online. I cancelled it directly on their website, waited for an email confirmation after 3 hrs (will be attaching screen shots of the confirmation at the end) so base on the email they said that cancellation is confirmed will need to wait 5-7 bus. Days for the refund. After 7 bus days, I contacted them about the refund and now they said that they will process it in the next 60 days because of the huge # of request. I waited another 2 mos for the refund. Now they are saying that I need to wait until june 21st for the confirmation of the cancellation which I clearly cancelled it march 18th. I tried reaching out to them becaise it is taking time. Now they are only sending me generated email. I tried to reach a live person who can help me with these through their email support I got a response qith them that the airline is not giving out refund, which I confirmed from the airline and said that they are giving refund. That person said that they will contact airline and will get back to me, its been 1 week now I don't get a response from them. I also got another representative who clearly don't know what they are doing. This person said that the ticket is not cancelled and they converted it to an ope ticket, and giving me time when to rebook the flight. Which they know that there is no exact time when will this pandemic stops and safe to trave l because of this pandemic I decided not to go home yet and my sponsor will be the one who will pay for my ticket when I decided to go home. Now cleartrip is clearly keeping my money. Which I badly needed by now. I took all the patience I have for them try to understand them by taking time to respond. Which I shouldn't do because it seems that they don't want nothing to do with this cancelled flights. And keep all the money that they got from the people who worked hard to earn those money that they paid for those tickets.
Refund amount not reversed as promised.
March 15, I requested a cancellation base on the agent's information that it will be processed with a full refund. Upon checking (Trip ID [protected]) 537 AED was only reversed from 4, 851.61 AED spent. This is unacceptable, if I knew then I wouldn't cancel a flight dated Apr 22 as it is too early. I sent several emails with them requesting to convert it to the travel voucher or refund but they are sending the same emails without investigating. Emirates have convert to the voucher option. But since it was booked via the agent, the airlines couldn't process the travel voucher. I understand that Emirates did not refund my ticket but it was clear that my request was to cancel it if it will be a full refund and the agent assured me that it was a full refund. This is clearly a mistake in Cleartrip side. Please help me.
Non refund on cancelled ticket for inoperative flight

I had booked an air india flight ticket through cleartrip (trip id [protected]) from dubai to delhi on 17th march scheduled to fly on 24th march 2020 for aed 399.
Due to the lockdown imposed we had to cancel the same as no flights operated from dubai and none were allowed to touch down at delhi airport.
We have been requesting 'cleartrip' on refund as I need to return to india with complete bag & baggage and I wont be operating my account any longer but none have responded on my pleas.
We would request your good sources to help get the amount refunded at the soonest as per international civil aviation norms.

Refund amount discrepancy
I have booked tickets for my family through Cleartrip. Due to current corona situation, the flight was rescheduled by the airlines (Indigo) and accordingly I cancelled the tickets. As rescheduling was done by the airlines, they agreed to refund the full amount (AED. 4345.00). But when I cancelled the tickets through Cleartrip portal, they deducted considerable amount as cancellation charges and refunded only AED. 3376.00. I tried to contact Cleartrip customer service offices in UAE & India but not able to reach. Really unprofessional and service by Cleartrip.

cancelled my ticket which was booked through your portal. Airlines refund AED 736.00 You Cleartrip refunded only AED 367.00 How can you take away my hard earned money just like that. You make profit out of me is fine; but not cheating like this. when I spoke to the call centre, they promised that i would get a refund of AED 696.00 after deducting conveninece fees. As per your cancellation and refund procedure, I am supposed to get my refund within 5-7 days.But my tickets have been cancelled past 10 days and I have not yet received the refund.
May I know the reason behind such an irresponsible attitude?Your Customer Care Executive had promised me that the refund would be received by today.I have not received any refund as of now.
More over its the worst customer care service i have ever faced u done even have the minimum responsimbilty to talk to your coustmer.
Please take this case on a priority basis and settle as early as possible.

Please note that I tried booking a ticket from Kuwait to Cochin, however the web site showed that transaction was declined, but the amount was deduced from my bank in Kuwait. my reference Clear trip ID is191209664242 for which amount of KD 127.980 was deduced on 9th December 2019. I called up CLEAR TRIP numerous times but without any result. I also submitted my bank statement through mail for which they told me to contact the bank, I then have contacted my bank and the have given me the following codes by which transfer has taken place to Clear Trip account. E0225001 &[protected].
Please reimburse my money at the earliest as this has happened more than 20 days back.

on the 19th November you took 1805 QAR from my bank account and did not confirm my flight, I received a messaging saying this would be refunded in 24 hours, 7 days later I have still not received this refund, This is unacceptable as I needed to book this flight, Please advise urgently when this payment will be refunded, you should have not taken the money if the flight could not be confirmed, this is terrible service,
