This is the kachra site, nobody book ticket from this site. They are asking different thing and doing differently. Don't believe there customer executive they all are frood. I am asking to him change the my wife sirname but customer executive is asking to cancel the ticket, we will fine you only 70qr your other amount is refound in your account. But now they asking different story, bulddy lawyer people. Dont trust on this site and dont book ticket from cleartrip kachra.
non refund of failed ticket booked
I have booked a train ticket on 18/8/2018 id number [protected] from Kollam to New delhi, dated 10 /9/18 through your system..but the ticket booking was failed and deducted an amount of 4888/= from my account. In this regard i have contacted your customer care...they said this amount refunded already and it willbe mention in my account within two three days. But its not receved till date
change of international travel tickets
I had called up the customer care number on 28th Jul and asked to advance my departure date by one day for Trip Ids [protected], [protected] & [protected]. As per your rules, i have to call from my registered Indian number only. Since my indian number is under international roaming because of my location, i incurred huge call cost. Even then, i called and requested for the amendment in the departure dates for me, my wife and my daughter ticket.
So far, this has not been done and there is no communication. I had requested for the communication on my registered email address so that i can pay the change fee, if any.
horrible service and product. a true nightmare
This is regarding the numerous calls and a fruitless effort to change a simple reservation with your customer support people. The reason they are not able to change the tickets is the fact that they cannot price the tickets for change on a call.
The initial effort started almost a month ago where despite giving a travel window of 15 days with any travel time they were not able to give the pricing on the call and requested a call back from a member. After numerous calls, someone finally called and gave me a price and while trying to change the tickets the call got disconnected. I called immediately and no one else was able to price that was quoted or the tickets for that matter. At the brim of frustration, I gave up calling Cleartrip anymore. This was a pre-pone of the tickets FYI
Recently, we decided that we would postpone the tickets until November and book new tickets for the immediate need. I called again and asked for the pricing to change it to November 26, 27 or 28 through any route and still, the guys said they are not able to pull the pricing. They promise a callback which never comes through and instead just an email asking to callback with no update on the email. She has called back only to go over the same things and dates over with 5 other guys who promise the same thing.
It is very surprising for a company with an online presence and 700+ employees you do have the facility to call an airline and get the pricing and resolve a simple issue. It feels like a joke that you cannot go out of the box to resolve an issue of a frustrated client. It also surprises that there is no manager present on the floor at night times at your customer service locations. It is very annoying that you guys have no system to write a proper email to give a proper update instead of asking a callback.
It is by far the worst product and customer service I received from a booking site. Looks like all the company cares about is taking the money and not bother to resolve any issue.

On april 16 i booked a ticket for my 2cousins manila to dubai but unfortunately due to they are on visit visa the imigration declined them to exit in philippines. April 17 i called cleartrip to inform thesame and they it will be considered as nos show and it will take 45 days for the refund they have to wait the pal airlines to revert back to them, on May 5th i called them just to check the status they said they will follow up from pal, today i called them again they sai they will follow up again, i asked them when is the last time you follow in pal airlines they sai on may 5. So meaning if i will not call them thay will not follow up drom the airlines. I called pal airlines and i gave the passenger ticket number and names an they said that they dis not receive any emails from cleartrip or call for thesame. And pal airlines clearly mentioned that since it is ofloaded from imigration cleartrip doesnt required any approval from their end and cleartrip can refund the ticket immediately. I called cleartrip again and the agent said that she have to call the pal airlines first then she get back to me after few minutes saying that today is sunday and no office for them but i just spoke the pal airline on thesame day. Agent told me that he will call me back today but she did not call me back till now! I feel hopeless and helpless on this case because its morethan 45 days already and no action taken! Is this a kind of customer service that cleartrip is providing?

I booked two to tickets through Cleartrip and after that I noticed that the tickets has same name I contact customer service to change the name after long conversation which extended to two days between Cleartrip and airlines they tills me that is not possible the only obtion you have is canceling the ticket and book again and you will receive the refund after 5-7 working days, I canceled the booking since March 9, I contact them again after 9 working days and they talls me there is delay after 24-48H you will receive it, and they tills same thing over and over, so far I didn't receive any things neither refund nor call, this is the worst customer I ever had.
did not get my canceled ticket refund from more than month and half
I canceled my ticket with TripID: [protected] at Dec. 4 2017 but till now I didn't get the refund amount and only I got false promises from your ClearTrip team that they are following with airline.
I called ClearTrip call center within last month and half around 10 - 15 times and I submitted online complaints but without any real answer and same talk each time I got.
Even I spoke with some managers there but they were saying always same words, that the problem from airline.
Refund status
I booked MNL-DXB from Philippine Airlines (TRIP ID [protected]) (PNR XIBALI) back in August 2017. Later in October 3, 2017 I received an email from cleartrip that the flight timing has been changed. I contacted them and told that I don't agree with the new timing. They told me that I have the option to refund it which I did and was informed that I can get the full amount less the service charge. I agreed to that, and so the cancellation has been requested on October 22, 2017. The representative told me that it will take 45 working days to be processed. Counting the days, now it's January 5 and didn't receive any email or no updates about the status. This is very unacceptable because I have been waiting enough to have my money back and I don't understand why they are keeping it for so long when it fact I am eligible for this refund. And in the first place, it's not my mistake, if they haven't changed my flight time then this trouble should have not happened. Please help me to do something about this because this is totally frustrating.

I book a ticket from Cleartrip website at 31dec2017 for a ticket from Doha to Cairo, on 2jan2018 early morning.
my Trip ID: [protected] for three passengers (Women, children, and infant)
my ticket issues to be :
from Doha at 00:35 am To Muscat at 3:20 am
from Muscat at 4:20 am To Cairo at 6:55 am.
Now I received an email from your agency that trip from Doha to Muscat is changed and become 9:30 pm in 1st Jan 2018. I went to Hamad International Airport at the time and check the Oman airlines but there is no reservation under my name. So I call Qatar airways they inform me that Oman airway cancels the trip and put me on 2 Jan 2018 at 9:30 am. Based on the above my trip to Egypt on 2Jan2018 at 4:30 from Muscat will fail to catch it,
I try to call the call center of Clear Trip and asked about how can Oman airline change my ticket issued by Cleartrip agency, they confirm with me that they request to change my flight from Cleartrip and Cleartrip approve.
so if this is your responsibility why you confirm me for another date without arranging another flight to Egypt with me.
also if that happens to you why you send me to email that my flight is shifted to be 1st Jan 2018 at 21:35 and it is 2Jan2018 at 21:35.
it must be observed from your end and arrange all my trip till I reach Egypt,

Fraud transaction
Dear Sir,
I have made two booking from Cleartrip, to Andaman and Nicorbar island at Holiday Inn Beach Resort, Havelock Trip ID : [protected] and Holiday Inn Beach Resort, Neil Island Trip ID : [protected] from 24 - 27 th Dec 2017 and 27th -30th Dec 2017 respectively with pay at hotel policy for both the hotels.
1. I have cancelled the above mentioned hotels on 14- Sep-2017.
2. Cleartrip has made a fraud transaction for the second hotel i.e. for Trip ID : [protected] on 30-Dec-2017 @1:30 am, stating that Trip ID : [protected] booking was non-refundable.
3. The policy is same for both the hotels then why they have charged me only for one hotel.
4. As per policy if the booking is non-refundable in that case full amount should have been charged at the time of booking i.e. on 15-May-2017.
I have proof for all the above mentioned statement which I have made and can be produced in demand.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to express my deep regret to have bought my trip ticket from ‘Cleartrip'.
I had carefully planned my trip date and timing, as I had commitment and I had to return to Bahrain before 9 o'clock on Friday.
The story is that something had gone wrong from your side and Cleartrip had booked me on 23 December with FlyDubai instead of 22 December.
Cleartrip ticket clearly shows the date 22 December 2017, but when we arrived at the airport, surprisingly they informed us that we do not have booking for the specified flight.
However, that was not the real issue as there was enough time to correct the mistake and re-issue another ticket with correct date.
Unfortunately, the issues was Cleartrip staff who were very unhelpful (unlike FlyDubai staff) and when I called them from my mobile (having Bahrain SIM card which means NOT a free call) and had long conversation with them (45 minutes), finally admitted that something had gone wrong from their side and will re-issue another ticket.
Flydubai staff, and myself urged them to re-issue the ticket urgently as the gate will close soon.
Unfortunately, Cleartrip staff started to make excuses that they would not be able to re-issue the ticket for this flight and would re-issue for the 20:10 flight, which was very late for me as I had commitment back in Bahrain, and had to return before 9 pm.
Cleartrip staff had enough time to correct their mistake and book us on the correct flight. I wasted 45 minutes on the phone talking to your staff and asked FlyDubai staff to talk to your staff as well to explain the problem, but without any success, I run out of SIM charge and the line disconnected and we missed the flight.
Cleartrip staff called me and informed me that they will re-issue another ticket after 30 minutes for flight FZ025 departing at 20:10.
Once again, I would like to express my deep regret to have bought ticket from Cleartrip and will think twice before purchasing ticket from Cleartrip.

I book ticket from Cleartrip.but same time i canel ticket.they already charge from my account.i receive mail for cancelation.i want to confirm soo i call customer service Of Cleartrip.but she says they'll charge for me drm285 & rest i'll receive to wallet.but that amount i have to use withing 2 month.im not planing to book anything withing 2 months.

cash back on the booked trip
I have booked my air tickets from mumbai to bangalore for 22-dec-2017 for 4 people on 3rd november 2017 on which I has applied a coupon code stating that I would get cash back of 1500 rs. But which I did not received the same till date.
I have logged a complaint with customer care multiple time and also I was calling on customer care number multiple times almost daily for the same. But every time executive says that just give us a day I will try my best to close this case along with the cash back of amount 1500 rs.
Now the cleartrip executive says that please provide us the screenshot for the applied coupon. Here I want to share that do anyone take screenshots of each and every step while booking or while paying their bills.
Secondly, I have written multiple emails to cleartrip customer care but have not received any response to all my emails nor any revert from their front.
I hope that the accurate action shall be taken against them but non commitment of their sla's for customer service and also cheating with their customer by not refunding back.

So I book 7 tickets from cleartrip.com for Nainital Cable car ride. The booking was for 1 May 2017 at 10am. There was not clear information how we will get the entry to the cable car. So I called the cleartrip call center and asked how should I proceed with this booking and she told me that go to the counter and show the email. This email is your ticket.
On the day of activity we went to counter and shown him the email. The person at the counter said this does not mean anything either I have to buy ticket or check with cleartrip. So after going through email again I found Lalit Arya number. So I called Lalit at 9:45, and he was very arrogant person. He fist denied that we had any bookings. After explaining him for some time, he somehow found our booking and said that it would take him 20 min to send the tickets to us. The reason we did online booking and spent nearly 40% more than the actual ticket was to avoid waiting. After waiting for 30 min we booked the fresh tickets from the window and went for the ride. His person called me at 10:30 asking for our location. I called clear trip for refund and they denied. One thing Lalit mentioned was I should have called him a day before my activity, which was not mention in any instruction either on webpage or on my confirmation email.
It was cleartrip.com responsibility to make sure that there agent delivers me tickets on time.
Messed up ticket
I booked JetConnect flight from Mumbai - Chennai through Cleartirp for my wife who was travelling alone. The flight was at 2.55 AM and airline suddenly said they have not received the payment from Cleartrip. Cleartrip customer service is closed during night hours. Luckily, my wife had some money to buy a fresh ticket on same airline and traveled. I am calling cleartrip for 2-3 days but no action or sign of refund yet. I will never and ever use Cleartrip again instead try to book the tickets by calling the airline or visiting their websites. I would advise everyone the same. Thanks. Sam.

Please be careful while booking hotel rooms on ClearTrip India, otherwise you will be fleeced right under your nose. Recently, I booked a room. Everything was fine till I entered by card details. After that the money deducted from my account was much higher that what was showed on their site.
Flight cancelled no refund over 45 days

My wife's flight from Cedar rapids to Chichago (US Airways (Operated by United) ) was cancelled due to bad weather on April 19th, 2011.
My connecting flight(AI-126) from Chichago to Delhi was rescheduled to depart one hour prior to the departure time- April 19th, there was no way i could get the connecting flight.
I had to cancel the trip. I called clear trip April 19th 10AM CST and made a cancellation request.
I was told that it will take 2-3 weeks for refund, its already more than 45 days now, and i didnt get any status / response from cleartrip. ?

8 months and still waiting for refund of ticket money.

I had booked air Sahara ticket (Delhi - Bangalore 1st Jan 2007, e-ticket) from cleartrip.com. But due to bad weather the flight got cancelled and I was told that i'll get my refund from cleartrip.com. I sent the details to cleartrip with scan copy of my e-ticket which was endosed by air sahara staff.It has been almost 8 months and i have not received my refund yet.
I have called them several times and every time i call them they say that it will be done within a week. But when i called them day before yesterday again, they said they have not received a scan copy of e-ticket from me. But luckily i had all the mails that i had sent them and their acknowledgment in my mailbox and when I told them that if you have not received my e-ticket copy then why have you sent me an acknowledgment , the person on the phone " oh my mistake just overlooked your mail, we have received it". But now they are giving another excuse that there is no air sahara stamp on the scan copy.
What I want to ask is when the ticket is signed by the official why do they need a stamp.And if this was a problem why didn't they tell me this for last 8 months.In addition to this I want to say that there were two tickets booked for the same flight from mail id harikrishan.[protected]@gm.com (one in name of HariKrishan raina and other Hemant Pandita) and both of them were endosed the same way after flight got cancelled, then why could they make a refund for one (HariKrishan raina) and not for other (Hemant Pandita).
