My mother, ***, keeps getting phone calls from Client Services LLC [protected]
My mother, ***, keeps getting phone calls from Client Services LLC [protected]. They say they have a personal business matter. My mother has had a stroke and cannot not make rational decisions for herself. I am her POA. I have asked them to cease and desist calling her but they continue. She is 90 years old and lives off social security. They will not tell me what it is about. This company is harrassing her and she gets very upset. Really going to go after my mother who is 90 years old and cannot make decisions on her own. I try to send them my POA and my mothers diagnosis but they fail to give me any information to send it to.

Client services continues to call my phone even though I have explained more than 1000 times the person they are looking for no longer has the phone number they have been calling. They call me every day from a different phone number such as *, *, *, etc. They have endless phone numbers they call from and they do not care what you say have to say they hang up on you an continue to call again and again and again. If I don't answer they don't leave a message and then call back 10 more times throughout the day never leaving a message. I have had enough! I shouldn't have to get a new phone number to stop being harrassed!
On 07/13/22 at 12:59pm, I received a text message that was a picture with text saying: "this message is from Client Services Inc., a debt collector. Please call . reply stop to opt out." I'm not sure if they're trying to collect debt, but as far as I know, I have no debt. I've been keeping up with all bills I have had in the past. So it bothers me that I keep being contacted when I have no debt that I'm aware of. I also don't like that I'm being contacted while at work.
This company calls relentlessly using a different phone number every time. So far they never say anything nor have left any messages. From research, it seems they are a debt collection agency. I have no defaulted or any kind of unresolved debts so they have no legitimate business contacting me. My suspicion is they are trying to get to someone else believing I know know that person? I don't know what else it could be. Regardless, without messages or saying anything, it's useless. I am on the Do Not Call list and all they are doing is harassing me without any legitimate business with me and no standing to do so. I have tried blocking their number but they keep using new numbers every day. It's abusive and needs to stop immediately.
I receive calls daily from "Client Services" from various numbers starting with (636) area codes. I try blocking the number but they call from a different variation of their phone number daily. I do not have any outstanding debts. They have been calling me DAILY for at least a month. They do not leave messages. I try blocking the number but they keep changing the number. It is harassing and extremely annoying.
Received a call from [protected] about collecting a debt that was paid in full months ago
Received a call from [protected] about collecting a debt that was paid in full months ago. The person who called me had little to no knowledge on what was owed or why. Nor could he answer basic questions without seeking help from others, just to say the same thing over again once he returned to the line. Is this a scam, or a new hire? No idea. I would imagine that someone collecting a debt would know why money is owed... Especially since I have records of my Citi bank account being paid in full. I can't justify paying any money to a company who can't tell me where the charges came from, or from someone who can't answer basic questions about the debt.
I keep receiving calls from this number (mostly from Missouri) on my cell phone and no one ever says anything when I pick up. And they call EVERYDAY. I have no idea why they are calling as I have no debt, I do not need to extend any warranties nor do I wish to be harassed everyday so this needs to stop.
I keep receiving phone calls from client services and have no business with them. I keep receiving annoying phone calls at all hours and they use different numbers but have the same caller I D. I have tried to block them and if they do not stop calling my wife I will have to take legal action.
I have received numerous calls from a variety of Missouri (636) phone numbers listed as Client Services. I have no overdue bills or banking issues, so I report them all as scam/fraud and block them. I've rec'd calls on the following dates: July 8, 2022: 10:37 am from July 11, 2022: 11:16 am from July 12, 2022: 11:12 am from I need these to stop. I've been registered on the Do Not Call list since its inception, so there's no reason I should be receiving any unsolicited calls.
I am getting NUMEROUS calls, as well as family and work getting calls from some company called client services out of state. They are leaving threatening messages claiming legal action, jail or other punishments. In addition, personal information is being left on voice mails, which I am aware is illegal. I was never contacted, owe them nothing and have never received any papers stating that I can ask for validation of some phantom debt they are claiming. I want these calls STOPPED, I want them to stop breaking the law giving out my information and I want them to end the passing on of this phantom debt, as it is not mine

I received a letter from this business trying to collect on a debt that was already paid in full to the creditor (Synchrony Bank). I had been sued by Synchrony Bank directly and we came to a settlement agreement on the debt. I have documentation to prove the debt was paid in full according to the terms of the settlement. Client Services has also been trying to call me, however I will not answer as I do not owe this debt and I prefer all communication to be in writing. My attorney has reached out to the attorney at Synchrony Bank who also determined that this debt was paid in full and is no longer valid. They are both not sure how and why Client Services could even be attempting to collect.
I am receiving frequent calls from this company, and some are outside the times allowed by law, i.e., before 8 am. Calls always automated from different numbers. Unable to reach them to resolve the issues when I answer or return calls.
On 4/21/22 I received a text message from Consumer Services, *** informing me of who was sending the message, it was an attempt to collect a debt and included a phone number to call. It also gave the option to opt out. I have never given this company permission to contact me via text message. I do not have any accounts in collections. So there should be no reason for this company to be calling or texting me. This is a violation. My number needs to be removed from their texting/calling list and they do not need to be contacting me in any way again.
Contacted via text on 5/9/22, saying they were attempting to collect a debt. I called to find out what they had to say because I do not have any unpaid debt. They asked me to give my personal information to verify it was me and before they would tell me any information. I informed them that I would not be giving them any information and they needed to not contact me again. I reiterated that I do not have any unpaid debt and they have a illegitimate "debt" and I would be reporting them for attempted fraud.
I got a letter in the mail from debt collector called was going to make payment but they would not take my spending account card so they kept saying debt card don't have one I am giving them. Then hung up call *** they said I don't owe anything called the client Services back asked for item statement first time I got hung up on. So tried calling later they said I need to ask in writing I told them I don't owe anything. I think this place is a scam otherwise they would give me detailed list of what I owe from and they wouldn't have hung up on me when I asked for a detailed list

I get daily calls from "Client Services" in various Missouri locations from numbers with local area codes. They never leave a message and when I block them, they call from a different number, sometimes twice a day. I have no delinquent debt, always pay bills promptly, and have maintained a high credit score for over 40 years. They've been calling almost daily for over a month without leaving messages. This practice is harassing and annoying, and I expect it to stop through your complaint resolution process. There seems to be a mistake in contact information or automated calling system input. I've attached screenshots of sample calls. IT NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY THANK YOU
Debt was paid in full on 01/26 with agreed settlement amount of $500.00
Debt was paid in full on 01/26 with agreed settlement amount of $500.00. We received no receipt of payment and have been getting the runaround ever since we made payment. We have called numerous times only to be told that we have to "wait for the receipt" and that it should be received in email "by Friday". That was last week. No email was received. We were then told that a physical copy of the receipt was mailed on 01/29 as well as an email receipt. Neither has been received. Again we called asking for a receipt and for the payment in full to be added to the credit report. We were told to wait for the receipt and that they had no control over the credit reporting. It is utterly ridiculous that we make a payment IN FULL and are unable to receive a receipt at the time of payment. This is the WORST collection office I have ever dealt with.
On 9/20, I received a letter from Synchrony Bank stating a fraud claim was opened on my account 09/20
On 9/20, I received a letter from Synchrony Bank stating a fraud claim was opened on my account 09/20. This account has been closed for over a year. Furthermore, it was sent to THIS collection agency. I contacted Synchrony who informed me it was the debt collector who had opened the fraud inquiry. I tried to contact the agency directly. After two hours on hold waiting for a representative with no human contact whatsoever, I finally just pushed 1 to make a payment despite not being able to make a payment. I then pushed 0 to get an operator. I received a message I would get an operator. Shortly after, I got a message my call could not be reached and the call was disconnected. I want a call and explanation of why these people are opening fraud inquiries on my closed account and will not be paying them one penny until I hear from a very apologetic human being.
Absolute filth
Absolute filth. I've had quite a few medical issues over the past year and have been slowly paying down the balance of thousands of dollars across about a dozen separate transactions every month. This company stole my debt from the hospital and claims it was sent to collections. The hospital has record our most recent payment was on 05/13 with an expected next payment to be due on 06/13. This company stole my information and paid off my hospital debt on 05/26 and I have tried to get in contact with them for days while having no such luck. They seem to be holding my debt hostage - meaning it will more than likely become delinquent and be held against my credit. I've waited hours on the phone for ANYONE to answer and absolutely nothing. I have verified yet again with my hospital that this is the company and phone number of the "collections" agency. I would like to request that I have my debt FULLY forgiven since you are providing a scam-like operation, holding my debt hostage.
Throughout the past year Client Services Inc has continually harassed meover a Best Buy account I was locked out and unable to pay
Throughout the past year Client Services Inc has continually harassed meover a Best Buy account I was locked out and unable to pay. I was unable to resolve the issue, and eventually responded to the calls and letters from Client Services Inc. The balance due was $2451.81, with the settlement offer being 1,104.00. On 3/3 I called Client Services and asked about having the balance reported as paid in full. I paid the ORIGINAL amount of 1931.76 owed to Citibank/Best buy, and was told they would attempt to resolve the dispute (Ref: ***) I was contacted Apr 14th by a representative of client services stating my claim had been accepted and the account would be noted as paid in full. On 5/16 I got a letter asking me to settle for 1349.00. Combined with what I already paid, that would bring my payback total to 3280.76, an OVERPAYMENT of 828.95 from the stated owed balance. At this point, I will only accept that the account be reported as paid in full, or a refund of 1931.76

I have been contacted daily for the past two weeks from Client Services, whom I see is a collection agency. I have checked all three of my credit reports, which are frozen, and I show as having no outstanding balances with any account or institution. I hold no long-term debt, as I have no mortgage and no auto loans. I have a perfect record of having paid my bills on time for over 35 years. I am not sure how or why my phone number got into their hands, but this is clearly a case of mistaken identity. What recourse do I have for them to stop calling me?
I receive calls daily from "Client Services" from various locations in Missouri with numbers starting with (***) and (***) area codes. They never leave a message and when I block them, they call from a different variation of their phone number, sometimes twice a day. I have NEVER had any delinquent debt, always pay my bills on or ahead of when due, and consistently have had a high credit score for over four decades. They have been calling me ALMOST DAILY for OVER a month. They do not leave messages. This business practice is harassing, extremely annoying, and my expectation is that it will STOP via your complaint resolution process. Obviously this is an error in contact information, phone number or automated calling machine input. Screenshots of sample calls are attached. IT NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY THANK YOU
I keep getting daily calls from Client Services. No message is left and if I pick up no one is on the other line and it just hangs up. I have researched the company and it looks like it is a collections agency. I have no outstanding debt. I have received nothing in writing and no notice from this company. They keep spoofing numbers and harassing me daily. It seems as this is a pattern as another Complaintsboard.com complaint was exactly the same as mine a few days ago.
Starting this month. Credit Services has been calling my phone at least 4 times a day 5 days a week from multiple numbers. I am unable to block the number. I have never received a letter informing me that I owe anything. They never leave a message.
