James was very friendly and professional. He listened to all my concerns, than went to work solving everything. He also found issues that need to be addressed in the near future. He clearly defined all these concerns and suggested what he thought should be done for sure and what can wait if I desired. He left me feeling much better. After having new tile installed, there was tile dust everywhere. Climate Pro sent Dean out to check my duct system, change my electro-static air filters, and wipe down all my ceiling registers for me when I called in very timely fashion. Naturally there was a charge for cleaning the registers but it was reasonable. Dean did a great job. We love Climate Pro and they are wonderful to work with!

Paul provided service beyond the expected. He is very thorough and detailed in his work. He exceeded our expectations in installing performing our annual A/C check and installing a new Air Scrubber! I highly recommend Paul and Climate Pro for all HVAC services. We have used this company for over 10 years and will not seek services from any other Air Conditioning & Heating Company. They are the BEST!

Mark was extremely professional and very informative. He took the extra time to explain everything he diagnosed as well as different options. Due to Mark's professional expertise and willingness to take the time to explain certain mechanics of my HVAC system, I gladly became a Gold member with Climate Pros. Climate Pro knows how to take care of customers. Had a problem with one of our air conditioners and they were there the same day and fixed the problem.Their staff is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to assist and fix the issue or issues.Who ever is reading this, do yourself a favor and let Climate Pro handle your Heating and cooling issues. It will be stress free and money well spent.

I am a Gold member with Climate Pros LLC because I was so pleased with the service and urgency Climate Pros provided for me after my first time using them. My most recent technician was George. He was very professional and was quickly able to fix my AC issue. I called CP's last night at 9:30pm because my AC would not turn on and by 11:00pm It was blowing ice cold! Thank you George and Climate Pros for the excellent service, once again.

I have been doing business with Climate Pro for several years now because they are the only A/C & Heating service Co that I feel I can really trust. The very first time one of their Technicians came out he immediately invited me to go with him to the roof top to witness the inspection. I have had to deal with old H-Vac systems for years and have had anxiety about keeping them running. However, knowing that I have a reliable and honest company to provide services has been helpful in giving me a peace of mind. I am grateful for Climate Pro :)

Wow! My tech from Climate Pro was very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything so I could understand. He was not pushing to get me to do anything not needed! He took his time and went through and checked everything out and gave good explanations. My A/C unit is the original from when my home was built, so a little over 15 years old. I've been thinking about getting a new one, so he worked me up the numbers and set me up to get it installed with the warranty on it. I'm good to go! Thank you to the tech and Climate Pro A/C!

The technician from Climate Pro was very courteous and explained in detail all the work he performed on the air handler inside my house and the AC unit outside my house. Since I am a gold club member he was able to give me a very nice discount on the work he did and the new parts he installed. I would recommend Climate Pro to future customers who need a new AC for their home. Also being a gold club member Climate Pro gives you discounts on any work that needs to be done. They do a magnificent job in tuneups and any maintenance that the air handlers and the AC units should have done.

I have been a customer for 17 years and they never disappoint me. They are always on time, or call if they will be late. Their prices are fair and they always give options from the cheapest band aid approach with proper expectations to the most expensive to help you make the best decision for your pocket book short term and long term and quality. My unit lasted 17 years with biannual maintenance from Climate Pro and when I needed a new unit, it was no question, I chose Climate Pro. I highly recommend them. They proved great service. They never rush thru the job, super friendly, and most of the time I have the same technician.

Very respectable company! Climate Pro was the only company of 7 that I called (for my air conditioner that went out in 110 degree temp) to respond immediately. They had a technician at my house within 2 hours, got the air running long enough to get us through until they installed a new unit 2 days later. This is Phoenix, Az., all air conditioning companies are busy, but this company went out of their way to send someone ASAP. All of the technicians from 1st visit through installation were extremely professional, kind & considerate. Every one of them practiced health safety measures according to CDC, they also text a picture of each technician as they were enroute to my home as another safery measure! Awesome Company.

Climate Pro is one of the BEST Air Conditioning and Heating companies in the valley. They have taken care of me for the past 15 years and provided excellent customer service come rain or come shine. I've dealt with Dan, Spencer, Kristian, Clint, and Justin, who have all been wonderful. This time around I got Justin Teeter as my service provider, who has given me excellent customer service. He is smart, witty, knowledgeable, helpful and great communicator. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. Every time he comes, he manages to amaze me with everything he does related to my unit. I will definitely continue calling your company and asking for Justin for my AC needs. My experience prior to the instillation was not bad they were friendly; they did discourage us to not use our home warranty, we had never had a home warranty before. I know REALLY regret that we did not use it now. We had owned the home for about two months when the air conditioner went out; just moved here from NE. I feel like we were taken advantage of since the temperatures were around 110 or higher at the time, new to the area, had children and pets in the home. After the instillation, we began to experience their bad customer service and realized this is not a good company. These reviews are inflated because they send you link to complete a google review every time they come out. Being new to the area and naïve we agreed to let them install an entirely new unit and clean the ducts for the GREAT price of almost 17,000 dollars. Because the unit was considered efficient there was a rebate from [Company Name] due to us that had to be timely submitted. They had to fill it out, sign and send it in, but I had to call and push them to do it, over and over with various emails and phone calls to them and [Company Name] to check to see if they submitted it. There were a lot of lame excuses and lies. We were entirely at their mercy; they should have just submitted it without the purchaser having to step in. This is the worst customer service I have experienced; I would not recommend them.

we signed up for a gold plan contract. Since then we've had annual maintenance calls done with no out-of-pocket cost. Then our bigger Heat Pump went out and the barometric damper under our smaller evaporative cooler fell apart. They put up a new Heat Pump within 48 hrs of our old one's final gasp. When the new one wasn't working as it should they were right out as often as needed to get everything going perfectly. We have replaced our evap coolers twice since moving here 30 years ago. In that time no one replaced the dampers that are essential for switching from one cooling system to the other until now. They also never replaced the wiring whips (cables containing the wires) and they were shredded, my husband and I had tried wrapping them with electrical tape to protect the wires, Now they are all new as are the frames, and ducts between the heat pump and evap coolers. They have ordered the smaller damper and checked and serviced the other one. When the new AC didn't work with our wireless thermostat we had they put on a new programmable one and didn't charge us for it. They will put the new damper on as soon as it comes in. They were called for an AC problem and ended up working on just about everything without adding to the cost. We more than highly recommend them. Also, all of the people are super nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They never rush you or pressure you about anything.
