Safar came today, on time and ready to do our annual furnace check up. We had questions about our thermostat and he walked us thru how to use the thermostat and our app on our phone! He also helped us get our Honeywell water leak detector up and running. Besides all of that he also reconfigured the outside furnace venting pipes so we will have less condensation building up this winter. Safar was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Great to have him come!

After Matt's latest visit, I have now experienced a Laney's technician from each of the their main service branches - HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. I can tell you every technician has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell by the uniformity of their service, this is a company that thoroughly integrates customer-orientated professionalism throughout their organization.

Had our furnace serviced for fall with Laney's Early Bird special. They sent a tech named Arben to our home. Very impressed! Courteous, professional and thoroughly explained everything he did. Before he left, he made sure he answered whatever questions we might have. This was the service you always hope to get, but not always do.
Needed a garbage disposal replaced and a part in my kitchen faucet to stop it from leaking. Ryan K. was a professional and very courteous. Explained everything and left the area clean! I recommend Laney's to all my friends!

Tyler K came to our home to help us deal with a valve problem that needed to be corrected before we could install a new dishwasher. In the process of fixing this problem, it became apparent that our faucet was not working well. Tyler suggested a replacement faucet, and when we agreed, he made a special trip to get the faucet and replace it for us during the same service call. In addition to being helpful, he was very courteous and friendly. He also thoroughly cleaned up the area after he finished the work.
Great customer service. Its so important to have this kind of service when you have someone come into your home, someone you feel comfortable with and can trust.
Our AC unit stopped working and Laney's was able to come out the same day. It was great! Our technician Mark was amazing to work with. He addressed the issues and gave us our options to fix it then had it back running within an hour! We were very pleased with the service all around.
While we weren't able to diagnose the problem, Brendan did his best to give me the best options to either solve or figure out how to solve the issue. I just wish the potential solution was easier and not so expensive.

Needed to fix my outdoor faucet due to dripping. Fixed quickly even though it was not an easy fix. Kaiden went to turn off the water and noticed my water heater was wrapped with insulation and said that does not need to be done. He unwrapped it and carried the insulation out to my garbage! ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! The experienced plumber training Kaiden provided detailed explanation on what needed to be done and possible problems that could arise. Surprises would be avoided with explanation. Laney's is my go to place!

I needed a new faucet. Darian arrived on time, was polite and personable. He installed the faucet in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. Laney's has been the go-to company for my plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning needs for many, many years! Great company with great employees!
We are very pleased with the service Safar provided fixing our gas fireplace. He gave very clear explanations concerning the issues that needed to be addressed, and the fireplace seems to be working perfectly. He is also very polite and respectful.

I have never had any personal experience with Laney's before, but I received some complimentary coupons in the mail and decided to do the free home walk through. I was very happy with Paul who was very nice, and I could tell he loved his job. He crawled into a little crawl space to check out my furnace and not one complaint. He did a good job explaining things and making sure I understood the basics of what I needed to know. He asked if I had any questions and was very quick but thorough. I will definitely be using Laney's for future services.

I had Laney's come over to clean my sewer line. Bob O. and Brendan L. worked together to get the job done. The cover for the cleanout was very hard to remove (concrete in the way), but they were able to get it open. After the job was finished, lugging the machine upstairs, dust and dirt was left behind on each step. Bob promptly vacummed it up and even hammered a nail back in that was protruding on my wooden stairs. He said he was afraid something would get caught on it. That's going above and beyound! Very grateful for Laney's and their crew.

Bob came out the morning of 3/21, found our problem and gave options. 3/23 Bob was at our door at 8:30 on the dot with our new water softener. Within a short time it was installed and not a trace of dust! Bob reviewed the basic running and maintenance before he left. About an hour after he left I noticed a leak by a pipe joint. Called Laneys, explained the situation. In less than 45 minutes Bob was back, apologized, fixed the leak with no questions asked. We have been with Laneys for several years. They are always kind and listen to our concerns.

He showed up on time, respectfully covered his shoes, walked through the entire house answering all of my questions, made recommendations and provided a follow up plan on battery back up for sump pump, how to warm up my basement, what was left to add heat to the garage, how to remove snow, clean the outside unit, make sure water is off for the sprinkler system, explained how the thermostat works ... the list goes on. It was nice to have a professional who is so knowledgeable to assist with all my questions! Thank you!

I have used Laney's before and called on them again to fix a couple plumbing issues before they became problems, Will came out and was very courteous, competent and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why so I felt very comfortable with the work he was doing. He was very respectful while in my home making sure he was wearing booties over his shoes and always wearing a mask as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work he did and he gave me some good advice on my kitchen faucet that will probably need some work in the coming year. The cost was a little pricey but you get what you paid for and I got great service.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! On Friday, September 18th, HVAC Technician Brian C. arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace. He found the replacement part, and had to run way across town to pick it up... and was back in a jiffy. He replaced the part, and then checked, double-checked, adjusted, cleaned and tuned-up the furnace. It now works great again, (and just in time for Fall/Winter). Brian was also very courteous, explaining in detail all the work that was done. Plus, he answered all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions!) Laney's should be proud to have employees like Brian on their staff. Thank You!

I have been a customer on the heating side for years. I had them install a new furnace 10 yrs ago! They have always been exceptional with the yearly check-ups and any problems I have had with that. When My A/C unit failed, I called them! The tech (Jermaine) that came out was very knowledgable about the unit and answered all of the questions I had to ask him about it. It took him about 5 minutes to figure out the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. He was very courteous and friendly! I could tell that he was proud of the job and wanted to do it well. Jermaine is another of the Laney's employees that I would be proud to say that works for me! Great Job, Jermaine! Thank you..

We have used all of there services and have never been disappointed in the politeness, professionalism, or quality work of ANY of the Laney's service technicians, estimators, dispatch, office workers, or any other person we have had contact with at Laney's. The honesty, excellent skills and knowledge of each person who has come into our home has been more than reassuring! Their prices are competitive and their attention to detail of getting the job done but still taking the time to be personable is wonderful! Knowing we can call Laney's in an emergency is like your own DAD owning the company! Marc serviced our furnace this time and he was skilled, prompt, neat, and fun to have in our home even during a pandemic. lol

Over all great experience with Laneys from start to finish! Started with calling and speaking to a very polite gentleman to get a plumber out to unclog my kitchen sink, to speaking with their dispatcher. Brandon, the plumber assigned to my home was there promptly after the dispatcher called to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and polite. Brandon explained what he was going to do and let me know pricing before completing any work. He was courteous and even engaged my 4 year old son as he is very inquisitive and let him watch and see what he was doing. After making small talk and finding out we both have served our community, Brandon applied a discount and thanked me for my service, as did I to him. Wonderful people- would highly recommend to anyone! Keep up the amazing work! Thank you!

Will Smith and his apprentice Jacob were superb in response to a plumbing emergency I experienced on 3/31. Water was coming into my basement and I needed them to act quickly - which they did. Will was confident with his assessment of my issue and calmly resolved the sewer line that had been obstructed by the roots of my beautiful maple tree above. After he took care of the blockage, he showed me the real time camera views through the whole line, now cleared. He was a pleasure to visit with as he tended to the issue. I've used Laney's for my plumbing and heating needs since 2002 and they've ALWAYS responded quickly and with competent, pleasant technicians. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so. The work they do is often not pleasant and the hours can be awful - they're among the unsung heroes we need in our society.

What an awesome experience. The person I spoke to on the phone to schedule a service call to replace my sump pump was so professional and helpful. She took the time to answers my questions and walked me through Laney's "new" way of doing business to ensure the safety of their staff and me. I am so thankful and appreciative for their safe practice procedures and their professionalism. Jeremy was fantastic, he listened to me when I was describing the issues and was very patient. After he assessed the issues, he came upstairs and clearly explained the different options. What I really appreciate is that it wasn't a sales pitch, he wasn't pushy, he was honest and together we determined the plan. When he was finished, he gave me a detailed recommendations list along with the necessary paperwork from the sump pump company, took my payment and gave me his card and told me to call if I had any questions. We had a nice conversation before he left. I can't say how thankful and grateful I am that I called Laney's. The 20% off they offer is really kind of unheard of and it really shows that they really care about their customers. Their professionalism and customer care is top notch. Thank you all!

Since moving into our current home last July, we have used Laney's for everything. They installed a new sump pump with battery backup, did the plumbing on our bathroom remodel. installed new sewer line from the house to the street, installed a new thermostat. and was here three or four times for our furnace. This basement has always been dry until laneys did the new sewer line. Water coming up from their patch in the basement. flooding our guest room and bathroom, We called Laney's and a service rep came out last Saturday (23 April) to inform us there is nothing they can do. So, I asked him. I'm supposed to just let my basement flood? He said unfortunately. yes, We ended up sandbagging the guest room to hold back water. Rob comes out Monday (25 Apr) to tell us the warranty on their work isn't covered. just the pipe. Called us unlucky and gave us two expensive options to repair their work, No sorry this happened to you. nothing. He was going to go back and talk to his boss and see what can be done. Its now Friday (29 Apr) and still nothing from Laney:s or Rob, We have spent quite a few thousands of dollars with Laney's in the last 8 months, and this is how you treat people? We will be going elsewhere for out heating and plumbing needs, including a new furnace and AC this spring.

Always have a good experience with Laney's. Jaydon was very friendly and it didn't take long to check it all out. I think he is fairly new as he didn't have paper covers on shoes when he came in. Also forgot to turn off my heat and move it back to cool. There are not major issues, but when experience, he will only get better. Thanks for getting me ready for winter.
