Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Clinique
I recently had an experience with Clinique that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had placed an order on their website and realized immediately that I needed to modify the shipping address or cancel the order altogether. However, I couldn't find a cancel button on my account. This was the first of my worst experiences with Clinique.
I decided to reach out to their customer service team via their online chat feature. The representative I spoke with informed me that she couldn't modify the shipping address, but she could cancel the order for me. I was relieved to hear this and she assured me that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation shortly. However, after waiting for 10 hours, I still hadn't received an email and my order was still in a warehouse status. This was my second worst experience with Clinique.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service line. It took me a good 10 minutes to get through to a representative, but when I finally did, she informed me that my order had not been successfully canceled. She couldn't cancel it herself, but she could send a request to cancel it. I asked her how likely it was that the request would be successful, but before she could answer, she hung up on me. This was my third and final worst experience with Clinique.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Clinique's customer service. It was a frustrating and time-consuming process, and I was left feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. If you're planning on using their customer service, be prepared for a potentially unpleasant experience.
Disappointed with Clinique.com's Poor Customer Service & Missing Items
I made a big order on clinique.com on April 28th, 2021. But, on April 29th, I had to call back because there was a problem with billing. The rep I was dealing with said she re-issued the SAME EXACT order as the day before, but under a different order #. I was getting several lotions, etc. in my order and had a BIRTHDAY GIFT coupon as well. About a week later, my order arrived missing 2 of the items. One being the BIRTHDAY gift, the other a day cream. When I called, I was told the day cream was on back order. There was NO COMMUNICATION of this, and if I did not call, how would I know? The BIRTHDAY GIFT was an oversight, and they were sending it out AGAIN on April 29th.
Here it is May 24th, almost a MONTH later, and still NO Birthday Gift OR Night lotion. This makes me NOT want to deal with this company any further! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent an email AGAIN asking about my missing items and was not given any assistance. I was told to call to speak to a useless REP.
Happy Birthday to me... NOT! I am very disappointed with the service I received from clinique.com. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. It is frustrating to have to keep calling and emailing to get answers about missing items. I expected better from a company like Clinique.
I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as I would like to continue using their products. But, if this continues to be a problem, I will have to take my business elsewhere. It is important for companies to value their customers and provide them with the service they deserve.
Clinique Make-Up Review: Bomb Coverage, Beautiful Pigment, and Game-Changing Primer
I've been a fan of Clinique for a hot minute now, and I gotta say, their make-up is the bomb dot com. I use their Superpowder Double Face Make-up (powder foundation) every day, and let me tell you, it's got some serious coverage. I don't gotta worry about any blemishes or redness peeking through, and it lasts all day long. Plus, their eyeshadow duos are my ride or die. The pigment is so beautiful, and they've got a ton of natural/neutral/subtle options that I'm all about.
Now, I ain't gonna lie, Clinique ain't the cheapest brand out there. As a soon-to-be college student, I gotta watch my wallet. But let me tell you, it's worth the extra dough for the quality. This make-up lasts a long time, too. I still got some eye shadows from like two years ago (maybe not the most hygienic, but hey, I'm a busy gal), and they're still going strong.
One thing I gotta give a shoutout to is their Super Primer face primer. It's a game changer, y'all. I use it for parties and events, and my make-up stays put through pictures, dinner, sweaty dancing, and even the after party. It's seriously effective.
And can we talk about the staff at Clinique? They're so nice and helpful. I always feel welcome and taken care of when I go in there. Overall, I'm a big fan of Clinique and their products. They're worth the investment, and they make me feel like a million bucks.
Clinique Online Ordering System Review: Frustrating Experience with Pop-Ups, Slow Search Engine, and Discount Issues
I've been using Clinique products for a long time now and I thought I'd give their online ordering system a try. The first time I used it, everything went smoothly, but my most recent order was a bit of a nightmare. There were so many pop-ups advertising specials that were difficult to get rid of, even when I clicked on the X. And the search engine was so slow that it kept freezing and kicking me off the site. I had to keep trying again and again just to get back on.
Eventually, I was able to complete my order, but not without some frustration. I was congratulated on my points and offered a 30% spring discount, but as soon as I clicked on "redeem," the discount disappeared. I wasn't expecting a 45% discount or anything, but if Clinique wants to encourage customers to use their online ordering system, they need to make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate. It took me over an hour just to place my order for the products I needed.
To add insult to injury, I was also asked to complete a customer review and was promised a reward of four magazines. But at the end of the process, I was asked to pay $8 for them. Really?
I'm hoping that my products actually arrive and are correct. That will be the true test of whether or not I'll continue to use Clinique's online ordering system.
Clinique Acne Solutions Face Wash and Clarifying Lotion 3: A Lifesaver for My Eczema and Fungal Acne
I been using Clinique products for more than 30 years now. Recently, my dermatologist told me that I have eczema and fungal acne on my face because of my allergies. I was so worried and immediately stopped using my Clinique products and started the treatment that my doctor gave me. But, to my surprise, I reacted to every topical medication that was prescribed to me. My condition worsened and my entire face was covered in fungal acne and the eczema had flared up. It was so painful to touch my face that I got frustrated after several visits to the dermatologist.
I decided to do some research on my own to find products that would heal my face. I was looking for products that contain salicylic acid and ketoconazole. To my surprise, I found that my old and faithful Clinique Acne Solutions Face Wash and my Clarifying Lotion 3 both contain salicylic acid. I was so happy to find this out and immediately started using them again.
I went back to my doctor and he prescribed Nizoral. I have been using these products for just 4 days now and I can't believe the results so far! My fungal acne is disappearing and my face has calmed down. This combo treatment is working wonders for me! I am supposed to go back to my doctor in 2 weeks and I am very certain that my face would have healed by then.
I am so grateful to Clinique for making such amazing products that have helped me in my time of need. I would highly recommend Clinique to anyone who is looking for quality skincare products. They have been my go-to for over 30 years and I will continue to use their products for many more years to come. Thank you, Clinique!
Poor Customer Service at Clinique Counter on Nellis Air Force Base
I recently visited a Clinique counter at Nellis Air Force base near Las Vegas, NV. When I arrived, I noticed that there were four consultants chatting in a language that I didn't understand. I stood at the 3-step counter for about 10 minutes without any of them approaching me. Finally, a woman named Mihwa came over to me. I asked her about under eye treatment and which product would be best for me. She tried to sell me other cosmetic products and suggested that I put cucumbers on my eyes, which I knew was a myth. She also told me that they don't receive commission or discounts, which seemed more important to her than helping me find the right product. She didn't offer to let me try any of the testers either.
I used to work for Clinique part-time for almost 18 years, and I know that if I treated a customer the way Mihwa treated me, I would have been let go. In my opinion, the supervisor needs to keep an eye on their consultants and see how they interact with customers. It would also be helpful if the consultants spoke English so that customers could understand them better. Additionally, it would be great if they promoted Clinique products instead of other brands like Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives, Bed Bath and Beyond, Origins, and homemade remedies like oatmeal.
Overall, my experience at the Clinique counter was disappointing. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Clinique: Frustration, Long Wait Times, and No Resolution
I am so frustrated with Clinique right now. I placed an order on November 28th and forgot to use the promo code for 30% off. I immediately called customer service, but it took me 45 minutes to get through. When I finally spoke to someone, I was on the phone for 55 minutes while the woman tried to fix the problem. But then she told me her computer wasn't working and I had to send an email instead.
While waiting for a response, I tried the live chat. But that was a disaster too. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for the woman to respond to me, and when she finally did, she was snarky and told me she was working on someone else's problem. Then she disappeared and I had to start all over again.
Finally, I got a man on the live chat who told me to cancel the first order and reorder everything with the promo code. I did exactly what he said and saved the transcript just in case. But today, I got an email saying the "cancelled" order had been shipped.
I called customer service again, but this time the woman told me to just wait and see what happens. She couldn't even find my orders in the system. What kind of customer care is that? I'm so frustrated that my first order was never cancelled and now I might have to send everything back.
This whole experience has been maddening. I just want someone to help me and fix this problem.
Game-Changing Hydration: A Review of Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator
Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator is a total game-changer for my skincare routine. As a gal who values hydration and nourishment, this product has exceeded my expectations. The lightweight gel texture feels incredibly refreshing on my skin and absorbs quickly, leaving no greasy residue behind.
Ever since I started using this hydrator in my daily regimen, my skin feels plump, smooth, and radiant throughout the day. The 100-hour auto-replenishing technology ensures that my skin stays hydrated even in harsh weather conditions or during long hours of wearing makeup.
I appreciate that Clinique formulates their products without any harsh ingredients, making it suitable for my sensitive skin. The fragrance-free formula is a bonus, as it doesn't irritate or overpower my senses.
The packaging is sleek and practical, with a convenient pump dispenser that allows for controlled and hygienic application. It's travel-friendly too, ensuring my skin stays moisturized wherever I go.
I also have to commend the excellent customer service I received when purchasing this product from the official Clinique website. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt and well-packaged.
Overall, Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator has become an essential part of my skincare routine. It delivers long-lasting hydration, leaves my skin feeling refreshed, and gives me the confidence to embrace a healthy, glowing complexion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and effective hydrating solution.
Frustrating Experience with Clinique's Website: Difficult Return Process and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Clinique's website that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I needed to return three foundations that I had received less than a week ago, so I went to their website and was directed to an automated chat. Unfortunately, the chat bots didn't let me know that I would be waiting for a live agent, so I had to guess when someone would be available. All I got was a message that said "An agent is typing."
After waiting for 44 minutes, I finally got a live agent engaged. However, the agent kept asking me to retype my zipcode, email, order number, and other information that I had already provided earlier in the chat. It was frustrating because I could see that information right above where they were asking me to type it again.
I've returned products to other companies before, and they were able to locate my order number and name easily. I don't understand why this process took so long with Clinique. In the end, the agent said they had sent me an email with a return label. However, after waiting for an additional 25 minutes and not receiving the label, I decided to call Clinique by phone.
I was connected to an offshore call center, and the person I spoke to actually laughed when I asked about the return label. They told me it would take around two days or so to get to my email box. I was confused and frustrated by this response.
I'm not sure why Clinique makes it so difficult to return products. I would have given up if it weren't for the fact that I had spent over $100 on makeup. It seems like they count on people giving up after too many hoops. I've already ordered new makeup through another company that has a much simpler return process.
It's disappointing to see more and more companies behaving this way. They know that customers have nowhere else to go for their products, so they can treat them however they like. I really liked the simplicity of ordering online with great return policies, but those days seem to be disappearing fast.
For now, I'll be looking for other companies with good customer service to replace each and every Clinique product I own. This review is the last bit of time I will waste on that corporation. I have no more time for this dismissive behavior from companies that should be earning my business. They can turn into the McDonald's of cosmetics for all I care. I'm willing to pay more to be rid of them.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Clinique.com - Order Issues and Delays
I had a really bad experience with Clinique.com. I placed an order on 11/11/21 and the next day, I realized that I ordered the wrong product. I contacted their online chat with a representative feature to see if I could get it changed. The representative told me that I had to cancel the order and place a new one. I wasn't happy about this, but I went ahead and canceled the order. I checked my bank account and saw that the pending charge was gone, so I thought the order was canceled. However, on 11/15/21, I saw that the money was withdrawn from my account and the order had shipped. I was surprised and upset, but I decided to keep the items I wanted and return the one I didn't want.
On 11/17/21, I went to track the package and saw that it was on its way back to the sender. I called the Customer Care number and spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Customer Service Specialist who put me on hold several times. I was really upset with the whole process and felt like they didn't care about retaining their customers. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to wait for the package to get back to them, then they had to process the return credit/money to my account which could take another 5-10 business days.
I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The Customer Service Specialist admitted that they made a mistake and should have sent me a return label for the item I didn't want. I felt like they should have done more to keep me as a customer, but they didn't offer anything. I will never order from Clinique.com again and I would advise others to stay away from them too.
Clinique Complaints 35
Product Compromised
Hello:
I have purchased Raspberry Glace twice and Angle Red of the Dramatically different lip color/moisturizer. On all occasions, after several uses the stick bends then breaks and I am not able to use the remainder of the product. Additionally, the broken stick falls onto my lap staining my clothes.
At first, I thought I had a batch with poor quality control, but I don't believe this is the case after purchasing two more.
Do you believe the formula will change in the future to prevent this from happening again?
I paid $24 for each product that I could not fully use.
Loyal customer,
Linda Julian

Claimed loss: $72
Desired outcome: Replacement of some or all products would greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
I would use face cream, mascara, lipstick, eyeshadow and make-up.
On 2016 I got angioedema. I’ve used clinic for many years. I would use face cream, mascara, lipstick, eyeshades and make-up. I waited to report this to them, a while ago. But first, I wanted to make sure , that angioedema wasn’t for something that I was eating. I had suspended the use of clinic products. I had to go to the hospital due to my symptoms. My lips were swelled and also my face. My body was itching and I had dizziness, a terrible headache and I felt swollen up to the brain. Thank you. Andrea P.
Disappointing Experience with Clinique.com: Overpriced and Poor Quality Products
Clinique.com is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. If you're thinking about buying their products, make sure you do your research first. I made the mistake of purchasing from them and it was a complete waste of time and money. The products are overpriced and the quality is terrible. I've read reviews from other customers and they all seem to have the same experience as me.
I was really disappointed with the lack of consideration for customers' needs and wants. It seems like they're only interested in making a profit and don't care about the satisfaction of their customers. I've tried to contact their customer service team but they were not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about my concerns and just brushed me off.
I've tried several of their products and they all seem to be of poor quality. I've had better results with products that are half the price. It's really frustrating to spend so much money on something that doesn't work. I wish I had done more research before making my purchase.
Overall, I would not recommend Clinique.com to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better products and customer service. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Great Products, Tricky Website: My Review of Clinique
Clinique is a great brand, their products are really amazing. I have used them for a while now and I have no complaints at all. However, I must say that their website can be a bit tricky when it comes to getting the free products that they promise. It can be quite frustrating when you try to get the free products and the site just doesn't seem to cooperate.
Another thing that I have noticed is that they sometimes send misleading advertising. For example, they may offer 15% off on their products, but when you try to make an order, you find out that you don't qualify for the discount. This can be quite disappointing, especially when you have already made up your mind to buy the products.
I must say that this kind of gimmick is not new in the business world. Banks, insurance companies, and auto companies have been known to use such tactics to lure customers. However, I believe that Clinique is better than that. They should be more transparent with their advertising and promotions.
In conclusion, I would recommend buying Clinique products at Sephora. They have a great selection of Clinique products and their customer service is top-notch. Plus, you can be sure that you are getting the best deal possible.
Clinique's Website and Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience
So, I had a bit of a problem with Clinique's website. I accidentally bought something I didn't mean to, and when I tried to cancel it just five minutes later, I couldn't. That was pretty frustrating, but I figured I could just return it when it arrived.
Then, eight days after I placed my order, I got an email saying that some of the things I actually did want were out of stock and wouldn't be shipped. That means I have to wait for two separate shipments, and then return the stuff I don't want myself. It's a hassle, and it's not great customer service.
Honestly, I'm starting to think that maybe Clinique isn't the best skin care line out there. There are plenty of other options, and I don't want to deal with this kind of frustration again.
I am having so much trouble trying to return product back to Clinique.
Priscilla was very rude.
the customer service rep said I should be using a different product. I do not like it! I want my previous product~! The one she told me to get is worthless.
Clinque keeps telling me they are emailing me an email return label for 4 days now. I still haven't received it. I guess I will have to start using a different product.
Disappointed with Clinique: No noticeable changes after 2.5 months of use
I recently tried out a few products from Clinique's website and have been using them for about two and a half months now. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any noticeable changes on my face yet. I was really hoping for some positive results, especially since I splurged and spent more money than I ever have before on facial products.
I purchased these products from both Bon-ton and our local Macy's, which is unfortunately closing down. Since I can't return anything to Macy's, I'm hoping that Bon-ton will accept all of the items I purchased for a refund, as long as I have my receipts.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Clinique so far. I was really hoping for some positive changes in my skin, but I haven't seen any yet. I'm hoping that I can at least get my money back for these products so that I can try something else that might work better for me.
Warning: My Experience with Clinique Moisturizers - A Cautionary Tale
I gotta say, my experience with Clinique wasn't the best. At first, I didn't notice anything wrong, but after using three of their moisturizers every day, things started to go south. My skin started burning and I got a nasty rash that looked like it was burning a hole in one spot. I'm no spring chicken at 66, and I've used a lot of products over the years, but this has never happened to me before. I ended up throwing four jars in the garbage, which was a lot of money wasted.
It took only one day after stopping the use of Clinique for my skin to start healing. I'm pretty sure there's some sort of chemical in there that's really bad. It was also super itchy, which was not fun at all. I just want to warn everyone to be careful if they're thinking about trying Clinique.
On the bright side, their counters are really beautiful and the packaging is nice, which definitely drew me in. But I wish I could get the $150 I wasted on their products back. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Clinique based on my experience.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Clinique: Cancelled Order Mix-Up and Lack of Apology
I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Clinique's customer service recently. I needed to cancel an order and place a new one, so I decided to use their chat feature to get it done quickly. However, the representative I spoke with seemed more interested in convincing me to keep my original order than actually helping me cancel it. It took about 20 minutes of back-and-forth before they finally agreed to cancel the order for me.
Unfortunately, my troubles didn't end there. A week later, I received the package with my cancelled order in it. I was pretty annoyed by this point, so I contacted Clinique again to ask why I had received the package. To my surprise, they didn't even apologize for the mix-up. Instead, I was told to ship the package back to them myself, which was a huge inconvenience.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I was really disappointed by the way Clinique handled this situation. It's frustrating to have to go out of your way to fix a problem that wasn't even your fault. As much as I like their products, I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again after this experience. Good customer service is so important, and I don't think Clinique quite gets that.
Disappointing Experience with Clinique's Website and In-Store Lighting
I recently had an experience with Clinique's website, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I ordered an eye shadow, but when it arrived, I was shocked to find a finger nail running right through it! I was so frustrated and angry, especially since I had been looking forward to trying out this product for a while.
To make matters worse, the colors on the website did not match the actual ones in the store. When I went to the mall to check out their products, I found that the lighting was very poor, despite them giving me a table lamp to use. It was difficult to see the true colors of the cosmetics, and I ended up feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I understand that Clinique is a luxurious brand, and I expected better from them. It's frustrating to spend so much money on cosmetics, only to receive a product that is damaged or not as advertised. However, I will say that their customer service was helpful in resolving the issue. They were more than happy to give me a refund, and even offered me some samples to try out.
Overall, I think Clinique has some work to do in terms of their website and in-store experience. It would be great if they could improve their lighting and make it easier for customers to see the true colors of their products. Despite these issues, I appreciate their efforts to make things right and win over their customers.
Clinique.com's Customer Service Needs Improvement: My Frustrating Experience with Redeeming a Gift Card
I've been a loyal user of Clinique products for as long as I can remember. Their skincare and makeup items are top-notch and always leave my skin feeling refreshed and looking radiant. However, I must say that my experience with Clinique.com's customer service has been less than satisfactory.
For over a year now, I've been trying to redeem a gift card on their website. Unfortunately, the website seems to have some glitches that prevent it from accepting the gift card code. Instead, it tries to charge my credit card for the full amount. I've called their customer service team about five times now, hoping to resolve the issue. But every time I call, I'm met with unprofessional and unknowledgeable phone agents who seem to have no idea how to help me.
To make matters worse, today I was told that the system is experiencing issues and they are unable to accept gift cards at this time. This is unacceptable! What about the last four times I called? It feels like I've been robbed in broad daylight.
I really hope that Clinique.com can get their act together and fix these issues soon. As a loyal customer, I deserve better treatment than this. I'm not asking for the moon, just a simple solution to my problem. Until then, I'll have to think twice before making any more purchases from their website.
Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with Clinique.com
Clinique.com is not the best online company out there. The website is not very user-friendly, and their customer service is not very helpful. Their rewards program is not very good either. Recently, someone hacked into my account and ordered $200 worth of products that were shipped to Texas, even though I live in Connecticut. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful. All they could do was recommend that I change my password and remove my credit card information. I was still on the hook for the $200 in products that were ordered.
After four months, I decided to give Clinique.com another chance. I placed an order and used PayPal for payment. The next day, I received an email saying that they couldn't complete my order and that I needed to call them. I was very frustrated with this experience. I feel like Clinique.com is not a reliable company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a good online shopping experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Clinique.com is not worth the aggravation.
Clinique Website Review: Impressive Products, Easy Navigation, Confusing Rewards Program
I went to the Clinique website (clinique.com) to see what all the fuss was about. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The website is easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful information about their products. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and even learned a few things along the way.
Now, I have to say, I'm not one to judge people based on their appearance. But, I do think that if you're working in the cosmetics industry, you should at least try to look presentable. I mean, how can you expect people to trust your product if you don't even take care of yourself? That being said, I do think that Clinique should have some sort of standard for their consultants. It's not about being pretty, it's about looking professional.
But, let's move on to the good stuff. I was really impressed with the variety of products that Clinique offers. They have everything from skincare to makeup to fragrances. And, they even have products specifically designed for men! I also appreciated that they have a section on their website dedicated to helping you find the right products for your skin type. As someone who struggles with oily skin, this was really helpful for me.
One thing that I did find a bit confusing was their rewards program. It's called "Smart Rewards" and it seems like you earn points for making purchases, but it's not entirely clear how it works. I think they could do a better job of explaining it on their website.
Overall, I think Clinique is a great brand with a lot to offer. While I do think they could improve their consultant standards, I was really impressed with their website and their products. And, I have to give a shoutout to Beverley at the Clinique Counter in Macy's - she was amazing!
Clinique order and customer service.
On Feb. 8, 2023 I placed order [protected]. When I went to submit the order it comprised of Travel Size - Even Better Clinical™ Radical Dark Spot Corrector + Interrupter, Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+, three free samples, and a 7 piece kit with make-up bag.
Once I received the order it only included the dark spot corrector, moisturizer, and 2 samples. I contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Christian on Feb. 14, 2023. I explained the issue that when I submitted the order the items above were listed but then when I look at the order invoice a sample and the promo kit are missing. This was not the case when I actually placed the order and I did not notice until after receiving the order. Christian stated that he resent the missing items and I would receive a confirmation email for tracking. I have screenshots of this conversation.
On Feb. 16, 2023 I reached out to customer service again because I had not yet received an email. First, I spoke with Ray who not only did not seem like they knew what they were doing but did not seem to comprehend English. They escalated to Shanniqua (supposedly a supervisor). At this point I am already extremely frustrated with the situation and Shanniqua did nothing to alleviate it. After a ridiculous amount of back an forth she claimed to resend the missing items.
On Feb. 21 I received the missing items only to find that the promo kit was not correct and, not only that, it’s one I cannot use half the product of. It contains several perfume items, which I’m allergic to, as well as lipstick that I cannot use. I reached out to customer service chat again, and was connected with Shanniqua again, who does not seem to remotely care about my very poor experience with Clinique. After another lengthy chat Shanniqua finally decided to explain that if an order does not qualify for a product it will show on the order but once you submit it, Clinique will delete it from the order. This is false advertising and a completely unethical practice. I cannot believe they have been getting away with processing orders in this manner. Shanniqua specifically is not equipped or capable of being a supervisor. All her responses were unhelpful and did not acknowledge or resolve the issue. In addition, they completely lack a customer service mindset and displays a negative, disagreeable outlook through the entire conversation that only exacerbates the issue.
I understand all the reviews now that I have seen about the horrible experiences with Cliniques online ordering process and customer service. There is no way I would ever use it again and it is very unlikely I will ever make another Clinique purchase at all, after using the product for probably close to 20 years.
Desired outcome: Correct promotional kit to be sent and file a formal complaint against Shanniqua and Christian in customer service.

Online Order
My Name is Zilungile Ngcamu, a very disappointed customer. I purchased a Moisture surge intense (72) on the 04/10/2022 online while it was on special, 50ml for a price of 30ml. Up until today I haven't received my product. I call Clinique online almost every day and I'm not getting any help but empty promises. I've even ran out of my cream, and it is not good on my skin.
Please help cause really, it's really frustrating.
Desired outcome: I want my product.
Empty Jar of Eye Cream that was sealed. Repairwear laser focus
Dear Clinique,
I am a South African citizen currently working in Singapore.
In June I bought a stash of products before leaving for Singapore and when I opened my repairwear laser focus I was shocked to see that the sealed jar was basically empty.
I am not getting any customer service from Clinique in South Africa although I sent them pictures of the empty and sealed jar.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a new full jar of repairwear eye cream as it is very expensive.
Clinique Continuous Coverage makeup (07) Ivory Glow
Mine is not really a complaint, but a need to voice my great disappoint that Clinique Continuous Coverage has been discontinued. I am devastated. I have been using Continuous Coverage Ivory Glow to cover a Port Wine Birthmark on my left cheek. I have been using this makeup for at least 60 years and I have never found anything else that comes even close to the great coverage this makeup provides. Why oh why discontinue such a fantastic product. I just love it as I am sure do many other users of this wonderful makeup. Please tell me what I use in place of Continuous Coverage Ivory Glow? Please tell me you have not deleted this product never to be seen again. I hope you will respond to my email. Kind regards
Desired outcome: I would love Continuous Coverage Ivory Glow to be available again........

clinique face cream spf50
Hello! I bought a tube of Clinique spf50 leaving Nz at duty free.
I used for 4 days and then noticed my face was red and blotchy and uncomfortable and felt lumpy and a bit slimy. I stopped using the sunscreen and my skin began to recover... it took about 3 days.
I have never had this type of reaction to any sunscreen or cream. I do not not have sensitive skin.
All other products I used were the same as I normally would including shampoo and conditioner and skin care products.
I can't see a batch number on the tube and no longer have the box.
clinique perfectly real compact makeup
I just spent about an hour chatting with various reps on Clinique.com. They are not able to find my order after I stated that initially I didn't have an account with the site and I often checked out as a guest, especially if I wasn't home with all of my various passwords at hand.
The reps were pleasant and respectful. That is not my issue. I have a compact that cost almost $30 that has grainy lumps in it. I only save invoices as long as it takes to verify that (a) my order is correct and (b) the $$ amount is correct on my credit card. I have never had a problem with any Clinique product before this. Who knew.
I asked if I could send in the current compact that I have and exchange it for another. Same shade, same everything. I was willing to send at my own expense. I never asked for $$ or a credit to my credit card. Product for product is all I want. The makeup is not comfortable to apply. What normally appears creamy and smooth is very grainy. I have rosacea and I need to have somethin smooth applied to my face. I can't imagine that I'm asking for something outlandish.
Normally a company stands behind it's product if something is wrong with it. I asked if there was someone I could speak with who can understand this this product is not up to par. My answer was not without an invoice. Well, the green Clinique compact with the bumps in it certainly proves that it's their product. The label states exactly what it is. I guess they don't care.
I'll I want is an exchange of product. Doesn't seem that complicated.
