Arbonne Great products

They have great products and prices but make sure to use a reliable consultant who will understand what products work with your skin and will give you best price possible.

I see lots of reviews about toxic... obviously after doing some research it's not true at all.

I have ordered products several times after our initial home show. The site is easy to navigate, and has good descriptions of the products. They also email well ahead of when my bonus dollars expire. The skin and hair care products are exceptional, and always arrive in a timely fashion.

Arbonne It's about time a skin care line worked

I was very skeptical at first, but immediately fell in love with the Detox line, FC5, and got my entire family on the RE9 or ABC baby care. The pay cheques are a bonus. My friends and family value my opinion, as I value my product. I've said it before and i'll say it again-- it doesn't get much better, especially being from Canada!

Arbonne Best skin care & anti aging products around!

Hi, I absolutely love Arbonne products! I use the RE9 set every day! My skin is in such great condition now. The products are all vegan, and gluten free, very pure and natural. I'm obsessed with the mascara! It lengthens your lashes, and doesn't contain any harsh chemicals.
I honestly can't say enough about the products! They are all fantastic!

Arbonne So Grateful I found these products

I have literally struggled with skin and got issues my whole life and thanks to these amazing products & the simplicity of everything (I am homeschool mom of four children and don't have time for complicated) both my skin and my gut health has improved drastically. Very good product, glad I attended a presentation and found my consultant that has now become my friend!

Arbonne Love

Love the RE9, really cleared up my face after trying many many other products, plus they last such a long time (once I realized I could use a small dollop to cover my whole face!). Also went through the 30-day nutrition challenge and was great, lost some pounds and increased my sport performance. Definitely recommend. Only product so far I didn't love was the toothpaste because it's too healthy and doesn't taste as good lol.

I got the calming eye gel roller and used it for years everybody would always ask me how I have no dark circles or bags under my eyes that was the key it's so soothing and it's my favourite product totally worth the bye I totally recommend this company it is amazing. Arbonne Best Pea protein

I have been with Arbonne since July. I started with the 30 days to healthy living. This is not a fad diet, it is a way to break bad eating habits and to get on track with you diet. Diet meaning what you eat in a day? I have used several different proteins all in which didn't don't agree with me, Arbonne's pea protein is not only easy to digest but taste amazing. Also, the program not only help me cut my Caffine in half, I am no longer on anxiety meds, love myself inside and out and honestly feel better in and out. Also, I am a very picky protein drinker, Arbonne has the best taste with just water! Hope this helps someone else.

Arbonne I have used Arbonne’s Calm line of facial products for years and loved them

I have used Arbonne’s Calm line of facial products for years and loved them. But this last year they replaced the Calm line with a Supper Calm line that’s Vegan, For me this line is super useless. I can wash my face twice and it’s still oily. And you have to use twice as much of the moisturizer for it to work well. I think if you have dry skin this product will probably work fine for you. I am now looking for a replacement product with no citrus in the ingredients as I’m allergic. But if they ever bring back the original Calm line I will be a customer for life.

I've used Arbonne products for over 23 years and could not be more thrilled with my results - which is why absolutely nothing else touches my skin or my husband's! I started doing the business a few years ago and am so happy I did! I love the supportive community, the amazing resources the company gives us and the extensive access to free training! I would (AND DO) recommend this product line and this business to anyone I can tell about it!

I just discovered Arbonne (a company I've never heard of) added 8 charges to my account all on February 16, 2021 for a total of $578.46. I contacted my credit card company and they'll remove the charges and issue me a new credit card.

Horrible customer service. I like the product and have been a consutant for 13 years. I placed an order that was messed up but then I was charged for additional shipping. I have tried to get it refunded but every time I call in I have to go over all of it from scratch and I lose an hour. Worst customer service I have every seen. Will never order or use product again.

I needed some enhancement for my face in late 2018. I went to a local Arbonne dealer who promised great results and treated me with some products. Paid some $150 +/-. The end result: shortly after my entire face started to develop big red inflammation marks, until this date it only gets bigger and wider. It was diagnosed by 1 doctor as rosacea and recently one doctor said its skin inflammation due to a bad cream used. I did not tie it back to Arbonne immediately, but as I keep talking to doctors and people I discovered right now 5 other cases (with names and evidence) where people developed similar rashes / inflammations after using Arbonne line of products. This concluded that the Arbonne is likely a scam product, another multi level business like Jewelway and others operated. If Arbonne cannot compensate me A class action will be forming by my lawyers.

Same complaint: 11/19/2020--takes stolen credit card information and tries to collect for products NEVER ordered. Bank fortunately caught it. I never heard of this place and have absolutely no interest in their product. But suddenly I supposedly ordered $370 worth? They need to look inwards to their procedures and find who is doing this, Or else the credit card companies stop letting them take cards.

Per their website: A 45-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Arbonne products to Clients. I have been trying to return a product that I purchased. I am not pleased with the product. It is not up to my standards. I feel like I am getting the run around from Arbonne. I called and was told that the consultant I purchased the product from would have to request the refund. I reached out several times to the consultant and got no where. I tried to contact Arbonne again via email. I have not received any response from them. I feel like they are trying to hold out until the 45 days are up. I just want my money back.

I got an Arbonne consultant account last November just because I spent some money on their skincare. I had no intention of being a consultant I just wanted the discount. I have been on furlough for several months with limited income, I had absolutely no prior warning but today received an email to say arbonne have renewed my subscription for £25! They had my card registered. I did not want this and cannot afford it! I need my subscription cancelled and money refunded immediately. I am so stressed over this as have no money.

Arbonne I made a purchase through Arbonne on 09.29.2020, I purchased $283.33 worth of products

I made a purchase through Arbonne on 09.29.2020, I purchased $283.33 worth of products. I called Arbonne directly & spoke to a customer service rep so they could assist me with my purchase. I wanted to split the payment with a money gift card & my debit card. I wanted to apply $200 from my money gift card & pay the remaining balance of $83.33 with my debit card. After 45 min on the phone the rep (she) assured me that the payment was split. I asked her a couple of times for confirmation and appreciated her help. After that phone call I threw out my money gift card because the rep said it was used, therefore I believed there was a $0 balance remaining so I threw it out. When I contacted Arbonne to start a return on products I was dissatisfied with I asked if they could send the $200 in check form, the rep I spoke to said the $283.33 was all charged to my debit card. I never authorized that amount to be charged to my debit card. I didn't received a call from customer service on 09.29 explaining either. I threw away a $200 gift card that months later can't be recovered. I have contacted Arbonne at least 4 times to ask for their help recover the numbers from the gift card. The conversations are recorded and therefore should have my money card information which is what I'm seeking to recoup the funds that I threw out. I'm beyond frustrated with how Arbonne has handled this situation. They assure each time I call that someone will reach out in 3-5 days. No one has followed up with me unless I contact them myself. Arbonne has dropped the ball on this situation and I need help at this time. They have done nothing to help. Please help, this year has been hard enough.

On June 1st, I first contacted Arbonne to report a major discrepancy in the nutrition label related to the advertised serving size of the Arbonne Essentials Protein Shake Mix. Using the scoop provided in the bags, I measured 47 scoops rather than the 60 that is advertised. I have verified this with 5 bags in a row now. They responded by referring me to another email, so I forwarded to them (innovate@arbonne.com) on 7/3/20 and haven't received a response.

I placed an order two weeks ago and went to my account to get an update on the order since I never received an email confirmation with the order number. I was locked out of my account and repeated attempts to reset the password did not work. I received an email from the company that someone would contact me within 48 hours to resolve, but I never heard from them. I called 10 days after placing the order and the man who took my call could not find an order number and said I Could not get back into my account until he submitted the order which I knew is a lie and I asked to speak to a supervisor, he was mouthy and put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back, got someone else, she couldn't find my order and couldnt unlock my account and put me on hold and hung up. I called back again, got a very nice lady who found my order number and said she would submit to customer service and apologized for the poor service I had received. The next day I Called to cancel the order due to the pathetic customer service experience and I got the same man I originally spoke too who said he would cancel my order, even though he didn't find it and I verified that I would receive an email confirmation of this and he said I would in 15 minutes. Guess what, no email ever came. I asked to speak with his supervisor to make sure this was handled correctly and he said I didn't need to speak to one because It was cancelled and he hung up. Two days later I receive an email that my order has shipped and my credit card was charged. I was never able to get back in my account to cancel the order and I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never purchase anything from here again.

Arbonne Disappointed with Arbonne: No Refund, No Results, No Recommendation

I ain't one to gripe, but let me tell ya, this Arbonne thing was a real letdown. I was hoping to shed some pounds with their product, but instead I ended up packin' on a few extra. When I found out they had a refund policy for unsatisfied customers, I was relieved. But when I called up customer service on day 46, just one day past the cutoff, they wouldn't budge. No refund, nothin'. I was really lookin' forward to tryin' out Arbonne, but now I'm just plain ol' disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if this is how they treat their customers.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: High Quality, Safer Products at a Steep Price

Arbonne, let me tell you, they're doing something right. They're standing up to the big guys and offering products that are safer to use. I mean, that's pretty cool, right? And their products are pretty good quality too.

But here's the thing, they're expensive. Like, really expensive. I did some research and compared their prices to other products of the same quality and let me tell you, Arbonne is way more expensive. And I'm not talking a few cents here and there, I'm talking double the price.

Now, I don't know about you, but if I have the choice between two products of equal quality and one is 50% more affordable, I'm going for the cheaper one. I mean, who wouldn't?

Let's take toothpaste for example. Arbonne's toothpaste costs $17 a tube. That's crazy! And don't even get me started on their bar of soap for $18. I mean, come on!

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate what Arbonne is doing. But until they can bring their prices down to a more reasonable level, I'll be sticking with my cheaper options.

Arbonne Disappointed with Arbonne: Unprofessional Area Manager Behavior

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Arbonne. I mean, I was excited to try out their products and see what all the fuss was about, but after hearing about how their area managers treat people on social media, I just can't support a company like that.

So here's the deal - one of their area managers (let's call her A) apparently thought it was okay to tell someone (we'll call her B) that covid wasn't real, even after learning that someone from B's family had died from it. Like, seriously? That's just not cool. And then A had the nerve to try and tell B that's not how her family member died. Um, excuse me? Who made you the expert on someone else's family tragedy?

But it gets worse. A then went on to say that her manager supports her saying things like this! I mean, come on. That's just unprofessional and tacky. And honestly, it makes me wonder what other kind of nonsense is going on behind the scenes at Arbonne.

So yeah, needless to say, I won't be giving this "business" a second thought. If this is how they treat people, then I don't want anything to do with them.

Arbonne Disappointing Results and Frustrating Return Policy: My Experience with Arbonne's Age Well Kit

I recently gave Arbonne's Age Well kit a try for a whole month. I was excited to see what kind of results I would get from using their products. Unfortunately, after just 30 days, I started to experience some major breakouts on my chin and forehead. I reached out to my consultant and they told me that this was normal in the beginning and that it would get better over time. However, my skin just kept getting worse and worse. I was really disappointed with the results and I absolutely hate it.

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund for the products, I was told that I couldn't because of Arbonne's 45-day policy. The thing is, it took a whole week for the products to even arrive at my doorstep, and they counted that week as part of the 45 days. I was really frustrated with this policy and felt like I was being ripped off.

If you're thinking about trying Arbonne's products, I would definitely recommend being very careful and doing your research beforehand. Make sure that the products you're considering are actually made for your skin type and that you're aware of their return policy. It takes 45 days for your skin to fully react to a new product, minus the time it takes for shipping, so if you start experiencing negative side effects after that time period, it may be too late to return the products. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Arbonne and would caution others to be careful before giving their products a try.

Arbonne Arbonne Skincare Review: Clear Future Line Impresses, But Beware of Consultants

So, I decided to check out Arbonne's website myself to see what all the fuss was about. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The website is easy to navigate and the products seem to be of high quality. I was particularly interested in their skincare line, as I have been struggling with acne for years.

I decided to give their Clear Future line a try, and I have to say, I am impressed. My skin has cleared up significantly since I started using it, and I have received compliments on how glowing and healthy my skin looks. The products are a bit pricey, but I think they are worth it for the results I have seen.

One thing I will say, though, is that the company seems to rely heavily on their "consultants" to sell their products. I have received multiple messages from people trying to sell me Arbonne products, and it can be a bit overwhelming. I understand that these consultants are trying to make a living, but I wish there was a way to opt out of these messages.

Overall, I would recommend giving Arbonne a try if you are in the market for high-quality skincare products. Just be prepared for the onslaught of messages from consultants trying to sell you their products.

So, I recently got my hands on the Arbonne mascara and I gotta say, it's pretty pricey. But hey, I thought it would be worth it for the quality. The mascara itself is actually pretty good, no complaints there. However, the tube is a whole different story. It's defective, man. Right from the start, I had trouble inserting the wand and eventually, it just wouldn't go in at all. I thought maybe it was supposed to be a tight fit to prevent too much mascara from gathering on the wand, but nope. It just straight up doesn't work.

Now, I know the product is about a year old, but it never worked properly from the beginning. And even though I barely used it, I'm stuck with a full tube of unusable mascara. I wouldn't buy it again, especially since customer service was no help at all. They just said it was too old and that was that. I even offered to send the full tube back so they could see for themselves that it was barely used, but nope. Nada.

On the bright side, the sales rep who presented the product to me was a real delight. She made the whole experience enjoyable, even though the product itself was a bit of a letdown. All in all, I wouldn't recommend the Arbonne mascara unless you want to risk getting a defective tube and being stuck with an unusable product.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication

I was looking to help out a friend and decided to try out some new cosmetics from Arbonne, specifically their mineral powder foundation. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the product I received was going to expire in just two months. I was a bit disappointed, but the company reached out to me via email and assured me that they would replace the product and that it was being processed.

However, after waiting for over three weeks, I still hadn't received my replacement. Frustrated, I went into my email to log into my account and track the product, only to find that it had been cancelled! I was absolutely livid at this point. Not only had I not received my replacement, but there was no communication from the company that they had cancelled it.

I decided to call customer service to get to the bottom of this. The representative I spoke to had no information as to why my replacement had been cancelled, which only added to my frustration. After a heated conversation, the representative issued me a refund. But honestly, I shouldn't have had to call in the first place to find out why my replacement was cancelled or where my refund was.

Needless to say, I will never do business with Arbonne again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. The lack of communication and poor customer service was simply unacceptable.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Poor Customer Service and Faulty Products

Yo, so I gotta tell ya about my experience with Arbonne. I was all excited to try out their "Agewell" kits, and the first time I ordered it was all good. But then, when I got my second order, they sent me two kits instead of one. I had to pay $20 just to send one back! And to make matters worse, the second kit had a messed up product in it. I didn't even open it until recently, and when I did, the toning mist came out all weird and foamy. So I hit up Arbonne to see if they could replace it, but they straight up said no because it had been more than 90 days since I bought it. Like, seriously? Your product ain't even that great, and your customer service is trash. I had to spend like an hour and a half on the phone with reps just to try and fix this mess. Meanwhile, the stuff I get from my skin care doctor is way better quality and they don't give me any problems with returns. I'm never using Arbonne again, and I'm telling all my friends to stay away too. Peace out from Arlington, VA.

Arbonne Arbonne Review: Great Products, Overpriced, MLM Overwhelming, Possible Discontinuation of Re9 Line

Arbonne is a company that has a great product line called re9. I really hope that they don't discontinue it because it's been working well for me! However, I have noticed that this line is starting to enlarge my pores and cause blackheads and breakouts. Despite this, I decided to sign up as a consultant and give it a try. Unfortunately, my upline stressed me out on social media with their constant posts about pedophiles, conspiracy theories, and Donald Trump. It was just too much for me, so I backed off.

I don't really like the MLM way of doing things, where you have to try and convince all your friends to join a pyramid business. I would rather just promote the products on their own merit. However, I do have to say that the products are a bit overpriced. Despite this, I still love them! I don't use the nutrition products because of the added sugar, but I absolutely adore all of the skincare, deodorant, body washes, and lotions. As a vegan, I really appreciate that all of these products are great for me!

I've heard that the age well line is going to replace re9 soon, and I really hope that's not true. I'm worried that it won't work as well for me, and I really don't want to have to switch to something else. Overall, I think Arbonne has some great products, but the MLM aspect of the company can be a bit overwhelming. If you're looking for some high-quality vegan skincare products, though, I would definitely recommend giving Arbonne a try!

Arbonne Arbonne: My Experience with a Pyramid Scheme

I remember trying out Arbonne back in 2010. It's really sad to see that this pyramid scheme is still around and attracting young people, especially after the pandemic hit. It seems like they're taking advantage of people who are struggling to make ends meet. I strongly advise against getting involved with MLMs.

I haven't shared my experiences with anyone who's involved with Arbonne because I know that they have to learn for themselves. When a company has emotionally manipulated someone, it's hard to get through to them with warnings.

In my experience, I had three recalls and never got reimbursed for them. Luckily, I became an esthetician and stopped using their facial products. It's important to educate yourself so you don't lose money or friends. And don't be fooled by the staged social media posts - the new "recruits" are just distributors pretending that it's easy to recruit others. And if you do end up getting the Mercedes, be prepared to pay for the taxes and licensing yourself.

Arbonne DermaResults

I bought Arbonne’s derma results with 15% vitamin C because the rep told me it was fantastic.

On Fourth of July 2022 I broke out with a very hot, itchy rash with bumps on my cheeks and my neck, I went to Urgent care because it was so bad. I scheduled to see the dermatologist. He prescribed an anti-inflammatory topical for my face because I could not rule out what was causing this. Last night I decided I would try the derma result product again because I took off about five days from it,,and boy was I sorry I ever did ! my face is on fire this morning itching and burning like crazy

this is expensive as are most of the products

I realized it is this product. I’m going to return it

Arbonne True Hair Daily Shampoo

Please bring back your FC5 Daily Nourishing Shampoo and FC5 Daily Nourishing Conditioner. I was a loyal customer of these products for ten years.

Your True Hair Daily Shampoo simply does not get my long hair clean. It leaves my hair greasy. I have watched your video about using a lot of water. I use a tremendous amount of water and am unsuccessful in getting the shampoo rinsed out.

Arbonne RE9 firming set

I purchased this set less than a week ago I have boxed it up and returned it have not heard anything back or seen a refund.

My face is still red and sore and I'm starting to become concerned about the patch on my forehead being permanent. I have bumps and weird blisters all under my nose and chin as well.

I have never reacted to anything like this before and I'm extremely upset.

I am not getting any response from the website and email I ordered from I would like this dealt with from head office ASAP.

Arbonne Arbonne Detox Lotion

I received the Arbonne detox lotion as a gift recently. I put it on my arms before I went to bed. I woke up the next morning with red/itching/burning/swollen/ &extremely dry skin on my face and arms. It has been 6 days since initial application, I discontinued use immediately. The rash has not changed, in fact it seems to get worse every day. I am an Esthetician and Take very good care of my skin. I have never had sensitive skin, nor am I allergic to anything I know of. I am beside myself at the reaction my body had to this product. I am also leaving for Mexico in a week and After reading reviews, I have a feeling this won't be going away prior to my trip. I have avoided Arbonne use for over a decade (I don't believe in Promoting pyramid schemes, and I especially Don't promote "consultants" that are not licensed in skin care) with that said, it was a gift and against my best judgement I gave it a try. Lesson learned I suppose. Never again

Arbonne r9 advanced

I'll join you in a lawsuit! I had a severe reaction for the r9 advanced line last week. I woke up with my eyes swollen and the rest of my face was red, bumpy and severely dry. 5 days later my once fine lines are now deep wrinkles and even after slathering on a face oil and a very expensive cream, my skin is still dry! I just pray this does not do permanent damage!

Arbonne re9 advanced skin products

I used the lotions and potions from the Re9 advanced range and after two days my face has a burning sensitive rash over it and spots that look like burns. I have put sudo cream on my face and it's really helped. Trying to look for the ingredients for these products is near impossible. A night cream in the box has the ingredients on the back but the rest of the creams i had were without packaging. The problem is that Arbonne claim go be all natural products but their not and that needs to be stated. If my face was any worse and there was potential scarring this wouldn't be left i would take it further. You need to change the packaging so every item has the ingredients listed on it. If my consultant took them out of their boxes then this needs to be addressed by the company.

Arbonne body cleanse

I'm on the 28 days to health program for weight loss. I'm 3 weeks in. As soon as I started on the body cleanse... taken during week 3. It's a powdered contents are mixed with room temperature water. 2 days in and I have hives and rashes all over. It progressively got worse. It's day 3 and I didn't consume it today but my rash and hives are all over. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
