We have been trying to get reimbursed for out of pocket expenses for 4 months. CNA ask for information and it given, then we're approved then we hear they need more information which is sent in then we're approved then again need more info. Etc... They won't return our calls or give us the correct documentation needed and we will gladly give.

I have worked for 3 weeks to get in touch with a supervisor at CNA to resolve an issue regarding my grandmothers long term care insurance and reimbursement. I have spent nearly 6 hours on the phone over the last few weeks explaining the situation over and over to different people, trying to find resolution to this issue. Money was withheld from my reimbursement that shoudln't have been. I don't know what else to do other than file a complaint. Nobody should have to deal with this level of frustration especially at a time that they are caring for aging and ill loved ones.

I purchased a Long Term Care Policy from CNA in 1996. Policy #[protected]. I am 85 years old and in need of home care due to health issues. We started filing claims and working trough the paperwork on May 29th. The policy states reimbursement would start after thirty (30) days. We have filled out and signed all the paperwork that has been sent, which has been very slow in coming, sent in all the weekly invoices and care notes required by CNA. We can track the information online and they send "no reply" notification of receipt but then it stops. It is now July 16th, Expenses in excess of $35,000.00 and have not been issued any reimbursement or been made aware when they will.

I am the Legal Guardian and Power of Attorney for Mrs. Doris ***. I contacted the company recently to inform them that Mrs. passed away on March 27, and to inquire about the survivor benefits from her retirement income, which was $544.80 per month. When I spoke with "Roneshia", she told me that the company was going to keep the remainder of the pension that Mrs. paid into during her 17-year employment with their company. My understanding is that the company is required to pay those remaining benefits to Mrs. estate, and I requested any documentation available that would outline the original details of Mrs. agreement regarding this pension. "Roneshia" informed me that I would have to hire an attorney in order to obtain this information. I informed "Roneshia" that as Mrs. Legal Guardian and Power of Attorney, I am authorized to conduct this business on her behalf, even after her death. "Roneshia" still refused to assist me.
