Ordered product in early November and paid for expedited shipping. Received over a month later to discover they are completely knockoff and didn't even say fingerling. I am now stuck with two that were crushed in delivery. I shouldn't have to spend more money to send back. I'm throwing in trash because it's not worth the aggravation to send back to fight for my money back when shipping is non refundable. Do not order anything from them. Complete scam

I ordered three of these fingerling monkeys and I have not received a confirmation or a tracking number or anything. All I have is the receipt of purchase as well as the money taken out of my account. I am hoping these will come in before Christmas? Can I either find a tracking on thus or a refund of my money?

I had ordered a 3 pack of little sister LOL dolls and when the package arrived the box of the toy itself was messed up. So now I'm going to have to figure out some other way to wrap my daughters Christmas gifts so she won't suspect what it is. But other then that I think that the toys themselves look to be ok and is as they were described when ordered. But I think you could fix this problem by changing the sending package from the white bags to something else more sturdy. Thank you for your time. Sincerely concerned customer
Unfortunately it may have been one bag series of events in transit. To wrap the package, you may want to try putting them in a shoe box or other box first to make it easier. Over the years, my parents would wrap gifts in many different types of boxes to conceal their contents. Shoes, blenders, whatever they could use. It sounds silly but it works.
Thank you for the ideas! I will definitely do that just trying to make it look nice for her cuz we have so little all the time. It ways even hard for me to come up with her Christmas again this year let alone able to get her 3 at a time But I had the same thing happen with and item from ebay and they are sending me the box it came in so hopefully I can get cndirect to do the same.. It would mean more then they know to just one little girl.

I ordered 2 fingerlings monkeys in November and received 2 happy monkeys instead. I paid for and was led to believe that they were the real fingerlings not some piece of crap knock off. Both came in damaged boxes in an envelope from china with no other information. I had anticipated giving them as Christmas gifts but now can't because they are fake and completely damaged. My credit card was immediately billed for false merchandise and I am now requesting a full refund as quickly as I was charged.
If no response, I fully intend on disputing this charge and filing for a full investigation through my credit card

I ordered 5 fingerling monkeys and only received 3. I emailed CNdirect and have not heard from them and it has been a week. Would like to receive the other 2 monkeys for Christmas presents or I cannot use the other ones that I did receive! Bad customer service or should I say there is not any customer service as the phone number is always busy and cannot communicate with anyone as they do not answer emails! Will never use this rip off company again! Already reported them to the BBB!

CNDirect advertised the product, "Fingerlings" at a price of $12.99 each. I ordered 4 Fingerlings and I received Happy Monkey's, which are not Fingerlings. They are a knock off product. In addition to receiving the incorrect product, the company mailed them from China in an envelope which resulted in the packages being very heavily damaged. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund, willing to return the products and I keep getting replies from "Bree Zhang" asking me to please understand. Her email acknowledges that Happy Monkey's were sent but she tries to say they are the same product. Let me be clear: I would not have ordered this product if it said "Happy Monkey." I made this purchase for my grandchildren well over a month ago with plans of giving these to them for Christmas. I can send you the emails that I have received, as well as, pictures of the product that was sent. They should not be allowed to "substitute" a product at their discretion. They should be held liable to produce the product that they are advertising and selling to the consumer. I want my money back. Donita Almony

My husband ordered what the website stated were fingerling monkeys; however that's not what was shipped. They were Happy Monkeys and Baby Monkeys and not the original WowWee fingerling brand I ordered. In addition, the package on most of the boxes were tore up. These were bought for a gift.

Someone is always home in our house, and we have a security camera. Nothing has been stolen from our doorstep, it simply has not been delivered.
At this point I would prefer a refund, unless the order will arrive some time this week.

I ordered mine in October and didnt receive until first part of December. When I did get the Monkey, it was a knockoff not the real thing that was advertised. I have been trying to work with them for a refund. The only thing they want to do is offer me a $5 refund. I think that is ridiculous considering I was not sent the actual product I ordered.

I have followed up repeatedly over the last month and they keep advising me to wait another 3 to 5 days. I ordered three Fingerlings from this company and received two different brands that are knock offs. I have reached out to the company to see if they will refund my money. I am happy to send the Happy Monkey's back at my expense.
I placed this order back on November 17th and was told it would take 6 to 12 business days to arrive. They were shipped on Monday November 20th and arrived 10 business days later. I am unable to find a mailing address but am hopeful that the company will provide one.
I understand from reading reviews that no one received the original product as advertised. I see now that they have updated their web site to read Intelligent interactive monkey and not using the name of Fingerlings.

I ordered Fingerlings as they were advertised, when they came they were Happy Monkey. I want a refund now! On the receipt on my email they list as fingerlings, but on their website they just say finger monkey, but that is after you already bought them. When they came today all the boxes were ripped apart. I was reading that they are counterfeit and if you even try to reorder them or click on them they say the link has been broken, so they know that they are in trouble. I want me money back.
