I really don't expect to hear from you considering all the bad reviews you get on your merchandise but I am amazed how you manage to stay in business. I ordered earlier this year thru paypal with your company, Little Playland Lmt. the car seat net organizer which was supposed to hold my purse and numerous items. Its so small and so tight it fits nothing! I can't even find a spot to attach the bottom hooks on my car to! It is Not what you pictured in your video and I ended up paying $13.99 for a item that is now in my goodwill bag. I would think as a matter of good will on your part that you would refund or exchange for a better product. If this is how you treat customers you should be ashamed!

I am complaining about the outrageous amount of money that I was charged for this item. My total cost was $20.26 and just today I was looking on the AliExpress website and saw this exact same die being sold by more than five stores with prices starting at $0.99 plus a couple of dollars shipping, they charged me $12.97 for a 99 cent item. This just seems to be an absolute rip-off to customers.

My name is Temitope Ogunleye, i placed this order on july 19, up till now i didn"t receive anything, can you let me know what is happening to my order by responding to this complain through my mail.

I ordered an item from them that they advertised online. A strapless bra, 2 for $32.96. It took forever for me to receive it and when I did, it was a such a disappointment. It was made so cheaply and could not be worn as it looked like it would fit a child. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to take all kinds of pictures of the items and email them. Then more requests of pictures to email them. I have been trying to get a refund from them for 3 months now. The return label is : Online Server 1800 140th Ave E Sumner, WA. 98390 Come to find out it is an empty warehouse and that they are actually out of Hong Kong.
So they refuse to refund me my money and only offer me 15% back.
They are the biggest SCAM EVER and their merchandise is worse than they are! I have photos on my phone of the 2 items.

My order number is#tm14218 only had it a few days and one of the little arms that hold the phone on broke when I put the phone in the holder. I tried gluing and taping but it wont hold I like the holder but I don't think it should have broke that soon. I bought 3 but there is no ink to put in them. They are dry. These are supposed to be refillable but no form or information as to where to get ink from. I want a refund of $48.29 for this product. I used one once and ink well is empty!

On May 28 -2021 I ordered a Second Skin Men's Shaper Cooling T-Shirt #[protected]. I paid $25.96 . On June 15-2021 I received a package from Online Seller 38811 Cherry St. Newark. CA 94560. When I opened the package this was not the item pictured in the add it was a plain Black T-Shirt like the one you can buy at Wal-mart. I would like the proper item ordered or a refund I am sending the item back to the sender address.

I paid $29.86 for a phone case I can't use
The same day I receive I attempt to use it and it doesn't fit so I email again on the same day and i am told no refunds and no exchange no nothing just that you can't do anything then stating 31st March for some reason being significant, your product took that long to arrive I only received and tried it on the day of requesting a refund!

I want a total refund, as per attached photos I paid $29.86 you say it's going to fit my phone yet doesn't so under the international trade act you must refund or offer an exchange, customers choice, I want a refund

I paid 131.82 for 6 pair of 2 in one secret pocket shorts but they were to small they sent me large but I need XXL the gave me an email support @littleplayland.com and I been emailing for the past couple of days and they tell me server not found I don't want a refund I just want to exchange them to my size that's all .but I think they just don't care they got paid

The Workout Pull Rope was paid for since March25th in the amount of $23.96 and to date, the item has not yet been received. I have attempted to contact someone at the company, to no avail. I have not gotten a response from the previous request for a status. The payment was made through my Discover Account.

I ordered a spirograph for my grandchildren, i thought it comes in a box with a lot of different plastic circles. This is what i received for 21$ absolutely ridiculous (see photo below). This is definitely not worth 14$, plus a tip that i did not have a choice not to give. Plus shipping 6$, definitely not worth 21$. What I received is not worth more than a few dollars. This is highway robbery, taking advantage of people. Also i thought it comes from USA, but it comes from china.
