LEMON Collections
Ordered Cabin Slippers advertised on Steals and Deals. I followed the tracking when it shipped and somehow ended up being delivered to a different state all together. Now it indicates being returned to sender and has been in limbo for 3 days with no other tracking available. My complaint is the company is unresponsive to my multiple inquires for help with this! Extreme Time Earbuds
I Just recieved these ear buds 4 days ago and they do not hold a charge for anywhere close to 2/3 hours as avertised. The charge on mine lasts 30 min. Why can't i exchange these or get a refund? The pair i have are defective or the product is just junk to begin with. Jill said retail price was $79.00 but the Today show deal was $19.99. I'am already ticked at the performace of these ear buds, can't imagine if i paid $79.00 for them. I'd drive to the today show and return them if i had.

I ordered 2 personalized custom cover 20 page photobook 8 1/2 x 11" and 2 personalized custom cover 20 page photobook 8 x 8" on Aug. 9, 2023 after hearing about them on Jill's Steals and Deals on the Today Show. I have not received these items, and the orders simply say that mailing labels have been printed and were awaiting pick up. But I have never received these items. A delivery date seems to have never been set. The shipment numbers cannot be traced as they were never shipped.
The 2 8 1/2 x 11" books cost me $54.37.
The 2 8 x 8" books cost me $43.50.
Thus, Jill's Steals and Deals recommendation means I lost $97.87. I would like a full refund, please.

Foldable leather wireless charging stand
I purchased THREE of these... held out to be regularly priced as $119.99 marked down to $22. (After the fact, I found them on amazon for roughly $50... with not so great reviews.) They were gifts! NONE of them work. We tried multiple devices on all three of these charging stands. I reached out to S&D multiple times, and they finally reached out to Let It Ride, the company with whom S&D have a relationship.
Let It Ride arranged a phone call where they pretty much recited what was in the instructions in the box, while in a car. At first, they tried to tell me my phone wasn't compatible as a wireless product, but this was not true. They then told me they wanted me to send them a video PROVING that the items did not charge. I told them I wanted a refund, which they said they would have done if I had purchased the product from them, but I didn't — how cavalier of them! I told them absent a refund, there was no resolution. (also conveyed this to S&D... response — radio silence!)
Let It Ride then proceeded to harass me on an almost daily basis for about ten days. They repeatedly called me... over and over, leaving no message. They then left me a message of five plus minutes telling me when I could call them... I could call them on Monday, and if that didn't work, I could call them on Tuesday, etc. etc. Clearly harassment! They also called me multiple times and left a message with a fake southern accent telling me that they'd had a missed call from me, which was absolutely untrue! I reported all of this to S&D... again, absolutely no response. They have their commission; they don't care about the fact that I have three useless pieces of garbage and that I was harassed by a vendor!
Desired outcome: I want a refund, an apology from S&D for exposing me to this ruthless company, and I want the general public to know how sketchy dealing with S&D can be.
Linenspa 3” Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper - Queen
Mattress Topper purchased July 13th - Craig Melvin demonstrated it on the TODAY Show segment. The topper foam is defective - it began to split down one side and has continued so there are several breaks and it is now about 3 feet long. We have reached out to the company as directed by the Virtual Customer Service rep going directly to “linenspa.com” & “[protected]@linenspa.com.”
We sent emails: 01/30, 02/13, 02/17, 02/24 with required pictures and copy of our Amazon receipt - to date no one has responded despite the written claim to “respond within 18 hours and 22 minutes guaranteed.” We are still waiting.
Also, each time we have tried to Register for the Warranty it will not take any information other than our email address. Very frustrating.

I ordered this watch on the January 6th Steals and Deals, even though the product does not show up on your list of products for 1/6 on your site. I learned that I could have purchased this watch from Amazon for about the same price and have gotten it in a couple of days. It took over three weeks for me to receive this watch. At that point, I had no use for it. I will never trust one of your supposed "steals and deals" again. Seeing this on the Today Show, I ordered it. I drive a Lexus and it has no cigarette lighter, so the adapter to be used in the car is useless. Further, on the box, it states a notice to California residents (I am one) that the product contains ingredients that may cause Cancer or Reproductive Harm. Can't and won't use products with that stated on the box.

After the purchase the receipt states "100% satisfaction" - yet faq states no refunds, no returns, all sales final - buyer beware! Jill does not state this in her 'advertisement'. Nbc gets the commission - and buyer is stuck with it!

Items were received on 12/12/22 and after trying for several hours to charge several cell phones, the chargers were not working. I immediately text and called to report that they were defective. I left a message for someone to call me back and the reply to the text said ”we will be back to you as soon as possible”. No one contacted me and on 12/20/22. I did another follow up. I contacted my bank about this issue and as of today the issue has not been resolved.
Their alleged ALL SALES FINAL statement was not shown prior to me placing the order otherwise, I wouldn’t order. I contacted them within 30 days requesting a FULL Refund.

I purchased five of these on 11/28/22 after seeing them in Jill’s steals and deals. Upon receipt I immediately charged up and then tested one of them only to find that the battery neither charged my phone wirelessly (protective case removed) or via a wired connection. I then tested a second which resulted in the same outcome. I contacted Jill’s and after several emails this is how the matter stands:

I received my speakers August 12 and proceeded to try and pair them up after fully charging them. The order was placed on 27 July and processed on the 28th. I was excited to get them. They would not pair up and only one speaker would work at a time. I tried over and over and over again To get them to pair up with no luck. I even took them to a tech to look at it and see what he could do. I had no luck in this venture. Both speakers worked they just did not work together. This is the second product that I have purchased from Jills steals and deals and it has not lived up to the promise. I was given no paperwork with this product when it arrived no invoice the only thing I received was on my credit card bill telling me what the charge was. From what I understand there are no refunds no returns no nothing on these products that come from Jills steals and deals. This is my lesson has been learned And hopefully a warning to everybody else. I will get with my credit card company to get my money back but I cannot even return them because I have no address the only address that came with the package was fulfillment center. Please be wary of ordering anything from Jill’s steals and deals. The only thing you will get is Jill stealing your money from you!

I purchased an Adiago Hair Dryer on October 10, 2021, so I have had it for 7 months. The hair dryer blew out this morning and there was a smell coming out it, like there was something burning. I paid a total of $68, (the original price was $49.99, which included a shipping charge.
I contacted the company and they told me that there would be a service charge of $30 to replace the item! I am appalled. I already paid almost $20 to ship the item.
If something is wrong with a product, most reputable companies replace the item and do not charge the consumer anything to replace it.

Ugh! I’m right there with you, Roz! I think my Adiago Hair Dryer was < 3 months old when it ‘blew up’ and stopped working. Big, loud POP with shooting sparks and glowing bright red inside. Most expensive hair dryer I ever bought and it stopped working with less than 20 uses. I decided not to try and get it fixed bc I figured I’d just be throwing good money after bad. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with your dryer.🙂
Have you shopped Steals and Deals often in the past? Or, maybe not often, but at least a few times over the last 10 years or so? I ask bc I have. I think it’s been 10 yrs or so when I first heard about it and started taking advantage of their sales. Back then, the products were always top shelf and I never had an issue with any of my purchases. I LOVED Steals and Deals! Times change, however. Now it seems the sales come around much more often, the products are nowhere near as nice as I. The past, the prices they give as the original MSRP I have found are at times surprisingly inflated, and it’s become a ‘crap shoot’ whether or not the product is quality or if it will even work past a few uses! IMO, the program they once had that was so great has taken a serious nose dive and is little more than pushing inferior products on an unsuspecting audience. That sounds kinda harsh, I know, but I’ve just had too many bad experiences in the last couple years to think differently. Have you had problems with any of your other purchases? (Assuming you’ve had any others, of course) I’m really bummed about this bc, as I said, I used to LOVE S & D!😟
laggo leather handbag???
I ordered the laggo leather handbag in british tan. According to the sales pitch it is a $525 bag. The bag I received all folded in a plastic bag is a piece of junk. I have never seen a leather like this and the bag is very thin and cheap looking and cheap feeling.
