Jill's Steals and Deals Laggo siena bag: questionable quality

I ordered the laggo sienna bag on march 23, 2022 from the today show, jill's steals and deals, order nbc519250. I received it today april 12th and was very disappointed on it's quality... The material is thin and has an awful chemical smell so I don't believe this is made of leather. At a total cost of $121.80 with shipping, it was not a steal.

Desired outcome: Please refund or send a genuine Laggi leather bag.

Jill's Steals and Deals Adagio hair dryer

Adagio AirForce blow dryer, Purchased on November 19,2021 for $54.95. Today, March 27th, it stopped working. That’s only 4 months. I’ve bought much less expensive dryers that have lasted for years. I’m upset and disgusted. I’ve written to the company. I have my credit card copy. If needed, I’ll submit it.

Jill's Steals and Deals Blowout brush ord #nbc468763

I placed my order and then received a different color which was fine they also included a sorry note with a gift. I went to plug in my brush and it sounded like it was going to explode in my hand something was loss inside the brush. I have emailed them to get a shipping label to get my full refund and never heard back from them. The letter enclosed said to email them at [protected]@gmail.com for a shipping label and instruction on my return. Very disappointed and will never order from Steals and Deals second time I got screwed. The first time I ordered a bag for my mother for Christmas a year ago took 5 months to get never got it for the holiday and now this.

Jill's Steals and Deals On December 13 2021 I ordered a size Medium “1/2 Zip Sky ridge tech” and received a size Small

I have sent 3 emails including pictures of the original order, which shows Medium, and of the sent item’s label, which shows Small. I have received no feedback besides the template “due to blah blah blah” they are behind in responses! Since December? All I want is what I ordered, and paid for— a size Medium. I’d like it before spring!

Desired outcome: A size Medium Skyridge 1/2 Zip pullover or my money back.

Placed order 2 wks ago. You charged my charge card but never recd a shipment notice. 2nd time I ordered from jills steals and deals and in my opinion you steal the money and never received product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Desired outcome: Either issue credit to me or ship product and respond.

Jill's Steals and Deals Jumbo happy heart necklace gold $65.00

I wore the necklace and it broke. I tried to rehook the chain, it broke again. I tried again, and it broke again. The heart has a missing crystal. I can send a photo. Purchased 11/30. I don’t have the order number. I also purchased the Happy Heart medium necklace in rose-gold. It has never been worn. And 3, king size Satin pillow cases in that order.

Desired outcome: Replacement or total refund for the Jumbo Happy Heart Necklace, Gold $65.

Jill's Steals and Deals NASA 3 piece set

I ordered this set because of the light up Moon. I did not receive what you advertised, to me that is false advertising. My set included a star and two Astronauts. I contacted the Today show and after a couple emails back and forth, I received an email that basically said to contact the vendor @... which was a genetic gmail account.
I did and a week later I have not received a response. There has not been any communication stating that there may be substitutions. I want what was advertised.
If not, I will contact my bank for a refund. To me this is false advertising, which generally benefits the customer.

Desired outcome: I want what was advertised and what I paid for. I want the light up Moon or a partial refund.

Jill's Steals and Deals Wireless Chargers

I ordered three wireless changers on December 3, 2021 as Christmas gifts from the Today Show Jill Steals and Deals segment. Delivery promised within two weeks. My account was changed immediately and I never received the items. I sent multiple texts before Christmas trying to track the order and multiple texts after Christmas trying to get my money back because I no longer needed or wanted the item. I never thought the Today Show would be part of such a scam! Still trying to get my money back! Shame on you Today Show!

Jill's Steals and Deals NASA Space Anomaly 3 pc set

On Dec 31st I emailed Peacock Show Deals Support and as of today, January 13th, I have yet to get this resolved:
On November 22, 2021, I ordered the Steals and Deals NASA Space Anomaly 3 Piece Kit as a Christmas gift for my grandson. It was scheduled to arrive in 1 - 2 weeks, with plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. On December 28th, after Christmas had come and gone, I received the delivery 5 weeks after ordering it! But what was worse is that it was incorrect! It was to contain the 3 pieces: a star, an astronaut and a lighted space globe. What I received was a star and 2 space globes. No astronaut. I don't understand how difficult it can be to put 3 separate items in a box! The order I received is not what was presented or what I ordered. It sounds like this has been a common problem with others who ordered this, as well. Please deliver what I ordered. Please advise me as to how your error will be corrected. I expect delivery of the astronaut or a full refund of my money.

Jill's Steals and Deals Slippers

DO NOT ORDER FROM NBC Jills STEALS AND DEALS. I ordered slippers from the NBC deal. 3 pairs for Christmas gifts. 2 arrived medium/large and although cute, they were way too small for myself and somebody that shoe size is 2 sizes smaller than mine. I immediately wrote a email to cancel the third which was the small/medium, and, had not arrived. That item arrived after Christmas, obviously never cancelled. I tried to return all three only to be informed that due to high inventory no returns. NBC should be ashamed to have something like this on their venue and not take care of their loyal customers. If it is in such high demand let your customers return especially it it is advertised falsely. You should see how small these slippers are. I can't give it to anyone. The bottom of the slippers are so small you cannot get your foot. I tried the medium/large. SMDH! A person with a size 8 couldn't get their foot in the slipper. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NBC AGAIN! What a shame/SHAM! Fix this issue for your customers or don't advertise on your show. It's obvious that the NBC name means nothing . Take my advice unless your positive it will fit or it's not defective Do not order… Go to AMAZON or GOOD MORNING AMERICA! Better customer service!

Happy Holidays! I have the same issue as others. I ordered this for my 8 year old son for Christmas. We received 2 astronauts and a star. We did not receive the globe part. We would really like the globe part please. I'm happy to ship back the extra astronaut.

Jill's Steals and Deals Tech theory wireless charger & mug warmer

My wife purchased 3 of these to give as Xmas gifts. These were false advertising they show a mug warming as phone charges which can't be done. You can charge or warm mug but not at the same time. The mug warmer does not keep the drink hot at all it's just not effective. The worst problem is this unit is very dangerous it doesn't auto turn off after a set time. This will stay on forever if you forget to turn it off which is a very bad fire hazard. We are very unhappy with this item.

Desired outcome: I think we should get a refund for all 3 units we purchased. These should be recalled they are very dangerous.

We paid at least $20 each for a total of $70 with shipping. These do not work and can be very dangerous.

Only received the astronaut and the star. Am missing the light up globe. I ordered two kits. Both were missing the globe. I got two of the stars instead. This is NOT an adequate replacement, as I thought the light up globe would be the favorite item of my grandsons.

Jill's Steals and Deals NASA Space Anomaly 3 Piece Set

We did not receive what we ordered. We ordered the NASA Space Anomaly 3 Piece set. First, our order was confirmed on November 22. The receipt indicated a 1 - 2 week delivery time. We received the item on December 22. When we opened it, we received a star, and two astronauts instead of one astronaut and a lighted space globe.

The order number is NBCP46330.

The package came with no paper work of any kind. I have not found a method to contact the company directly.

This was a Christmas present and it is now too late to get an equivalent type present in time for Christmas.

As the company states clearly when ordering that all deals are final, I expect a full refund of our money OR delivery of the lighted globe
