NASA 3 piece set anomaly
I did not receive the glow up globe and that was one of the main reasons why purchasing! I received 2 astronauts and one block build. Not to mention it was crammed into a slim ups box and all of the boxes inside were smashed on all of the edge. Please replace one of the astronauts for the glow globe or issue refund.

I ordered the NASA Space anomaly 3 piece kit on Nov 22. I received the package on Dec 21 but the NASA lighted globe was missing and there were 2 astronaut mini block sets instead of the lighted globe. The NASA lighted globe was the main item I was wanting out of the set. This was a Christmas present for a 5 year old and I would really like to get the globe.
Desired outcome: I would really like to get the NASA lighted globe or a partial refund for the missing item plus shipping costs

NASA Space Anomaly 3 piece set
I received this package Saturday but what was in the box was not what was shown on the TV spot. I got one of the mini block set and 2 of the Magic Stars but no light-up globe. It is too late now to get a replacement for my grandson's Christmas gift. I would like my money refunded or the correct parts shipped. I'm not happy and I will certainly never buy anything else from NBC Steals and Deals.

First it took over 20 emails to get the attention of the Today Show support, I actually had another women from the Tahari wallet company I ordered from, get me in contact with the Paravel company. That gift I ordered from Tahari came over a week early. Almost 10 days of writing and receiving no contact from the Today Show support email. Then all of a sudden, I get a automated response to all my emails, asking me to rate someone on the staff. Someone that I was never in contact with?!
Days later one person replied, now 2 days before Christmas. Absolutely nothing can be done, had someome responded days or even a week earlier, I could of got in contact with the people that had my order. I was charged for something I had no clue if it was going to ever arrive.
The Tahari wallet rep got me in contact with Paravel. She didn't have to do that. I told her the Today show support was not responding.
Paracvel then promised 2 day shipping, but decides to send it through regular mail. Noq they are blaming the mail, that it will now not arrive in 2 days. How could it? Please make your support team available to customers. There is just no response to the support email. There is no number to call.
We get charged for these items and then we hear nothing. The Steals and Deals should not have companies on, that can not handle the volume. I ordered well over a month ago and I still will not receive my package on time.

Coffee cup warmer/phone charger
I waited for longer than they said to get this item, and from the get-go it has not worked - neither side of the USB powered wireless charger & mug warmer from Tech Theory.
I've written twice through their communications form to get a replacement, which says "we'll be back with you shortly", but thus far, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED.
Yes, I agree! I have been RIPPED OFF ROYALLY! It's a steal alright, but they have stolen from ME. I will not ever buy from them again, and I am disappointed that the Today Show would sponsor such a sham of a service!
I'm sending the unit back to them whether they want it or not. I'm out the money, but they get to be the ones to throw it in the trash!

I received 1 mini block set and 2 boxes of the magic stars (4 stars all together) and no space globe. When I saw the add on the today show, this was not what was shown. I would really like to receive the space globe like I had ordered. Who do I contact to get resolve this issue? Is there a phone number somewhere? My daughter would really like the globe. She loves space at the moment and I want to encourage it all I can.

I ordered the NASA Space Anomaly 3 piece kit on Nov. 22, 2021. ( ORDER NBCP37349) The kit was supposed to include the following:
1 Anomaly Magic Star
1 Anomaly Astronaut Mini Block Set
1 NASA Lighted Globe
I did not receive the Lighted Globe which was an important part of why I ordered this kit. Instead, I received 2 of the Astronaut Mini Block Set. I am very disappointed in this as it was supposed to be a special Christmas gift for my granddaughter.

What I received was not what was shown in the on Today Show not was the same items and your website when I ordered. There was supposed to be a star, a astronaut building kit and a NASA globe (main reason I ordered this)
Instead, I received 2 building kits and the star.
Also, it four weeks before I received this. When placing the ordet, confirmation was 1-2 weeks.

Slippers ordered on 11/25/2021
Ordered two pairs of slippers on 11/25/21 for Christmas presents and never received merch. Was sent a FedEx tracking number (which showed an address in PA and NOT FL). I called fedex and was told to reach out to the company which I have done 4 times and have not heard anything back "due to high volume we are sending this automated email but rest assured an agent will be contacting you." I feel ripped off and so mad that this can be happening to so many people. Not happy.

I paid for my Order and never received my Order. I got a FedEx tracking label that said half of my order went to New York, when I live in Virginia. So not only did they mail only part of my order to the wrong place, they never fulfilled the whole order. I paid the full amount and didn't receive anything. I've emailed them numerous times for a couple days, and, nothing! You would think the Today Show would be better than this. This order had Christmas presents in it.

Number Order Incorrect and no response
My order was incorrect- I ordered a Nambe bowl, tray and wine coaster. I received one bowl and two wine coasters and no tray (the most expensive item). I have emailed them three time and have not received a reply back with any resolution. Only says it is an automated reply and they have a high amount of emails. I am very disappointed with the lack of response and resolution.
