Coach up app service
Good Morning ,I believe there's an oversight as we were charged on January 27th for a session however, we live 90 minutes away and with an hour session the below photo shows and is timed stamp showing we were here in Niles Ohio.
Also my mother-in-law was is the hospital on another session in November I see we were charged.
I understand it's a busy time of the year and things happen I just wanted to let you know .
At this time, we would like to PAUSE our sessions and await for thus to be credited back to our account .
Thank you...after 12 emails sent they still haven't credited our account back...BUYER BEWARE STAY CLEAR !
Desired outcome: Refund our credit card
The app don't let you book sessions that you buy
The app don't let you book sessions that you buy. I have sent emails many times asking for steps to fix it but no one replied. The chat feature on the app don't work too. I asked for a refund for sessions I didn't use many times but no one got back to me.
The reviews they use on their website are basically fake because they remove the bad reviews
The reviews they use on their website are basically fake because they remove the bad reviews. *** cancelled on my son twice on the same day services were supposed to be provided. I emailed CoachUp to let them know about how we were treated and asked for a refund. I haven't received any response.
Is CoachUp Legit?
CoachUp earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for CoachUp. The company provides a physical address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 6 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
CoachUp has claimed the domain name for coachup.com for a long time, which suggests that the website is established and has a history of being in operation. This is a positive sign, as it indicates that the website has been around for a while and may have a reputation to maintain.
Coachup.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
We looked up CoachUp and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While CoachUp has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 13 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- CoachUp protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
I asked for a refund and reached out to all of this company's social media sites, but I haven't received any response about getting my money
I asked for a refund and reached out to all of this company's social media sites, but I haven't received any response about getting my money back or receiving coaching credits. It feels like they're stealing from me, and it's probable that they'll do the same to others in the future. I suggest using other apps because this one doesn't deliver what their website claims.
I've been messaging this company for like 3 weeks now about getting my money back
I've been messaging this company for like 3 weeks now about getting my money back. At first, my coach said she could help me in the *** area, but then she found out I live an hour away and said sorry and told me to ask for a refund. But guess what? Nobody has gotten back to me at all. I've tried reaching out 6 times online, *** and on the phone. There's no real person to talk to and they don't reply to anything. I think this company is a total scam. They took my money before we even set up any sessions. Can someone please help me out here?
I asked for CoachUp's services (a 10-session package with a coach in ***) 'cause I knew they had a good fit guarantee
I asked for CoachUp's services (a 10-session package with a coach in ***) 'cause I knew they had a good fit guarantee. They said if I wasn't happy with my first session and I emailed their support center within 48 hours, I could get my money back. But guess what? I emailed them 24 hours after my session, called and emailed them again 48 hours after my session. I even called a few more times, but it seems like they only have a machine answering the phone, telling you to go to their website if you got any issues. I emailed them like 3 more times, but no reply. They ain't doing what they promised on their website and they ain't responding to emails or calls. It's like a total scam, man.
I bought 5 training sessions from CoachUp on 3/15, but because of COVID, I couldn't use 3 of them
I bought 5 training sessions from CoachUp on 3/15, but because of COVID, I couldn't use 3 of them. I asked CoachUp for a refund many times (by email and phone), but they never replied. I didn't complain to ComplaintsBoard.com yet because I understand how COVID can affect a business like CoachUp. I hoped they would solve the problem soon (or at least contact me and help me), but they disappointed me. Recently, their system sent me a message saying that the sessions I bought expired. I emailed them again, but still no reply. I'm really frustrated and I need ComplaintsBoard.com's help. If you need more info, contact me at *** or ***. My email is ***.
I had a training sesh with a CoachUp coach on 3/7
I had a training sesh with a CoachUp coach on 3/7. The coach told me he had enough coaching experience to help me with the level I wanted. But when I showed up, turns out the coach was still in high school and not what I was looking for. CoachUps website says they have a Good Fit Guarantee, where if you ain't happy with your coach, you can get a refund. I hit them up after the 48-hour limit they set, but asked for a certificate like they promise on their site. Their support team replied once, then ghosted me. I tried calling their customer support, but it's just a robot that sends me back to the website. I ain't even asking for a cash refund since I reached out after 48 hours, but their website says I still deserve something. Instead, they're straight up ignoring me.
We started working out with CoachUp about a year ago
We started working out with CoachUp about a year ago. The company seemed good at first. We bought $300 worth of training sessions. When covid happened, we stopped training to keep our family safe. Then we started getting emails threatening us that our money would disappear if we didn't use the sessions we bought. We tried calling CoachUp, but nobody answered and nobody called us back. The company kept sending more threats about the sessions expiring. We contacted the CoachUp coach in our area, and he said, "Yeah, you need to use them." So we scheduled a few sessions. The coach now only trains at a place that's about 45 minutes away from us. We set up a few sessions with the coach. The first session, the coach was 30 minutes late. We only got a 45-minute workout because he had other clients. The next session got canceled because of bad weather. The third session happened after a terrible storm hit our town with 4 tornadoes. They still charged us.
I bought 8 lessons from a coach on CoachUp last spring
I bought 8 lessons from a coach on CoachUp last spring. Right after my daughter's first lesson, Covid closed down schools and businesses. In May, I contacted the coach to see if he could start giving her lessons again. He said he checked, but I didn't hear back. I reached out again, but no reply. I decided to ask for a refund, but got no response. On my fourth try, he replied and said he moved out of state. So, I contacted CoachUp online and asked for a refund. No response. I called, but they told me to contact them online, which I did again. Finally, I got an email saying I won't get a refund, but I can use my daughter's lessons with another coach. I wasted so much time with the coach CoachUp hired, and I want them to make things right and give me my money back. I just wanted a few lessons for my daughter before basketball tryouts. Well, tryouts happened before anyone responded to my messages. Sadly, this experience has been really unpleasant and unfair. CoachUp should take responsibility for the coaches they hire.
I want a refund of $90 for a track and field session that didn't happen
I want a refund of $90 for a track and field session that didn't happen. I was there on time, texted and called to find out where the track was, but I only got one text saying, "I'm across the street at the track." I kept trying to reach out while I was at the track, but I didn't get any response until around 2PM, when the session was already over. The reply said that the coach was at the track but leaving. If he was close to the track, why didn't he call or text me back? And why did he wait until the end of the session to say he was leaving? I'm really concerned about the lack of professionalism and communication. If someone needs to find me as a trainer, I would call them to make sure they know I'm waiting. I might even stay on the phone until we meet. Anyway, I politely and professionally ask for my money back. It's suspicious that this business doesn't have direct contact and gives me the runaround. Their automated system says they'll return calls after two days, but I'm still waiting. Thank you.
We want our money back for the training sessions we didn't get (only had 4 out of 6) that we paid for in February
We want our money back for the training sessions we didn't get (only had 4 out of 6) that we paid for in February . The coach's facilities were closed because of the virus, and all the other places nearby were closed too. CoachUp doesn't let you talk to a real person on the phone, you can only contact them through their website. We told them about the problem on their website. I even gave them my phone number and asked for a call three times, but they never called. They said they could only give a refund within 90 days of the purchase (which doesn't help us now). We couldn't have known back in February that the virus would cause all this trouble. They offered to transfer the sessions to a different coach, but we picked this coach because she was an Olympic athlete. The other option was to donate the money to some charity, but we don't care about that and it's not local to us anyway. We only got to use two of the sessions before everything shut down because of the virus.
Over summer break I was lookin to get my 14yr old son involved in some soccer trainin
Over summer break I was lookin to get my 14yr old son involved in some soccer trainin. I hired a coach through Coach Up. In speakin with this coach he had availability and could do regular sessions close to our home. We booked the first session and it was very good and my son was very pleased, so I bought a pack of 5 sessions. When I attempted to book more sessions, the coach suddenly had poor availability and could not come up our way. Our next session was ok but we had to travel. Our third session was a no show by the coach. He offered to make it up by givin us a session. He proceeded to schedule a couple of small group sessions which I was in favor of, but I had no idea I would be charged the private session rates nor that there would be kids much younger and at different skill levels. I was not there for the first of these, but my son complained. The second session I did observe and it was horrible as the kids were half my son's age. I complained immediately to the coach and he kept promisin to make up for it by givin us private sessions near our house...but then he was never available, so it was then that I asked for a refund first from the coach and then from Coachup for the 2 unused sessions as well as half price for the two group sessions. If the first session hadn't been so great we would have stopped much sooner. Coach up's customer service has been horrible. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility for their coaches actions. They showed no remorse that our experience was not great and refuse to give us back the money that we paid for private sessions, when they shouldn't be chargin the same price for group sessions. This is not right as they are gettin paid to vet and back up their coaches and they need to take responsibility as this is their employee. They are sayin that I didn't complain within the required 48hr window, but this is completely false as I complained immediately to the coach through the coachup platform.
