Bought a sharpening stone and strop, included were bootlegger knives with a parachute cord weave on the handle. It was to include a DVD on how to use the system and weave the handle. I also at checkout bought 3 sheaths and 3 throwing knives. the throwing knives are the only right thing with this order. I did not receive any instructions and was missing items like the parachute cord and one bootlegger. The sheaths which were a total bait and switch came with one nice fitting and 2 leather that are cheap crap. After 5 tries with customer service they think is so great I disputed my credit card. I have a system with no instructions. I tried Youtube but is my stone a "oil"or "non-oil" so I have worthless crap for now.

BUYERS BEWARE! Fightfast is untrustworthy and don't honor their guaranties. They have a marketing strategy that insinuates the possibility of receiving products for free if after a review of the product one wishes to keep the item (which is how the guaranties are structured in their advertising) will be met with " send the item back for a refund ". While that would be most reasonable in most situations with a company, Fightfast specifically say in their adverting "If by the end of that twelve months, or at anytime in between, you're not 100% thrilled for any reason, even NO reason then just contact my office at ***@fightfast and demand that every penny of your shipping and handling be returned but keep the items as my gifts to you. I even promise to refund your money within 1 business day.) ALL THIS IS UNTRUE! Upon request for a refund you will be told to send everything back to their company AT YOUR EXPENSE at which time they will decide if they will issue a refund. Then if they issue a refund will bar your email from ordering again. Something they should inform customers of. Even if you ask for a refund for something they did wrong, they will bar you from buying from them again. Most recently I tried to get a refund on the fighting cane package and was told I would have to send everything back for a refund even though, that was not what was written in the ad. FALSE ADVERTISING is no way to do business. It's fine to want the return of items to honor guaranties HOWEVER, when you advertising specifically say that not sending the items back is necessary for a refund, it is DISHONORABLE to do differently. TRUTH in advertising is the only way to promote an honorable business and in my opinion Fightfast, doesn't measure up. AVOID!

I have received at least 50 offers to purchase the knife again and submitted a statement that I had already purchased the knife. I suppose it has been nearly two years since I bought my knife, and again I received the same offer, i. e., to purchase the Fang for 9.95 shipping and handling. This afternoon, I said to heck with it and filled out the application only to receive notice I am Black Listed! I don't know whether this will affect my credit rating or not? I just know that I have spent a pretty good sum of money with Fight Fast only to be insulted.

The fact that there were two charges makes me wonder. I immediately emailed their customer service to correct this issue before proceeding with a more aggressive approach and will wait another 12 hours to see if they stay true to their statements of customer service. I will update you all on my findings.

I have been a firm customer for awhile now. Have purchased several things. The knives are great. But I just received my plasma lighter/flashlight and well it was Horrible. Won't light anything on fire. I expected customer service to at least rely to message since I wasn't asking for a refund. But nope. So not sure I will be a customer anymore

Fight Fast keeps withdrawing monthly fees for nothing in return. Cancelled online per their directions. Current month was cancelled but recurring charges began again. Actual products ordered were built tough and competitive with other manufacturers. I'd be a repeat customer for some of their 'deals' but don't like getting the phantom rip-off monthly for nothing.

I have ordered a few items through FightFast. Most of the products were in great shape, brand new. Only once did I receive a defective item. I took photos of it. Sent it to them in an email. They responded quickly and sent out a new product that wasn't defective. They do respond to emails if sent to their support email. In fact, I have a couple more items that should be here tomorrow.

I have been ordering from this company since 2016 with no issues. My latest order shipped on Feb 16th and seems to be "suck / lost" in transit. I have contacted both Fight Fast and USPS regarding this, with nothing being resolved. While I am aware that the Pandemic is effecting shipping all over, the response I have received from Fight Fast in regards to this despite several e-mails is basically "OH WELL, TOO BAD, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM TO RESOLVE!" HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as they used to be a good company to purchase from, I guess my only resolve at this point is a charge back on my CC and to spread the word as much as possible regarding this experience and their obvious "non-existent" customer service!

I can't afford this kind of "mistake" since I live in an assisted living apartment and my income is way below the poverty level. I'm also handicapped. I got this "free" throwing knife with an instructional DVD from Fight Fast. I also decided to get the upsell for 3 more throwing knives. The order got shipped and they sent me the tracking number, so that was fine. But when the package arrived, it was in a torn padded manila envelope. There were no knives or invoice, just the DVD. I tried emailing the company multiple times, but they didn't respond. I even tried filing an insurance claim with the post office, but it seems the sender didn't buy any insurance. They really should have either bought insurance or used a stronger packaging that wouldn't easily tear, especially when there are KNIVES inside!

I gave them the info they asked for and said I think it was just a bad blade and I wanted a replacement. I checked through 1400+ emails and gave them my order number. But instead of being a good American company and replacing a $10.00 knife, now they want me to do more stuff even though it clearly says they'll make it right if you're not happy. No questions asked. All I wanted was a knife that didn't come right and wasn't put together properly. I just wanted another knife. But they were really rude and totally useless.

I placed an order on 4/02 for two items. The neck whip package was sent. I paid $129 for the Amer. badAss survival Guide 3. It was not sent. Instead they sent me 3 more neck whips which I DID NOT ORDER OR WISH. I contacted them through pissedoffcustomer. Their response was both items were sent, which is not true. I have been a hotlist member for several years without incident. They have not responded to my request to resolve this situation by either a full refund or send what I ordered. Fight Fast TR800 $105.25 Fight Fast TR800 $10.80 Fight Fast TR800 $139.97 A total of $256.00 I have received an order for 1 TRS Hawk with a direction CD last month. This was the only item I ordered. It was a part of a group ad pitches I did not want. I would say the pitches were like run-on pitches for a special customer. Again I will say I did not order or receive anything to justify this group of charges.
