Hi, I would like to complain about the pharmacists code of conduct. I went there (store at 8962 152 Street Surrey BC) very early in the morning at 7 am on October 2nd to get my prescription medication and told them I would be back later in an hour to pick it up but came back they had not ready yet which was fine for me to wait until then. The store is very quiet open 24/7 did not appear any other or single visitor lined up at the pharmacy area. Later, probably they run out the stock, they said they can only give me 7 tablets and owing me for 93 tablets and will let me know immediately once they are ready.

Passed forward almost 7 days, no calls from the pharmacist at all, and I was pro-actively called them to find out, lightly they said some pharmacists from the store should have already called me and I admitted nobody called me or text message me and if they dont have the stocks I can go to other store like London Drugs etc. Unexpectedly they said the remaining medication owed to me already ready to pick up and assumed I was the one in need should be calling instead.

My question is how is the "code of conduct" of a Pharmacist, may be the medication is very important to me but not to them they dont really care but in doing business this does not make sense. I know SDM is a franchisor operated individually by franchisee but why one store treatment is different from the other which carry the same SDM trademark. Other SDM a little far away from home even offer me for a free delivery.

Unbelievable for the arrogant of the pharmacists!

Desired outcome: text or call me at <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
