Great customer service from start to end; technician was helpful and knowledgeable. Have used Coit for all my carpet cleaning needs for over 25 years and will continue to use and recommend to others.

Unlike previous clean, we were very pleased with recent carpet clean . The Technician Daniel made the overall experience very positive . Would definitely use Coit again requesting, if possible, Daniel .

The technician for COIT did an excellent job on our caprpet and furniture. The carpet is cleaned every year by COIT but we've never had the furniture done. It looks like new! I would highly recommend COIT!

I had a wool area rug cleaned this past week. The pickup was prompt, right at the time booked, as was the dropoff. The technician did an excellent job of replacing the area rug in the dining room, assisting me with placing the dining table. The rug was beautifully cleaned and looks lovely. Thank you.

I was not home when Coit arrived but my wife was. I was blown away when I got home by the service and effort that Patrick did. We put a few more pieces of furniture on plastic blocks as I helped him but was awe-inspired by the total experience that Coit provided. I would recommend them anytime and anyplace. Great job!

Booked an appointment for the initial quote & then made the cleaning appointment. The cleaner showed up on time & did a thorough job, pointing out stubborn areas. Was in and out within the allotted time & followed all COVID protocols. We have used COIT several times in the past and will continue to do so. Another win for COIT!

I am so pleased with the service offered by COIT. The technician arrived on time, had a good look at the carpets, then very efficiently completed the job. Our carpets are not new and had a number of pet-related stains. The cleaning job was excellent, with a result exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

I really appreciated the outstanding customer service COIT provided. After doing the initial inspection of my property they called to discuss the estimate and my options for tile cleaning and sealing. Their technician, Serge, was careful and through in his cleaning and sealing work. He gave us tips and product information for us to care for and clean out tile.

we were very happy with the big area of ceramic tile we had cleaned and regrouted. Thomas was the technician and we highly recommend his work as he even repaired a chip that had been bothering us. Both Thomas and the 2 men who came to do the aging carpeting were so friendly and helpfull it made our day!. Thanks Coit. Could I please find out the best way to clean the tile on a regular basis?

WOW, I was amazed! Before throwing out that stained carpet think again. I had a pure cream coloured wool carpet given to me with some stains' almost threw it out but I liked it so much i wanted to give it a good chance. I decided to choose COIT: a reputable and professional company to do the job. I am happy to say they did an excellent job and It looks fantastic. Better than i could of imagined. Fantastic service; friendly, prompt, and trustworthy! Thanks so much Coit in Burnaby. I will be back.

I have used COIT for at least five years and have never been disappointed in their work. This includes cleaning the carpets at least once a year as well as upholstery cleaning. They have cleaned the seats on upholstery covered dining room chairs, sofas, recliners and easy chairs. The results are like having brand new furniture. The added bonus is that their solutions leave NO lingering scents when done, just nice clean air. I recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Thank you Patrick. The worst service ever! i took advantage of a drop off special for area rugs. I dropped off 6 carpets, two of which were light colored and needed a good cleaning. They kept the carpets for near 10 days, and then called us to pick up. Imagine my surprise when i unraveled the carpets at home and the light colored carpets do not even appear to have been cleaned! I proceeded to call Coit to complain. They apologized, however, rather than correct the issue, indicated that i had to again roll up the carpets and return them to be cleaned. I contracted with them to drop off the carpets to be cleaned, the fact that they did not do so, indicates their failure to complete our contract. They needed to step up to take ownership, pick up the carpets and clean them properly. I have had the larger carpet cleaned by another company in the past, it came back pristine. I am thoroughly ashamed of myself for choosing Coit, an error I will NEVER make again, and i will ensure that ALL my friends are aware of the shoddy level of service and mediocre attempts to rectify the situation.
